A big project I have been slowly chipping away at since last year and FINALLY completed in time for @freckledsaint's birthday gift! This whole thing was inspired by @jorongbak and their fantastic Dragonball + That 70's Show quote fusion [ check it out here ]

Personal Hans Week - 5. Parent & Child

Check out the Parent & Child story by @freckledsaint : archiveofourown.org/works/36257437 This is such a WHOLESOME story of little Hans and his family, more specifically having some lovely father and son time. The conversations between little Hans through the eyes of the Southern Isle King is so sweet! 💓

Something new I learned was in the Victorian Era it was common and more practical for toddler boys to wear dresses until they are around 7 years old! It makes sense since it’s not as convenient as today wearing pants. This made me want to draw Queen Kristina Westergaard dressing Hans in one of his brother’s hand-me-down dresses that were still in good shape! Hans is much smaller compared to his brothers at his age so she is adjusting the clothing best she can. Thank you @freckledsaint for teaching me so much about history!! ���📚

Personal Hans Week - 4. Family/Childhood

Check out the Family/Childhood story by @freckledsaint :   archiveofourown.org/works/25449985 This is such a precious story of Hans and his interaction with his brothers and other family members come so naturally it makes for a believable family dynamic! And the lore and world building of the Southern Isles snuck in there is the cherry on top *chef kiss*

*First piece takes place after Frozen film and is a scene of Hans returning home and the brothers who are home, welcome him back in different ways XD 

From left to right:  Maron (12th) - A supernatural/folklore hunter, wants to hear of the magic Hans had encountered 

Klaus (1st) - A nervous wreck and would not be calmed until he saw Hans safely returned home, especially after receiving news of what had happened 

Emil (9th) - A skilled tailor and fashion designer who lives off of gossip and current events. 

Henrik (5th) - Tired from another all nighter studying arts and politics, he does not have the energy to deal with the excitement.

**Second piece is King Erik and Queen Kristina Westergaard of the Southern Isles, holding the newly born Prince Hans.
