　　據印度ANI電視臺報道，去年9月，印度安全部隊在印巴實控線附近對跨國武裝組織實行“外科手術式”打擊，而一位名為Chandu Babulal Chohan的印度士兵在執行任務期間越過瞭印巴克什米爾實控線，被巴基斯坦軍隊抓獲。

　　印度國防部發表聲明稱，“2016年9月29日，該士兵從印控克什米爾克裡什那·伽提（KrishnaGhati）地區，越線至巴控克什米爾地區。為瞭確保他能被巴方釋放，印軍通過現有的軍事熱線與巴基斯坦軍方進行瞭高級別的交涉與談判，印方還通過高級使節團以及外交部對此事進行善後處理”。

　　聲明稱，“經過多渠道努力，2017年1月21日，我們終於得到瞭巴基斯坦軍方的確認，該士兵被移交給印度當局。”

　　印度軍事法庭隨後對其展開審理，這名士兵已認罪，但在法庭陳述中辯解道，他是“不小心”越過瞭實控線。印度軍事法庭認定其有罪，判處其3個月監禁。不過，法庭的量刑還沒有得到當局的批準。

　　據悉，其祖母去年知曉他被巴基斯坦軍隊抓捕的消息之後，驚嚇而亡。

　　印度與巴基斯坦近來在克什米爾地區沖突不斷，10月以來，印方人員多次違反停火協議在克什米爾地區挑起戰火。截至目前，印度已違反雙邊停火協議近600次之多。

　　針對印巴雙方交火不斷，巴基斯坦陸軍參謀長巴傑瓦（Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa）11日曾表示，巴基斯坦希望同印度建立正常與和平的關系，但“孤掌難鳴”。據海外網早前報道，巴傑瓦於當地時間11日，在巴基斯坦港口城���卡拉奇（Karachi）的一場研討會上發表講話稱，“我們生活在世界上最為動亂的區域之一，過去四十年以來，巴基斯坦處理不斷處理問題，但危機仍在持續。”他也表示，最大的期望就是可以確保和平穩定並且保障人民的幸福（編譯/海外網 楊佳）

Woman killed in Pak shelling along LoC in Poonch

JAMMU: A 45-year-old woman was killed today in firing and shelling by Pakistani troops along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district.

The Pakistani Army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing from small arms, automatics and mortars from 1620 hours in the Krishnaghati sector along the LoC, a defence spokesman said.

The Indian Army is retaliating strongly and effectively, he said.
