I’ve already introduced you to my 1st Korean food hop, and because kinain na rin ako ng sistema, let’s seek for more KFOODventure!
Hwaiting! 화이팅! - Fighting!

Sodam is a Korean buffet restaurant. This is my favorite K Resto of all the Korean food shop I’ve ever been to. Their food has this K feels and it’s really worth every penny you will spend here! Maybe that’s the reason why I keep on coming back to this place. Affordable & fulfilling haha Jeongmal!! (really)
RATES
Lunch Buffet (Monday - Friday) Php 325
Lunch (Weekend/Holiday) Php 365
Dinner (Monday - Sunday) Php 365
Not bad for a buffet right? The owner of Sodam is a Korean national and she’s very hands-on with her business. You’ll see her refilling food on the buffet table & serve drinks to customers, and there are times that she grills the meat for you.
Ahhhhhhh!!! Mashittda!!!!
There are so many Korean dishes as you all know, Sodam offers variety of them and I must say they’re all legit Kfood! makes me wonder if their Chef is also a Korean :)
I’ll introduce you to some of the common Korean dishes which you can easily recognize. Some of them are usually seen in Dramas or Series so some may be familiar to you already (if you are a fan of those ^^,)
Chicken Roll 치킨 롤 x Beef 소고기 x Omeulles 오믈렛 (Korean Omelet) x Sweet & Sour Fish 달 콤 하 고 신 물고기 x Buttered Corn 버터 옥수수
My personal favorite, Creamy dory is no joke!
They serve the meats (beef & pork) in a deck equally. It can’t be pure beef order or pork.
Kimchi - 김치
The traditional Korean kimchi is made of fermented vegetables. Normally and the most commonly used veggies are cabbage, carrots and radish. Kimchi is known to be one of the usual Korean side dishes.
Tteogbokk-i - 떡볶이
is a Korean snack or Korean’s popular rice cake. There’s a lot of Korean dishes that can be partnered with tteokbokk-i.
Korean Grilled Beef Lettuce Wraps
This food is most commonly seen in Dramas/Series when they're drinking. Meat x Veggies it is!! My Korean friend first introduced this to me when we had her birthday party. Ahhh Masshitda!
Soju - 소주
Speaking of the grilled meat in lettuce, here’s the perfect match! Introducing Korea’s popular alcoholic drink, Soju. Soju means "burned liquor", its alcohol content is from 16.8% to 53% ABV (Alcohol By Volume).
Chicken Veggie Kebab x Stewed Potato
These two dishes are considered to be a snack, a healthier choice indeed! You can also go for a sauce of your choice with the Kebab :)
Bulgogi -불고기
Also known as grilled marinated beef. This is made of thinly sliced marinated beef. It can be grilled or roasted. It is somewhat sweet in taste.
RESERVATION
It is first come, first served basis. For reservation, please call Sodam ahead of time. They easily get fully booked.
Phone: (02) 246 9069 ext. 917 / 0905-393-4190
As mentioned, I’ve been here for the nth time and every time I try to reserve, they’re always fully booked. I guess customers are just like me who wishes to come back given that satisfaction with the value of money and the quality of the food you’ll get to enjoy!
Koreana at Heart, Aigoo~
I’ve already introduced Sodam to my friends and colleagues and so far everyone is satisfied!
APPROVED!!
