I'm kinda burnt out right now (short term not long term burnout) but it's making it so I can't really follow schedules because I need to take a lot of breaks and rest otherwise Im getting overwhelmed/sensory overload really easily. So instead I'm going to set aims for tomorrow that can be done at any point to allow for breaks when I need it without feeling like I'm off schedule:
Do some work in unreal (try and get movements and animation working)
Finish reading my book
Watch something in danish
Try and go to get medication if possible (+ take my meds)
#i know that doesnt seem like a lot but my brain really is#struggling a lot#with basic stuff i was finding forming sentences hard earlier#i just need a really long sensory break and just stim all day and have comfort items#and only handle necessary things otherwise this is gonna get worse#and dont like worse#bleh honestly i can feel a bit meltdown approaching#and im not very good at deescalting those for long#kinda like the counter in mp100 like i can get it down a few digits but its gonna happen#once the number is high the only way for it to go back is to meltdown#and then i might havw a series of meltdowns#but bleh its like this horrible bubbling feeling and everything feels a bit too mufh and like im about to bubble over
