Ravus/Prompto shipping! I love your few things in Ray of Sunshine! This is a surprisingly good rarepair!

Heya, Evalana! :D Thanks for the recent follow!

I’m really glad that you like the Ray of Sunshine stuff! Like, they’ve been on my mind for awhile, but only recently have they suddenly started to slowly become more apparent to me. They’re just so precious and dumb and cute! I mean, just the cute possibilities of these two dumb idiots: the grumpy toll bean-pole and the shiny smol sunshine boy. Together, the Ray of Sunshine shines upon thee! I mean, just imagine…

—- Prompto and Ravus having their first date at some fancy Italian restaurant and both being so awkward they literally spout – at the same time – “This is some good/delicious garlic bread!” The two stare at each other for a good moment before Prompto starts laughing and Ravus looks away with a bright red expression. They end up talking at dinner over how much they enjoy garlic bread before the night becomes alot more comfortable in each other’s company.

—- Prompto squishing his face together against Ravus’s whenever he takes a selfie with him because their freckles connect with each other, and Prompto thinks it’s really cute that they do. Ravus.exe crashes after every photo, and Prompto ends up laughing and kissing Ravus’s cheeks because of how flustered the stoic commander gets. Ravus never was really good at getting his photo taken in general.

—- Ravus not knowing how to win Prompto’s affection, so he just sort of buys Prompto little gifts here and there, eventually compiling so many gifts that Ignis scolds Ravus for giving Prompto things that take up too much space in the car. Prompto’s favorites though are a chocobo phone charm and pair of new gloves after an unfortunate accident with some Flans.

—- Ravus one time protected Prompto in battle against an MT soldier by blocking their axe with his prosthetic arm, grabbing the MT and hurling it into the others with such skill and grace. Prompto didn’t want to admit it, but Ravus was really sexy when he did that, so he sometimes asks Ravus if he can keep throwing enemies in battle. Ravus does it sometimes just to make Prompto happy.

—- Ravus doesn’t know a goddamn thing about King’s Knight, so as the others play the game, Prompto sits in Ravus’s lap as Ravus watches over the top of his shoulder. He slowly begins to learn stuff, eventually becoming a back-seat gamer until the others gift Ravus his own phone to keep in contact and begin to learn how to play King’s Knight on his own. He plays a really good DPS warrior.

—- Nobody knows what exactly makes Ravus happy, until that one day where Prompto wanted to get Ravus a gift to mark the successful week of Ravus joining the party. He ended up getting Ravus a silly little gift of a moogle and chocobo scarf from the giftshop at the chocobo farm. Ravus rarely really gets gifts, so he gave Prompto a long and awkward hug of appreciation for the gift. He still wears the scarf too whenever they have to venture into cold territories, and he wears it proudly.

—- Ravus one time getting a bit jealous about Prompto spending more time with Noctis and Ravus feeling a bit lonely. But Prompto comes over after noticing the grump-face that Ravus sported, pushes Ravus’s cheeks to get him to pucker his lips before kissing him and reassuring Ravus that he still likes him. Gladio and Noctis make gagging noises at how sickly sweet the two are.

*screaming* THE CUTE IDIOTS. The Ray of Sunshine ship grows stronger with each light thought!
