If your unable to control it shes very gently and sweet about it

If you accidentally hypnotise her she wont blame you,as long as it's on accident

Shes finds your eyes very beautiful and if you were ever insecure about them she would try her best to reasure you that they're beautiful and that having the gift is out of your control

Much like viper shes only ever heard about snakes with hypnosis abilitys,especially since tigress has mainly stayed in the valley of peace due to her living in the jade palace

She thinks your eyes looks beautiful and will compliment them.

If your insecure about them she honestly wouldnt understand,she thinks your eyes are an amazing thing and great for battle

Non the less though she will reasure you and be supportive

As for meeting the furious five,she will stand next to you and glare at them,basically telling them that one wrong move will lead to their early grave.

If you joined the furious five she would try let you be independent,she knows that sometimes people want to prove themselves

She will still be protective though

Although there are many powerfull and unique mobians in the sonic universe you are quite unique

She finds your eyes really pretty

If you have problems controlling your power she can try help,sonic must have struggled when controlling his speed so you can controll your powers to with a bit of practice

She likes giving you gifts that are the same colour of your eyes,she does this because she Hope's it will help you like your eyes abit more

Shes good at giving people motivational speeches and so I doubt shed refuse to tell you how brilliant your eyes are

Should you every accidental hypnotise her,shed probally not care and say that's it's all right.

Will not let you anywhere near sammy,the lunatic will probally try abuse your power so your not gonna see him

He feels abit at ease knowing that your power works on alot of the ink creatures in the workshop.

That dosnt mean he still isnt protective,when hes around his protectiveness goes through the roof

But he'll let u do ur thing,only helping when your in life threatening danger or if you ask

If you had trouble with ur power he'd only help if u asked seeing as it dosnt affect him.

He'll ask if you can help get rid of intruders once they enter the studio,he dosnt rlly mind your answer,although he'd like the extra help,he dosnt mind you declining his offer

The fact that yours a snake means your able to travel throughout the studio easier

although since he ends up keeping you alive he does ask that if you come across an intruder to alert him

So I blew through Ultimate Marvel Team-Up in order to get context for when Daredevil starts sticking his horns back into the main Ultimate Spider-Man book, and what's really interesting to me is that Bendis's rendition of basically every non-Spider-Man cape who shows up in that gesture at what could have been an extremely cohesive Ultimate Marvel setting;

Hulk is very visibly classic Hulk in every respect, but with the added implication that he's currently neck-deep in a thriller-conspiracy uncover-the-truth kind of plot regarding the government experimentation with super-soldiers that's upstream of all of superhumanity in the Ultimate Universe. This idea was later binned, Banner was framed as neck-deep in spook shit and unlikely to try and defect from it in the way he was implied to be trying to do.

Iron Man's origin is changed so that he got abducted by rebels while attempting to sell weapons technology to a right-wing U.S-backed junta in Guatemala during the Reagan Admin, and moreover in direct retaliation for attempting to do that; this is upstream of his decision to stop selling weapons technology, and the two-shot where he teams up with Spider-Man involves Latveria attempting to steal the Iron Man Armor- with Tacit SHIELD Backing, because Nick Fury is willing to let Dr. Doom have that tech if it increases the chances of the U.S. Government eventually getting a crack at it. This extremely interesting cold war dynamic between stark and Fury also mostly got binned.

The Fantastic Four are nearly identical in function to their 616 counterparts, except that instead of a spaceflight they got their powers on a years-long expedition to the Negative Zone, having Challengers-of-the-Unknown style adventures, which both neatly resolves the datedness of the spaceflight origin and allows them to have their veteran hero status simultaneously with the idea that the heroic age is just starting out. The Negative zone was also mentioned to be the home dimension of the Skrulls, Kree, and possibly Galactus, neatly explaining why so many spaceborne threats keep making themselves earth's problem so specifically. Ultimate Fantastic Four was just good enough (And Bendis's two shot otherwise boring enough) that I can forgive the parts of this that they binned. I mean we got Marvel Zombies out of it, that's worth everything in the world

Ultimate Dr. Strange is interesting in that he's the son of the original Dr. Strange, whose origin, career and supporting cast are actually largely exactly the same but also linked to the IRL time period of Strange's debut, the early 60s through the early 80s. Stephen Strange Jr. is the inheritor of a legacy his disillusioned Mother Clea spent twenty one years trying to keep him well away from, rapidly attempting to learn the ropes under the apprenticeship of a long-suffering Wong and largely coming across as a scientologist-adjacent crank in the media. This is actually a really fun way to put Strange at the Metaphorical kids table with the rest of the aged-down heroes while also keeping him from breaking every story, and although Bendis did get to keep using him in this capacity it ultimately didn't amount to much because he got turbofucked during Ultimatum after only a couple of appearances.

Shang Chi is introduced in the middle of a Kung-Fu walking-the-earth situation, with Spider-Man haphazardly (and unsuccessfully) seeking him out for martial arts lessons when he realizes he's just leaning on his powers as a crutch in most fights. He offers him like 20 dollars

The broad outline of a lot of these ideas, and the political themes they were gesturing towards, survived their later delegation to other authors to some extent, but were corroded by Millar's cinematic bombast on The Ultimates in particular. I mourn the version of the Ultimate Universe where they just gave Bendis enough amphetamines to have him do all of it. At any rate you bet your ass that if I ever commit to trying to do some kind of fanmade unified Marvel Timeline I'd poach all of these

White Tiger and Muse in Born Again!!

Exciting news, thank you for sharing! I'm particularly happy to hear about White Tiger (I assume it'll be a Bendis pull and we'll get Angela, and possibly Hector as well, if they adapt the "Trial of the White Tiger" arc. Though I hate the thought of Hector getting introduced into the MCU and then being immediately killed off, so hopefully not...). The White Tiger legacy is incredibly cool, and encompasses not only the White Tigers themselves (Hector Ayala, Angela Del Toro, Ava Ayala, and at a stretch, this cool cat from H4H volume 1) but also the Sons of the Tiger, a massively underrated martial arts team that emerged from Marvel's kung fu comics era alongside Shang-Chi and Iron Fist. I love the thought of new fans being introduced to these characters.

I'm torn on Muse. I love him, he's fantastic, I'm a huge fan, but he's also a Blindspot villain, not a Daredevil villain, and that's important to me. Since we do have an MCU Sam Chung, I would hope that Muse showing up means that Sam will be returning and getting his superhero origin story, but to be perfectly honest, I'm skeptical about the chances of that happening.

As a heads-up, I very likely won't be watching this show, at least not when it first airs. On a practical level, I don't have access to Disney+. I also just have no interest in this version of Daredevil anymore, for a plethora of reasons. But for those who will be watching it, I hope it's everything you hoped it would be.

I have spent like 3 months trying to find a pair of shoes that don't make my entire leg seize up ever since my hiking shoes deteriorated. I have no clue how, but they were flexible enough that I could toe walk with them for miles. They were a down-sidegrade from the best shoes I've probably worn and have been trying to find an Ohio appropriate replacement for forever.

Some pair of thick as hell foam flip-flops that were thick enough to act like real soles, and could deal with whatever bullshit my feet chose to do at the moment.

Current try is kung-fu shoes, which at least were able to let me walk how I like. It felt a lot like being barefoot though and I'm not confident in the aesthetic of them. Aside form that, it was pretty enjoyable. Feet didn't get pain from walking a mile - just fatigue.

During the winter I tried these ankle-high zip-up boots with a thin-for-a-shoe sole with a lot of flexibility, but it fell apart after like 2 months of winter use. I used to use skate shoes for all this, but they have the issue of tearing themselves apart similarly in a similar timeframe from normal use. Specifically at the toe joint, the soles are very bendy but the glue and stitching never hold up. Vans, Sketchers, offbrand, same thing. Haven't tried Converse yet, but I don't like their aesthetic so thats off the table.

Gotta say, shoe-tech fucking sucks and really likes to try to force feet into the "correct" shape instead of working with them. Hoping to find something like those sandals, with a full covering instead of a sandle style covering so that I don't gotta deal with being the only one half-barefoot at the supermarket. Surprising how much of a challenge shoes can be. I spent $70 on hiking sketchers recently and they bent my feet after only like an eight of a mile. 🤷 Heres hoping the kungfu shoes work out long-term. I'm thinking thicker socks might help me with them more.
