Saw someone post their attempt at understanding the sxf timeline so I thought I’d share mine except I gave up on Endo a long long time ago and just started bullshitting my way through. The is the timeline for my major WIP.

Notes:

I set the story in 1970 because it would be the turn of the decade, a new era of sorts. Seems like the best time for a change

Elections are held every 5 years and there are no term limits

There were 2 major wars between the East and West: Separation war (where the two official split due to vibes mostly, Ostania lost) and the reclamation war (where they fought over who gets south Westalis, UN stopped the war because Ostania was fucking up Westalis so bad, ended in a truce)

Donovan hold the record for longest running prime minister as well as the youngest

Westalis did sign onto most of the UN treaties but Ostania refuses
