IMPORTANT NOTE

This is just an important note to everyone participating in KSV2017. 

Anyone who does not have their anonymous ask option turned on will have 48 hours from the point that we message them to turn the ask option on. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event.

Having your ask and anonymous ask option turned on is needed in order to participate in events like Kpop Secret Santa and Kpop Secret Valentine, as it ensures your match’s identity is kept a secret until the day of the reveal. This is written in our original event post here, and it is also a required question for you to check your ask’s settings when submitting your application. In order to have submitted an application form for this event, you must have either said that your anonymous ask was on, or that you were turning it on immediately afterwards. 

We have answered many asks regarding participants not having their anonymous option on and it takes a chunk of our time (away from matching and sending) to solve the problem and it also takes time from you getting messages/sending messages.

There have been posts about this in the past, however, this will be the last time we will repeat this. We understand that there are participants who do not follow this blog, but it was clearly stated in the original post and in the application form to have your anonymous ask on. 

Friendly reminder: if there is a chance that you do not see an anon option for the person you are messaging on the tumblr app, please try going on that blog on a browser (on mobile and/or comp) before coming to inform/ask us about it. The app is wonky and does not always show the anon option.

We hope you can take the time to read and respect the event rules when applying for our events as it ensures a smooth process for both us and all your participants. We greatly appreciate all of you :D

December 22nd 2018. 00.10 ➡️ Mac Ayres - Stay “Hi bitches, I feel like I’m writing y’all in this d-9 to 2019.... Is it too early? Lol” here’s what’s really written on my notebook and heck yes I’m gonna retype it all as planned on January 1st 2019-- today.

As for you know, 2019..... is a... well, what should we address? Irregular? Extraordinary? Sacred? Taboo?-- year for some of us. Remembering our roots, our core reason to be this intimate, our common concern, ekhm.. Wanna One, will be disbanded-- gone. The thing we must embrace. Well, we’re now facing it in our very own way. Some are depressed, some are anticipated, and some of us are even indifferent. But here we are, in the edge of 2018, facing it in our own way.... altogether. No, I’m not gonna talk about Wanna One, I’m going to talk about us, I’m going to talk about how I survived today, through all this year with y’all been involved in every step of the way. Girls, you might not be the best friends I ever had, but you were there. You might not know all the secrets I have, but you stayed. 2018... Honestly, 2018 was a hell of a ride. I didn’t really show it to anyone but my plan was all ruined. All. 2018 was supposed to be a year that I start my masters- but I didn’t. 2018 was supposed to be a year that I start my serious relationship with that one particular guy- but I didn’t. But believe me, it was at least enjoyable because you guys-- for accompanying with this hobby-- kpop-- Hwang Minhyun. It was all actually beyond enjoyable. I’ve felt all the rollercoaster, the ups, the downs, the turnovers in my daily dose of being in contact with you guys. The happy,

I swear to God I have the greatest laughs with you all 😭👋🏼. One of my bestfriend, that rarely meet me this year, once told me, she’s never been laughing that hard her past weeks except when she’s with me, and made me realize that, I’ve been laughing so hard for the past year everyday with you guys- tell me how am I not blessed? Life is a bitch already, life is a solid pain in the ass but whenever I have my phone and talk with you guys, it wasn’t that bad. Life suddenly feel so under-control. Although most of the time all the laughter we got were because mocking someone else’s life- GOD FORGIVE US FOR WE HAVE SINNED. (hey uglies, thank you for contributing in our happy life 👋🏼) For all the other happy times, our monthly routine arisan, thank you for the experience, the food, the place, the aesthetics... I’m so proud to befriended with people with taste like you guys. Not to mention, the publication posters, the games, the decors, even though all of it were purely for us only, as you oftenly mentioned “pertemanan terniat”, yes we are, and thank you for become my inspiration, here’s to another HERI year ahead girls!!!!!!!

And... The happiest time, I can’t deny that my happiest time with you was when Wanna One noticed our own self project, our origin roots were noticing that we’re exist. I’m so proud to stamp our logo in the ‘money’. Though the experience was only occured to 4 of us, it still is ours, it is Yacult’s. 🤪

The growth,

For the intimate growth we’ve nurtured this past year. Can you imagine? I barely known Dhea for a year, yet we traveled together (with Seszi also)-- they said if you want to know a true nature of your friendship, go travel. The trip to Bangkok was nothing near any kpop purpose, but we’ve done it, not 2, not 3, but 7 days. OH PS, I cleaned Dhea’s house that one time-- something that I’ve never done to any of my friend (SAY YOU LOVE ME BITCH). I also remember vividly, that one time at the end of 2017. I needed to travel back to Depok just because Seszi was too awkward to be alone with Yamen in her car. I volunteered to be a fucking mediator fuuuuuuuck WHY THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS NOW YELLING “BANGSAT” TO EACH OTHER’S FACE? Also, Ms. Ratih Amandhita, our kanjeng ratu, on her first presence in our meeting (Valentine & Chinese dinner) SPOKE THE LOWEST VOLUME FUCK????? Now we all know who compete sangkakala when she’s shouting??????? Her. And when Yara.......... Nah, just Yara. (Kidding babe, you’re still our most loved person in Yacult from the very beginning ♥). And for every moment our layers that slowly getting peeled off one by one, I’m glad I was there to provide my hands to embrace your true self. For the daily dose of virtual meeting, or the actual body to body interaction, I hope we would still grow, not the other way around, not changing a bit even if one of us become less frequent present.

Last but not least, the tears, First of all, thank you for staying despite all my ugliests. I think I have picked at least one fight with all of you, some maybe more, because I’m basically an unbearable bitch HAHAHAH.... I’m deeply sorry for the worst I might become at times like those. And also, for one of those long nights we discussed our deepest problems, for just listening (well, reading), also sharing, or just simply being there, even saying thank you wouldn’t be enough.

About: This is exactly like the K-pop Secret Santa/Valentine projects EXCEPT we’re putting a twist on it. You will be messaging your recipient and the goal is for them to learn about the group you love. Like the event title suggests, the recipient will act as a student while you will be teaching them about a group. The main purpose for this project is for you all to get to know someone else in the k-pop community as well as share knowledge and learn about k-pop groups.
