I was explaining the very, very basic things about the universe to my younger sister, and it's so beautiful, seeing her bewildered just like I was. She's very young and still has a hard time understanding what a light year is. She never really took interest in space before because that was reserved for me. Space is one of my favorite interests because it's the only one that I have no interest in acting upon with a mad obsession. When I started getting into biology and science in general, I quickly understood that I really wanted to become a doctor. I really wanted to do higher studies with all of it. Even with art, for example, when I was young, I could paint and sketch faily well. So, a major part of my adolescence was spent sort of perfecting my skill set. A similar thing happened with any intest of mine. Ever. I always had this urge to know absolutely everything about it. Bands, movies, books, famous figures, historical events, and obscure pottery techniques. I wanted to know absolutely everything. Until I got interested in astrophysics and astronomy. It's something I knew from the get-go, was so astronomically (pun intended) difficult to go professional with. Not that medicine is a walk in the park. But my brain was never mathematically, and physics inclined. I never had an urge to STUDY it. Also, I was so very determined on medicine. Not only determined, but in love with. I couldn't possibly think about doing anything else. So, probably, for the first time, I had a casual interest. And good for me, you can never run out of space facts to research from time to time. It's the best thing that happened to me because rarely do things give me an out of body kind of slump. It genuinely is something you can dip your toes in for hours and completely lose sight of the real things in front of you. Or perhaps immediately pull them out because that one silly little fact was enough for you to wonder for, in the very least, 2 sleepless nights.

also since i feel like ppl dont understand angry venting: i do not condone violence against children and i do not actually want to hurt kids ksksksks. i just think ppl should raise their kids properly (when i was a kid we were taught in school to NOT harm nature or animals, but kids today are.... insane. there was recently a dead cat here found that looked like it had been tortured by humans. there is a group of young boys who goes around nd throws rocks at cats etc.. yk 1+1=....) anywayyyys i also think it should be socially acceptable to step in and tell kids off - politely. but if i go and tell them to stop, they're gonna swear at me and harrass me + other ppl are gonna tell me im a bad person for "yelling" at kids. society is fucked up crazy these days lmao. that's why i hate parents and people and everyone. seeing ppl hurt nature and animals makes me so angry but i cant do anything abt it. anyways #2, i dont want to hit kids even if they are assholes nd fkn suck lmao.

it is such an odd paring because i like steve more than mike but the question is how is the better protagonist is and that is obviously mike since he is more of a main character😭

Literally!!! THE KIDS ARE THE CENTER OF THE SHOW!!! They have special protagonist status over the teens!

I personally like Mike better than Steve but Steve has been my favorite for years before Mike!! I still love Steve so so so much but Steve is not as much of a Protagonist than any of the kids are! I’d even argue that Steve is the least protagonist-like teen [Jonathan, Nancy, Steve] as well and I feel like season 4 also put Robin in front of him because Steve literally has nothing good going on in s4! Like Steve just wasn’t it this season. He was still enjoyable but his arc….. or rather his character regression, was so uninteresting. And I mean, Jonathan also didn’t have much going on this season but at least there was something new for his character in s4, not like with Steve who did a 180 and is now back to chasing Nancy. I also really didn’t like how Steve was whining about having to be the babysitter….. like, I kinda get it but it felt so out of character. I really need them to fix this in s5 because what do you mean Steve went from waiting weeks for Dustin to return from summer camp and being excited to do their little secret handshake to sighing out of frustration because he’s paired up with Dustin?!?!???? Genuinely: wtf
