I like Johanna.

Like Haymitch she's such a good example of what happens when a victor defies the Capitol. And that's so tragic, and the main reason why I want her to have a happy ending after the war. Not with Gale. Anyone but Gale. Someone cool and who puts up with her shit, and will make everyone lose their minds when they realize they're a thing, like Pollux or something.

Darius would be awesome for her if he wasn't dead.

Favorite Johanna moment:

From the movie the naked elevator scene, but that was a group effort, not just Johanna.

Books: I like the whole section where she's Katniss roommate. She's so vulnerable at that point, that I just want to hug her.

Movie depiction: Jena Malone is awesome. She perfectly embodies Johanna in my opinion, though I do picture her a bit younger. But all actors were older than their book counterparts, so whatever. I remember Kirsten Bell really trying to get the part, and a lot of fans wanted her to get it, me included. I still feel sorry that we didn't see her as Johanna, but oh well.

Okay, so: just watched episode one of Veronica Mars. Man, this show looks good af. I love Kirsten Bell. Loved her in The Good Place, and she's a hell of an actress in this one, the roofie scene had me in tears.

Love the mystery, the relationship between characters and the parts they take in this little society and in the investigation of the murder.

I'm so curious to find out everything. It seems like this is one of those shows where it's better not to trust anyone. We'll see.

Oof, it's been a while since I've seen a pilot episode this good. Loved it.
