Having lived in California over 15 years I have developed an even deeper respect for nature. I love America for it’s National and State Parks and I love Poland for our forests and wilderness. Today’s post is to raise awareness of what is currently going on in Poland in Bialowieza Forest, a primeval forest, a National Polish, European and world Monument protected by UNESCO is being logged and the current government is looking to remove it from UNESCO list. North American bison, commonly known as buffalo still exists today thanks to European bison population brought to the U.S. from Poland, from that very forest.
