I wanna see a cooking competition show where all the judges have different dietary restrictions and professional chefs have to make a meal that all of them can eat.

I wanna see someone with allergies look a chef dead in the eye and tell them they're disqualified cause they didn't check that the pecans were manufactured somewhere with no peanut cross contamination.

#this post brought to you by my continued struggle to find pecans that arent manufactured on the same equipment as peanuts #and the tv at my top surgeon's office that was playing food network #kosher and halal keepers please chime in with stupid shit chefs would do that'd make you push their dish off the table like a cat #its like reverse chopped #instead of things they MUST include there's just tons of shit they cant use #if theres multiple rounds the chefs have to clean their own stations and keep track of their cookware #for cross contamination and religious restriction reasons #could also function as a fun recipe show for folks with restricted diets #i need new recipes so bad the MCAS has taken so much from me
