Hey!! So I finished Masamune-kun’s Revenge!

Technically I finished the anime Wednesday!!! Tho I got stubborn and was left unsatisfied, so I decided to finish the light novel! XD Which I did!! From 30 to 49 chapters with 30 or so pages within a few hours left in a day!!! So I did pretty well! X3 This show drove me up a wall at times, I kid you not, Cobalt, @crimsoncobaltblue can vouch for me! XD She wittinessed all of it!

Anyway, the anime was both good and bad! XD Both! Cuz it drove me to annoyance, and I also loved the teasing as much as I hated it! XD

Anyway! As for my fav character, I was going between Aki, and Kojuro!! X3

And I finally decided, Kojuro!

He’s just too precious to pass up!! X33333

Like, the fact Izuku’s dub VA, Justin Briner, voices him, only makes him more adorable!! 🥺

Ok so I just finished watching Masamune-kun no Revenge and I just hated it. Don’t get me wrong it was fun to watch but the characters had no development at all, they were selfish and didn’t do anything without having a hidden agenda.

The only character that I like was Kojuro Shuri, this anime didn’t deserve such cute bean 🥺 Just look at him 😭😭🥺 he is so pure, I just wanted to protect him at all cost.

Btw, I will like to clarify that I didn’t read the manga, I’m just giving my opinion on the anime

An old doodle I did in April, when I had limited colors available. Loosely dubbed, “The Shouta Family,” composed of Nico (Nanbaka), Kojūrō Shūri (Masamune-kun’s Revenge), and Yoosung Kim (Mystic Messenger).

I swear, there IS a method to my madness.

I was on a sugar high after a bad week when I binged the first eleven episodes of Masamune-kun’s Revenge (dubbed) with a friend. I could not, for the life of me, retain any character’s name besides Masamune himself, but I knew that I thought Kojūrō was a total cutie. I’d already watched much Nanbaka at this point (and gotten seven bad endings in Mystic Messenger). Justin Briner dubs both Nico and Kojūrō, so every time he was on screen, I just shouted, “Nico-child!” at the TV.

I noted how similar his hair and personality were to Yoosung’s, but with more of Nico’s cutesiness, and how that seemed to make him their estranged love-child. At that time, I could not grasp the concept of a Nico x Yoosung ship, but I thought they made a cute family so I still drew this. ;P

Now, I CAN get my mind around a Nico x Yoosung ship and how that would work logistically, but if I were to write a fanfic of that, it wouldn’t be right now. I’ve got too much on my plate. When I’ve wrapped up some of my older YuGiOh fanfics, maybe then I can give this obscure, unlikely pairing some love.

-Childhood friends because their moms were best friends

-Akari was always a bit of a tomboy growing up. Whenever she would wear dresses or skirts, boys would make fun of her so she didn't wear them until she had to for her school uniform.

-Takahiro was a soft-spoken boy growing up and got bullied frequently. Akari would always protect him and beat up people who'd make fun of him.

-Akari has been in love with Takahiro for as long as she can remember, a childhood crush she never grew out of. Takahiro didn't really catch feels for her until they started high school.

-Akari has no 'assets.' Nothing. People always mistook her for a boy because of it. People often still do. Her voice is the only indication that she is in fact a girl.

Mika was eight at the time. -She’s very supportive of Mika’s dream to be an idol. She didn’t really want him to move out but she knew it would be easier if he did instead of commuting from home. She texts him frequently. -She was very tomboyish growing up, she never grew out of it. -Takahiro was her childhood friend, she’s been in love with him for as long as she can remember.
