Unless they just got word about the year long postponement just right then, why are they all in costume?

The first one was released with a Jan cover date suggesting a Nov release. A long time to dress rehearse for a school play for summer.

One of the votes against was some idiot Republican who hates gay people and voted no as protest to make a point only he seemed to understand. He was the same guy who during the committee hearing bragged about how his grandparents were first cousins.

The other vote against was another Republican with a chemistry degree from Liberty University (ha ha, sure) who only seems to vote for bills outlawing protests and abortion and making sure there are guns in all the schools. No where says why he voted no on the incest bill, but he clearly thinks there aren't ever enough babies, so maybe he's in favor of incest ones, too.
