Snapshot | Chen x Reader
Hi, lovely! Guess who? ;) You've got Admin T here from Noona-Clock! Sending you a fluffy Jongdae request. I'll let you choose- either a Model!AU or Backstage!AU (like the Little Something MV). Looking forward to it, dear, and fighting!! ❤️ Admin T
@noona-clock Admin T, I am thrilled to bits that my first requested story is for you! I had a lot of fun with this one and may have gotten a bit carried away at times, so I hope dearly you find it to your liking. <3
Perhaps it was due to your nature as a photographer, but treasured moments stuck out to you as if frozen in time, like snapshots. After you met Jongdae, you found that there were plenty of such treasured moments.
Pairing: Chen x Reader
Genre: Fluff, Model!AU
Words: 2.5k+
It was way too early for it to be this bright.
You’d been in the business long enough to know the importance of getting an early start for the day, yet you couldn’t help but sigh as your sleep-heavy eyes squinted against the studio lights.
Still, at least you had something to make it worth being up at this time of the morning. Today, you’d be working with Jongdae, an up and coming model whose career took off quicker than anyone expected. Well, maybe not totally unexpected. You’d seen the pictures, same as anyone else: the high cheekbones, the expressive eyes, the curved mouth. The man was gorgeous and— more importantly— he photographed well.
The artist in you was thrilled at the chance to take photos of him. You may be one of many photographers working with him, but you knew that if you pulled this off well enough, your career might soar just as high as his.
You were fiddling with one of your film cameras when Jongdae arrived. He was clearly just as affected by the early morning hour as you, but even with his baseball cap and the faint circles under his eyes, he was strikingly handsome.
His handsomeness increased tenfold when he made eye contact with you and grinned, bright and charming.
“Hi, I’m Jongdae,” he introduced himself, sounding far more energetic than he looked. Butterflies erupted in your stomach; you already knew this was going to be a fantastic shoot.
“I’m Y/N,” you returned, putting your camera down so you could gesture around the studio. “What do you think?”
Jongdae looked around, taking in the lighting, the backdrops, and the props. He nodded approvingly. “I like it. I think this is going to turn out great,” he said. He wasn’t the first person to say something like that to you, but when his eyes returned to yours, you were struck by his earnestness.
You cleared your throat. “Alright, then. Good. How about we get you set up with the stylist and ready to go?” You nodded at him and turned back to your camera, watching him walk away out of the corner of your eye.
.
There’s something honest about photography. Sure, there’s retouching and editing that can make a picture look nothing like its reality, but the photograph itself, the original version, is one of the most truthful things in the world. You’ve seen firsthand the raw honesty of photographs: a fleeting emotion, immortalized in film; impatience, exemplified by a blurred border or overexposed brightness; the clutter and mess of humans.
But just as photographs are a reflection of the humans they capture, so too do they reflect the perspective of humans. You became a photographer so that you could share your view with the world, and you take great pains to do that, no matter what project you take on.
.
You had already finished setting up and double checking all of the equipment by the time the stylist was finished with Jongdae. That meant he had your full attention when he stepped into the studio lights, every detail of his appearance carefully curated, from his slightly mussed hair to the bold, contrasting colors he wore.
Now more than ever, you were eager to get started. Already, you could imagine the different details to hone in on, the different ways of capturing this man in photographs. You were still reflecting on this when he spoke.
“I’m ready to go if you are,” he said. Your eyes flicked back up to his as a confident smile spread across your face.
“Let’s do this.”
.
Here’s what you saw: dark hair falling into dark eyes. The sweet curve of a mouth hinting at mischief. Bright lights playing off the curve of a cheekbone. A glimpse of a strong chest hiding behind a bold shirt. A face unable to hide its honesty as it asks, “Can you see me? Do you know who I am?”
Click.
.
After the shoot concluded, you flipped through the stills on one of your digital cameras. You were amazed; you had expected a successful shoot with Jongdae, but you hadn’t expected nearly every photograph to come out looking this good. You cycled through more shots, impressed when you found that this guy didn’t seem to have a bad angle on his body. And by the sound of the low whistle coming from behind you, you weren’t the only one impressed.
You looked over your shoulder to see Jongdae, his eyes fixed on your camera.
“You know,” he started conversationally, “I had heard rumors that you’re good, but I didn’t expect you to be this good.”
Your face heated a bit as you shrugged.
“You’re the one who’s so unbelievably handsome that he apparently can’t take a bad picture,” you replied. Only after the words left your mouth did you realize how flirtatious they sounded. You shot Jongdae a worried look, but he was just smiling as brightly as ever.
“Let’s just meet halfway and agree that we work well together, then,” he said cheerfully.
.
Your prediction was right: your photoshoot with Jongdae was very successful and garnered a lot of positive attention for the both of you. You suspected this was why you found yourself working with him again, just a couple of short months after the first shoot.
This time, you didn’t have the luxury of working in your studio with your perfect lighting and your air conditioner. No, this time, you were doing a shoot in a garden. It was a beautiful location for a shoot, you readily admitted, and the late spring sunshine provided wonderful lighting for the time being. But there was still the pressure of knowing that you only had a limited amount of time to work with this lighting, and you were discomfited to find that the same sunshine that gave you said pleasant lighting was also attempting to burn through the back of your black shirt.
Still, despite any complaints you may have had about your slightly less-than-ideal conditions, you couldn’t quell the excitement that came from knowing you’d see Jongdae so soon. You tried to chalk it up to professional interest, but you couldn’t deny the part of you that just wanted to see his bright smile directed at you again.
Fortunately, it seemed Jongdae was just as excited to see you again. As soon as the stylists were finished with him, he sidled up to you, bringing with him the wonderful shade of his umbrella.
“You look hot,” he said as way of greeting. You watched, amused, he visibly processed what he just said and hurried to correct himself. “I just mean, you know, the sun is bright. And you looked—” He decided to stop while he was ahead.
“Thank you, Jongdae,” you said with a laugh. “Are you ready to get started, then?”
Grateful for the way out, Jongdae nodded. “Very.”
.
Here’s what you saw: sunlight dancing on bronzed skin. Soft petals resting against soft lips. Blades of grass weaving through dark hair like the delicate caress of fingers. Eyes both piercing and gentle as they say, “I see you. I know you.”
Click.
.
The shoot ended as the sun began its descent and took with it all the best lighting. You were far from disappointed, though; again, you couldn’t help but be impressed by how flawlessly these pictures had come out.
You heard footsteps approach from behind you and half expected history to repeat itself with a low whistle. You were surprised, then, when Jongdae spoke.
“You know, we’re not too far from my favorite cafe.”
You turned away from your camera to give Jongdae your full attention.
“Would you like to get something to eat?” he finished, smiling bright and beautiful as ever.
You smiled back.
You went home that day with several rolls of undeveloped film and a scrap of paper with a scrawled phone number.
.
The next time the two of you met up, it was by your own arrangement. You’d made good use of that phone number, and it was just over a week before you found time to plan a date.
“I’m a bit worried,” Jongdae admitted. You were halfway through lunch at a cafe of your choice, seated outside at a wrought-iron table that offered a lovely view of the nearby park. You felt a flash of concern, but it settled when you saw how open and relaxed Jongdae’s face was.
“What are you worried about?” you asked, idly taking a sip of your tea.
“Well, I thought I knew what I was talking about when I took you to that cafe last time, but now I’m worried that your taste in food is much better than mine. How am I supposed to impress you now?” Jongdae, bless him, actually pouted a bit.
A slow smile tugged at your lips without your permission. You comfortingly patted Jongdae’s hand, heart fluttering a bit when he turned his palm to yours and intertwined your fingers.
“Ah,” you cleared your throat. “I suppose we’ll have to keep sharing our favorite places with each other to see who really has the better taste. Don’t you think?”
His hand squeezed yours and he smiled like the sunshine.
“You know, I think you’re right.”
.
Here’s what you saw: fingertips grazing a painted coffee mug. The peek of a tongue chasing a fleeting taste. The flash of joy in familiar eyes. A warm hand clasping another tightly as if to say, “I want this. I want you.”
Click.
.
Your first date had set the tone for the beginning of your relationship. Whenever the two of you found time between your respective new projects to meet up for another date, you took turns choosing where to eat. After the cafe you had brought him to for your second date, Jongdae had made it a point of pride to try to find the best eateries— not that you particularly minded. As far as you were concerned, both of you were the winners if it meant you got good food.
With time, your friendly competition had moved on from cafes to sophisticated restaurants and again on to—
“Ice cream?” you asked dubiously.
“Yeah! I mean, it’s summer. What better way to cool down? And we both know that not all ice creams are created equal.” Jongdae tugged on your hand, leading you to an ice cream stand that he insisted was one of the best in the city.
You had to admit, once you were seated on a park bench, swirled ice cream cone in hand, Jongdae might have been onto something. And he knew it.
“It’s good, right?” he asked, watching you with an almost cheshire-like smile as you tasted your ice cream and made a show of thinking about it.
“Hmm.” You forced yourself to keep a straight face as you scrutinized your ice cream. “I’m not quite convinced yet,” you teased.
“Yah, Y/N! Don’t pretend that you don’t like it!” he whined. He wrapped an arm around your waist and leaned against you. “It’s perfect! And if you don’t like yours, then you can try mine!”
This time, your skepticism was real as you looked at his ice cream.
“Jongdae, didn’t we get the same flavor? Why would yours taste any different?”
He just shrugged and made a show of taking a bite of his ice cream.
“You never know how these things work until you give them a try, Y/N.” He suddenly leaned further into your space, face softening into a more sincere expression. “So let me give you a taste.”
Your heart hammered in your chest as he leaned forward to press his lips against yours. They were lightly cool from the ice cream, but you immediately felt warmed by the kiss. It was slow, unhurried as the summer afternoon around you, and when you pulled away, you felt almost sluggish as if you’ve been basking in warm sunlight. Warm, comfortable, right.
His face hovered close to yours, his eyes watching your face as if it held all the answers. You slowly licked your lips, chasing the feeling of the kiss, and you were surprised to find that the ice cream somehow tasted sweeter than before.
Yeah, Jongdae was onto something here.
.
Here’s what you saw: tree leaves casting mottled shadows across an expanse of skin. Eyes dancing and crinkling at the edges in laughter. A smear of ice cream decorating a shining face. A fierce grin softening around the edges as if to say, “I love you. I love you.”
Click.
.
Months later, things settled into something steady and comfortable and warm between you. It was this warmth that reminded you of the spring day when you met, even now in the dead of winter.
Unfortunately, that was just a metaphorical warmth. In reality, you were sitting bundled up on Jongdae’s couch, wearing old sweats and two pairs of fuzzy socks to keep your toes from freezing off. Really, the only thing keeping you going at this point was your personal space heater, who had taken to draping himself across your legs while you two spent a lazy afternoon watching an episode of the latest drama.
“Yah, Jongdae,” you whined when he got up from the couch, taking the heat with him.
He tossed a quick smile over his shoulder as he disappeared into his bedroom.
“Wait right there, Y/N. I promise it’ll be worth it!”
You pouted, bundling your blanket tighter around you while you waited for him to do whatever it was he was doing. After a moment, however, your face melted into a curious expression as you listened to him rummage around in his room.
He came back soon after, hands behind his back and smile bright and contagious as ever.
“I got something the other day,” he sing-songed. You were still confused, but you couldn’t help but grin back as you craned your neck to see behind his back.
“What is it?” you asked, trying to catch a glimpse.
“Ta-dah!” With flourish, Jongdae showed you the camera he was holding. It was an old polaroid in surprisingly good condition, and you were sure your puzzlement showed on your face.
“I know you’re the photographer and all,” Jongdae said, “but I thought it would be nice for me to have my own camera! That way, I can have pictures of you for once.” Your heart swelled with affection.
“Oh, Jongdae,” you sighed, voice halfway between teasing and dreamy.
Jongdae tilted your face up to be level with his, eyes dancing.
“I love you, you know,” he said, just before kissing you.
It was as slow and sweet as your first kiss, and you sighed softly as he pulled away, far too soon for your liking. You had barely opened your eyes to look at him again when you heard the click of a camera shutter.
You gasped, your shocked expression making Jongdae snicker as he waited for the instant film to finish exiting the camera. He held it up victoriously, and you grumbled a bit even as you pressed against his side, waiting for the film to develop.
As you watched your form slowly materialized in the photograph, you felt more keenly than ever the love you held for this man.
.
Here’s what he saw: wisps of hair falling softly against a sweet face. Cheeks flushing with warmth and affection. Lips parting as if to call after someone. Half-lidded eyes confessing without fear, “You are my moment. You are my forever.”

I thought of using the original song, but I preferred this one cover with the guitar :) Not edited btw :')
____________________________________
Saturday night.
Normal people would be going wild in clubs and parties. But unlike them, you always find these things out of your comfort zone, parties weren't your cup of tea.
You didn't like meeting people through drunk conversations and suffocating, loud places. You weren't an introvert, you just enjoyed peaceful things better.
Your friends however, had persuaded you to come with them to a party this Saturday night. A person's party that you haven't even met before. You didn't like the idea of it, you thought that it would be better to stay home and watch some Disney movies or read a book. But your friends had enough of this, claiming that you can always do that some other time.
Turns out, that you did do them the favor of coming to that party, even though you wouldn't hesitate to leave the place if things got out of hand. Dressing up in a silky, olive green, thin strap top and high-waist black jeans, adding some gold jewelry and putting make up on, you left your house.
Unsurprisingly enough however, not even an hour later after entering the party, you found yourself walking away.
It wasn't because of the party getting out of hand, rather, you couldn't bare being in there. You thought you could manage, but you proved yourself wrong.
You texted your friends for your absence, not really giving them an excuse, to which they never replied. They were probably having the fun you couldn't have there. For you, it was a boring and tasteless way of entertainment. You never understood why people idolized parties so much. You felt lonely, walking down the streets alone with no one by your side. You felt that the people that you called your 'friends', were just being nice to you and nothing more. You never went into deep, philosophical conversations or hung out with them out of public. You never related with them about anything, or genuinely laughed with them.
You were used to this, though. Even though it hurt and left you feeling empty, you were used to being alone. Always enjoying things you liked on your own.
Listening to your heels clicking on the hard pavement, the air muffled with the murmuring of the people walking pass by you, you realized that it wasn't half bad being alone. It was definitely better than that boring party, at least.
The city night life was rather energetic and amusing. The soft, warm color of the street lights, the occasional chuckle from the people around you, the warm smell of street food and open stores, was all too healing for you.
What made you halt your momentum however, was when your ears perked up at the sound of a soft guitar melody, followed by an angelic-like male's voice. The sound didn't seemed to be rather away from where you were standing, so you picked up your pace again and blindly followed the music.
Such a mesmerizing voice that complemented the acoustic guitar exceptionally well. His voice held so much emotion, that sneaked inside and warmed up your heart.
You always admired people with talent in art. Either dancers, painters or musicians. You loved art and this was a way of entertainment for you.
As the music got louder, in the close distance, where people walked around the stores, you saw him.
A boy, around your age, leaning on a wall next to a restaurant.
Considering his simplistic outfit and the way he had laid down his guitar case for people to throw money, you could tell he was a street musician wanting to make some income out of his talent.
Some people were passing by him unbothered and some others, were considerate enough to throw inside his balck case a couple of coins.
It was unfair, you thought, for people with such talent not to get recognised by the crowd. The boy was clearly amazing, his voice was able to make your heart flutter and hypnotize you just with one word.
Your feet automatically brought you in front of the brunette boy, unconsciously smiling to yourself, feeling peaceful, as if all your worries were melting away. Not even thinking of it twice, you grabbed your purse and threw a 20 dollar bill inside his guitar case and swiftly looked around you, searching for a place to sit.
Much to your surprise, you spotted a public wooden bench just right across from where the boy was standing, giving you the perfect view point of the street musician. Satisfied, you walked towards it and sat yourself down, crossing you legs and getting comfortable at the hard surface. It was all too convinient, watching and listening to the boy perfectly, while sitting on a big bench all alone. For some people might have been odd for a young lady, dressed so nicely only to watch a common street musician, but to you was the best feeling.
Firstly, the songs he was singing was entirely your taste. Old, meaningful songs back in your parents and grandparents' age.
Secondly, you didn't mind just simply observing him. He was too attractive for you for some weird reason. The way his fluffy hair fell down and slightly covered his eyes. His fingers that played with his guitar strings so delicately. His lips moving to the melody and letting out beautiful lyrics. His whole posture was captivating and you couldn't help but let yourself be drawn to him.
It wasn't long when he caught you admiring him. He had noticed you throwing that 20 dollar bill and at first, he thought that you might have threw it by accident. It was an incredulous amount of money for a street musician, he was used to the metallic coins only. As if this wasn't shocking enough, he then saw you walking away, only to place yourself on the wooden bench across from him and watch.
It would be a lie to say that he didn't feel his heart warming up. He felt as if this night was the luckiest among the rest. A person recognizing his talent and actually being generous enough to give him such amount. He tried to be professional, but he couldn't help but blush in happiness. You were his highlight of the night and an idea crossed his mind.
Play only for you tonight.
He had spent countless nights playing for people, but no one ever behaved liked you. He felt special for once in his life. He felt as if all his work didn't go to waste, even if it was only for one person. A beautiful young lady at that.
Getting admiration for your talent, is something artists want the most. Even if its from one person, they can get so happy. That's how Jisung felt that night, so happy.
All because of you.
Something inside him called out to him. A small teasing voice telling him to approach you in some way. But not just in any way. He wanted to make it more casual, but simultaneously more special. More like his taste. More romantic.
You caught the brunette boy stealing glances at you all the while you observed him. You founf it cute the way he would blush and avert his eyes every time you smiled at him. You didn't know you were distracting him in the most sweet way possible.
You felt your heart drop once you saw him gathering up his stuff after finishing with the song. Thinking that he was done for the night, your once full of warmth heart started getting empty again. It was only then when you realised that you were truly enjoying yourself, but now that the boy was leaving, all the enjoyment was vanishing away. Fainting, like an old sweet memory.
But something in the way he acted, caught your attention. Instead of placing his guitar inside the black case, he just simply zipped it and hung it over his shoulder, before picking his guitar again. His fingers found their way to the strings and a familiar melody started coming from the vibrations.
The boy picked up his pace and started walking towards...you?
You couldn't tell why, but he was looking only in your direction. Maybe he got tired of standing and wants to sit down on the bench, you thought. The exact same bench that happens to be the one you sit to.
Your thoughts got washed away as the boy started singing, not breaking eye contact with you.
"L is for the way you look at me."
He sang, getting even closer by the second.
"O is for the only one I see."
He gave you a shy smile, blushing at the lyrics and trying hard to keep himself at bae. He didn't want to break eye contact, but he was getting adorably shy over the way you were looking at him with your sparkly eyes. The glint of excitement and admiration never left your gaze, something that helped him go on.
"V is very, very extraordinary. E is..." he stood right in front of you, waiting with anticipation for you to finish the lyrics.
"Even more than anyone that you adore can."
You bit your lip, trying not to laugh at your poor attempt of singing. You were in no way half as good as that boy, but you couldn't shy away when he looked at you in such way. You instanly felt better when he let out a chuckle, both satisfied and amused. He found your vouce adorable, sweet and gently just like he imagined. Exactly the way you looked.
He took his guitar case off his shoulders and placed it down, before genlty sitting beside you. He stopped playing and focused his gaze on you. "How come a beautiful lady like you is here all alone?" he said politely, his words made you let out a breathy sigh.
You didn't mind pouring your heart out to a stranger, you could use some comfort right now. It has been so long since the last time you got asked that question. How come you are alone.
"Well..." you inhaled sharply, pursing your lips for a moment. "I just escaped from a boring party that my friends made me go to. So here I am."
The boy stared at you amusingly, letting out a chuckle. "From the way you put it, you don't seem so fond of parties." he pointed out.
"Yeah, well I really am not. I don't feel comfortable around such places. My friends just forced me to it, but I ended up leaving." you rested your head on the palm of your hand.
"I totally relate with you on that. I don't know how people find entertainment in such places, getting drunk only to wake up with a hung over the next morning."
"Exactly!" you said almost too excitedly. It has been so long since someone related with you. His gentle smile only made you feel more comfortable around him. "You have an amazing voice by the way. I really thought I would head straight back home, but when I heard you, I changed my mind."
At that, you saw the boy's cheeks flush crimson, seemingly having a panick attack from his shyness. He seemed as if he was praised for his talent for the first time. It was adorable.
"Thank you so much..." he giggled silently, staring down at his guitar. "Ah crap, I'm all shy right now, please stop starring for a moment." he hid his face in his hands, only making you giggle harder at his reaction.
You didn't know he could get so shy over a compliment, but something inside you urged you to continue. You teasingly started poking his arm. "Common, how can you not be used to compliments? With the talent you have you must have gotten plenty already!"
"Stooop." he whined with little giggles.
"Not until you look at me." you challenged, poking his continuously.
It felt odd.
It felt odd how the both of you became so comfortable with each other in seconds. Acting like two little childs teasing one another. As if you knew each other for years. It felt refreshing.
"Okay, okay fine! I am looking at you, will you stop now?" the moment he raised his head beneath his hands and forced his gaze on you, you could see how red his ears and cheeks had turned.
"Oh wow, you look like a tomato right now, you know that?" you snorted, only gaining a pouty frown by him.
"I can feel it in my cheeks, thank you very much." he faked an angry tone.
"What? I was only stating facts. And don't act like you are not already aware of your talent. If you were this shy, why would you stand in the crowd playing?"
"I..." he tried to think of a comeback, but he had none. "Fair point." he sighed. "It's the only way I can do what I love, while making some money as well. It's not much, but it works for the meantime." the cheerful in his tone dropped visibly.
You didn't know how to reply properly. You didn't want to make him feel worse or offend him in some way. But staying in silence would only make him feel uneasy for telling you something personal of his. "Life can be hard, you know? If only I had that talent of yours. Imagine how many great things you can do. You can write your own songs, right?"
The sudden change in his mood was apparent, your encouraging words made him feel at ease. As if that was the only answer he was seeking to ease his mind. "Well...yeah. I can write songs as well, but I am not confident enough to put them out there." he nervously played with the strings of his guitar, biting his lip to supress a smile.
"What are you afraid of? That people won't like them?" you scoffed incredulously. "Even if your songs suck, your voice is so amazing that it will cover up for the mess." you joked, making him let out a breathy chuckle.
He was enjoying your company awfully too much. He felt at ease, just the way you did. It was weird how you both clicked at once. How you both were able to talk to each other so casually, as if you haven't just met. Having such chemistry that you have never felt with anyone else.
Looking in each other's eyes, you both could spot the lovely comfort you were providing each other. Such soft emotions portrayed in the light glint of your eyes, under the illuminating street lights.
"What's your name?" he said softly and quietly, observing every single beautiful feature of your face.
"Y/n. What's yours?"
"Jisung." the both of you smiled. "Call me crazy but right now, I feel so drawn to you." he almost whispered., but you were able to pick it up. A warm sensation crept in your cheeks, a small fluttering in your heart, like a dove flying under the sun set.
"I guess we must both be crazy then, because I feel the same for you."
"Is this where we confess our undying love, kiss and spend all the night together and the next morning wake up as if it was only a dream?" he grinned, leaning closer.
"Well, Jisung," you leaned closer as well, catching him off gaurd at the close proximity. However., instead of going with the flow, you decided to boop his nose instead and then stood up from the bench. He was left speechless, blinking furiously. "I don't know about the 'dream' part, but I would be more than happy to spend my night with you. And we can see about the 'kiss' part later." you gave him a wink and stretched down your hand. "Now come." you smiled sweetlly.
"Where to?" he questioned with a boyish smile, but didn't hesitate to take your hand.
"I don't know, I am hungry. I was thinking of grabbing a late night snack. Don't worry, it's on me." you reassured and he flashed you the dashier smile of gratitude. He couldn't thank you enough. He couldn't tell you how grateful he was and how you made his night the best moment of his life.
But it wasn't only his, but yours had become the best as well.
A loud introvert and a silent extrovert had just begun their night together, making sure it wouldn't be their last.

방탄소년단 BTS related recent personal thoughts
i noticed that lately ppl refrain for telling their honest opinions or thoughts related to bts on twitter so i will just write shortly here all my fustration i have been feeling for these past months on this site becuase i feel a bit more confortable to do that in here. i watched that video that i just reblogged and i really enjoyed watching it.
"i actually want to see them in korea. they have too many tours."
i am a fan and i agree with these 2 ladies reporters.you dont know how i feel as a fan living in korea when the group i like are pretty much 70% of the year gone aboard. i dont know if it is indeed 70% of the time but it feels like that to me. BTS need to concentrate on korea more.
and my complain is why fans in korea itself get less concert dates which is only 2 days when other countries get more than 4 or 6? there are so many fans in korea that didn't managed to go to wings concert .me included.the ticketing was pure hell,i am sure some of you heard of it from twitter.i even wasted a sleepless night in the cold on the night before the first concert to see if they will sell any tickets,at the venue and nothing!that horrible it was.i usually avoid anything related to the wings tour because it was the only event i was waiting for this year since the epilogue era last year.probably i will be depressed and wont get over it the whole year becuase of it.especially...that some of the ppl that managed to get tickets are not even real fans.i know ppl that they are like"i am not really a fan but i just wanted to see what;s the hype about them.so i got a ticket"imagime my feelings when they are the only group i would stay in cold and rain for them for hours and starve myself because i cant move from my spot to be able to get a change to see them.i know, life is not fair.but it makes me sad that ppl like those manage to get tickets and real fans dont. because the membership the 3rd term was messy and shitty and so cheap and basically a lot of scalpers who got the membership only with the idea to buy tickets and sell them on ridiculous prices stealing the change from real fans that actually want to go and enjoy their favorites. the original price was 110.000 won which is pretty much around 100$ i guess and some of these illegally sold tickets were priced from 550.000 won up to 5.000.000 won.yup you read that well. they asked 5.000$ for a silly ticket.ridiculous! and a lot of the non-bangtan fans got their hands on the membership.i know someone myseld that she is not a fan and got the membership because it was cheap ans had nothing to lose..bighit better come with a better plan for the 4th term if they dont want the same chaos like this previous year.probably they are planing something new like i see they are unusually late with the infos about the new term.
another complain is that i heard a huge section in that cursed Gocheok Sky Dome (which i hate to death and it is not only me but a lot of fans because the view is super shitty, you cant really see them well the seats are so far away from the stage)was basically full with reporters and other idols that were invited.so a bunch of seats were gone automatically from us the fans only because those ppl came.i understand that these so called international stops are necessary more for publicity than for money and of course a great chanse to interact with their international fans(except for europe.us we dont exist. i am a european and if i would not have been currently in korea,i would have never ever had the chanse to see them if i was in europe),but bangtan need to concentrate on their own country trying to grow bigger here in korea.they are a hot issue in the kpop industry lately but still they havent reached that point were non-kpop ppl would know their group name.they do have a big korean fandom but that is pretty much it.as a fan from the begining that i was around in those times when no one pretty much knew who they were and there were only few hundreds of ARMYs now it feel kinda weird and i still havent got used with the idea that they have thousands of fans in korea itself which is great knowing that most of the male idol groups are struggleing to actually gain a decent amount of fans, because too many groups. i failed attending the stop in korea,a lot of fans that went to the seoul stop will go to the manila one as well. there was this girl that i know personally that asked me if i want to go with her to manila because she has extra tickets, the venue is way better and the seats she got are really decent but hey, because life is unfair,i cant go.personal reasons.and i part of me is sobbing inside because i could go but i cant because yeah..money! cant afford to travel aboard. i probably sound like a salty person, maybe i am turning into a salty person,it's impossible not to when it is such a strong competition in here who manages to see them most and closer.. first of all they dont earn that much money with these world stops, except for japan.they do earn some with japan i undertstood. they can earn decent money from korea itself because there will be fans traveling all the way from diferent areas to seoul just to see them.they are a group that they sell really well currently so bighit doesnt have to worry about not managing to sell more concert days in korea itself more than those cursed 2 days they usually throw at us and after all this is bighit's main goal as a company :"money!" there should be Muster 4 going on soon in the future in few month..when exactly i have no idea.probably after september or so,when they are done with the Wings tour for good. but honestly i’m not that excited for it.if i managed to get a ticket, great it not i wont be that sad this time around.these fanmeetings are diferent from concerts. concerts are more fun.fanmeetings are basically an event that lasts around 2.h and 30min the most if not less. in which 1h itself is just a fricking scripted content like an interview.i almoust fall asleep last time.not that is not fun,ok i get it they answer some questions but i came to see the guys singing and interacting with the fans, that is why it';s a fanmeeting is it? but they dont...it's just more scriped...and then they perform some of their songs and bye you can go home thanks.well can't complain becuase the price is cheap anyway.at least it was.we will see if they will change the ones in the future. i am sure that the previous fanmeeting must have been more intime and warmer but having a meeting in that huge dome is definelly not like that.it feels cold...it didnt gave me the feeling of them interacting for real with fans. once i will leave this country i know that i will never see them again, except on a laptop screen if i am lucky to have internet.and i hate myself for being that type of fan that is too shy and get;s into panic mode when by some miracle one of the members are quite close to me.i should take the chanse and call their names and stuffs but i all the time i had that chanse i never did it.because there is like this thought in my head that tells me"you are not worthy of their attention.you are a piece of garbage comparing to them.you're too ugly and a failure, dont make them look at you.you dont deserve their attention for 3 secs.do not call his name". because of that i freak out and i lose those chanses.i keep saying i should make that thought silent next time and just enjoy the moment, but i never managed.i failed most of the times.
i am really proud of them,it haven’t sinked in me the idea that now are ridiculously popular comparing to how they used to be in 2013-2014.
they are the kindest idols i have ever seen and meet and observed comparing to other idols i have met.the only group that i care and admire and respect all 7 members.i hope they will never turn arrogant, that;s my only fear with this whole attention they are starting to get.
anyway.i should stop talking so much nonsense.i am sorry.i do not intend to upset anyone,i just needed to throw everything i have on my chest out.
i hope everyone has a good weekend.
