What is the cure for kidney disease?
The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution is a "multi-function, step-by-step program that gives you everything you need to reverse your kidney disease, improve kidney function, and protect your kidneys from further damage so you can avoid dialysis and transplant." It has a collection of e-books and cookbooks that tell you exactly how to assess your condition, figure out what your test results mean, and come up with a treatment plan and diet that are perfect for your condition. All of its treatment methods are based on what we know now about naturopathic science, and some of them come from traditional Japanese medicine. It also comes with audiobooks and movies about meditation that teach a holistic way to treat kidney diseases and start the healing process. They also offer free program updates for life, so participants can use any new information they find. Their email support is also available for life, in case anyone has any questions.
About Who Made It
Duncan Capicchiano and his wife, Fiona Chin, both from Melbourne, Australia, wrote The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution together. They are both fully trained Naturopaths, and together they started a leading health hospital in Melbourne where over 13 herbal fitness therapists work together to help hundreds of patients reach their goals. Duncan has an advanced diploma in naturopathy from the Australian College of Natural Medicine. He also has diplomas and training in nutrition and herbal medicine, craniosacral therapy, homeopathy, and kinesiology. Duncan and his wife Fiona first set up this treatment plan to help Fiona's grandmother, who had stage 4 renal disease and was told that dialysis was her best option. After reading a lot of peer-reviewed journals, clinical trials, and other clinical literature, they worked hard to make an all-natural application that miraculously helped Fiona's grandmother in just 12 weeks. 6 months into their treatment, her condition greatly improved, going from level 4 to level 1, and she went on to live 10 more happy years before dying of heart failure in 2017. Since 2008, The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution has helped more than 25,000 people around the world. They are always under pressure from western pharmaceutical companies that want to close down their hospital. The only thing that keeps them going is the growing support from their successful patients and their families. The kidney is one of the most important organs for living a healthy, happy life. It keeps track of everything you eat and drink and does many other things to keep your body in balance. Anyone who has dealt with kidney disease knows that it can affect a person's quality of life. And if your kidneys stop working, it's a very bad situation. So, there are a lot of different ways to treat kidney disease. The problem is that many of these remedies are inconvenient, dangerous, and hard to use. The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution can help with this. It is a natural way to get your body to use its own healing mechanisms to fix your kidneys.
The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution Review: Does Duncan Capicchiano's EBook Really Help?
Everyone can get kidney disease, and most of the time, it is treated with a few drugs that have very bad side effects. Most natural supplements are safe to take, but some can have unexpected side effects. The Kidney Ailment Answer is a great book that will help you treat kidney disease. It says some big things. Are these sorts of claims worth listening to? The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution Review will look at the book more closely and decide if it is worth recommending or not. When a member of his family developed sudden kidney failure, he made it his life's work to find a way to cure it without dialysis or other harmful treatments. After 9 years of research, he put together all the information into a complete guide to kidney disease. This led to the release of The Chronic Kidney Disease Solution software. His main goal is to help people figure out why they have kidney problems and then make changes to fix the problem. Duncan Cappichiano

Introduction: Pre-Departure Entry
Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Hello there, and welcome to my Digital Travel Journal for my study abroad experience for the Winter 2020 term. My name is Mira Baum - a junior at the University of Maryland, College Park studying Kinesiology - and I will be traveling around Australia from December 31, 2019 - January 22, 2020 to learn about Australian sport culture. Unfortunately, I do not have prior knowledge about Australian culture nor Australian relations when it comes to sports, so I am most excited to become more knowledgable about these subjects from first-hand experiences. Therefore, I hope to come out of this program with more knowledge, greater self-knowledge, new friends, and (of course) a tan! During this grand experience, I will be visiting Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. I think I am most nervous about falling in love with these cities and feeling like I did not fully immerse myself/spend enough time in each of them. Hopefully that is not the case. But anyways, stay tuned for blog posts and photographs of my experience while studying abroad down under! Before I leave, I am going to read a bunch of articles about this beautiful country. See you soon.

The Zappadydoodah
Hello! I’m Jenny – I am 38, married to a beautiful (in all the ways) lady for five years. We have a son who is nearly two and another baby on the way. I’m writing this down because I’m in a transformative time of life, with deliberate hope for change occurring around some treatment for my Stuff. I’m feeling super overwhelmed, massively restless and thought it might be a) handy to channel it all into a writing area, and b) useful for anyone else in a similar sitch.
The Stuff
So here’s my stuff. Fibromyalgia since 2005, Chronic Fatigue diagnosed since 2011, Depression and Anxiety diagnosed since 2012 but probably always. Definitely always.
Here is a list of some of the things I have done to try to manage/fix/deal with my stuff:
SSRI’s
Meditation
Herbal supplements
Naturopathy
CBT
Psychotherapy
Protein shakes
Exercise Therapy
Counseling
Hydrotherapy
Acupuncture
Pilates
Yoga
All of the Elimination Diets
Gym
Walking
Alexander Technique
Kinesiology
Psychics
Hypnosis
A thousand doctors
Graded Exercise Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Rheumatologist
Physiotherapy
Massage
Reiki
All the other stuff I can’t remember
Short of fish slapping that’s all I can remember right now (I did not try fish slapping). I want to be clear that a lot of these things have been extremely helpful in managing my life and keeping me as upright and mobile as possible. The ones who promised me that they could fix me, did the opposite and caused catastrophic setbacks, in every single case. I don’t feel like me listing which ones are which is helpful because every human reacts differently to different options depending on who they are and what their experiences have been.
I will say, however, that my current team members around my health are counselor, physiotherapist, massage therapist, acupuncturist/TCM practitioner.
So that is my stuff. Read on if you fancy!
What’s happening now, and how and why?
So a couple of months ago we were taking our kid for an outing on a Sunday morning. We thought we’d head to a local market about half an hour’s drive and visit our friends who were selling food there to raise money for the local wildlife shelter. Cute! Fun Sunday outing! He fell asleep five minutes from our destination so we kept going, because sleep is golden and we had no place we had to be, and ended up driving past my sister’s place.
We hadn’t seen them for a little while (she lives there with her daughters who are 19 and 20, both at uni this year so sometimes not there) and pulled up in the driveway, waking them up because they don’t live with a toddler and get to sleep in. I have no bitterness about this, it’s just something worth mentioning.
Her youngest daughter, my niece has had severe fibromyalgia for several years now. The list of things she’s tried are varied and include things like hospital stays, ketamine infusions, morphine – and they didn’t help. Morphine didn’t touch the sides of her pain. I won’t go into too much detail but her quality of life was non existent and she was cut down at her best and brightest. It’s horrific and unfair and all the other things. I have not seen colour in that kid’s face other than green for a number of years.
When we rocked up, she was pink cheeked and was about to go out for brunch with a friend.
Let me pause there – every part of that sentence was not possible for years. So after mouthing OMG at my sister when my niece wasn’t looking, we sat down at my sister’s dining table after her she went out with her friend and my sister took my hand. She teared up and said will you please, please think about trying this thing. It works. Look at her.
And then my heart skipped a beat. It had literally not occurred to me that anything could work. That was certainly not my lived experience. I knew they were trying a thing, and I was ready to support them as much as I could (and knowing that sometimes I need to keep a stronger boundary, to protect my sense of self and eschew self pity) when it inevitably didn’t work and their desperation in scrambling for something, some relief, would continue.
“things don’t work for people like me”
That was the sentence that was ringing in my head, loud and clear as a bell. I had believed one too many times when someone had promised me they could make it all better, and then as time went on the prices would increase and the narrowing field of ways I could be pressed in on me and the possibilities vanished when things that weren’t actually physically possible for me to do (and no, I couldn’t push through or engage in mind over matter, get fucked if you think that’s a thing that can happen in this situation, frankly) and I was a bad, naughty client who wasn’t complying so their promise no longer applied. By then they had all of the money and my sense of self was at rock bottom. Snake oil merchants for the win.
Four or so years ago I had a massive breakthrough with a fabulous narrative therapist I was working on my health management with. One day she asked me how it would be if I could just accept my limitations and not place pressure on myself to be capable of anything more than I could do. That I have a serious illness that impacts every single area of my life, and the more I ignore it the louder it gets. How would it feel to accept that?
Because I was ready to hear it, and because I trusted her, and because I knew everything I knew by that stage, I took it in and really imagined how it would feel. And my shoulders dropped about fifty metres and I felt relaxed and calm.
That year I had my first winter since my diagnosis where I didn’t have a severe depressive episode. I rested more, I kept myself warm, I didn’t push myself to not be such a big whiny baby. I cared for myself. I didn’t pretend I wasn’t unwell. I acknowledged it and acted accordingly. Bloody hell – it was absolutely life altering. I will always be grateful to that therapist for that revelation. Then she went and decided to help the refugees on Manus Island with their myriad of psychological issues resulting from trauma and abuse, which I understood but felt a bit miffed about in a selfish way.
So that huge shift had informed the way I went about caring for myself. What a relief to not feel the pressure of turning every stone over just in case. Wearing myself out going to All The Appointments. Never stopping because if I did that meant giving up.
Stopping is brilliant and should be compulsory for all people in all situations.
So now I have my team around me. Every member is crucial and I’m pretty happy most of the time. I’m a great parent and wife and friend and relative, I think.
The thought of messing with that? Oof. SO risky. Terrifying. But my sister held my hand and asked me to think about it. So I did.
I don’t mean to vaguebook atcha. The thing is called TMS and is usually provided to people who have severe depression. The kind where no medication works and everything is hopeless. It’s non invasive, and uses magnetic thingamebobs to retrain the pathways in your brain that have died off due to illness. So for people with fibro, the pathways of normal sensation are often replaced with pain pathways. Recently when I was extremely distressed about a work situation and I could not deal with what was happening, my brain told me that whenever I took a step I was at risk of my ankle shattering. My ankle was not at risk of shattering, but the pain felt extremely real and terrifying. And so on and so forth. So the TMS thingo (and to be honest it’s a little bit tinfoil hat to avoid the government reading your thoughts) is a metal cap that goes over your hair on the place where the specific neural pathways are, then magnetic waves are sent through the thing which stimulate your brains. It’s habit forming, so doing it once a week isn’t going to do squat. But 3-5 zaps a week (each zap is 30-60 mins) will be highly likely to have an impact. 5 will work faster, 3 will still work the same amount but will take a little longer.
They recommend about 30 sessions and then you can taper off and see how you respond. Here’s the kick. I live 90 mins from Melbourne CBD and it’s the closest place I can go for treatment. A three hour round trip a day isn’t possible for me (both in terms of fatigue and available free time).
My work is quite seasonal so I had planned to close off my books from May for a few months, and we were all going to go as a family to rent a house for a few months and just smash it. But then we both realised my wife’s pregnancy wasn’t getting easier and sooner would be better than later. So the compromise is as follows:
Kicking off this month with a week together as a family for calibration and a couple of treatments, and then I’ll head to Melbourne Tuesday morning til Thursday middle of the day allowing me three zaps (Tues – Wed – Thurs) and on the way home I get acupuncture so I can decompress a bit before arriving for family time at home and don’t just dump all my emotions all over them. I’ll have had time to process and chat a bit. Fridays the kidlet is in daycare, Saturdays and Sundays as per usual, Monday with the wee fella. Tuesdays drop him off at daycare late on my way in to town. We’re getting some help with kid wrangling on Wednesdays from daycare pickup to bedtime so my beautiful pregnant wife won’t have to be too exhausted after working all day. There’s a lot going on. Did I mention we’re married but not legally so we’re going to do that in a few weeks as well? It’s a big time.
I turned it all over and over and over in my head, spoke with some key people and most helpfully talked with my love. You don’t owe us anything, she said, and meant it. You try it, you don’t try it, we love you. Your body and health changes, or doesn’t, we love you. If you try it and it doesn’t work and it creates massive turmoil for you then we cross that bridge. You’ve dealt with worse.
So forward we go.

Smartphones – Just how smart are they for our body?
Back in 2008 there was a flurry of media around the phenomenon of “Blackberry Thumb”, a syndrome which presented as pain in both thumbs, often radiating up the forearms, accompanied with restriction in the shoulder and neck.
Is it any wonder we suffer as a result of these not-so-smart gadgets? We spend a lot of time looking at screens! In fact, according to Millward Brown’s 2014 AdReaction Report into consumer behaviour, for the average Australian: 132 minutes are spent on smartphones, 125 minutes on TV, 102 minutes on a laptop and 37 minutes on a tablet!According to a similar 2012 BBC report, almost 19 billion messages were sent per day using chat apps and 17.6 billion SMS messages….that’s a lot of thumb-tapping.
As a Remedial Therapist, over the years I have treated huge numbers of clients who present with RSI injuries and postural issues related to desk work. The adage has become “Sitting is the New Smoking”.
But nowadays we effectively take our sitting desk with us – having a smart phone with all of our email/files/appointments accessible all day, everyday.
Joshua Samuel who presented a study at HWWE 2013, International Conference on Ergonomics and Human Factors, studied 59 subjects who reported pain and musculoskeletal problems related to the use of their hand-held device, and revealed the following important features:
Among them, around 49% were using touch screen smart phones while 35% were using the Blackberry.
Right side was affected more (58%) compared to left side (20%) and bilateral (22%).
Common symptoms: Pain in thumb and forearm with associated burning; Numbness & tingling around thenar aspect of hand; stiffness of wrist and hand.
The human head weighs on average around 5kg. That is 5kg of weight and pressure on our spine when sitting with our head directly over our cervical spine (neck). Now, for every inch that our head moves forward, that pressure doubles. If you take the time to look around at our fellow smartphone users you will see that they adopt the head tilted, face down position to stare longingly at SMS messages and cat videos for many minutes at a time! This is putting many kilograms of pressure on our poor struggling neck, which can lead to stiffness, tension headaches and pore postural habits.
Acknowledging all of this, I have to say, I love my phone! Smartphones are an important part of our modern lives, providing us with ease of communication with out loved ones and swift access to important knowledge. I think we can continue to love our smartphones whilst still loving our body….we just need to me smart about it:
Don’t become a member of the “bow head tribe”, holding your phone in your lap looking down at it – this puts a lot of pressure on your neck. Try to hold it up towards your face, reducing the load.
Try to peck out messages with multiple fingers (ie; typing) rather than using solely your thumbs.
For tasks which require you to spend prolonged periods of time at your phone or tablet, ensure you have established a comfortable working space which supports your spine.
Now, lets be honest – whilst we would all love to attest to the fact the majority of our time on our phone is spent scouring appointment requests, quote confirmations, literary masterpieces and well-researched international journalism, I think it would be fair to say we all get swept up in social media and mindless scrolling. Ask yourself, is this the best thing I could be doing right now? And close that Pinterest board of how to build a lego bath for your cat. Now!

T H E B A S I C S Given Name: Jonah Rodrick Bowden-Hendrix Nicknames: Jon (but only his parents call him that), Bowie (but only his surfing buddies call him that). Then there's Wyatt's names for him-- Jo, Jojo, Joey, and Sasquatch/Bigfoot, which he always gets a kick out of. Age: 35 Birthday: October 2nd Zodiac Sign: Libra Birthplace: Melbourne, Australia Current Location: Portland, Oregon Speaks: English, some French (enough that he could carry a simple conversation) Dominant Hand: Left Education: Studied Kinesiology at Western Oregon University Occupation: Personal trainer, also teaches swimming lessons twice a week. He loves his job because he can set his own hours, he makes good money, and he has a lot of time to spend with his family/to go surfing. He has considered going back to school to become a physical therapist, but hasn't made a decision one way or the other. Vehicle: Red and white 1970 VW Transporter. He loves it to death, and does as much work on it himself as he can. Worldly Possessions: A surfboard, custom-made for him from Blackfern Surfboards. Lots of arts and crafts projects that he works on with his daughter. Any gifts, notes, letters, cards, etc, that Wyatt has ever given him (he is a bit of a hoarder in that sense). Pet(s): Five chickens!
A P P E A R A N C E Height: 6'3" Hair: Light brown with hints of blonde mixed in. He used to wear it long and pulled back most of the time, but a couple of years ago he decided he needed a change and got it cut short. He wasn't too sure about it at first, but he likes it short now and has decided to keep it that way. Facial Hair: He hasn't been without facial hair since he was in his twenties. He likes to have a full beard, and he keeps it well groomed. Eye Colour: Gorgeous, crazy-blue eyes. Skin Tone: He definitely has a good tan going, since he spends a lot of time outdoors. Clothing: Maybe they’re nude Distinguishing Marks: Some scars from surfing mishaps/various other tumbles he's taken on hikes and such. A yeti tattoo on his right forearm, something he got for Wyatt. Face Claim: Chris Hemsworth
H E A L T H Physical Health: Healthy as a horse. He works as a personal trainer, and he likes working out/doing physical things such as surfing and hiking, so he is extremely fit. He's all about eating a good, balanced diet, but he also doesn't deprive himself of what he wants; he just goes for moderation in all things. As long as he gets enough protein, he's all good. Physical Abilities/Limitations: Jonah is very good at surfing-- not pro level or anything, but definitely skilled. He also has a lot of endurance on hikes, and is an adept climber as well. Basically, anything athletic is right up his alley. Addictions: None. He does like to smoke pot or have edibles every once in a while, but it's definitely not an addiction for him. Allergies: Latex-- it causes him to break out in hives. Mental Health: No problems on this front. He is a happy, well-adjusted, carefree person who has everything he could have ever wanted.
H I S T O R Y Summary: So far, Jonah has lived a very peaceful life. He grew up in Australia, where his life basically consisted of school, surfing, sleep, repeat. In high school, he had the opportunity to be an exchange student and go to Portland, Oregon for a year-- which totally changed his life. As much as he loves Australia, he was immediately taken with Oregon, and knew he'd want to move there someday, especially after meeting Wyatt and becoming close friends with him. Jonah did end up moving to Oregon and attending college there, and became even closer with Wyatt. Their relationship quickly became serious, and they soon moved in together and ended up getting married. They now have a child, Georgia. Jonah is ridiculously happy and considers himself to be the luckiest man on earth~ Job History: His first job was actually in Oregon-- he worked in a very hipster-y juice bar while he was in college. And then his next job was in a gym as a personal trainer. He eventually found enough clients that he was able to quit the gym and start just going to people's homes to train them or have them over to him and Wyatt's place for training, which he likes a lot better. Fondest Memories: Absolutely any memory involving Wyatt, especially their wedding. Adopting Georgia and bringing her home, and getting to watch her grow up. Worst Experiences: Jonah has dealt with small disappointments, and had a few bad experiences in his life. But he feels that the good in his life far outweighs the bad, and it would be hard for him to pinpoint an experience he would consider the worst.
C O M M U N I C A T I O N Speech Pace/Style: Confident, often loud and rowdy (though he makes an effort to be quieter if asked), not exactly a smooth talker but also not the type to stumble over his words. He has a very honest way of speaking, and it's very obvious that he doesn't fake any of his feelings or emotions-- everything is genuine. Accent: Very strong, distinctive Australian accent. Favorite Phrases or Words: He often says/exclaims "beauty!" if something awesome happens, or says "you beauty," if someone does something nice or kind for him-- he says it to Wyatt all the time, I'm sure. He also uses a lot of other Australian slang terms, but that's the most common one for him to use. Usual Curse Words: Fuck and cunt are the most common ones for him to use, though he's really tried to clean up his language now that they have a child.
P E R S O N A L I T Y, M I N D S E T, A N D B E L I E F S Personality Type: ESFP-A Sense of Humor: Jonah is definitely a big jokester. He likes to tease and play harmless pranks, and he absolutely loves making people (Wyatt) laugh. Making Wyatt laugh is his favorite thing. Habits: Rubs his hands together and snaps his fingers before starting a task. Sings whatever song is stuck in his head at the time, loudly, especially if he is at home doing chores or anything. Pops his neck/cracks his knuckles every so often. Fears/Phobias: Going to the dentist is his least favorite thing-- he still does it, but he absolutely hates having someone poke around at his teeth. He probably has to have Wyatt go with him whenever he gets a filling or anything because he'd need someone to hold his hand, honestly. He also thinks the idea of the Mothman is super scary, though he tries to act like it doesn't scare him. Strengths: Jonah is an extremely laid back, go-with-the-flow sort of person. He's not bothered by small problems and doesn't complain much, always willing to change plans or do something unexpected. He doesn't care what people think of him or have to say about him-- he just worries about himself and his family and lets everything else roll off his back. He is kind-hearted, and always very generous, whether it's with his time, his money or whatever else. He loves helping people, doing volunteer work, etc. Part of the reason why he's considered becoming a physical therapist is that he would love to help people work through their injuries. In social situations, Jonah is very good at drawing people out of their shell, and tries to make sure everyone feels comfortable/feels like part of the group, even if they're shy. He's very warm and basically just a big teddy bear, honestly~ Flaws: Jonah sometimes doesn't take things as seriously as he should, and also has trouble making decisions. He prefers to let others make decisions for him and is more of a follower in that sense. He also has a tendency to joke around even if the situation calls for him to be more serious; he always feels the need to try and lighten the mood, which is not always a good call. As generous and sweet as Jonah is, he is often too trusting for his own good. He has been taken advantage of many times in the past, and is trying to be a more skeptical person/critical thinker, but it's just not in his nature to distrust people. Jonah is terrible when it comes to confrontation/resolving conflicts. He prefers to just avoid it all together and pretend nothing happened, rather than deal with it head on, which often leads to him keeping his feelings inside. As laid back as Jonah is, he can be one to hold grudges if someone pisses him off or gets on his bad side (which, admittedly, is hard to do). Hopes/Desires: He wants to be married to Wyatt for, like, seventy years. He'd love to adopt another child someday if that's in the cards for them and if that's something Wyatt would also want. He wants Georgia to grow up healthy and find something she loves to do and be happy. He wants to have lots of time to surf and do things he likes to do and spend as much time with his family as possible. And that's pretty much it. He's a simple man~ Self-Esteem: Jonah is a humble person, but he also has good self-esteem and thinks he's pretty okay. He is definitely not lacking in confidence. Religion: He believes in the idea that you are your own god/being spiritual rather than religious. He likes to meditate, do yoga, etc., and he has a few crystals that he swears help him clear his mind, though he doesn't push his views on anyone else and he's not a weirdo about it.
R A N D O M Sleeping Position: His favorite way to sleep is cuddled up with Wyatt. He's a clingy sleeper, and likes having Wyatt pulled up against him. He also loves it whenever their daughter gets into bed with them-- he loves snuggling with her, especially because he knows it's only a matter of time before she won't want to snuggle with them anymore. Boxers or Briefs?: Boxer-briefs for sure. Day or Night?: Day for sure. He likes going out and doing lots of things, and by eleven at night he crashes hard. Top or Bottom?: I mean let's be real here. He's a top. But he's also open to whatever. Like, he's not super comfortable bottoming, but he doesn't dislike it-- it just takes a lot of foreplay to get him to feel comfortable. Partying or Relaxing?: As much as he likes being around other people, he's not much of a party person? He'd rather spend time with friends out hiking, or else at home with a small group of people, relaxing. And he will never pass up an opportunity to spend an evening relaxing with his family.
R E L A T I O N S H I P S Closest Friend: Without a doubt, Wyatt is his closest friend. Jonah has a lot of friends, a lot of buddies he can go out and do things with, but the one person he feels he can always trust, the one person he knows will always be there for him, is Wyatt. He has never felt so close to anyone else in his life. Relationship History: Before things got serious with Wyatt, Jonah was in a lot of relationships, some only lasting a matter of weeks or even days. He was very fickle and had a tendency to get bored easily, not wanting more of the same, always chasing after something new. Wyatt was the only person Jonah never got tired of, that he could see and talk to every day and never get tired of. Sexual Partners: Too many to count, honestly. Thoughts About Sex: Obviously, he enjoys it. He has had a lot of casual sex in the past just to get his fix, because he has a very high sex drive. He slept with a couple of women when he was younger, but quickly realized that he didn't care for sex with women-- it was a bit of a surprise for him to realize he was gay, but he's never felt ashamed of his sexuality and is very comfortable with it now.
P A R E N T S Name(s): Chloe and Edward Bowden Age(s): Both 58 years old Occupation(s): His mom was a stay-at-home mom until both her kids were out of the house. Now she works part time in a bakery. His dad is a psychiatrist. Religion: Both of them are atheists, but not hardcore about it or anything. Quality of Relationship With Their Children: Definitely good. They miss Jonah like crazy and wish he lived closer, but they're just glad he's happy. Their other son, Jessie, still lives closeby and they're glad for that. Living/Deceased: Living
S I B L I N G S Name: Jessie Bowden Age: 28 Occupation: He is a freelance photographer, and looking into getting into graphic design. Religion: He honestly doesn't care about religion. Quality of Relationship With His Brother: Good. They don't talk much, but when they do it's easy for them to fall into conversation, and they always enjoy catching up and are happy when they actually get to see each other.
