We meet again, Bohol!

As beautiful as the Philippines is, many destinations offer mostly sand and surf. But not Bohol. This province is known for unique attractions that you can’t find anywhere else in the Philippines.

Sure, other islands in the Philippines are worth recommending, too, but most boast one or two of the following — white beaches, incredible sites, diverse wildlife, interesting history. Bohol has them all. From wild encounters with dolphins and tarsiers to the incomparable views of the Chocolate Hills, Bohol is a province that is easy to promote. It doesn’t need much sales talk.

We stayed at Coastal View in Panglao, then we transferred to On Board Beach Hostel and Resort for some quiet alone time near the beach. The wedding was at South Palms Resort, and I can attest that this is probably the most exquisite hotel here, next to Bohol Beach Club.

I was tasked with the daunting task of speaking in front of everyone. I wasn't really prepared to cry, so I let the "funny" me take over. Let me share to you guys my speech during the wedding.

"Kamusta naman ang lahat? Nakainom na ba? Kung Hindi pa, ito na yung time. Haha. For everyone's reference, I'm jasfher ako yung favorite friend ng groom and bride. Jk. Haha.

Nung sinabi nila na magssppeech ako, siyempre napressure ako kasi hello 'di ko naman sila close? Ano sasabihin ko dito? Jk. Haha 

Okay kidding aside, sige maybe I'll just start ho I met the bride and the groom. Tagalog yung speech ko so pasensya na. To our foreigner friends, welcome to the Philippines. Haha.

Si brux and karla orgmates ko from UP travel society. Hindi ko din alam paano nabuo yung barkadahan namin, pero I guess we all just clicked and nagkakaayaan na lang kumain, gumala, tumambay ganyan, and the rest was history. So kwentuhan ko na lang kayo muna ng mga misadventures namin para may pulot naman kayo sa speech ko. Haha.

Sa mga travel namin, si karla isa sa mga main organizer, tapos si brux ang aming walking calculator. Sa tamad naming magcompute, si brux na bahala sa hatian, feel namin nagogoyo kami minsan, pero okay lang kasi wala naman kami nung math skills niya. Haha. 

Nung nasa adventurous era pa kami, ang bonding namin ay umakyat ng bundok. Nagbuwis buhay trip kami sa Mt. pamitinan, tapos nagpapicture sa crater ng Taal, nakiparty sa Malasimbo sa Puerto Galera with hindi namin kilala, nagbackpacking kami 8 days sa Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand na natutulog sa bus dala bagahe, kumain ng scorpion at tarantula, kumain ng happy pizza, nagtemple hopping sa Angkor Wat at sa mga temples sa Thailand, tapos nag 8 days din kami sa Bali, Indonesia ewan ko din paano namin napupull off pero napakadami naming pinupuntahan tapos wala ako sa organizing committee so ang ambag ko talaga ay chumika at magpicture. Haha.

pero sa mga local travel namin, dalawa yung pinaka favorite ko: yung 1) Siargao at yung 2) South cotabato. Yung siargao kasi grabe talaga yun gabi-gabi kami lasing as in tumatakbo kami nina karla sa kalsada tapos hinahabol kami nina brux. Haha. Dun ko din naranasan maghanap ng GoPro sa dagat ng nakaflashlight lang kasi nalaglag nung nagsurfing kami. Grabe talaga yun. Nung South Cotabato naman, natry namin yung highest zipline in the South East Asia, may nadaanan kaming apat na waterfalls ganun kataas. Tapos ang dami naming change costume nag T'boli traditional costume kami, tapos nag abaya and hijab kami nung pumunta kaming Grand Mosque. Very dubai ganon. Haha.

Favorite memory ko sa kanila ay every travel namin, nagsusulatan sila ng postcards. Sabi ko grabe couple goals. Indeed a matchmake in heaven walang distance distance. They will really make way to communicate, and show their love for each other. The yin to each other's yang.

So medyo ang haba na no? haha so summary and summary? Haha. Nakita ko silang nag grow, both literally and figuratively. As in kung may masasabi akong couple na tested by time and distance ay sila talaga iyon. Proud na proud ako tbh na nakakakilala ako ng mga taong kasing galing niyo. sobrang supportive niyong friends, sweet, thoughtful, funny, smart, witty, amazing lahat na. In between those laughters, I know genuine love is there. Sobrang happy ko na nagkatuluyan kayo, and from day 1, alam kong kayo na talaga. I know madaming taon taon pa tayong pagsasamahan, at andito lang kami para sa inyo. Congratulations, Karla and Brux, and i only hope the best for you both. Mahal na mahal ko kayo 💕

“prayers again?”

you look up to meet smiling azure eyes, the black cassock reflecting in his irises. simeon was carrying togas and a coin box, and after some insistence, you took the togas from him to lighten his load. setting down the clipboard of prayers down a table, you stand up and walk with him towards the back of the chapel.

“as usual, the top of the batch got first reading. quite fitting for him, no?” you remarked bitterly.

simeon chuckles and replies, “is that jealousy i hear?”

you stay silent, shifting your attention to the people going in the chapel already. simeon gives you a gentle nudge, as if to remind you of your conversation. you sigh in defeat, swallowing your pride.

“you’re hard to be around when i feel like hating someone for having better things happen to them. in fact, i feel like i’ve done such a big sin.”

“please don’t feel bad, we all want the best for ourselves. you’re not a bad person to feel this way,” the angel reassures. “why, what’s making it hard for you to be around me when you’re feeling… that way?”

you choose your words carefully despite talking through a tough confrontation. “you don’t feel these, simeon. you’re… different. i’m petty, i’m envious of an impossible person, i’m impatient to change. simeon, i’m not the best person, and the fact that we’re together doesn’t even seem real to me.”

he doesn’t respond. you gulp down the sob building up your throat, worried about his response. the two of you reach the back of the chapel, setting down the things you two brought in its right places. your throat ached setting out those words for him. communicating was not your best suit, especially if it was about your feelings.

“i take it back, forget it, it’s wrong, i shouldn’t have thought that,” you sighed. as you smooth out the togas held by hangers, a hum of the psalms tickled your ear. simeon stands beside you, facing the altar. he pauses his song to look at you.

“love, you’re not a bad person. you’re human and i don’t judge you for that. just because i’m closer in creation to father doesn’t mean i have the right to judge you.”

you purse your lips and face nowhere, looking anywhere but the angel’s eyes. a sinner you were, and a sinner you will be. that was the truth for those around you, but why not for him? your doubt-filled heart found it hard to take that, thus you resorted to forcing out the reassuring words he gave you from yourself. an unhealthy habit you wish to unlearn for him.

“right, i’m sorry.” you pause, struggling to take the words out of your mouth. the angel smiles at you, sighing.

“nevermind that. me being an angel is quite the hindrance between us. but, even with that,” simeon continues, taking your hand in his discreetly. “prayers sound beautiful when they come out of your lips, no matter what kind. if you were a bit nicer, you’d fit right in.”

a smile formed on your lips as you shook your head. “you really have to stop being this smooth. keep being nice to me and i fear i’m going to be the red flag in our relationship, simeon.”

“and you are. do i mind? not really.”

“tch, what does that mean!”

you scoff at him and take a toga, putting it over your head. simeon pulls down the toga while you slip your arms into its sleeves. he pats down the toga along with you, straightening it out. you tie a knot to its string, and notice your undone hair in the mirror in front of you.

“ah, i’ll fix this, be right back,” you say, striding to the comfort room. simeon hums in response and goes back to the table for the offerings.

twisting the ends of your hair as you went out, you saw simeon mingling with other altar servers about the procession. some boys helped one another put on their cassocks, while some of them joked around with some religious apparatus. simeon held a strained smile, most likely uncomfortable by their horseplay. he caught your eye and signalled the two of you to talk somewhere else. you follow him to the back of the altar to carry out the remaining things needed for the mass at the back of the chapel.

you took a cup from the cabinet and broke the silence. “hehe, i could see you wanted to tell the younger ones from playing with those. would you be annoyed if i told you i’ve done worse with them as a kid?”

“you were a kid, what did you know? but that surprises me, you didn’t strike me as a wild child. i didn’t think you even went through a childhood,” simeon replies.

“simeon, if i wasn’t smitten with you and your stupid face, i would have punched you.”

he snickered at your retort, moving you to retaliate. as he moved to nudge you, you panicked and swiped your finger in the incense, smearing a mark on his cheek. simeon scoffs and follows suit, attempting to do the same to you. you flaunt your white toga, exclaiming, “no, no! don’t do that, i have white clothes. if you smear me, i’ll blame you!”

“that’s not fair. alright,” simeon retreats, “but you owe me food later.”

you both stop your shenanigans, resuming what you two were supposed to be doing. you take out the incense and wipe the dust off its container. simeon was folding cloth needed for the mass. a few minutes later, you two head back to the back of the chapel, carrying the items you needed.

simeon walked down the aisle and you followed him.

the two of you walked in slow strides. you both had numerous religious apparatus in hand, and you did not need a lecture from your handler. at some point the aisle looked longer than usual, prompting you to look at simeon.

his hair fell down perfectly, curling slightly at the tips. his blue eyes reflected the gold of the cups he was holding and the black of his cassock. the sun seeped through the chapel’s stained windows, the light shining upon the angel, forming a halo decorated with color. you stare at him in awe, mind lost. lord, give me strength. if repenting for jealousy was something you should do to keep this angel by your side, you would do it ten times over.

unbeknownst to you, simeon has been staring at you in his peripheral vision. the white toga that cascaded over your uniform resembled you as his partner to be wed. your walk mirrored how a bride walked through the aisle in a traditional wedding. simeon had half a mind to take off the black cassock and leave his white toga on to delude himself in a picture of your wedding day. bells clamored at the back of the chapel, sun rays peeked through the stained glass, and the devotees brought flowers. his resolve met defeat, giving in to the temptation to look at you. simeon thought your envy was for naught; there was nothing more he could want from you.

“mc,” simeon murmured. “you look nice in white.” you were confused at his compliment. “thank you? haha, love what was that for?”

“i really… want to see you in this. in front of my father, our father, bearing witness to our vows. if he approves, i will flaunt you. if he does not, i will still do the same. i want to see you again in this, but in different white clothes, walking down the aisle of the church.”

simeon catches himself saying this, looking away from your gaze. “if you want to, that is. we’re still young, we don’t know the future-“

“i don’t mind, especially if it’s you.” your stomach lurched in cringe when you realized you basically said yes to his indirect proposal, but your heart fluttered at the way the angel’s expression lit up in excitement. once you both reached the back of the chapel, you set down the religious apparatus. as soon as your hands were free, simeon flung his arms around you and let out a soft laugh. the other altar boys snicker at the sight, but you couldn’t care less.

“is this your way of dealing with my insecurities?” you chuckle, pulling away to save face. “you’re overdoing it. i’m done sulking.”

simeon gives you a smile pretty enough to send you to heaven, “did it work? if you want a stronger guilt trip, you can turn to raphael. although, that would make me the jealous one.” you nudge his shoulder.

“and i’ll be the reassuring one? ah, how cute, i can imagine coaxing you to be happy again when you’re all and pouty that i’m not giving you a time of my day,” you chided.

you forget your self-deprecating episode from earlier, and go on with simeon in preparing for the mass.

Nightmare High (2016)

i started watching this because i keep seeing this on Netflix and my curiosity got the best of me hehe. also because i’m quite impressed with Kim So-Hyun’s acting skills and she’s also one of my favorite Korean actors, because of her performance in Love Alarm (2019).

lmao so i finished this show a couple of days ago and i was supposed to post this after but i decided to collect my thoughts first so i could make this post work haha. i tend to forget what i just watched five minutes after watching it sometimes (its not a quirky thing ;-; i tend to get surprised that i just finished another show that i forget what just happened lol).

anyways, i kinda liked this drama, though i felt like it was a bit of a slow-burn, it showed what the characters were like if they were given the chance to play god, which led to them abusing it then wanting it to stop when they get overwhelmed by it. here’s a list of my thoughts on each characters’ stories :v

1. Kim Seul-Gi

the name reminds me so much of Seulgi (Kang Seulgi) from Red Velvet lmaoo. Kim Seulgi (Seo Shin-ae) was considered as their class’ “outcast”, with her classmates going out of their way to talk about how she’s invisible and that she’s worthless before proceeding to mess with her stuff. being fed up with her bullies, she decides to go to the counseling office and talk to Mr. Han/Han Bong-Gu (Uhm Ki-Joon) who gives her the layout of their classroom and a red pen, telling her to connect her name with a classmates name with a red line if she wants to be friends with them. after trying this, her classmates start acting nice to her, which eventually led to her not being given the time to be alone and to be with the people that she wants to be with, which then led to her asking Mr. Han if he could reverse the whole thing and go back to normal.

Seul-Gi’s story was honestly a bit sad and frustrating with me. this is why you shouldn’t give people the chance to play god or the chance to control their fate and their surroundings, it just won’t end well. the girl just wanted to have friends that genuinely care for her. the solution that Mr. Han gave her was addicting at first but when it all backfired on her, she decided that maybe it wasn’t for her at all. sadly, she had no other choice but to be trapped in that mirror.

2. Oh Ki-Chul

Oh Ki-Chul (Baek Sung-Do) is a student that participates in wrestling/boxing/fighting matches. (??) after a while of not participating, he stumbles upon two students that are fighting and decides to break it up. he was then met with what looks like a student who was also the group’s ‘leader’ telling him that one of the rules of fighting was to never butt-in on someone else’s fight. he was then dared to participate in a fight but turned down the offer as he planned not to do it until he graduates.

after a series of provoking and starting to participate again in other fights. Oh Ki-Chul and Mr. Han spoke about him joining fights, before Mr. Han puts Ki-Chul in a trance to help him see if he’ll win or not. he decides to use this to his advantage, memorizing what he has to do in order to win his fights in the future. eventually, he too had to sign a contract with his blood- like every victim of Mr. Han’s to continue receiving this kind of privilege which eventually led him to being trapped in a mirror too.

my main takeaway from Ki-Chul’s story was that it was kinda weird that Mr. Han just watched from the sidelines instead of holding Ki-Chul back and try to change his mind into not participating in the fight. sadly, he’s not like other Homeroom teachers. for others, they’d probably say that he’s provoking these students into wanting more.. but i think that he’s actually giving them the taste of their own medicine if they decide to abuse their desires if it were given to them. but i still think that Mr. Han’s a bad guy lmao duh.

3. Ahn Si-Yeon

first of all, i think that Ahn Si-Yeon (Kim Da-Ye) is so adorable !! her character gives me fangirl vibes ✨ sadly, she had to fall for Mr. Han’s trap too. it first started when her classmates accused her of lying to them about her having a boyfriend who lives in Boston, with them purposely making her “overhear” their conversations about someone they know that lies about their personal life. i didn’t really get why she had to lie though, i’m quite convinced that she did that to gain more friends. sadly, they had to pry and pry to the point that she had to find a solution to their nosiness, she started it anyway. Si-Yeon went to the counseling room to talk to Mr. Han, where she was given a notebook to write down her desires. now this part gave me Death Note (2006) vibes.. but with less people dying from heart attacks lmao.

after writing down on the ✨ magical ✨ notebook, her ‘boyfriend’ from Boston suddenly appears out of nowhere, apologizing for taking so long to arrive and be there with her. surprised with her wishes being granted by the notebook, Mr. Han gives her the option to sign a contract with her blood or everything goes back to the way it was.

Si-Yeon then continues making ‘things’ happen through her notebook, until she decided that she didn’t want to continue using the notebook anymore and that she wanted everything to go back to normal. unfortunately, burning the notebook didn’t do anything which eventually caused her to be trapped in the mirror as well.

4. Chun Jae-Soo

duuuude, my fujoshi side is jumping out i hate myself lmao anywayss i can’t help but ship Jae-Soo (Jang Kyoung-Up) to Ko Ki-Tae (Ji Eun-Sung), they all so give me Kaneki and Hide vibes from Tokyo Ghoul (2014) !!

anyways, Jae-Soo’s story was pretty sad for me but it was kind of a slow burn? idk, maybe i wasn’t paying much attention or time went by slowly for me that day.. but he got so dependent on the drinks that Mr. Han was giving him that he eventually forgot everyone, even his bestfriend! which made him resort to writing the important details of his life on his arms and on the chair of his desk. i was so sad when Ki-Tae saw Jae-Soo’s arms :< he definitely knew what was wrong with his best friend but couldn’t think of a way to help him without the other thinking that he’s prying. ngl though, i honestly thought that Ki-Tae was using Jae-Soo at first but was then convinced that they were actually best friends.

Jae-Soo’s dependence on the drink eventually made him forget his name, even where he was and where his classroom was. which gave Mr. Han the advantage to trap him inside the mirror as well.

5. Do Do-Hee

Do-Hee (Kim Ji-An) is considered as the queen in her class and was even in their school, Yosan High’s advertisement poster. unfortunately, her boyfriend, Lee Jong-Suk (Kwon Young-Min) cheated on her with a student from the lower level. she was then replaced on the poster with the same girl, which fueled her anger and jealousy towards the new couple. thinking that her beauty is disappearing and she’s being replaced as the prettiest girl in their class, Do-Hee stumbles upon an app that gives her the look she wants with one click. unfortunately, it doesn’t last long and she’ll have to sign a contract with Mr. Han so she could continue using it.

Do-Hee’s features start to get more enhanced, with female students in their school asking her how she got and maintained the far from natural look.. which eventually caused her and Jong-Suk to get back together. after a few weeks of dating, Do-Hee catches Jong-Suk talking to the same girl and retaliated by pouring water all over the two.

unfortunately, her beauty also disappears when her phone’s battery dies and she’ll have to constantly find a way to get an updated phone. the app eventually sent her into a mental breakdown, making her more obsessed with her looks, which gave Mr. Han.. again, an advantage to trap her in the mirror too.

overall, i think the show was pretty good !! Kim So-Hyun and Lee Min-Hyuk have great chemistry and i ship them a lot ;-; though i kinda think this show was a slow burn and there were parts that were kinda boring for me.

it was also kinda creepy and sad for me since these students clearly have problems but their homeroom teacher that should be mediating this situation and guiding them to the right path is the person who’s actually leading them to his trap, which was so frustrating to watch since Ye-Rim (Kim So-Hyun) and Sang-Woo (Lee Min-Hyuk) were so close to finding out what was actually happening. sadly, Mr. Han is waaaay too ahead of them. kinda surprised of the plot twist too where the camera Sang-Woo was using was supposed to tell about people’s lies, kinda reminds me of that TikTok POV i saw the other day.

Hi! Ngayong lang ako ulit nakapagsulat dito. Yung maayos. Hahahaha! I just want to say na I miss you, my journal. My only true friend. Alam mo ma bakit ako bumalik? Sorry ah ngayon lang kita na-update. Marami lang talaga nangyari sakin these past years na di kita nakakausap. So eto magkukwento na ko.

Naaalala mo pa ba yung huling entry ko dito? Na-in love ako kay Rom diba? Yung bestfriend ko dati! I hope you remember. After non kasi I was so devastated. I felt like I lost everything. Even yung pagmamahal ko sa sarili ko nakalimutan ko na. Di ko alam kung sino ba talaga ako that time. Ano ba talaga purpose ko ganon. Years have passed. Maraming naka-fling and shit just to make myself satisfied, temporarily. Sama ko no? Sorry. I became the person (a demon I guess) that I hated the most. Hirap. After ko gawin yung mga bagay na ayaw kong gawin, I feel so empty pa rin. I got really lost. Immersed in darkness.

Until, I met this young lady here, on tumblr. That's 2017 na when I got a chance to know her. Joanne yung name niya. She' kind and sweet. Pero alam mo ba, hindi dapat ako magko-commit to her? I just realized na siya yung magiging partner na hindi naibigay sakin ni Lord thru kay Rom. Ang pangit nga ng first meetup namin eh. Sobrang pangit. And it's all my fault, friend. I'm so sorry. I did tell you naman na I became the person I hated the most and I'm not proud of it. But things changed after our meetup. That very moment when I felt her hug, so tight to the point na ayaw pa niyang umuwi, I wept. I felt my emptiness after that hug. Yung pagod at bigat ng nararamdaman ko, pinaramdam niya sakin yon. She made me realized something that even I can't put it into words. I felt love once again. The love that I was longing for.

So yun nga, nasundan yung pagkikita namin then we consider it na kami na nga. Student pa siya nito. Graduating na siya ng BSHM (Hospitality Management. Pinalit sa HRM) Nagpakilala na ko sa family niya and same goes sa side ko. I introduced her to my nanay and pamangkins. Saka kapatids. Sa side naman niya, I really made an impact. As in, nanligaw ako! Every time na pupunta ako sa kanila, (btw, she lives in Bulacan and I'm from Cavite so... Yeah. I am reverting back to normal.) I always cook for them. Agahan, tanghalian, hapunan. Name it. I'll cook it for them. Nahihiya pa nga sakin yung mama at papa niya kasi bakit ako daw pinagluluto niya. I insisted to cook for them kasi sabi ko masaya ako na pinagluluto ko sila. Saka minsan lang ako makapunta sa kanila kaya sinusulit ko na.

Then dumating na yung big day niya. MAMARTSA NA SIYA!!! KUKUNIN NA NIYA DIPLOMA NIYA!! Nagpaalam ako kay nanay kasi madaling araw ako aalis non sa bahay kasi nga sa Bulacan punta ko. Sinabi ko na aattend ako ng graduation ceremony ni Joanne. Saka pangako ko sa kanya yon na every breakthrough na magkakaron siya, nandoon palagi ako sa tabi niya, sumusuporta. Tapos yun na nga, nakapunta ako and nasamahan ko siya sa important date sa buhay niya! Saya! Sobrang saya ko that time kasi yung dating pinapangarap kong gawin sa partner ko, nagagawa ko na paunti-unti. Para akong nananaginip ng tuloy-tuloy. Pero syempre, we're in this reality na hindi sa lahat ng oras, masaya. Hindi araw-araw pasko, kaibigan. We had our struggles, arguments, fights, sleepless nights kasi minsan magdamag kaming magkaaway. Not so good. But we learned our lessons in every trials. We kept each other for almost 2 years. Yes, my friend. 2 years lang ang tinagal namin.

She left me. Why? Napagod siya. Bakit? Gawa ko. There's this tendency of mine na kapag comfortable na ako sa tao, sumosobra. Nakakampante masyado. And again, I'm very sorry for that. Nasa huli talaga ang pagsisisi. And admit ko rin sa'yo, kahit masaya kami sa isa't isa, I was tempted. And yes, I gave in. I cheated on her. Sorry. Sobrang sorry. Galit na galit ako sa mga kapwa ko lalaki na nagagawang manloko ng partner nila pero tignan mo, pati pala ako ganon. And yes, nagalit ako sa sarili ko. At that very moment, unti-unti na kong nagka-crumble. I'm shaking. My feelings, thoughts, and everything that I hold so dear, they started to fall. Little by little, I can't grasp them anymore. In short, naging burden na ko sa kanya. We started long fights to the point na wala talagang pansinan. She became my strength when I was so weak. But this time, she's the one now who's taking it away. Bakit? Kasi nga napapagod na siya. And I can't blame her for doing the same mistake as I did. It's my karma. But shit! Really! SO MUCH SHIT!! I cried so hard when I found out na she also cheated on me. Well, it's my karma as I said. Unti-unting naglaho lahat ng tiwala at pagmamahal namin. Until such time, she chose to give up. She chose to let me go. I can't blame her. It's all my fucking fault. Sinubukan ko pang isalba ang kakaunting meron pa kami pero ayaw na niya. Sumuko na siya. Tapos na ang laban. That time, I wore a mask and sunglasses after ko sumakas ng bus pa-Manila. It's like I'm hiding from someone but kung alam lang nila, I'm hiding my pain from them. The pain that lingers long enough to question my own worth. The tears that are telling me na I lost the fight. We both lost it. And again, it's all my fault. She ended it April 2019. (Yes friend, this time last year nangyari yon.)

Di ko na mabilang kung ilang gabi akong walang tulog non. Mga gabing pupunta ako sa shop para maglaro. Para makalimot. Pero every time that I open our past conversations, I felt so much pain to the point na wala na ulit akong maramdaman. Bumalik ulit ako sa bagay kung pano niya ko nakilala nung una. Grabe no? The displacement is still, zero. Walang progress.

Months have passed and I got my job in the resort na mina-manage ng pinsan ng tropa ko. Barista ako sa cafe don. After ko tanggapin yung job offer sakin, naaalala ko yung conversation namin na pagkasweldo ko sa unang sahuran namen, ililibre ko siya. As in lahat ng gusto niya sa isang araw, ako bahala! Pangako na namin yon sa isa't isa that time. Kaso wala. It's all too late.

Dati kasi walang-wala talaga ako non. Para lang makapunta ako sa kanila minsan, siya na nagpapadala that time para lang makapag-kita kami. Hindi ko siya mahindian kasi una, siya yung may gusto at iniinsist niya talagang pumunta ako. Nakakahiya namang tanggihan sa punto pa lang na yon. Pangalawa, gusto ko rin siyang makita. Saka hangga't may pagkakataon, pupunta talaga ako sa kanila. I wanted to create memories for us to cherish whenever opportunities present themselves. Sabihin mo nang oportunista ako pero sa kaso kasi namin, LDR kami. Mahirap na setup pero ginawan namin ng paraan.

Balik tayo sa timeline na may work na ko.

I immersed myself sa work para makalimot. Effective. Naggo-grow ako. Nagkakaron ako ng ideas professionally and syempre sa character ko. Unti-unti kong nagagawa yung passion ko to serve other people through food and beverage. And syempre, best quality service! Meeting new people, creating new relationships, and also getting a chance to get ideas na binabayaran ka pa after. Galing no? Sana proud ka sakin. Isipin mo naka-1 year na ko sa work!!! Yieee!!

Pero dumating din yung time na napapagod ako. Yung tinatanong ko na sarili ko kung kaya ko pa ba. Kung gusto ko pa ba. Ito ba talaga yung para sa akin? Lagi kong tanong yan when I got from series of mistakes sa work. Nakakalungkot. Minsan mararamdaman mo na kahit di nila sabihin, gusto ka na nilang tanggalin sa work mo. Lately ko na lang din na-confirm yung pakiramdam na yon nung nag-away yung mga boss ko. (Oo mga boss. 3 boss ko don: Mag-asawa tas yung isa asawa nung president nung resort. About sa business yung pinag-awayan so no worries. Hindi ito telenovela.)

My boss always talk to me na kaya ko naman daw basta ayusin ko lang daw ginagawa ko. I'm trying naman eh but it's so hard. Ewan ko. Siguro kasi di pa talaga ako ready for some serious kind of work kasi nga sobrang broken ako when I said yes to this job. Mali yung intention ko nung umoo ako. And again, I'm sorry. It's all my fault.

So yan. Yan yung mga nangyari sakin for the past years na wala akong entry dito. Sorry ulit ah? Sorry talaga. Pero wait, there's more!!! Namiss kita eh kaya susulitin ko na to. Baka matagalan na ulit bago kita makausap.

You know why I got the urge to write here? Because first, I watched "The Hows of Us". Tangina. Ang sakit. Lahat ng kinwento ko sa'yong pain and memories na sobrang saya, lahat yon bumalik nung pinanuod ko yung movie. Si Joanne kasi is very similar kay George. Yung sobrang supportive to the point na napagod na rin siya. Tangina! And syempre, na-realize ko ako pala si Primo! The one who values pride more than any other. Pagkakaiba lang namin? Siya kasi napapansin niya na napapagod na partner niya. Ako? Late ko na narealize when we broke up. Sobrang basura ko.

Lastly, someone reminded me to write. Yes! SOMEONE REMINDED ME TO FUCKING WRITE! Hindi naman niya sinabi verbally pero she made me realize something. Meron pala akong journal dito. Thank her, my friend! Hahaha! Dahil sa kanya, meron ulit akong entry dito!

I met her here, sa tumblr. Her blog show itself sa suggestions ng mga bloggers na pwede i-follow. Maganda siya. Got glasses, looks smart and kind tas mahinhin. I backread her blog. Mali ako dun da mahinhin. May pagka-tarantado rin pala. HAHAHAHA! Pero what I really admire about her is that, yung character kasi niya is so intact! She got a past that's so dark but she faced it, anyway. Tangina bro! Yung respeto ko sa kanya biglang sumipa pataas hahaha! PAAAWER! I followed her after that and syempre dahil hopeless romantic ako pero ayoko na maging torpe, I messaged her here. We got our talks. Di ako nagkamali sa first impression ko sa kanya na she's smart. Dude! She really, is smart! And damn! She's beautiful inside and out. Sobrang nakaka-melt gago! I told her na yun nga, I got a crush on her already and I'm always admiring her. Ayoko na kasi itago minsan yung mga ganon kasi baka pagsisihan ko pa, and syempre, she deserves to hear and feel such admiration kasi diba? Why not? Hahaha!

I asked her her facebook and she gave it naman so I added her. Gulat ako kasi tangina may mutual kami?! AND TROPA KO PA SA DATI KONG SCHOOL?! So tinanong ko siya kung san niya nakilala yung mga yon. Sabi niya di niya alam kasi basta na nga lang daw siya nag-aaccept dati (dati pa naman yon. Maingat na siya ngayon) kaya ayun.

Tas yon we had our conversations everyday. Ako naman yung nagchachat lagi. Ewan ko feeling ko nga nakukulitan na yon sakin eh. Pero you know what, simula nung magkaron kami ng deep talk, di na ko sure kung admiration na lang ba yon. When I'm talking to her kasi tas she responds, I feel peace. I feel so light. LIPAD AKO TWENG! Hahahaha joke! Kidding aside, she makes me love myself again. She makes me believe na I can be more of just who I am today. She encourages me to be better though di ko alam kung alam ba niya na ganon. Lately kasi, I'm having my anxieties kicking in my head kasi nga quarantine. Minsan pag kinakausap ko siya, she always tells me kung ano-ano nanaman daw iniisip ko. Alam ko naman! Hahaha! Ang hirap lang kasi labanan yung sarili pag ganon. Sana nagegets mo ko. Tas yon, I hope she understands me. Tas lagi ko sinasabi sa kanya na gusto ko siya ma-meet and makilala personally and since nalaman ko favorite type of pasta niya, I told her na I'll cook for her para matikman niya (favorite ko din kasi yujlng favorite niya so... Ehe) and syempre gusto ko din ma-meet yung family niya. Especially, yung lolo and lola niya. I just want to thank them for raising a person like her kasi tangina! SOBRANG DALANG NA NG TAONG GANON SA MUNDO NGAYON! And yon she really is an epitome of true beauty, I tell you!

I always tell her na yun nga sa halos araw-araw na nagkakausap kami, unti-unti kong nagugustuhan personality niya. Tho tamad siya magreply (w/c is a triggering part sa anxiety ko kasi baka ayaw na niya ko kausap ganon kasi nga ang kulit at ang daldal ko to the point na nonsense na yung sinasabi ko), she always reminds me na she's always there for me to listen and be a friend. Wala. Dun ako lalong tinamaan sa kanya. Gago! Nung nabasa ko yung message niyang yon, sabihin mo nang weak ako pero bro, naluha ako. She made me feel my worth. Na worthy ako kausap. Worthy ako magkwento kasi makikinig siya. Bro worthy daw ako kasi kahit papano, nag-iinvest siya ng time makipag-usap sakin. Tangina! Wala! Talo ako! Di ko na pwedeng lokohin sarili ko boy! Gusto ko siya! Kaya lagi kong sinasabi sa kanya na after this ECQ season, I'm going to find a way to meet her personally and cook for her. She deserves it, anyway. This time, I'll make it right. I'll do it the right way. Kahit sabihin mong makaluma dud, liligawan ko siya in a traditional way. She deserves it, really! (Saka laking lolo at lola siya so diba?) She made me realize na it's not too late to start anew. The sun sets but it rises again. Hays. Sana talaga! Sana! Sana mabigyan niya ko ng chance na makilala siya. Sana mabigyan niya rin ako ng chance na iparamdam sa kanya yung mga kaya kong ibigay. Huhu. Sana talaga!

Isa na naman to sa mga pinaka hihintay kong araw, mamayang gabi kasi mag o-overnight stay kami sa Laguna ng MAMEN. Maaga akong gumising dahil nag change shift ako para makauwi ng maaga. Around 7:40 AM, papasok na ako sa opisina, bigla ko lang naalala si Jai. Sobrang random, naisip ko lang kung nasaan kaya siya and kamusta na kaya siya. Madami na akong naisip agad after nun pero nagulat ako nung bigla ko siyang nakasalubong. Nagulat ako at wala na akong ibang nasabi kundi wow. Nakakaloko sa feeling, masaya ako pero parang hindi na ganun ka exciting. Hindi tumibok ng mabilis yung puso ko. Halos isang buwan na din nung huli ko siyang makita. Ang tagal kong hinintay yung moment na yun eh, yung makita siya ulit. Sinasabi ko kasi na okay na ako at gusto ko ng proof. Kanina, nung nakita ko siya napatunayan ko na. Okay na ako, nagulat lang ako dahil hindi ko expected yun plus alam kong okay siya kaya okay na ako dun. Maaga akong dumating sa office, 8 AM yunh schedule ko and 7:50 pa lang nasa office na ako. Haha ako yung unang dumating kaya medyo nag alangan akong pumasok dahil may kakaiba sa office namin, may mga bagay na hindi mo maipaliwanag. Madilim na nung umalis kami, medyo nagmamadali na din para makarating ng mas maaga sa resort nang masulit ang stay. Next thing I knew again is that I am seating in the Cultural Building at nakikinig sa Leadership Training Seminar—the second to the council’s bucketlist this year—sometimes murmuring, pero madalas nakikinig because the speaker was very very good! Her words are treasure to mine. I learned, more deeply than I usually heard, the line, “You never stop learning”. Yea cyst, kahit pa nakatapos ka ng doctoral degree mo, still, sobrang dami mo pang hindi alam sa mundo at jan na papasok yung sa leadership attainability mo. What I mean is, as a leader, or even as an individual, kailangan nag gogrow tayo holistically. Hindi pedeng, “I know what I know”. Kasi di tayo nan uunlad! hahahha. Marami nang pilipinong ganan kaya please, wag na u dumagdag!

Another point is that when she came in and start talking, she made a compelling stand na, hindi raw siya ang pinakamagaling na speaker na maririnig namin, or makikilala namin, so on and so forth. But I know what she meant, anyone can disguised as a leader and as a mock leader. I mean, sa typical na LTS, syempre diba mapaguusapan do’n ‘yung characteristics ng kung sino ang tunay na leader and the likes, how to manage BEYOND. She rest her case by saying that no leader can be a leader just for a title; a true leader do not consider the title, he/she cares how to influence/change/motivate one’s perspective in life. And by that, she left me with locked-jaw. 

That was everything. Totoo nga, leadership is not a label nor a title, it is about how you influence someone else’s life.

Actually, bago magstart ang forum, hahahaha, may pagkakataon lang kaming magselfie ng bestfriend ko, si Pat.

After LTS, may pakulo ang council haha, teambuilding daw. Pero alam mo ba huhu nawalan kami ng pagasang ituloy yung LTS dahil una,nagsuspend na ng klase at panaka-nakang ang pag-ulan. Flex ko lang yung grupong na hinawakan ko hahaha. Sad lang dahil di na nakapag announce of winners dahil ‘tong team na ‘to, ewan ko ba, di ko sila kinakitaan ng arte nung nasa NIPS station na kame HAHAHAHAHAH. Kaya raw nila ganon ganyan and by result, natapos nila nang maaga. Anyway, nanalo sila sa lahat ng team. I can attest to the teamwork of this group, sobrang present. 

Natapos ang seminar and teambuilding sa school at lilipat naman kami sa resort somewhere in San Felix. Do’n nangyari yung chibugan hahaha

Anywayyyyyy. Further discussion went through when CSC Officers from PUP Main came in. Ginising nila ang mga makabayang adhikain ng aming mga damdamin sa mga isyung kinakaharap ng aming pamantasan. 

Yan, dito ko sila unang nakilala. They actually stayed and prepared themselves beside us (Pat and I). Naguusap lang kami ni Pat abt sa mga buhay buhay namin na namiss namin bec we can’t catch up each other’s time then they introduced their selves. Yung nasa kaliwa, si Kuya Wesley, Presidente ng Student Council ng CCSIS (diko sure! haha) basta IT/Computer lol yon so next is si Kuya Geron, VP ng CSC who tackled NPU Bill then right ay si Kuya Jonero, ang Presidente ng CSC. Alam mo yung nastarstruck ka sa kanila kasi of all the ppl, syempre except kay ate les, kaming dalawa ni Pat ang unang kinausap at nakipagkilala silaaaa. Katuwa, 

So yun. Akala ko tapos na lahat lahat nung Aug 3 then Ate Les asked me on thursday if I wanted to go to LTS again, on the next saturday, August 10. Naalala ko shox, may quiz kami kay Sir Filipinolohiya. E kaso dahil maraming nagudjok na katamaran sa katawan ko ring magreview, hala sige, loaded ako. Friday, nasa trabaho ako non nung nakapagdecide kaya paguwi ko mejo pagod pa ako non hahahhaa. Tas heto na!!!!

I was waiting for the next train to arrive. Time check, 10:39 na mga cyst. Malinaw ang usapan namin sa GC na ang calltime ay 5:40 HAHAHHAHAHA AND LOOK WHO’S GOING TO MANILA BY 10:39???????? I woke up late as I failed to recognized that I turned on my Ultra Power Saving Mode on my phone, this discharges the usage of apps, only those who are selected apps will run KASO, kaso di ko napili yung alarm clock na mag-run. so ayun, walang alarm na naganap. Luckily nagising pa ako HAHHAHAHH pero shet that was 7 something and last update sa GC, nasa Sta Mesa na sila HAHA. Nakakahiya kay Direk kasi siya talaga yung maghahatid samin. (Bale sabe ay GG daw sya sa mga wala haha) 

Heto pa cyst major problem ko. So wala akong pera nung umalis so sabi ko magwiwithdraw na lang ako kaso nagtry ako, kaso failed transaction kasi di pa approve yung cheque ko!!!!!!! in short? i left calamba with only 250 something in my wallet. God saved me when all the food expenses was paid off by the event and only expenditures i have accumulated was transpo fee. Sabi ko nga e, parang pinipigilan ako ng tadhanang di umalis ng Calamba.

When I arrived at PUP Main, I contacted Ate Les and said na I need to go to bank muna to consult my inquiry so dahil baguhan tayo sa Manila at walang kaalam alam, I used google map, very reliable. Sa haba ng nilakad ko, as in, pagdating ko sa banko, sarado. Windang talaga ako. Sabi ko, bahala na. So I travalled to Purezza to go to the Graduate School of PUP in Hasmin Building, don kasi ginanap yung LTS. 

Pagdating ko ro’n, nagsisimula na nga. I see through the wide clear window yung iba’t ibang student leaders from different PUP Branches and Campuses. And there I got my seat with them.

Natawa lang ako dito sa dalawa naming JCO na sina Vixen at Lex na parehas bagsak HHAHAHAHAHA pero at least, maaga sila unlike me. Pero wellllll, iba pa rin ang may 8hrs of sleep! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

This lesson has been taught to us by Ate Les. Paulit ulit na nga e pero never siyang magagasgas kasi heto talaga dapat. When serving ppl, despite all your indispensable ideas, strategic planning on events, managing your constituents, kung may attitude ka, waley ka cyst. The concept of attitude first applies to all, hindi lang dapat sa mga tao mo, kundi sa mga kasama mo. What is your defense mechanism when this kind of situation happens. 

Sa totoo lang, I cannot catch up Ma’am because nakikita niyo naman HAHA ang arte ko sa notes ko. Habang nagtatalk sya, ako naman design and take down notes. Wala lang, masaya ako sa ginagawa ko e haha. Basahin niyo na lang yung nakasulat. Ganda ng handwriting ko no, gagawa na nga ako ng font style nyan e. HAHAHHAHAHAH char!

The talk was not that boring. She attacked with different aspects e. I must say, effective syang speaker, same with ma’am na nagtalk samin last LTS sa STB

Moving on. Heto na. Si Kuya Dhel na nagsalita a.k.a. “KD” He talked about Crash Course on Public Speaking. Syempre, if you are a leader, dapat, at talaga, na may knowledge ka sa pagsasalita sa unahan. It is more on communicating with your constituents kung ano nang ganap sa paaralan or dun sa mga tinatarbaho niyo ang the likes. 

Ako naman, since head ako ng committee sa PR&C, ako nangangalaga ng soc-med esp, twitter. I may not communicate before the thousands of iskolars but I can deliver a brawling issues and trends thru twitter. Anyway, lumilihis na ako sa topic ng public speaking hahahhaa.

One thing that I’ve learned is that, as a PUPian, we should know that we are one of the critical thinkers in the society. Binansagan tayong, “Balon ng kritikal na Masa,” because we never stop pushing each other’s extreme to meet the desirable result that we want. What I meant is, may mga ipaglabang di dapat ikinukulong lang sa kokote ng bawat isa. Kailangang i-materialized ang mga ito upang maging posible ang mga adhikaing ninanais para sa PUP at para sa bayan,

Natalakay din ang mga isyung SHB Revision at NPU Bill. Dahil dito sa LTS na ito, mas naging firm pa talaga ako sa stand ko. Mas naging sure ako kung saan dapat ako tatayo at sino dapat ang makikinabang ng aking boses. 

Hays. anyway, enough for that. Kasi pagkatapos talagang magtalk ay pumunta na kaming 7th floor cyst. ang taas, walang elevator!!!!

Ramdam na ramdam ko, akala mo talaga ako si Joy tapos sayang at hindi naging kami ni Hector tapos ganito kami magkikita kung kailan patay na ako. Hahaha. Ang bigat lang sobra. We really needed time to process what we just saw. Ni hindi nga namin naisipan na magpa-picture sa cast. I remember how difficult it was listening to Eheads’ songs, especially Ang Huling El Bimbo, after seeing the show. Brutal 7 days na natutulala na lang ako sa isang tabi habang duty ako kasi may nakikinig sa Eheads. 28 Mar 2019: I decided to watch again, with my friends naman this time. It was funny bc it’s like a crossover with the cast of Mula sa Buwan. 😂 They changed a few things. Those little things bothered me as to how that changed the story. It wasn’t as traumatic as it was the first time but I honestly loved the impact (sa akin) of the 2018 story kahit na ganoon nga. 😂 aaaaannnndddd NICCO. MANALO. 😍 4 Aug 2019: The final run. Buti naman nakapag-SVIP na rin 😂 this one was just bittersweet. ‘Yong cast na napanood ko ng 2018, halos sila rin ngayon. ANA SAW THE ENDGAME AND DIED

Endgame is a sweet-bitter experience for me. This post includes my (oa) reactions, an in-depth-ish analysis of some characters and my favorite scenes.

I made this for me, me, me, me and me. This is me coping. This is me hoping that endgame will stop haunting me every second of my existence (arte, e).

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD. AND MAJOR PERSONAL OPINIONS. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS.

● I kept on muttering "Hail hydra, hail hydra" noong scene ng mga Hydra people sa movie kasi nagsisisi ako na hindi ko siya ginawa sa family and friends and strangers noong unang lumabas siya sa movie ni cap NOT KNOWING NA GAGAWIN SIYA NI CAP SA ENDGAME. Sobra tuloy kinilig ang puwet ko.

● Hindi ko alam kung madi-disappoint ba ako or matatawa na lang sa daga na nag-reactivate ng quantum van. Ang daming theories kung paano pababalikin si Scott, e. Pinili ko nalang maging grateful kasi YEY ANTY IS BACK BABY, THANKS RATTY.

Ang galing ng character ni Ant Man sa Endgame. Hindi siya nag-shine e. Ginamit siya para mabuo yung story. Though maiintindihan naman yung actions niya kasi ikaw ba naman nasa quantum realm sa loob ng five years, tapos pagbalik mo ang dami ng nawala. Gustong gusto ko yung natakot na siyang bumalik. Na nagpush kay Hawk Eye na mag-volunteer as a tribute na sobrang ganda para sa buong character arc ni Hawk Eye WHATEVER IT TAKES. Yung scene na palpak yung pagrecover ng Team CapMan (hehe) ng stone, na siya yung voice of reason na hindi sila makakabalik kung gagamitin nila pabalik uli yung red thingy. Tapos sobrang gandang moment yung kay Cap at Tony na tipong DO YOU TRUST ME my heart, shit.

Basta parang ginamit lang siya, not that I'm complaining kasi ang ganda ng naging resulta. Sorry, Anty. Favorite pa rin kita. Mwa.

● YES HAWKY HAWKY HAWK EYE YES YES YES

Sobrang perfect ni Hawk sa endgame.

Imagine mo wala siyang kaalam alam sa nangyayari sa war and his comrades, he's spending his day with his family and then poof, gone. So he resorted in killing criminals with his sentiments na WHY ARE YOU ALIVE INSTEAD OF MY PEOPLE MY GOOD PEOPLE. Ang gandaaaaa. I really love Hawky in endgame. Yung tipong oo agad kasi I can really see Hawk Eye choices and reasons, the place and state he's in.

Tapos yung scene na tumakbo siya para sana makita yung anak niya during his time travel, huhu.

(I wonder kung bakit hindi sinabi ni Nebula na ganoon makukuha ang soul stone. She knows e. Kaya ba si Hawk Eye talaga at si Nat yung sa soul stone kasi they all know how much they love each other as a family. HAYS)

● Di ko talaga feel makitang umiiyak si Cap, sobrang vain (hehe). Mas gusto kong nakikita yung sadness and emptiness and weight of the world sa blankong ekspresyon niya, e. So, nag-cringe lang ako ng pumatak luha ni Cap. Pero shit, the best yung "america's ass", "i can do this all day".

Special mention yung scene na akala ni Cap all is lost na pero biglang "On your left." WAAAAAAH.

TAPOS GUSTONG GUSTO KO YUNG REFERENCE SA AVENGERS 2 (?). HAMMER NI THOR!! Gumalaw naman talaga yung hammer ni Thor nung sinubukan ni Cap buhatin. HE'S REALLY A LEADER (BACK THEN BECAUSE I'M WITH NAT IN ENDGAME). WORTHY CAP. EHHH HINDI NIYA LANG TINULOY KASI AYAW NIYA NG CONFLICT KAY THOR. Iba pa si Thor nun, e. His character pa is funny slash arrogant slash medyo I AM A KING AND FUCKING WORTHY NOT YOU PEASANTS (chos)

Tapos nung moment na lumipad yung hammer sa ulo ni Thanos courtesy of Cap. SHEEEEMS! Ang perfect. (Gusto ko rin yung reaction ni Thor. Bumalik yung Thor KO lalo na yung sinasabi niyang yung mas maliit slash lumang hammer ang laruin ni Cap haha)

AND CAP'S ENDING. Hindi ako sigurado kasi ano ba talaga nangyari?. May abandonment ba talaga? Out of character ba? Bumalik ba si Cap sa "present" in 5 4 3 2 1 or nagbiyahe siya thru the years at pumunta lang sa bench na yun at the exact time na hinahanap siya nila Hulk?

Ang gulo naman din kasi ng logic behind the time travel's concept na ginamit sa mismong movie, ang daming plot holes o baka slow lang talaga ako, hehe.

Need nilang ibalik ang stones in the exact time na kinuha para hindi magkaroon ng ibang "additional" timelines, e.

Kung yung isa sa existing timelines ang binago ni Cap kung saan finally nakasayaw na niya si Peggy (insert possibilities like napigilan niya hydra happy ending with bucky plus never niyang nameet as the cap we know ang avengers) paano siya nakabalik sa "present" timeline kung saan nandoon sila hulk, bucky at sammy?

Kung nagstay siya sa timeline ng buong avengers movie that we know, tapos bumalik na matanda na ... wala naman akong problema. Mukha namang alam, na nag-usap sila ni Bucky based sa expression ni Bucky, parang alam niya yung plano ni Cap.

Pero may scene na sila na ni Peggy ang endgame. Ano yun sa ibang timeline nga? Whuuuuut

(Wait, another thought: hindi ba sa convo ni Hulk at Ancient One, kaya nga ibabalik para hindi madadagdagan yung timeline, na magiging "present" happenings yung pagbalik sa "past" tapos part ng "future" happenings yung pagbalik sa "present" at pag-snap slash undo ng "past" na magiging present future (pati pagkill sa "past" na Thanos na nasa present future). HEHEHE. Edi, buhay pa si Gamora sa present future? And it doesn't defy the movie's time travel concept. Kaya ba sinisearch siya ni Star Lord?)

● SPIDEY AHHHHHH YUNG SCENE NA INAMPON SI SPIDEY NG GIRL POWER YES YES YES TAPOS YUNG LAHAT SOBRANG COOL NA NANGYARI SA KANIYA THROUGHOUT THE FIGHT BABY TALAGA SIYA NG AVENGERS LAHAT SOBRANG GANDA minus yung part na he saw Tony died. Ayoko na.

● Thanos is the best villain. You can't change my mind. Villain with a cause. Kahit wicked hahaha.

● I FUCKING HATE THE RUSSO BROTHER FOR ASSASSINATING THOR'S CHARACTER.

Before, Thor is my least favorite avenger. His first and second movie, hindi ko talaga siya ma-feel (dahil ba mahal na mahal ko character ni Loki?) Sure, he's fun pero di ko makita yung growth as a character kaya hindi talaga ako ma-attach sa kaniya BUT DUDES THOR RAGNAROK FUCKING DID IT TO ME.

So hindi ko matanggap yung buong Thor sa movie. Hindi ko alam kung ang tamang term ba ay "out of character" para i-box yung thinking at judgement ko.

Kilig na kilig ako ng makita yung "WELCOME TO NEW ASGARD", e.

And then poof, maririnig ang tawa sa buong cinema while me on the other hand keeps on saying na THIS WON'T BE THOR'S CHOICES AFTER EVERYTHING.

Ginawa nilang laughing stock si Thor when he's already fun as a character. WHY RUSSO? WHY?

Siguro nga delayed reaction yung lahat ng nangyari kay Thor. I mean, hindi naman siya hinayaan mag-grieve from pagkawala ni Daddy Odin, Asgard and half of Asgardians population, my brother Loki, and then Thanos snapping his fingers. May emotional baggage pa siya kay Frigga (and Jane, errr). Thor was suffering pero bakit naman tipong ang out of character na, sumala e. Tapos nakakaasar pa na ikinulong pa siya sa ganoong angle na parang ang sama sama ng state niya pero kailangang magmukhang nakakatawa.

(Hindi naman ganito yung ginawa nila kay Valkyrie noong lowest point niya. You can really see that she's hurting and guilty.)

Sobrang favorite ko yung mga (past) moments na Thor was acting as a true leader even though every piece of him was breaking. Doon ko talaga nakita yung mga baby steps, his character developments were on point. Sobrang favorite ko yung moment na, when the high and mighty Thor realized that Asgard is not a place, it's the people. He is finally THE PRINCE WHO WAS PROMISED. Wait, GOT pala yan. Basta, I can finally see THOR AS AN AVENGER, as a king, as the rightful heir of the iron throne. Ang lame ko hahaha (shame, shame, shame).

Pero tangina, five years? Tapos ihaharap ninyo sa akin si Thor na ganoon? TAE NYO I FUCKING LOVE THOR'S ARC E, UNTIL ENDGAME RUINED IT. Ginawa lang katatawanan lahat ng pinagdaanan niya, lahat ng trauma at pain.

● GIVE JUSTICE TO LOKI'S CHARACTER.

● HULK AND THE TACOS AND THE STAIRS. At first, di ko rin makita si Hulk. Na parang Banner/Hulk is that really yah? But hey, I'm happy successful ang naging anger management niya. Ang galing kasi nakita ko lang talaga si Bruce noong tinanggal ni Ancient One yung soul ba yun doon kay Bruce-Hulk combo. Noong nag-usap si Bruce at Ancient One. Si DR. BANNER YUN TALAGA EH! Kinilig talaga ako. Na parang in the end, kahit anong mangyari si Bruce talaga yun. Beneath all the green stuffs, nandoon at nandoon pa rin si Bruce. Di ko masabi ng maayos pero ganoon. (hehe)

But hey, I love Hulk in special ways. CUTE CUTE CUTE HAHA SMASH SMASH SMASH STAIRS STAIRS STAIRS HAHAHA

● On vanishing .... Yung scene na may mga bato na monument THE VANISHED feeling ko nasa ibang movie ako hahaha another thing ... hindi nag-age yung nag-vanished? Kasi nag-age naman si Cassie e.

● Ohh, Nat. Speechless. I can't. Hindi ko alam kung paano maglalabas ng feels. Whatever it takes. Shock na shock ako noong namatay si Nat pero natanggap ko agad. Si Nat yung Avenger na laging nagbibigay, e. Na laging naa-out shine ng ibang character kasi hindi kapansin-pansin yung sacrifices. Kaya gustong gusto kong magkamoment siya. More than anything, gusto niyang magkasama sama uli yung family niya. Nat dies and that's her final sacrifice.

YOU'RE MY FOREVER BADDEST SPY ASSASSIN THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. YOU FUCKING DESERVE YOUR OWN MOVIE KAWALAN NA HINDI KA NILA BINIGYAN NG SARILING MOVIE.

Sobrang perfect na sana kaso nawala rin si Tony, e. Na lahat ng feels ko kay Nat natabunan kasi si Tony yung unang avenger at consistent na pinag-iinvest-an ko ng feelings.

Kaya isa rin sa favorite kong scene yung kay Hawk Eye at Scarlet the Baddest Witch. (Tapos bigla kong naalala dito na niligtas nga pala ni twinny si hawky. Tapos ngayon pareho na uli silang nawalan. FEELS).

Kaya nung tinaas ni Doctor Strange yung daliri niya indicating na this is it THIS IS THE MOMENT, THIS IS THE ONE AY SOBRANG PINIGA NA ANG PUSO KO.

Nag-expect ako na hindi mag-gigive up si Tony na kuhanin yung mga stones, na tanggalin kay Thanos. Pero hindi ako umasang he will end up dying after everything.

KASI FINALLY HE CAN BE HAPPY KAHIT NANDIYAN YUNG PAIN KASI NGA PAIN NEVER GO AWAY DAW ATLEAST WALA NA YUNG GUILT

There’s no better place to start than throwing yourself right into the heart of it all, Manila.  Opt for a complete change of scenery by visiting Coron in Palawan. El Nido offers a similar experience and equally clear waters to snorkel and relax in. Make a trip out to Bohol Island to gawk at the amazing geographical formations known as the Chocolate Hills. For a less touristy experience, visit the relatively untouched island of Camiguin with its blue waters and springs. Finally, you can’t visit the Philippines and not spend a bit of time in Boracay, one of its most popular islands.

Begin this adventure in the busy Phnom Penh (Cambodia). Carry on to Siem Reap and visit the famous and amazing Ang Kor Wat. If you’re after more of a beach holiday, head to Sihanoukville instead for white sandy beaches before going back to Phnom Penh and making your way to check out the plantations in Kampot. Get on a mini bus to check out the waterfalls in Si Phan Don in Laos. Continue to explore the Khmer ruins in the other part of Champasak and relive old Laotian life in Savannakhet. Enjoy a sunset in the capital of Vientiane before getting ready to party in nearby Vang Vieng. The last leg of the trip will bring you to Luang Prabang, which may be on the tourist path but certainly retains most of its old charm.

Trek around the hill town of Kalaw and make time to visit Inle Lake to stay in over-the-water bungalow. End your trip in Bagan, the so called Machu Picchu of Asia where, if you budget correctly, you can indulge in a hot air balloon ride to remember.
