I can say that I only saved the psd for three of them and the other three I made/colored from scratch. I've been giffing for over 12 years now and my coloring changed a lot throughout these years. I still make mistakes with some of the colorings and even though I'm in this 'business' for a long time I still didn't learned how to color correctly over some filters (beauty newbie drama I'm looking at you) but at least I'm trying. I think there's not much else to say just thank you for liking them even though I don't post regularly :)

probably since 2009. I used to have another blog but moved to my current one in 2012

used to have # queue to my life, # queueing things bc its quarantine things but now I'm just using q. bc I’ve become lazy

before this blog I was a dedicated fanblog about marko marin and sideblog was very multifandom and then I moved and stayed multifandom

claire @clairedaring @poomphuripan is such a cutie. The way she does so much for the msi community but at the same time highlights other lakorns and find the strength and time to gif it, so other ppl on here could watch it. always so nice and patient ❤️

an honorable mention: cata @kittychicha because I would've never thought that we would become friends and talk on a regular basis about everything and it is fun and lovely to talk with you and get to know you 🧡

Another honorable mention would be vish @morkofday because have you met her? Her mind is already enough. The way she thinks and sees things in perspectives - a reason to fall in love. Not even joking. Our dead friend forever days were precious for me 💕

i DO think you as a lakorn enthusiast because anyone who's watched more than one het romance one31 series and one het romance ch3 series is a lakorn enthusiast in my books.

our community is so small and i know sometimes lakorn gifs are often just from quan @nonkul, cata @kittychicha, sophia @kayascodelorio or thai ql gifmakers who end up watching non-ql works of their favorite actors but nonetheless i'm really grateful to be able to enjoy niche lakorn gifs regardless whether i've watched the thai lakorn/ series/ film before or not.

Tomie

ok. how do I do justice to sum up 752 pages of Tomie’s story into 5 paragraphs or less? I don’t know, but let’s start. this is my 4th Junji Ito and tomie certainly is different than other Junji Ito’s works. if you’ve watched ‘girl from nowhere’ on netflix, tomie is @kittychicha ’s inspiration for her character, nanno. although not 100% identical, there sure were some similarities. that’s why getting into tomie’s story was not hard for me. tomie is such a unique character with unique abilities. she's beautiful, she's manipulative, she's sharp-witted, and she unquestionably knows the power that she holds. with every story, tomie grew less and less human. constantly being killed and dismembered, each piece of tomie started to regenerate into more tomies. and once split, tomie will stop aging. as a whole book, the story felt repetitive, with similar concepts and similar main ideas for every story: how men were extremely greedy and they wanted to ‘own’ tomie as their own, and how women were so jealous of tomie’s beauty. but in my opinion, if read separated, you’ll definitely want more of tomie’s story and wonder what will happen next. this is the kind of story that you’ll want to re-read over and over again. and characterwise, I had no complaints about the so-called ‘no-character-development’ thingy. I mean, she stopped aging once killed and regenerated, and God knows how much that happened. I loved how gore and how chaotic tomie’s story turned out to be, it exceeded my crazy expectations and imagination. I always love to watch horror/thriller/gore movies (fun fact: been loving horror since I was 4), but why didn’t I start reading the same genres is a big question. I do wish I discovered tomie earlier tho. if you have no problem reading/watching those genres, just, please, try to read tomie. artwise, it’s fascinating to see Junji Ito’s development in art style. with each story, his drawings became more and more detailed to the point where I wondered how much time did he spend to draw each panel. with no doubt, I hereby declare Junji Ito as one of my fav authors/mangakas.
