About oblivious Kaeya hc: I imagine the other Knights who could talk to him about it... would also assume he knows, except for Lisa. Probably she'd figure it out, think it's funny, and maybe try to nudge him along comprehension. (Perhaps Varka too, but we don't know enough about him.) If she's around to see it, with the faith Jean has in his attentiveness and decisions, she'd assume he's already aware and trust his judgement. Especially since it's about his own business in the first place.
