Rose’s Kiss Week Day 3: Focus
OCs: Marcus Asalun (aka Anchesh Pabat) and Pali Ores-Pabat
Words: 309
Content warnings: none
Notes: Anchesh and Pali have been married for a few months. She's a shifter, so she looks fully human.
“Hey,” Anchesh said as he cracked the door with his shoulder. “I brought you a smoothie.”
“Did you make me a smoothie?” Pali answered, and he took that as an invitation to come in.
“No, but Klia would have done better at it anyway. They put actual protein in here.” He circled around to put the glass down in the only open space on her desk.
“Protein powder or nut butter?” she said without looking away from her tablet.
“Nut butter. I don’t remember which one though.”
“Mm.”
He hadn’t come into her room expecting to chat, but it was clear she wasn’t about to pause her research at all. “Well, I’ll leave you to it.” He kissed the top of her head and stepped toward the door.
“Wait, no, Anchesh—” She snagged his elbow and pulled him back to kiss him on the lips, her other hand wrapping around the back of his neck. For a brief moment, it felt like he was the focus of all her attention. Then she settled back into her chair, letting him straighten up, her hand slipping from the back of his neck to his collarbone. Her smile was soft. “I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be.” He brushed his knuckles across her cheek, returning her smile. “But do drink your smoothie.”
She turned, picked up the smoothie with both hands, and looked right at him while she took a big enough gulp from the straw that the level fell in the glass. “You’re right, that is really good.” She took another sip of it. “I’ll drink it, you don’t have to supervise me.”
“I’m not supervising,” he said, and he went to the door as though to prove his point. “Let me know if you want anything else.”
“I will,” she said. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome,” he answered, and shut her door behind him.

Transportasi publik in Malaysia (part 1)
Awalnya feeling anxious, tapi pas hari-H yaudah biasa aja, I prepared all the things, ya booking airBnB, sewa wifi, dan 1 totebag karna males geret koper.
So stupid.

16th December 2024 Discover how leasing or owning industrial properties in Malaysia can significantly improve your business's operational efficiency. Learn how location, infrastructure, and the right property design can enhance productivity. Introduction: For businesses in Malaysia, choosing the right industrial property can be a game-changer. Whether you're in manufacturing, production, logistics, or e-commerce, industrial properties play a critical role in driving operational efficiency. From optimizing workflows to reducing overhead costs, the right industrial space can lead to significant improvements in productivity, cost savings, and overall business performance. In this article, we’ll explore how industrial properties can boost your business’s efficiency and why Malaysia is an ideal location for businesses looking to enhance their operations. Browse more industrial property - semi detached factory for sale 1. Strategic Location for Improved Logistics and Distribution One of the primary ways industrial properties enhance business efficiency is through their location. Malaysia's strategic positioning in Southeast Asia, along with its well-developed transportation infrastructure, provides businesses with easy access to key markets, suppliers, and customers. Proximity to Key Transport Hubs: Industrial properties located near major highways, ports, and airports streamline transportation and distribution. For example, properties near Port Klang, one of the busiest ports in Malaysia, or close to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), reduce logistics costs and delivery times for businesses. Easy Access to Regional and Global Markets: Malaysia’s position as a trade hub in Asia-Pacific provides direct access to markets in ASEAN, China, and beyond. Businesses in industrial properties near major transport routes can efficiently export products and source materials, boosting overall operational efficiency. 2. Improved Operational Workflow and Space Utilization The design and layout of industrial properties can significantly improve a company’s workflow. Well-designed industrial spaces enable businesses to optimize the movement of goods, materials, and employees, reducing bottlenecks and improving productivity. Efficient Layout for Manufacturing and Storage: Industrial properties with a clear, well-organized layout help businesses reduce downtime and improve production efficiency. For manufacturing companies, having enough space for machinery, assembly lines, and storage can minimize the time spent transporting materials between workstations, enhancing productivity. Customizable Spaces: Many industrial properties in Malaysia offer flexibility in terms of customization. Businesses can adapt the space to their specific needs—whether that means installing new equipment, creating designated storage areas, or optimizing the design for specific production processes. Browse more industrial property - detached factory for sale 3. Cost Savings Through Modern Facilities and Energy Efficiency Industrial properties designed with modern facilities can lead to significant long-term cost savings. From energy-efficient features to the use of smart technology, these properties are built to reduce operational costs while increasing productivity. Energy-Efficient Buildings: Many modern industrial properties in Malaysia come equipped with energy-efficient systems, such as LED lighting, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and insulated walls. These features help lower energy consumption, reduce utility bills, and contribute to sustainable business practices. Automation and Smart Technologies: Newer industrial properties are increasingly incorporating automation and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies to streamline operations. Automated inventory systems, robotic machinery, and AI-powered monitoring systems can optimize warehouse operations and reduce the need for manual labor, further boosting efficiency.
4. Flexibility to Scale and Expand Your Operations One of the greatest benefits of investing in industrial properties in Malaysia is the opportunity to scale your business as it grows. Whether you're leasing or purchasing an industrial space, modern properties often offer the flexibility to accommodate your future expansion plans. Adaptability to Business Growth: Many industrial properties are built with expansion in mind, offering larger spaces or the potential for adding additional units. This allows businesses to scale up their operations without the need to relocate or deal with disruptive renovations. Room for Diversification: Industrial properties provide businesses with the ability to diversify operations under one roof. For instance, companies in manufacturing may integrate packaging, assembly, and distribution all in the same location, improving supply chain efficiency and reducing overhead costs. Browse more industrial property - industrial land for sale 5. Streamlined Supply Chain and Inventory Management Industrial properties provide the infrastructure businesses need to streamline their supply chain and inventory management processes. Properly designed warehouses and storage facilities can help reduce waste, improve order accuracy, and shorten lead times. Efficient Storage Solutions: Industrial properties with high ceilings, open floor plans, and advanced shelving systems allow businesses to maximize storage space, organize inventory efficiently, and reduce time spent searching for products. This helps businesses maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts. Optimized Distribution Systems: Modern industrial properties often include dedicated loading and unloading bays, providing a seamless flow for goods coming in and going out. This eliminates bottlenecks and ensures that shipments are processed quickly and efficiently, improving overall supply chain management. 6. Compliance with Safety and Environmental Standards As businesses grow, they must adhere to increasing safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Industrial properties in Malaysia are typically built to comply with these regulations, reducing the risk of penalties and improving operational standards. Safety Features: Many industrial properties are equipped with safety systems such as fire suppression, emergency exits, and safety signage. Having these built-in features minimizes the risks associated with workplace accidents and ensures that businesses are compliant with Malaysia’s Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Environmental Sustainability: With increasing pressure on businesses to adopt sustainable practices, industrial properties designed with environmental standards in mind can help companies reduce their carbon footprint. Features like rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and waste management systems contribute to environmental sustainability while improving overall business efficiency. 7. Access to Skilled Labor in Key Industrial Zones Industrial zones in Malaysia, such as the Klang Valley, Johor, and Penang, provide businesses with easy access to a skilled workforce. These regions are home to numerous industrial hubs and offer a ready pool of talent trained in manufacturing, logistics, and other sectors. Skilled Workforce Availability: Being located in established industrial zones ensures that businesses have access to workers with the specific skills needed to operate efficiently. From machine operators to logistics experts, industrial zones offer businesses the benefit of a competitive, well-trained labor pool. Conclusion: Leasing or owning the right industrial property in Malaysia can significantly enhance your business’s operational efficiency. Whether it’s through improved logistics, optimized space utilization, cost savings from modern facilities, or the flexibility to scale, industrial properties are a key factor in business growth and productivity.
With Malaysia’s growing infrastructure and economic opportunities, the right industrial property can serve as a strong foundation for your business. Contact MyIndustrialSpecialist today to explore the best industrial properties in Malaysia and boost your business’s efficiency in 2025 and beyond!

Weekly Journal 3 : Traveling to Japan
Compared to my previous journal about my traveling experience to other countries, Japan is the latest country I've been to. It was actually a sudden trip. A few weeks before the trip, my mom announced we would visit Japan during the school holiday. I was euphoric, to the extent that I couldn't sleep for 2 whole days. Compared to others who watched normal kids' cartoons, I was raised by watching Dragon Ball as my first cartoon. So when she announced it, of course, I would be overjoyed. She said we would stay there for a week because the school holiday was nearing end.
The few weeks felt like an eternity, but the time has finally come. We had to wake up early because the flight would be at 3 a.m. This did not bother me because I was too excited to sleep anyway. It will take 12 hours to arrive in Japan because we will stop at Hangzhou for transit. Nothing interesting happened while on the first flight, as I slept the whole time. During the second flight, I was seated in between 2 foreigners; one was from Germany, and the other was from the United States of America. Both of them were friendly; they even offered me some chocolate they had bought during the transit. We even chatted for a bit about why we were going to Japan. After that, I continued to sleep for a bit just to be awakened by a sudden shake from the airplane. I panicked just to see the beautiful view of Tokyo's city from the window. At that moment, my mind was wreaking havoc from all the sudden dopamine that my body released. I was too happy to the point that I passed out for a second. As we landed, the stewardess thanked us in Japanese. Thankfully, I studied a bit of Japanese before coming here and thanked them. Tokyo Airport is quite different from KLIA. The shops in the airport felt like I was in a shopping mall compared to an airport. The airport is also connected to the train station, so we rode the train to get to our Airbnb.
While on the train, I met a gorgeous girl who made my heart flutter for once in my life; I even managed to converse with her. While her English could have been better, and she sometimes mixed in some Japanese words, I could still understand her. I am really thankful for all the Japanese lessons that my cousin gave me. While we were talking, we found a few similarities between us: we both enjoy traveling and talking to others. She also enjoys learning another language, just like I do. As we were having fun talking, we arrived at the station where I was meant to stop. Sadly, we had to stop there for now and continue later, or so I thought. While I was getting off the train, she tried to stop me to ask me for something, but I didn't realize it and just walked off. I waved at her while the train moved on, but her sad expression broke my heart. Then, I just realized. I just remembered that I had forgotten to ask for her number. The moment I realized it, it was already too late. To this day, the only thing I can remember about her was her sweet voice and how gorgeous she looked while looking out the window. As if the world itself was blessing her. I still feel bitter, thinking my life would've been better if she was still in my life, but maybe she and I were not meant to be together. After much walking, we finally arrived at the Airbnb. It was a typical Japanese-style house, but it felt like a dream to me. The house was small but sufficient. It had everything a home needs yet was still small. Once done setting things up, I went on and took a bath. Did you know that almost every Japanese-style house has its own bathtub? It has been a while since I've seen one, so I took the opportunity to take a long bath in the bathtub. It was so cozy that I almost fell asleep. Once finished, I prepared myself to sleep and gather energy for the next day.
For the first three days, we traveled all around Tokyo, visiting Iyashi no Sato Nemba, Gotemba, and Oshino Hakai. Iyashi no Sato Nemba is an open-air museum that showcases traditional Japanese houses. Workshops, museums, and craft stores also offer a glimpse of local handicrafts and traditional culture. While Gotemba is famous for its premium outlet. Compared to the premium outlet in Malaysia, the Gotemba Premium Outlet is at least 3 times its size, making the premium outlets in Malaysia look childish. Finally, Oshino Hakai is a scenic village in Japan near Mount Fuji, known for its crystal-clear spring water ponds. These eight ponds, fed by melted snow from Mount Fuji filtered over decades through porous lava, are considered sacred and are famous for their purity and beauty. The area around the ponds is part of a traditional Japanese setting, with historical houses and small shrines, making it a favored spot for tourists and those interested in Japan's natural beauty and cultural heritage.
The other three days were spent in Osaka. We went there by bullet train and spent one whole day at Universal Studios of Japan (USJ). Universal Studios of Singapore, USJ, was much better in every aspect, especially the Harry Potter section, where the whole map is Harry Potter-themed. As for anything else, Osaka is much quieter than Tokyo since, compared to Tokyo, which is one of the most packed cities in the world, Osaka is more like a place where people spend their time settling down during their retirement days.
Overall, my experience in Japan was much better than in any other country I've been to. There, I also learned that there's nothing wrong with being nice to anyone. Even though you might not see a difference, maybe to that person you've just helped, it meant the world for him.

(Masih) Negara ke 8, Vietnam
Day 1
holaaa, Fanyong The Explorer is back! dan kali ini Bismillah nda males lagi yaaa nulis teh hihi~ biar apa? yak betul! biar keinget terosss memorinya setiap trip yekan bun :D
okayyy langsung syaja~ jadiiiiii, kali ini Fanyong Tiada Duanya explore South Vietnam! wohooooo!
dimulai berangkat dari Bandung jam 21.45 naik travel menuju bandara Suhat Jakarta.
nyampe bandara itu sekitar jam 00.30 gitu kan. nhah, begitu nyampe bandara karena belum isa check in, akunya karena laper banget juga dine in lah di bakmi GM!
aselik laper banget pemirzah kkk~ abis makan akunya yaudin chill aja gitu di restonya sampe jam 02.00.
keluar dari resto langsung aja check-in kan, Alhamdulillah uda buka counternya. abis check-in langsung deh ke imigrasi.
oiyaaa, pada tau kan kalo Fanyong se suka itu naik pesawat dan cita2nya adalah nyobain segala jenis maskapai Bismillah aamiin 😇 dan kemaren sama ALLAH dikasih nyobain naik Trans Nusa for the very first time!
abis makan dan numpang ngecharge, waktu boarding tiba. cusss yekan menuju boarding gate. dannn another flight dimulai 😍
yeheayyy! flying to Da Nang! 🕺
