15 Douce, Saine et faible en Calories
Toute personne qui a fait le régime et aime manger un cupcake vous savez ce qui est la partie la plus difficile est d’être en mesure de résister aux desserts.
Trop souvent, nous gâcher notre progression dans une rechute de la consommation de chocolat, ou une glace avec beaucoup de calories tout simplement parce que nous ne sommes pas en mesure de résister à un dessert après un repas.
Pour vous aider à sortir de la ligne au moment d’un régime alimentaire, nous avons créé une liste de 15 douce, saine et faible en calories pour vous de manger sans culpabilité et de satisfaire une envie de sucré.
1. Chocolat Noir
Le plus amer, le mieux, c’est-à-dire, c’est moins de sucre et de graisses dans leur composition. L’idée est que dans sa composition il y a 70% de cacao ou plus solides.
Un bar avec 25 grammes de chocolat, 70% de cacao et contient de nombreux 127 calories de l’énergie.
2. Parfait de yogourt
Dans un petit bol de yaourt, de grec, de la lumière, avec, d’avoine, muesli ou des noix et des fruits frais cortadinhas la forme d’un doux, sain et facile à préparer, qui va être capable de contenir votre désir de manger des choses sucrées.
À 90 grammes de yogourt grec, de la lumière, il y a une moyenne de 78 calories. Les calories supplémentaires pour les fruits et les céréales que l’inclure.
3. Le pudding de chia et de mangue

Ingrédients:
1-tasse-de-thé à la mangue congelés;

2 dates, la déshydratation;
1-tasse-de-thé-lait végétal de votre choix
¼ Tasse de thé et la graine de chia;
¼ De cuillère à Soupe d’extrait de vanille.
Mode de préparation:
Dans un mélangeur, mélanger la mangue et gelée, avec un quart de tasse de thé ou de l’eau avec juste assez d’eau pour faire tourner les fruits en une pâte lisse. Verser l’eau lentement avec une cuillère, le moins est le mieux.
Divisez la crème de la chaleur dans les deux bols de l’entremets et le mettre dans le réfrigérateur.
Fouetter dans le lait, et les deux dates, jusqu’à ce que bien combiné. Les dates servir à sucrer, de sorte que vous pouvez les remplacer avec la moitié d’une banane.
Versez la crème de lait dans un récipient et incorporer les graines de chia, et l’extrait de vanille jusqu’à obtenir la consistance d’un pudding. Remuer pendant environ cinq minutes, puis laissez reposer pendant au moins cinq de plus.

5. Smoothie
Profiter de ces fruits pour en faire un smoothie, une collation, ou même le dessert. Nous nous sommes séparés quelques-unes des recettes pour vous!
– Smoothie tropical
Ingrédients:
½ Banane, tranchée et congelés;
½ Mangue coupés et congelés;
⅓ Tasse de thé-lait de la noix de coco ou d’amandes.
Le jus de 1 citron;
3 cubes de la glace en elle.
– Smoothie à l’été
Ingrédients:
⅓ Tasse de thé ou de lait végétal de votre choix;
1-tasse-de-thé-melon d’eau, haché et sans postérité;
½ Tasse de thé fraise;
½ Tasse de thé et de yogourt faible en gras;
3 cubes de la glace en elle.
– Smoothie de bananes, avec de la confiture de fraise
½ Tasse de thé fraise et congelés;
½ Tasse-de-thé, banane, congelés;
½ Tasse-de-thé, de kéfir, yogourt grec de la lumière;
1 cuillère à soupe de graines de chia;
½ Tasse-de-thé, de lait, d’amandes ou d’autres de votre choix.
La préparation de ces smoothies c’est la même chose pour tout le monde. Tout simplement hors de votre esprit en tout temps et en profiter.
6. De la crème glacée, de la banane
La banane est une excellente option pour tuer une envie de sucré. Une autre astuce est de toujours avoir une banane cortadinha être congelés dans votre maison. Quand il est bien mûr, les couper et de les stocker dans un récipient dans le congélateur.
La banane est gelé, quand vous battez le mélange dans le mélangeur, il est super crémeux, donc c’est un ingrédient intéressant, doux, bonne santé, et des smoothies.

Mode de préparation:
Purée de fraises dans un robot culinaire ou au mélangeur, en laissant quelques morceaux, et les mettre dans un bol.
Ajouter le jus de citron et mélanger. Mélanger la quantité de sucre que vous voulez dans l’eau chaude jusqu’à ce qu’il se dissout.
Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et mettre dans un formulaire d’une glace à l’eau. Vous pouvez ajouter des fraises de plus si vous le souhaitez.
Le laisser dans le congélateur pendant au moins 4 heures.
11. Cookies aux pépites de chocolat sain
Tellement mieux que de manger des aliments transformés est de cuisiner plus sain pour eux dans la maison. Ainsi, non seulement allez-vous savoir quels ingrédients vous sont longues, mais il va également produire, des collations et des pâtisseries, saine et savoureuse.
Dans cette recette, les cookies, la santé va vous surprendre, et c’est une excellente option pour vous de manger le matin, ou quand vous frappez que l’envie de sucreries.
Ingrédients:
½ Tasse à Thé de purée d’avocat;
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de noix de coco ou d’une autre saine de l’huile;
½ Tasse à Thé de sucre brun;
¼ De Tasse de thé de thé, de sucre,
1 cuillère à soupe d’extrait de vanille;
1 gros œuf;
Un quart d’une tasse de thé et le cacao en poudre sans sucre;
1 cuillère à soupe de levure;
1 pincée de sel;
1-tasse-de-thé et la farine d’avoine;
½ Cuillère à café de mise à la terre à la cannelle;
½ Tasse à Thé de farine de blé entier;
⅓ De tasse de thé et de noix de macadamia, ou d’amandes, hachées (facultatif).
Mode de préparation:
Pré-chauffer le four à 180 degrés et ligne un bol avec du papier de cuisson.
Dans un grand bol, mélanger l’avocat est déjà en purée avec de l’huile de noix de coco. Lorsque vous ajoutez les deux sucres et bien mélanger. Ajouter la vanille, puis les œufs et le cacao en poudre et remuer jusqu’à ce qu’il devient une masse homogène.
Ajouter la levure, le sel, les flocons d’avoine et la cannelle. Incorporer la farine, peu à peu, et si vous ajoutez les noix, c’est le moment.
La pâte sera molle, donc le placer dans une manière qui, avec l’aide d’une cuillère. Deux cuillères à café pour chaque cookie, c’est assez bon.
Cuire au four pendant environ 10 minutes, puis attendez qu’il refroidisse avant de le manger.
12. L’ananas grillé
L’autre option est de sucré, des fruits sains, est de faire de l’ananas grillé, le délicieux dessert, c’est qu’il va prendre une nouvelle approche pour le fruit, qui est si présent dans tous les régimes.
Ingrédients:
1 ananas, pelé et coupé en tranches;
2 cuillères à soupe de beurre non salé;
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre brun.
Mode de préparation:
Dans un autre récipient, faire fondre le beurre dans un bain-marie ou au micro-ondes. Une fois qu’il est fondu, ajouter la cassonade. Bien remuer, jusqu’à ce que les deux se mélangent.
Chauffer un gril à feu moyen-vif et ajouter l’ananas. Attendre quelques minutes avant de la mettre en. Laisser griller parfaitement sur les deux côtés, jusqu’à ce que vous voir les marques sur la grille.
Retirer et ajouter un peu du mélange de beurre sur les deux côtés.
13. Les pommes au four
Comment sur une pomme au four ainsi? Ce est une option facile avec un goût incroyable et de vous aider à oublier votre désir de sucré sans excès sur les calories.
Ingrédients:
3 pommes, de taille moyenne;
Le jus de deux citrons;
Un quart d’une tasse de thé et de miel.
Mode de préparation:
Pré-chauffer le four à 180 degrés celsius.
Couper les pommes en deux, retirez les graines et coupez-les en tranches.
Placez sur un formulaire, et ajouter le jus d’un citron.
Versez le miel, et les mettre à rôtir jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.
Si vous le souhaitez, saupoudrez un peu de cannelle sur le dessus.
Une pomme au four sans le miel, il a une moyenne de 162 calories.
14. Le zéro d’une pastèque
Encore une recette, rafraîchissant et délicieux, parfait pour une chaude journée d’été.
Ingrédients:
4 tasses de thé, de la pastèque en petits cubes sans la semence;
2 cuillères à soupe de sucre;
2 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron fraîchement pressé.
Mode de préparation:
Dans un robot culinaire ou au mélangeur, réduire en purée la pastèque. Il faut prendre soin de ne pas déplacer tout sur le net, donc l’idée est que le mélange est presque une purée.
Ajouter le jus de citron et le sucre mélangés, et remuer doucement.
Placez le mélange dans une grande manière, et de la laisser dans le congélateur pendant au moins 2 heures. À chaque fois, alors c’est le mélange de façon à répartir la glace se forme.
Quand tout est dans la façon dont il est presque gelé, retirer et laisser reposer 5 minutes à température ambiante.
Gratter la forme et de mettre un zéro dans les bols individuels. Servir immédiatement.
Pour donner une autre saveur, vous pouvez ajouter du gingembre ou de la menthe picadinhos dans la recette.
15. Mordu par le froid du yaourt
C’est très simple et délicieuse recette qui va vous aider à ne pas sortir de la ligne, même au moment des services.
Ingrédients:
1 tasse de yogourt grec, une lumière;
½ Tasse-de-thé, de fraises, coupées en morceaux ou autres fruits de votre choix.
Mode de préparation:
Mélanger les deux ingrédients jusqu’à ce qu’ils se combinent bien.
Dans la forme recouverte de papier sulfurisé, puis d’ajouter de petites cuillerées du mélange, en laissant suffisamment d’espace entre chaque ligne.
Le laisser dans le congélateur pendant au moins 2 heures, ou jusqu’à ce qu’ils sont gelés. Allez-y!

He made the announcement in the Dáil this afternoon. Speaking in the Dáil this afternoon, Naughten said he had a meeting with the Taoiseach last night, in which Leo Varadkar asked him to reflect on his position. “The Taoiseach does not have confidence in me,” he said. Naughten said he was left in a difficult position, where the opposition had not called for him to step aside, nor had the Taoiseach, but added that he had to reflect himself. Do I wait for that decision myself, to resign, or do I wait for someone else to make that decision for me? He said the outcome “is more about opinion polls than telephone polls. It’s more about optics than fibre optics”. Naughten has been in the spotlight following revelations about a dinner he had with the head of the only group bidding for the National Broadband Plan contract. Naughten admitted to attending a dinner with David McCourt – head of the Granahan McCourt consortium – in New York in July, while yesterday it emerged that the minister facilitated a lunch in the Dáil for McCourt’s daughter in April. He told the Dáil today that he had offered to pass over the NBP process to his junior minister, or to another line Cabinet minister, but this offer was refused by the Taoiseach. I live 10kms from Cork City Centre, 4 kms from Blarney. Not a “ribbon route” and not “a one off house”. 1.5 yrs ago, my neighbours were provided with full FTTH by Eir, whilst the remaining 400 meters stretch of road, housing 9 houses, 7 apartments and a busy pub/restaurant, were left with less than 1mg. Next tranche of houses over 2 miles away. No joined up thinking, ultimately leaving to the tax payer under the NBP to pick up the tab. My 13 yr old, 1st yr son has Dysgraphia, and uses Ass Tech, for all his educational needs.
