Note/ I used the drawing I did of Sorano as a base bc I was struggling to redraw the head position. I draw everything else from the bust down.

As for the flaws of Mei’s spells and her ‘immunity’ to the cold, there is a number of flaws and backlashes.

Most of these spells are the same and I apologize but coming up spells is not easy. For Mei’s ice dome spell, Allies and enemies have to dodge their own attacks while also having to find away to block out the cold. One of the many reasons Mei never uses this spell is because of that. Fire magic has almost no affect on the dome but she still feels the affect of the attack on her body.

Unfortunately most of her spells flaws/backlashes is hypothermia, frost bite, cardiovascular problems and a low body temperature. Now while Mei has immunity to the cold, she still suffers the drawbacks of her spells. A dangerous sign of Mei over using or forcing herself to over exert her body, frost beings covering her entire body, making it harder to move while her body temperature drops. Another dangerous sign of over exertion is the drop in her body temperature. Her skin starts turning blue and she suddenly drops down to the ground with ice spreading everywhere and freezing everything in its path.

Mei Takahashi is the third eldest member of the black bulls and the third strongest thanks to her mana control and her defensive spells. A lot of people notice she uses defensive spells instead of offensive spells and that’s because, she was born with too much mana and anytime she uses an offensive spell, the outcome is devastating. She rarely talks about her past but Yami and a few other magic knight captains know about the result of her offensive spell. It annihilated and entire village with her being the sole survivor.(NOTE/ Mei is weaker than Yami and stronger than finral, luck, Magna and Vanessa) She might seem over powered, with fine mana control and all but in fact she isn’t. She has no control over her offensive spells which has made her the outcast to her clan, since her clan is known for having fine mana control in offensive AND defensive spells. Anytime she uses an offensive spell, her body becomes severely injured and she’s bed ridden or comatose for two whole days additionally, Owen has advised her to not use them. I quote, “your internal organs are going to suffer the more you use those spells. Your body temperature is already dropping, don’t make it drop any faster.” Hence why, no one ever sees her using her offensive spells. I am still working on her so there will be edits done to her spells !

Known for her callous personality, Mei walks around with the ‘resting b*tch face’ 24/7. A lot of people see her don’t see her as approachable nor kind however underneath that thick layer of callousness, she’s reliable, loyal, protective, kind, and motherly. Why is she so cold ? Easy, being the outcast of her clan forced her to grow up to quickly and she learned how cruel the world is to commoners. She’s got five older brothers who’re the complete opposite of her and one who acts just like her, however that one is more sinister than her. Filled with envy and wrath, he tries to unalive her during the spade invasion arc when Dante attacks the black bulls hide out. The duel between them left her severely injured. With a slash on her back and three internal injuries, she wasn’t able to stand or fight any longer but by some unknown means, she was able to protect Vanessa, Grey, Finral and Gauch with one last spell before collapsing. She confesses her love for Nacht during the war with spade after some events that include Yami and Nacht (if ykyk).

Yami is the older brother Mei has ever wanted, so when he’s taken by spade, she’s heart broken and a mess. Yami took her in the same year after he became a squad captain and soon after, the two started going on missions together with her as support. During the war, Mei helps Nacht and Yami by lending them some of her mana and ignores the injuries she got from fighting her older brother for a second time. Her brother took to the Spade kingdom and sided with them, getting the power of a devil, so the injuries she sustained this time are fatal. If you’ve read the manga then you know how the war arc ends. Mei lives btw. Yuno is someone else Mei is close with. Yuno and her had a run in when she was still rather new to the black bulls while yuno was still. A child. She saved Yuno from a wild animal and made him cry with her facial expression. Thankfully she managed to get him to stop crying. She got him back to the church and then the two started writing back and forth. The last correspondence that Yuno got from Mei was a week before she left on her assignment with Nacht. Infiltrating the spade kingdom. Mei leaves her post as soon as Julius calls her back to the clover kingdom to which she then meets Asta at the magic knights exam when he accidentally mistakes her as one of the participants just like Yami) after that Mei and Yuno reunite during the Diamond kingdom attack.

(this is just me rambling about my initial ideas and process for their character designs)

Delilah - I think pretty early on, like almost from the start I decided to have her be Deirdre's sister so i already had some footing and reference to go off of for her design. Tho it's possible that at some point in the hazy beginning I hadn't thought of that yet but nonetheless my image of her was some kind of large horned demon. I may have pictured the character as more masculine, or at least not a woman initially but I think that changed really quickly bc like I said she became Deirdre's sister pretty much upon conception. Her initial idea wasn't very different from what we ended up with, my first vision was just a vague, tall, intimidating looking demon who had like their head mysteriously in the shadow and the only way you could tell where the face is was thanks to her glowing horns. Her first vision was more of an aesthetic and a vibe bc being one of twins, she was very easy to design from then on. I also pretty much immediately knew I wanted her to be heavily scarred, particularly on the face, but it took me a bit to figure out how, specifically. I think at first I thought of her missing even more eyes than she is now. Her designing had a clumsy first few steps but it wasn't difficult to settle on. What ended up being difficult was redrawing her at all lmao, I still feel like i do her disservice every other time I draw her ;-; Idk why she's so hard for me to make look decent bc she's not intended to look off-putting or anything like some of my designs intentionally are. Aside from struggling to learn to draw her, it was pretty straightforward. I would say I'm pleased w the final product if I was confident in how I draw her but as of rn I feel like the problem is more me than the design lol :')

Hart - My idea was an indistinguishable mass of eldritchean tentacles, sprinkle in some eyes and whatever extra freaky stuff and yeah. The final product ended up having alot more distinguishing features bc originally I had them be like, an actual black blob. Void with eyes. Like those black cats you only see when they open their eyes. My idea did develop a little from there and I thought of adding onto the "What is this" factor by having them sort of resemble having a legit body structure but twisted and twirled into such knots that it'd be impossible to tell where everything was actually meant to be. Like just, the most tangled uncanny mess. It had this kind of theme, an idea of being folded into itself and having multiple parts that could open and be straightened out and it'd be like this interesting thing w Hart looking a bit different when they're actually completely unfolded. Sort of like how hedgehogs are just spike balls when in defense mode, but w a Lovecraftian horror who is maddeningly dizzying to interpret. Just a weird, uncanny, what am I looking at creature, of resembling body parts that actually aren't those body parts but just placed and knotted to look like them. I'm not sure if I achieved that vibe, tbh the final product looks more like just a generic Tentacle monster with a flavor of Toothless from how to train your dragon but hey. It looks charming and expressive and I'm fine w that :]

Xerxes - He's probably the most visually different from the first idea. I actually actively challenged myself w him, particularly to diverge from the very first idea somehow and do something a little different. Only thing that stayed constant, and the thing I knew I wanted for him from the start, was One Eye. And look at that, he still only has one eye. Technically. My very first visual was this sort of weird.. This. I wasn't sure how else to describe it

Like, that, but just very muscular lol. This sort of. Muscle eyeball demon. Kinda grotesque looking now that I think about it but it felt fitting for a hell demon or Wrath. Just a massive eye. My idea evolved slightly into like an orc or a cyclops after that but this is where I diverged to challenge myself and I thought maybe it could be some beastly looking animal, closer to a minotaur or some animal warrior you'd find in an mmorpg, stuff like that. Initially I had Xerxes be quadrupedal tho, like a feral animal, but still be sentient and demonic somehow. I wanted him to look really fierce and I designed armor and really heavy chains around his neck. I did really like the chains aesthetic but I decided instantly that I WILL NOT be drawing chains that often no sir! When I made him more centaur in body structure I still kept him like, a cyclops for a little while until I decided he could just have battle scars and just lost the other eye. I actually had him resemble a boar at first, I'm not sure when he shifted to being a bull. I could be remembering this part wrong too but I just remember trying to practice drawing a very fierce looking (herbivore) animal. I specifically wanted him to not be a predator animal ykno. I felt like a lion or something would've been too generic or predictable and I wanted some practice, and hey, I've since become pretty attached to bulls specifically. Apparently. Which is neat I think, not sure why I'm so fond of them but I sure am now. Thanks Xerxes. From then on he's mostly evolved to just look more, uh, Idk, better represented as the animal he is? I just know I was poor at drawing bovines and similar animals way back then but have since gotten notably better so I think Xerxes looks amazing these days. I didn't struggle learning to draw him nearly as much as Delilah, he was actually fairly easy bc I proceeded to draw him a fair amount once I really learned him. But like I said I've gotten practice and improved in things like drawing buff people since then so, the final product is great, even though I draw his armor way, way less lol. I'm not that great w armor and besides, I don't draw him in battle all that often..

How do you imagine Zach and Mirage meeting?

I ACTUALLY DREW THIS ONCE. I might redraw it.

Basically, very late during the weekly movie night (the movie just happened to be a horror one), Zach's terrifying silhouette suddenly stands in the doorway, light behind them shrouding their front in darkness.

But then they flip on the light to reveal they're COVERED IN BLOOD.

The few who've noticed (including Mirage) are freaked out by the sudden stranger drenched in blood, scary serious look in their eyes, the rest of their face covered by their medical mask that has a splatter of blood. It's lowkey kinda traumatizing?

AND THEN... they speak.

"I need a knife."

On a list of terrible things to hear from someone covered in blood, that definitely was high up there.

"Are you going to just stare at me all night? I've got someone bleeding internally and no clean scalpels. I need a damn knife."

That... kind of relieves whoever's there, knowing it's just a medic from the HQ, but ever the bisexual romantic, Mirage makes eye contact that sends shivers up his spine because now that he knows there's no danger, they're intimidating in a very hot way. Octane, who he just now realizes is clinging to him, is quickly dropped on the floor without a second thought as he just kind of.. watches them. Lifeline comes over and helps with what they need before they scurry off again, but not before shooting one more glare towards Mirage. He thought it was romantic love at first sight glance, so let's him him think what he wants to think LOL.

Anyways, next day he's plagued with curiosity about the stranger, so he kinda sneaks around the medical wing of the ship/HQ and eventually finds them. They bump into each other at some point and-

"Watch where you're going."

"Sorry! Sorry, I was just- I was looking.... for, uh..."

Pretty and stern eyes staring him down,, he's panicking,, their brow raises and they sigh behind the mask,

"If you're not injured, you need to leave."

"Oh! Oh, I am inj- iju- hurt. I'm hurt. I'm so hurt, I need a doctor."

"You look fine."

"M-Me? Yeah! I am fine, so fine. Thanks for that, heh, wink."

"Get out."

"You got it!" Finger guns and he's OUT.

He's a MESS. He's sometimes a mess when flirting but holy hell that was TERRIBLE. He's embarrassed about it for the next two months. Zach was just left annoyed and confused for an hour but eventually forgot about it and him until he had to come by for a normal check up and he was moved to their care LOL. It's awkward for him, but then they suddenly recognize him and it gets WORSE.

It's okay tho bc he keeps coming in to talk to them and they eventually open up because he someone grew on them and then they become friends and one day they kiss, the end.

Who gave out free samples of crack to the house? Last night I had a weird call with Eve. Essentially it seems like she wants Mackenzie to be given a power of the next property we buy so she can control the power via Mackenzie. I feel so bad for Mackenzie because when I've spoken to her she seems kind of discouraged about the way Eve talks to her sometimes. Which I totally get because I'm sometimes kind of shook by it all.  I reassured Mackenzie not to take it personally I just think Eve gets a tad bit overexcited with everything and kind of just shoots her shot. BUT. If these bitches think I'm their bitch they are GREATLY mistaken. In what world does me not getting the power this time when I literally gave up a property and money for Eve to get a power last time, work? If I was them I'd be throwing the power at my someone who isn't in the duo to make me feel safe and secure. I'm not giving up money and another power again, it ain't happening again. Kristine is all in my pm's now trying to figure out what is going now when it soooo transparent she doesn't trust me. Either Emma told her what I said about her and I not talking or homegirl really thinks that I haven't been hearing that she was leaking I was in a trio with Tawni and Gwen last round? Andrew being in power is good for me. He said he won't be putting me up, Eve wastes her power (although I kind of wanted it for us Chris going opens up the game a little more and takes a number away from the other "side" I see forming), and I think Andrew doing this will put some doubt into people's heads. This is all good for my game because it pushes another couple targets in front of me. My only concern right now is that Eve is going to expose that I traded her for that property.

Alright checklist for the past 24 hours... Got both utilities to make the Monopoly... Check. Received the option to Open Pandora's Box as a result, and Opened it... Check. Is likely to get fucked over as a result of whatever twist comes of it... Check. Lost HoH and wasn't even close with Andrew winning it... Check. Was told that I was supposedly safe this week by the HoH... Check. Watched the Light Blue Properties get snagged with not much way to speculate who has them... Check. Missed out on $80 in Live Comps because I stayed after a bit at work and was driving... Fucking Check. I think that's everything, guess now I'm just gonna twiddle my thumbs a bit and hope Andrew isn't gonna nominate or backdoor me.

Su Andrew is HoH this week and he has nominated Madison and Silence for eviction but....I heard that he wants to backdoor Chris. I’m 100% ok with Chris going home because he always wants information from me but he never wants to give me any info in return. I was also picked for veto and I do not want to win because my Power Trap alliance wants the veto not to be used while my Mandela Monocles alliance wants it used on Silence so either way it goes if I won I would be screwed. Basically I threw the veto competition.

What a fucking mess this vote is. This is what happens when cocky people get cocky and assume they have people on lock. I adore Eve and Andrew but... they should have thought this out a little better. I just.. I'm just.. I'm fucking livid. This week has been CRAZY! Basically Andrew won HoH and he wants Chris gone but he wants to backdoor him so he puts up Madison and Silence. Madison ends up winning the veto and Andrew replaces her spot with Chris. My dilemma is that I am in an alliance with Chris and Silence. I think Chris needs to go first because he is very sketchy. Also Silence can go next week easily. On top of all of this, I have been put in 2 alliances that I didn’t even know were forming. Each alliance wants somebody different to go home but I’m hoping that we have enough votes to evict Chris.

Also Brien is a shady ass hoe and I will be exposing his relationship if he fucks me with this vote. Plus, I knew his ass bought a property and traded it Emma with Kristine and didn't tell me. Again, I REFUSE to let Chris go home this week. Not that I have anything against Silence because he's just like... there but I'm more worried about who is staying versus who needs to go. Anyways, Emma better not be lying about using this power now... or else I will come for her. Chris is like my little brother who is older then me and I will protect him at all costs that I can!

So Kristine has dropped a shit load of Tea on me, which has led me to question everything. APPARENTLY there's a Gwen-Chris-Kristine-Brien Alliance. Additionally there was a Chris-Austin-Dem-Kristine alliance. (Though that 2nd one is kaputz with Austin wanting Chris out and Dem being upset with Austin.) Emma got that Vote Reveal which presumably, Myself and Jess know, and I can only imagine Kristine and Brien probably know given they were the other Light Blue property holders that both agreed to give the properties to Emma. So at the very least that's not a power I have to outright fear because I know who has it, I know what the Utilities did. (Sortof, still waiting on that Pandora's Box) The Browns are presumably gone assuming that Veto Shuffle was a one time thing. (That power honestly makes sense since Early on it's Useful but later in the game it'd be worthless.) Unfortunately either Eve or me is being hustled and given that Eve has a biased opinion others know about in relation to this vote, I'm liable to believe more people would lie to Eve about voting Chris than me just because I'm not a biased person right now. If it weren't for the heart to heart me and Chris had as well as really hashing it out with Gwen I don't think I'd be keeping Chris, however based on what I know about the Chris-Dem-Kristine relationship (Thanks Kristine) I doubt Dem was actually with Eve for the vote anyway, which means for Chris to go I'd have had to convince either Gwen or Emma to vote him out which we all know is against their best interests. My best bet right now is to try and recover from any blunders from this round with as much social capital I can walk away with and hope whatever happens with Pandora's Box doesn't just completely screw me over. I'm just ready for this headache of a week to be over, but given it's a live comp next, I'm expecting this next round to be just as trash.
