I mean, honestly, if you’re gonna buy cute undies for your SO you’re better off to bring your SO with you so they can try it on. Not all bras or lingerie fit the same depending on style, or even store to store. And honestly? If you ask the attendant to try on lingerie for you because their body type is similar to your SOs I will personally hunt you down and make you step on lego bricks. (Yes this has happened to me :////)

I went to a novel writing workshop and the woman who was running it explained how after she had finished an entire darn book, her editor told her to go back and rewrite it because she’d written it from the wrong person’s POV. So she went back and redid it and IMMEDIATELY felt the story mesh better, everything that was missing fell into place. Editors are basically gods lol

and yeah, I’ve had that problem. Where I was writing a story and realizing that all the conflict and motivations came from... not the protagonist I was working through

so it’s either forcibly adjusting the story to change that (doable but difficult) or embracing what the narrative is already telling you (organic and powerful)

I was given a really amazing and expensive facial moisturizer when I was doing an internship in an accounting office and that’s in the top 10 of best gifts I’ve ever gotten.

i found a solid one by garnier that’s like a 3-in-1 daycream/nightcream/face mask that only cost me 10 bucks so im happy with that, but it really took me nearly half an hour of scrolling through overly-priced trash to find it lmao
