[  CLOSED  !  ]  𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐎𝐍  𝐁𝐋𝐃𝐆  is  located  in  soho  ,  new  york  city  and  is  a  small  six  -  story  building  with  a  fair  rental  price  ,  focused  on  young  adults  .  ms  .  fairmon  ,  the  owner  of  the  building  and  the  landlady  ,  is  a  wealthy  woman  who  inherited  the  building  from  her  parents  ,  a  couple  that  was  once  big  in  the  real  estate  industry  in  nyc  .  as  ms  .  fairmon  has  no  interest  in  earning  more  money  yes  she  is  already  rich  enough  ,  she  decided  to  put  the  units  for  rent  with  a  friendly  ,  very  attractive  price  ,  in  order  to  help  struggling  tenants  .  

the  group  is  an  appless  ,  small  discord  roleplay  revolving  around  the  tenants  of  the  fairmon  building  and  their  lives  .

Ok I have a theory: what if after Veronica finds out she tells him she needs time to think or something and the next epi they’re in school doing the yearbook thing and she comes to him at the end of the epi to officially end it and bring him his things and then they kiss?

so it’s a good theory. and it could be a thing, except a lot is supposed to happen in 502. archie dealing with his dad’s killer, veronica and her sister teaming up. bughead solving the mystery, choni apparently dealing with some drama... and hopefully the other characters have something to do but lol. 

anyway, regarding when kj posted the bts of the porch kiss, i always felt like it was 502 at the time. and a part of me believes it can still happen that way.

DME Medical Billing Modifiers – All You Need To Know

Durable medical equipment (DME) billing is a highly complicated process since it involves too many inclusions and a small detailing miss out may lead to rejection/denial of claims. In such additions, modifiers play an important role along with HCPCS codes according to the DME supplies. Modifiers provide the detailing/description of the DME item and decides the processing of claims raised on DME. Along with HCPCS code, DME medical billing also includes an ICD-10 diagnosis code that determines the medical condition for which the item has been prescribed.

Not all HCPCS code requires a modifier to be added but most of it comes along with a modifier. Basically, a modifier conveys whether the item is new, used or rented on a capped basis, and when it comes to capped rentals, only modifiers show the difference of which month’s DME bill is being billed. Specifying these modifiers incorrectly can lead to rejection or denial of claims. Let us look at the commonly used modifiers in DME medical billing.

Use modifiers RR, NU and UE for the following categories:

KH- for initial claim and first-month rental

DME Medical Billing Modifiers – All You Need To Know

Durable medical equipment (DME) billing is a highly complicated process since it involves too many inclusions and a small detailing miss out may lead to rejection/denial of claims. In such additions, modifiers play an important role along with HCPCS codes according to the DME supplies. Modifiers provide the detailing/description of the DME item and decides the processing of claims raised on DME. Along with HCPCS code, DME medical billing also includes an ICD-10 diagnosis code that determines the medical condition for which the item has been prescribed.

Modifiers-a look

Not all HCPCS code requires a modifier to be added but most of it comes along with a modifier. When it comes to capped rentals, along with RR, the following modifiers should be added to determine the rental period:

KH- for initial claim and first-month rental

KI- for second and third-capped rental

KJ- from fourth to thirteenth capped rental months

MS is the modifier that is used for a 6-month maintenance and servicing fee for required parts and labour that are not covered under any warranty of the supplier or the manufacturer.
