that one marikenyo In Ur Inbox All The Time
wahhh merry christmas, inbox-marikenyo :DDD!!! i saw this ask on christmas eve but during then i too was also drunk off a few cocktails and promptly passed out a little bit later orz
i had a great noche buena!! i kept falling into a food coma because i kept eating so much, as the lord intended <3 JHVSKJHFVSD. i hope you also had a great christmas eve and are having a lovely christmas day today ^w^
and as for ur q, my first Real drinking experience was at a party i went to on my last year of college actually in 2020 right before the pandemic hit omg, kinda "late" by some people's standards. i say Real drinking experience, cuz prior to that party i did drink sometimes, but never enough to get drunk!
at that party though, i was with my girlfriend and it was the party of her college org and i was continually handed drinks. i Definitely Got Drunk.
what did i drink? no idea. a mutual friend of my gf and i was mixing the drinks and i never ask whats in stuff, i just drink whatever tastes sweet enough or is drowned in enough soda that i can stomach the bitterness of whatever alcohol content is within.
how was i when i was drunk? the same way i am when i get drunk nowadays: absolute disaster jahsfvasfhasvkfjh. i tend to get loud and lose all my filter when im drunk. also clingy. two things i remember clearly at that party are
1 ) my girlfriend went to the bathroom and i sat on the floor texting another friend about how i missed my girlfriend So Much and i love her So Much. later, when my gf had to leave early before me, i loudly announced "IM GOING HOME, MY GIRLFRIEND IS GONE SO I DONT WANNA BE HERE ANYMORE"
2 ) i was talking to the mutual friend who was mixing the drinks and he was talking about how he plays billiards. i remembered how billiards gloves looked like (it's like a normal glove but two fingers are out in the open) and i said something along the lines of "oh my god so you wear the WHORE GLOVES. why are billiards gloves so fucking SLUTTY"
thats pretty much how i am when im drunk up to this day ajhfvajshf but i seldom drink enough to get to That point, basically only at parties since like, im not the one paying for the drinks LMAO. when i drink lots, i get drunk. but when i drink little, i just get sleepy.
and when i drink enough to get drunk, the next morning always has me regretting Every Decision Ive Ever Made because i always...always....forget to drink water the night before....people around me try their Best to hydrate me while im drinking, but i get stubborn and forgetful and when im handed water i just put it down instinctively and look for something sweeter and usually with alcohol in it and im caught in a vicious cycle that ends with a fuckoff terrible hangover
but it's nothing a soft boiled egg breakfast cant fix HAHA
hope that answered ur q :DDD!! and thank you for the well wishes and the kind words ;v; im really glad that the stuff i make here can bring joy, and i really hope i can make more things in the future
sending u all the love too, inbox marikenyo!!!

The Royal Holiday Romance (Liam x MC)
PART THREE
Tumblr media
A/N: Good morning and welcome to the third part of this mess of a series that I randomly decided to write. It’s still cheesy and still Hallmarky. Nothing changed in that department. And we’re almost kinda halfway through. I hope you’ll like this part! Characters belong to Pixelberry.
Rating: G
Tagging: @twinkleallnight @kingliam-rys @sfb123 @iaminlovewithtrr @gardeningourmet @gkittylove99 @texaskitten30 @delightfullypinkglitter @kingliam2019 @queen-arabella-of-cordonia @lodberg
Victoria looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. She wasn’t sure if her little black dress was an appropriate attire for meeting the King. On the other hand, she truly believed that ‘less is more’ and her LBD was inspired by the fashion of Audrey Hepburn. If the King had a problem with Victoria’s love for simple outfits it wouldn’t be her problem. She doubted it’d be the case though; Hana insisted that the King was a true gentleman and one of the nicest people she’d ever met. Victoria was already excited to meet him. Besides, she’d never met anyone from royal family before and she was interested what they would be like. Her obsessions with fairytales definitely added to that interest.
“Ready?” Hana walked into Victoria’s room in a house the filming crew rented for all the actors.
“I think so. What do you think?” She did a little twirl and Hana chuckled.
“Beautiful. You look like an actress straight from the 50’s. Come on, our car is waiting for us!”
Victoria took a deep breath before walking out. It felt almost silly how excited she was but the inner child within her was screaming with joy at the prospect of going to an actual palace.
“Here goes nothing.”
~~~~
“Ahhh! I’m so excited! Do you think Hana will like my squid suit?”
“Mhm.” Liam only nodded and Drake rolled his eyes.
“Why do I have to be here as well? I’m not a noble!” He asked, for the fifth time that hour.
“Because you want to support me?” Maxwell suggested and Drake shook his head.
“Try again.”
“This is so exciting! Thank you, Liam! You’re the best friend a guy could ask for,” Maxwell said, completely ignoring Drake.
“You’re welcome. My father liked lady Hana a lot and since her role in The Crown and the Flame he considered her a friend of the Crown. It’d be nice to have her back here.”
“And her friend Maxwell insisted on inviting,” Drake noticed.
“You’ll like her. Besides, Hana said nice things about her and Hana is never wrong.”
“Your obsession with Hana Lee is a bit concerning.”
“It’s not obsession, it’s an appreciation for her art. You’ll never understand it with an attitude like this, Drake.” Maxwell stuck out his tongue at him.
“Your Majesty.” Antonio, the King’s assistant, walked into the room. “The ladies have arrived. Shall I ask them to come here?”
“Yes, thank you.”
“Your Majesty!” Bastien called out from behind Liam. “The American Ambassador is on the line and wants to talk to you. He says it’s urgent.”
“Very well, then.” Liam nodded. “I’ll join you in a moment. Please excuse me,” Liam apologized and followed Bastien into his office. Truth be told, he was quite happy about that distraction. As much as he liked lady Hana, he wasn’t in a mood to socialize today. All he could think about was the mysterious Victoria. He wondered if she visited his secret spot again. He wanted nothing more than to go to that forest again and see her again. Maybe. If she was still Cordonia, that is.
“Liam, get yourself together,” he scolded himself in his head before returning to his duties.
~~~~
“The King had to answer a call but he’ll join us shortly. I’m so happy to see you both again,” Maxwell welcomed Hana and Victoria as Drake shook their hands.
“He’s always busy in the Christmas time,” Drake added.
“It’s okay,” Victoria tried to smile but she was too anxious to do that. Now that she was in the palace, it all felt real but still almost surreal.
“What an interesting suit, Maxwell,” Hana noticed.
“Thank you, m’lady.” Maxwell smiled and turned to Drake, sending him a quick, I-told-you-so look.
“Let’s go to the dining room. I’m sure you two must be hungry after working all day.”
Victoria only nodded, glancing one last time behind her to see if maybe the King had joined them. So far, there was no sight of him.
~~~~
Liam was sitting in his office with his eyes closed. If he had had any energy left before, now he had absolutely none. The ambassador talked to him for straight thirty minutes about his idea, which Liam didn’t fully understood. Something about the movie with Hana Lee and about the premiere of it, as well as some other details Liam simply hadn’t noted. He was tired, too tired to talk to anyone. Would Maxwell forgive him if he ditched the dinner?
“He’s probably too focused on Hana to notice I’m not here,” Liam said to himself before standing up and taking his coat. He needed fresh air first. He could join his friends later.
~~~~
It was already an hour since they came to the palace and there was still no King on the horizon. Victoria wondered if the Kingly duties were that absorbing or if he simply decided to skip the dinner. Hana and Maxwell were chatting and seemed not to notice someone was missing but Victoria kept glancing at the door from time to time. She talked a little with Drake who, as she learned, was half-American and was King’s best friend. He told her about his family’s ranch in Texas and about how different his life was in Cordonia. In return, Victoria told Drake about how she wanted to become a movie critic but became an actress instead.
“Y’know, it’s never too late to change your career path. Maybe you’re never really happy with your roles because you’re not doing something you really love?” Drake suggested when she confessed to him why she wasn’t so excited about the movie.
“I don’t know… It feels easier to be where I am rather than change my life drastically.”
“Maybe.” Drake nodded. “But I learned the hard way that we don’t grow if we stay in the same place. Don’t settle for less just because you’re comfortable or scared.”
Victoria chuckled. “That was deep.”
Drake smiled and motioned the alcohol on the table. “That’s whiskey talking. Or maybe my wife’s influence, I don’t know.”
“In this case, I’d like to thank whiskey and your wife for the advice. I’ll think about it.”
“Please do. I was in a similar spot before I met my wife. She completely changed me and made me realize all these things I just told you. And that being said,” Drake looked around the room, “I gotta go, I miss my wife.”
“Sure. Have a great night, Drake. And thank you for the pep talk!”
“At your service.” Drake smiled and said goodbye to Hana and Maxwell. Victoria sat alone for twenty minutes more before she finally decided to go home as well. The King wasn’t coming. He was probably very busy and Victoria wasn’t surprised he couldn’t make it.
“I think I’ll go as well. I’m a bit sleepy after today. You can stay,” Victoria added as she noticed Hana was getting up, too.
“Nonsense. I brought you here and besides, it is pretty late.”
“Hana, I know where to go. And I think I could use a walk. Please, stay here with Maxwell and don’t worry about me. We’ll see each other tomorrow morning anyway.”
“If you’re sure.” Hana hesitated and Victoria smiled reassuringly.
“I am.”
“Do you need a drive? I can ask one of our drivers to give you a lift,” Maxwell offered but she shook her head.
“I’ll walk, I want to get some fresh air before I’ll go to sleep. You two have fun, though!”
“Text me when you get to your room safely!” Hana called out after Victoria and she only nodded.
~~~~
Liam was wandering around the forest for over an hour, each minute feeling guilty for leaving his guests without their host. He truly believed they were better off without him as he was too tired to make a good impression on anyone.
It was already late when he decided to head home. He didn’t see Victoria, not that he was looking for her. He was that naïve to think he’d meet her again.
He was about twenty minutes from home when he noticed someone familiar. His heart began to race as he realized it was Victoria. As usual, she seemed to be lost in thought and didn’t see him. He admired how beautiful she looked for a moment before he decided to catch her attention.
“Victoria!” He called out and felt tingles when their eyes met. He watched as she walked up to him smiling from ear to ear and realized he was grinning like an idiot himself.
“Liam! What a nice surprise to meet you here!”
“Indeed it is. I… umm… was in the forest today and I missed you bumping into me.”
Victoria chuckled at his words. “I wanted to go there today but I had to be somewhere else.”
“Do you have any plans for tomorrow? There’s another spot I like and which I think you’ll like as well; besides, I just finished reading Little Mermaid and need to discuss it with an expert.”
“You read Little Mermaid?” Her eyes were sparkling with joy and Liam’s breath hitched.
“Of course. I’m always down to read a good thriller,” he joked causing her to burst out laughing. She quickly covered her mouth but Liam took notice of how adorable her laugh was.
“I’m free,” she replied. She had no scenes that day anyway and Hana would forgive her if she skipped one day of eating lunch together. Liam smiled at her words.
“Wonderful. Should we meet by the cave? What time would be the best for you?”
“Maybe it’d be easier if we had each other’s phone numbers?” Victoria suggested shyly. It was the first time ever she asked a man for his number. “This way we wouldn’t have to wait to bump into each other again and if something pops out we’d be able to contact one another.”
“I’m glad at least one of us is thinking straight,” Liam laughed. They exchanged their phone numbers and after chatting for a few moments, each of them went their own way, both of them thinking about the other one.
~~~~
“Good morning to you, Your Majesty who skipped your own dinner party. I hope the call was fruitful.”
Liam rolled his eyes at Drake’s sarcastic comment.
“The call was way too long and exhausting. I needed to go for a walk afterwards.” He bit his lip and Drake eyed him suspiciously.
“I know that look. You’re hiding something.”
“Not at all.”
“Mhm. Where were you yesterday and where are you going today?”
Liam sighed. “Drake, I really—”
“Be sorry that you didn’t come to dinner yesterday. We had so much fun! And Hana loved my suit!” Maxwell waltzed into the room, beaming.
“She said it was interesting,” Drake corrected but Maxwell ignored it.
“Where were you anyway?”
“I went for a walk and it took me longer than I thought. I’m happy to hear that you all had a great time,” Liam replied. They might have had a great time but he was sure he had even greater time. A certain movie critic had something to do with it. They shared a few messages since last night, mostly talking about movies and books. Liam found himself completely fascinated by this woman who was so passionate about cinema that it made him watch something for the first time since becoming the King.
“Maxwell had. He was talking to Hana all evening and left Hana’s friend out,” Drake noticed.
“She was talking to you!”
“Until I had to go back to Riley. Maxwell, you sucked as a host, face it.”
“Thank you, Drake for keeping her company though. Had I known she’d be sitting alone I’d have come sooner,” Liam said suddenly feeling guilty. He didn’t know this Tori but she was his guest and he felt bad for how Maxwell treated her.
“Okay, I’m sorry. I should’ve acted differently but I was just so excited to talk to Hana that I forgot about everything else. And Tori didn’t seem to mind. I told you she was cool,” Maxwell shrugged.
“We’ll talk about when I’ll come back,” Liam warned.
“Where are you going? Shouldn’t you have a meeting with my brother and Olivia today?”
“I rescheduled. I’m meeting someone.”
“Who?” Drake raised his eyebrows.
“Just… someone I met recently. I’ll tell you later.”
“Oooh, interesting!” Maxwell exclaimed. “Then I’ll tell you more about what I learned about Hana! Look, I even took pictures of us! I’ll use them in my book.” Maxwell showed Liam a few selfies from the day before. Most of them showed Maxwell grinning at the camera and Hana smiling slightly.
“Wait, stop,” Liam asked. “Can you go back to three pictures ago?”
“Umm, sure.”
Maxwell went back to the photo and Liam’s eyes went wide as he looked at it. He zoomed in on a person in the background, not believing his eyes.
“Victoria?!”

Accidents don´t happen accidentaly part 6
Sam was the first one to wake up, since he was used to it. His and Gabriel's limbs were tangled, Gabe in Sam's embrace. The Winchester had his head on top of Gabriel's as they slept in each other's arms. Sam looked down at the peaceful musician and remembered the previous evening. The weak light colouring the scenery in a golden shade. The sparkle in Gabriel's eyes when it started snowing and then the softness when Gabriel was looking at him after they kissed. He remembered how the snow floated around them, slowly settling on their hair and shoulders, melting right away. Sam was never happier than right at that moment, wrapped in a blanket with the man he might have fallen for.
He studied Gabe's features, slowly tracing the outline of his face. Sam brushed off the few strands of hair that has fallen onto Gabriel's forehead. A small smile playing on his lips as he placed a chaste kiss on the other's nose. Gabe stirred in his sleep, but being the heavy sleeper  he is, he didn't  wake up. Even though Sam could look at sleeping Gabriel for a long time, he got restless waiting for him to wake up. And as it seemed Gabe wouldn't wake up anytime soon, Sam decided to leave their warm nest. He walked to the kitchen and made himself a cup of coffee, before deciding to let it cool down while he got a shower. When he showered quickly, he dried briefly, slipping on his jeans and plaid shirt, leaving the shirt unbuttoned. He came back to kitchen to a colder coffee that he began sipping. He leaned back on the counter, waiting for his new boyfriend to wake up. He stared into nothingness in front of him, probably pondering the meaning of life or any such serious topic... It's Sam we're talking about after all.
Gabriel opened his eyes, blinking in the light of a lamp and feeling around himself in blind search for the other person. His eyes shot open when the only thing he felt beside himself was a cold empty place. Was it all a dream? Gabe got scared for a moment until he heard a soft sound from his kitchen. He sat up groggily, rubbing his eyes to wake himself up. Gabriel yawned loudly before finally getting up and shuffling to the bathroom to do his morning hygiene routine.
After Gabriel dressed in sweatpants and a loose white t-shirt, he strolled to the kitchen, halting in the door frame.  His mouth fell agape as he saw Sam. Bare feet, dark blue jeans hanging low on his hips and an unbuttoned red plaid shirt that showed a small glimpse of Sam's muscular chest and stomach. Sam lifted his eyes to look at Gabe when he sensed the intense gaze.
"Like what you see?" He smirked from above the mug he was holding.
"Oh, yeah, definitely." Gabe woke from his dazed state, his eyes not tearing off of Sam.
"Close your mouth Gabe, you're drooling." Sam scolded playfully.
Gabriel wiped his chin hastily, although no drool was there, his eyes lingering a while longer before looking away at last. He made a cup of coffee for himself too and leaned against the counter next to Sam.
"How long are you awake?" Gabriel glanced at Sam's face quickly.
"Quite long. You like to sleep in, don't you?" Sam looked down at Gabriel's face with a slight smirk on his lips.
"Ah, a bit, from time to time...." Gabe shrugged as he warmed his hands on the steaming cup of coffee.
"So no morning runs with me?" Sam's smirk widened.
"Oh no, I don't see that happening, Sammoose. Besides, I don't do running." Gabriel shook his head looking up at the Moose. They looked into each other's eyes, but they both stole glances at each other's lips and it wasn't long before their lips touched lightly. Soon the danger of mugs being dropped increased and they broke off their making out session. Foreheads touching, eyes  closed and smiles on their lips.
"Go on a date with me, Sam?" Gabe whispered and they opened their eyes, leaning on the counter yet again next to each other.
"Sure, when?"
"What about today?" Gabe rised his eyebrows at Sam in anticipation of answer.
"Uh, that's kinda sudden, Gabe. I need to check my calendar... Let's see..." Sam looked up at the ceiling in pretended consideration.
"Samsquatch!" Gabe was getting really impatient and nervous.
"I can make a free day for you, I guess." Sam smiled down at the golden eyed man.
Gabe pouted and crossed his arms. "No need to stress me like that."
Sam bent down and pecked Gabe's nose with a chuckle.
"You are adorable when you pout." Sam laughed at the expression his king had.
"I really think you'd freeze dressed like this, you should change." Gabe looked at Sam from head to toes, examining the appearance once again.
"Don't you like it?" Sam smirked and rised one eyebrow.
"I just don't want you to freeze." Gabe sent Sam an imaginary kiss before walking out of the kitchen and into his bedroom to get changed too.
Sam just laughed at Gabriel's antics, before pushing off of the counter and went into bedroom to grab his clothes. He paused in the door frame and watched Gabe. He was in jeans, looking in a drawer for a shirt, shirtless. Sam studied the movement of Gabe's muscles on his back as he rummaged through his things. Sam unconsciously licked his lips, frowning a bit when Gabe finally pulled a dark red shirt out of the drawer and slipped it on, buttoning it up. Sam walked over to his things that were left in a pile on the floor. Meanwhile Gabe grabbed a slim black tie and hung it loosely around his neck.
Sam slipped on his socks and buttoned his shirt.
"I think we need to stop by my flat. I need to get changed." Sam said with his back still turned to Gabe, who was watching him intently.
"Okay. Do you live far? Because I don't have a car, so we'll need to walk or take a bus."
"Taxi, we'll take a taxi." Sam turned to Gabe, leaving a volatile kiss on his cheek and strutting out of the room.
Gabe shook his head with a small smile playing on his lips.
====°°°°°====
"So where to now?" Sam asked as he walked out of his bedroom after changing into new clothes.
"I know a really great coffee shop with really delicious cakes." Gabe smiled proudly.
"Okay, lead the way." They decided to just walk because Sam's flat was closer to the centre of the town than Gabriel's. It has snowed during night, so now everything was covered in fresh white blanket. It being winter, the sun was only beginning to rise and it hung low on the horizon, blinking just sometimes through gaps between buildings. The town was still sleepy and on the streets were only a few people.
Sam and Gabriel walked close to each other, their hands brushing here and there, but they were still not fully comfortable with each other in public places. They haven't talked much on their way, the first thing either of them mentioned was Sam quietly admiring the coffee shop. (Which was surprisingly opened so soon)
The walls were light brown with dark brown vertical wavy lines to symbolise steam lifting off the cup. The lamps hanging from ceiling were shaped like various cups upside down. One part of the shop was like a smaller stage with dark carpet and brown and black bean bags. The rest was full of dark furniture arranged in tables for two or four. Although the whole shop was styled in rather dark colours, it didn't come off as dangerous or hateful as somebody would think, it seemed comfortable and warm. They sat near a window at a table for two, opposite each other.
They stared into their mugs, full of hot chocolate with whipped cream on top.
"I was wondering.." Gabe started, looking up briefly, but he stopped.
"Yes?" Sam looked at Gabriel's face, searching for Gabe's eyes.
"Umm, nothing." Gabe shook his head in dismissal.
"Tell me, Gabey." Gabe peeked at Sam rising eyebrow briefly at the nickname before returning to staring into his hot beverage.
"It wasn't anything important." Sam pursed his lips at that.
"Well, then. I was wondering too... Although we don't know each other well, I thought... We could possibly spend the Christmas Eve together?" Sam's sudden courage disappeared slowly and he sunk in his chair.
Gabriel perked up. It has been a few weeks since they met at the party, but only a few days since they actually talked to each other. All in all, they were in a relationship for a day or two.
"Sam, we know each other only a short time. Are you sure?"
"It was just an idea." Sam shrugged and after a while of silence, he continued. "During our conversations, even at that balcony at the party... I always felt like we know each other for eternity and it was perfect.  I wanted the time to slow down and the moment to never end. I just.. I like spending time with you, so I thought, maybe you could join us... You never mention your family much... I'll understand if you decline." Sam sunk even more, shoulders hanging low, puppy dog eyes slowly making their way onto Sam's face.
"I don't have the best relationship with my family... The only one I keep in touch with more often than once a year is my little bro Cassie. And he was also the one, besides Chuck I wanted to spend the Christmas with. They both were supposed to come over to my flat. But I would like to spend it with you."  Gabe was talking quickly and Sam had a bit of a hard time understanding him. Another silent while ensued.
"Dean and I are going to uncle Bobby's, he has a house, so you probably could bring also your brother and Chuck too." Sam suggested shyly.
"I'd love to, but what about your uncle? And Dean...?" Gabe rised his eyebrows.
"Bobby won't mind, Dean will have to cope. Will it be okay with Chuck and your bro?"
"Don't worry, they'll manage." Gabe smirked.
They drank their chocolate in silence, faint smiles playing on both's faces. Sam kept stealing glances at Gabriel's hand placed on the table between them until he finally gathered the courage to do what he wanted the whole morning. He slowly outstretched his arm forward, placing his hand gently over Gabriel's. Gabe looked up at Sam and they looked into each other's eyes for a fleeting moment before Gabe turned his hand and laced their fingers together. They both smiled and whoever was looking at them at that time could see the sparkes flying.
====°°°°====
"Come again?" Gabriel just told Castiel about his plans for the holidays and the blue eyed man couldn't quite grasp it.
"We're spending Christmas with Winchesters, Cassie!" Gabe repeated enthusiastically, throwing his arms into the air.
"Even Chuck accepted it quicker than you! It's in Sioux Falls, that's not that far." Cas just squinted his eyes and tilted his head to the side.
"So you got a boyfriend, several days ago and you already want your families to meet..."
"Yeah! His name is Sammy and you'll like him. Chuck can confirm that to you."
They both were still standing in the hallway of Gabe's flat. Because Gabriel being Gabriel, he didn't even let Castiel put away his coat before he informed him of his plans. Cas managed to shake off his shoes and hang his coat.
"Gabe, you really need to stop changing plans in the last second..." Castiel shook his head, walking past Gabriel to living room. He sat on the couch and turned on the tv. Gabriel soon joined him.
"You'll like them."
"Yeah, sure." Castiel just shrugged. He no longer cared about his brother's spurr-of-the-moment ideas.
====°°°°====
"Sammyyyy!" Gabriel jumped out of the car right after  it stopped, running towards the tall figure that stood by the entrance of Bobby's house.
"Hey Gabe." They hugged, Sam placing soft kisses into Gabe's hair.
"So that's Sam." Castiel's low voice interrupted their moment from behind the car, where he stood, waiting for Chuck to open the trunk to get their luggage.
"Yup." Gabriel smiled up at Sam, before they walked over to Chuck's car.
"You must be Castiel." Sam said offering his right hand as a greeting.
"Yes, nice to meet you." Castiel accepted, shaking Sam's hand.
They grabbed their bags and went inside, Sam showing them to their respective rooms.
"Sam!" Dean shouted from downstairs.
"What?" Sam shouted back.
"Come down!" Sam rolled his eyes.
"Come with me. I may as well introduce you, right?" He motioned for the three guests to follow him. They descended the stairs and Cas suddenly stopped at the last step. He looked at the man with brown hair and worn out band t-shirt. His mouth falling open just the tiniest bit and his breath hitched when Dean turned around and Cas saw his green eyes.
"And that's Castiel..." Sam's voice slowly drifted away as he noticed Cas wasn't with them.
Cas shook his head and hurried over to shake Dean's hand quickly. Dean too was rather captivated by this new person. He looked at the black hair sticking out in every direction as if the wind did it. Dean's eyes lingered over the colour of Castiel's eyes that reminded him of the ocean he once saw.
Sam and Gabe exchanged meaningful looks and it was obvious right then and there that Gabe was already starting to plan a way to get those two together.
To Gabriel, Bobby seemed like a good man with open mind and straight forward attitude. Also Chuck and Castiel immediately got accepted and felt like a part of the family. Of course Gabriel was Sam's boyfriend now and that meant he didn't have a choice, but to join the odd family.
That evening they lit a fire in the fireplace. A tree stood in the corner near it and the red and gold decorations glistened in the fire's glow. Even warm, home cooked meal, sat at the table as they gathered for the dinner. They ate in silence, occasionaly Dean and Cas stole glances at each other. Gabriel sat next to Sam, their knees touching under the table. Eventually also Chuck and Bobby noticed the tension between Dean and Cas and rolled eyes at each other.
After dinner, they gathered in living room to watch tv together. Sam sat on the couch with Gabriel immediately settling on the floor underneath him, leaning back on Sam's legs. Dean sat next to Sam and Cas decided to take the last spot on the couch. Bobby sat on his usual armchair and Chuck joined Gabe on the floor, leaning on the armrest next to him and Sam.
They agreed on a random christmas film and watched it in comfortable silence. Sometime through the film, Sam started playing with Gabe's hair and Dean shuffled closer to Castiel, who didn't notice or mind much...
Bobby fell asleep in his armchair in the middle of the third film that started playing, Dean covered him in an old brown blanket and sat back down even closer to Cas. Chuck's head started lolling as he was starting to drift off to sleep too. He stood up before he could fall asleep on the floor and went to his bed. Gabriel wasn't as wise and fell asleep still leaning on Sam's legs, who carefully picked him up bridal style. Sam stood up with Gabe in his arms and looked at his brother and Cas, who both were fully absorbed into the film. They didn't even notice they were leaning slightly into each other. Sam went to his room and placed Gabe on his bed. After a little while of hesitation, he changed into sweatpants and a loose t-shirt and laid down next to Gabe, embracing him from behind. He burried his nose in Gabe's  silky hair and soon fell asleep too.
Castiel eventually fell asleep on Dean's shoulder, who was too afraid to move and so he fell asleep on the couch too, his head falling on top of Castiel's.
The fire died down slowly and the house fully submerged into darkness and silence.
A/N: Originally I wanted to include also the New Year thingy I planned, but decided against, so enjoy this calm part of the story.
Any and all feedback is very much appreciated! :)
See ya soon!
