Emma and Audrey entered the hospital and found a pig corpse with it’s head and heart missing (the same heart the killer mailed to Emma’s mom ep1).  They turned the lights on and they were in a surgical room where they did reconstructive surgery on Brandon James the killer from 20 years back.

And then Noah’s creepy ass shows up in a hoodie, doesn’t say a fuckin word, and gets mad when Emma and Audrey attacked him out of fear for their own lives.
