The director of “The Crow,” is one of those filmmakers whose work I’ve just been infatuated with ever since “The Crow” came out. With each film I’ve seen since, it feels like he’s evolved his style from the rapid-fire editing of music videos, and added depth to the images he puts on screen. That was certainly true with his 1998 masterpiece, “Dark City,” but you can also see it in his 2004 action thriller, “I, Robot,” and “Knowing,” his end-of-the-world prophecy thriller with Nicolas Cage. Even if you’re talking about a scrappy comedy like “Garage Days,” his big-budget fantasy bore, “Gods of Egypt,” or his flawed first feature film in Australia, “Spirits in the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds,” there’s something interesting going on in Proyas’s work, even if it isn’t something with depth or overall purpose. "Knowing", written and Directed by Adam Dietrich and Elliott Gilbert II, and shot by Director of Photography Josh Pickering, starring Joseph Thomas Campos. This film, though tackling a tough subject, was a lot of fun to work on. The Cast and Crew was made up of a few dedicated professionals and a handful of helpful newcomers.
