My board consists of dates, dried fruits (apricots and figs), crackers, lactose-free cheese, blueberries, apples, mixed nuts and pomegranate juice! Filled with lots of nutritional value, this is perfect for after breaking fast! As you may or may not know, I am BANGLADESHI! Childhood memories of Piyaju and the aroma of frying it in the kitchen make me nostalgic. It takes me back to the streets of Dhaka during Ramadan! So Iftar during Ramadan has to have Piyaju on the menu. Any other fried foods can be skipped, but in our home Piyaju is the heart of Iftar - crunchy on the outside, slightly soft on the inside with a bit of spice and a hot sauce.ย โค๏ธย  I'm thrilled to have partnered with my favourite grocer @FoodBasicsON this Ramadan because its offers everything I need for the month. Which type of Yogurt Lassi do you like? Sweet or Salted?ย ๐Ÿ˜ The third week of Ramadan is already here! Recentlyย I shared my Ramadan shopping list with you and yogurt was listed as one of my essentials!ย I hope you saw the post?ย This year,ย I am thrilled to be partnering with @foodbasicson for the month of Ramadan providing me a one-stop shop for all my food essentials. The Kitchens of the World aisle offers products fromย various cuisines, making it easy to find some of those more unique ingredients. Plus, with discounts each week, the prices here can't be beat!ย ย ๐Ÿ’œ Sweet Yogurt Lassiย is my favourite childhood drink to have during Iftar time. It is slightly sweet and slightly tangy and perfect to cool the digestiveย system. Here is how I made mine: Recipe for Tamanna's Sweet Yogurt Lassi: โ€ข 4 cups of yogurt โ€ข 1/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar (any sugar/sweetener is fine) โ€ข One cup of cold water Blend it all. I like to blend my Lassi because it makes it super fluffy. Garnish it as you like. Super easy and my 11-year old can make it too!ย  I know many people like Salted Lassi/labneh!
