- ̗̀ ARTISTS TO WATCH: ASPEN MONTENEGRO ON BEING CONFIDENT !!

dropping SORRY NOT SORRY in the tail end of summer, the small power house has always proved to fans and the random sparse listener that she’s got a set of vocals that are magnificent to say the least. her first single for the year only gave a taste of what was yet to come. quickly following suit, she had song after song until the full album was released and all we can say at GLC is holy high note. she’s not new, but she is improved.

her album features a more open side to the star as compared to her work in the past. we sat down with ms. montenegro and she was nothing but upbeat and excited about her album, saying that it was some of her best work yet and she enjoyed being vulnerable with her audience for the first time ever. she’s grown into a new sense of confidence and she’s wearing it well from sexy instagram pics and sexy new lyrics that talk about her wanting to ruin friendships, stop dealing with her past self that just doesn’t do it for her anymore, and admitting to her daddy issues.

AUTHOR: CATHY MONTENEGRO, there seems to be a budding trend in hollywood: HOSPITALS. we’ve seen stars getting close, like @fvckelysia and @leilcni seen chatting just outside the CS medical centre and later seen having a handful of lunch dates. @nsfmorgan with her assistant and friend, @jvnipers, and @luzvimindos were also seen in various hospitals over the last few weeks and it makes us wonder: are you all passing around an illness or are your fans finally making you sick? we can only hope for the best health-wise and pray that these stars are just highly conscious rather than having an actual issue. though, it seems, the friends that get sick together decide to stick together.

the running trend in hollywood seems to be broken marriages, declining relationships, and enjoying the single life with a body count higher than your parents hopes for you when you were born. among the mess, the chaos, and the petty social media fights, we can say that we would like to give a special shout out to @garnettway & @htmleast. the partners, in every sense of the word, show us that there is hope for stars to stay faithful and stay sane. their new work has been coming out steadily, the husbands making up the duo galactic earth. when we last interviewed them, asking how it was still so easy to be around each other that much and that often, they both said it was easy to work with your partner when said person was also your best friend.

our second couple to mention has had their ups and downs, but for the moment we can say the two are on the up and up. from their steamy pics in bora bora to a tear inducing worthy speech given at a surprise appearance on stage, @cvrmns and @killicns have shown us that this year is a hill they’ll get over. after the speculation of a baby and a miscarriage, they still stick by one another’s side. while they have had a few less than impressive stunts SEPARATELY, once they reunite it’s another fairytale. the thirty year old rapper has said that he knows he loves her from how he feels when she smiles, when she laughs, and the DO IT AGAIN singer is never shy really a n y w h e r e in reminding everyone of just who her man is.

- ̗̀ HOT TOPIC: RENDEZ-VOUZ WHO !!

AUTHOR: CATHY DIMAGGIO, rising to fame for what seems like overnight ( though he’ll tell you otherwise in his songs), it seems like playboy @yovsefs has been enjoying the single life since his public split from aspen montenegro. though he deleted it quickly, we have mentioned and previously posted that we got a screenshot of the fleeting happiness between the young rapper and singer aleia reed. @plsaleia and yousef wouldn’t be getting this repeat attention if not for a cryptic tweet ( in true hollywood fashion quickly deleted ) that was posted a few nights after. we didn’t manage to get a screenshot, but we can tell you that he very publicly told the HOW WE DO singer that he could no longer see her. one date and he’s all ready bailing? not sure what to make of it, but we do know that we’ll have our interns get pictures faster so we might be able to piece together a better story. if not for his tweet, we might have said that wife you up could have been about his new/old beau, but with their silence towards each other and the nineteen year old also being spotted with his ex and @yunglexiss, we can only say he seems to have his options open so it could be about just anyone. though, we will tell you why WE think he just might be hinting at a specific dark haired beauty over all the others.

- ̗̀ CAREER SWITCH: WHAT STAR SEEN ON A FILMING SET !!

we did say that we had an idea of who wife you up could be about and now we’re going to tell you why. you heard it first, the cathies are picking ALEXIS KING as the apple of her admitted favourite rapper’s eye. why? she was seen cosying up to him on the set of his new music video. while we know the young dj won’t be making any m a j o r career switches at this point, we do know that she’s never agreed to take the tile of video vixen when asked before. something special has to be brewing from this new turn of events. they’ve been seen out and about all over beverly hills, venice beach, and west hollywood, give a lot of love to each other on social media, and are not shy about telling anyone that they’re growing closer. how close is close enough is all we want to know.

- ̗̀ FAMILY HABIT !!

as previously mentioned, we’ve seen a lot of medical visits from the stars recently. an inside source at the pharmacy of @luzvimindos has told us, however, that the ‘recovering’ addict has been upping his visits. the interesting part is not that he’s taken to regular medication to help with his array of issues, or so it may seem from what we were told, it is that he’s not buying these new pills for himself. while they couldn’t give any names, we do know that many of the medications are low dosages and some are specifically prescribed towards children. he’s been off and on with the mother of his ONE child, though he claims two, and if we put together this with her recent visits, maybe we can say that it’s a sign the two are coming together to coparent just another child? is daddy going out to pick up his son’s medication while mommy has him checked out by a pediatrician? only time will tell us.

last month is was all about the nudes, but this month we can say that BOLD is the way to go. in an overabundance of leopard, loud prints, and bright colours, there’s no missing anyone this fall. from street style to fashion week style spanning from milan, london, all the way to our homely heart of new york, here are some of the hottest looks we saw for september.

@redmcnn‘s was seen at the miu miu 2017 runway show in london looking monochromatic in head to toe orange with a bold pattern.

@scfiyv was spotted on the red carpet outside of the chanel 2017 campaign where she gave us major clueless vibes in another hot colour of the season: red.

@trista-y posed in milan outside of the balmain 2017 show.

@wtfvalentina was seen in a never ending trend of faux fur with a modern twist in a bright pink as she entered backstage of the zac posen show where she sang live vocals.

all pictured at the harper’s bazaar 2017 campaign party, @ohcourtsummers, @hcrrera, @julietkalani, and @fabivez were seen rocking the elegant gowns that are what to wear this fall. courtney summers shows you can wear white whenever you want as fabienne alvarez sticks to the go to colour of fall in a bright red. metallics were the choices of nadia herrera and juliet kalani in opposing gold and silver respectively. patterns, patterns, patterns, never forget that the colour is only so much without visual interest.
