we couldn't find a flag for the manager system role, so we made one for it!

pluralpedia defines a manager (link to page) as follows: "A manager is a system member who takes on the necessary and vital role of ensuring things get accomplished, generally being a personification of the concept of executive function. They often remember dates, appointments, medication, and other scheduling, and sometimes do more menial but important tasks such as cleaning, or delegate tasks amongst the system."
