Buy me a coffee
Walking through the doors, your hands were full with two cups of coffee. Promptly walking through the halls, the sound of your heels clicking against the floor echoed. Venturing to Snow’s classroom, you beamed.
“Morning Mary Margaret.” You chirped. “What’s the latest?”
“Y/N!” She exclaimed happily. “Coffee! You’re a lifesaver.” She happily accepted the cup of coffee.
Joining her side, you gazed out of the window and found who she was ogling. “Still gawking at David I see.” You stated nonchalantly, as you sipped your coffee.
“What? No!” She panicked attempting to cover up her actions.
Giggling you held a hand up in surrender. “Hey there’s a Prince Charming out there for all of us!”
-------------------------------------------------
The day had gone by as normal, without a hitch. After the final bell rang, you were sitting at your desk doing paperwork. A soft knock on your door, broke your concentration.
“Are you up to go to Granny’s diner?” Mary Margaret questioned, leaning against the door frame with crossed arms.
Lifting your eyes, you smiled nodding softly. “Of course.”
-------------------------------------------------
“So.” Mary Margaret began. “Tell me about Killian.”
Choking on your drink, you began coughing violently. Her question unexpectedly asked about your date.
Regaining your composure, you placed a hand over your heart. “W-What do you mean?” You dropped your gaze to the table in front of you.
“I hear all the women in town have the hots for him.” She teased raising an eyebrow glancing at you over her cup of coffee.
Clearing your throat you dared to look at her. “There’s nothing to tell.”
“Rumor has it he likes you.”
Rolling your eyes, you shrugged. “I’m not responsible for his feelings.” You giggled. “Tell me about David.” You teased.
It was her turn to choke, and be caught off guard by your question. Wiggling your eyebrows you continued to tease her.
Letting out a sadden sigh, she frowned. “There’s nothing to tell.” Frowning. “He’s taken.”
A silence fell between you as you continued to eat.
“Mind if I steal Y/N for a minute?” A husky voice questioned, standing beside your table.
Mary Margaret locked your gaze. A sly smirk quickly made its way across her lips. “Not at all.” She giggled. “I was just leaving.”
Standing up abruptly, she sent you a wink before gathering her belongings leaving you alone with the town bachelor.
Clearing your throat, you refused to meet his gaze.
“Hello, love.” He smiled.
Ignoring him, you gathered your belongings, quickly exiting the diner. Attempting to throw on your jacket, it kept getting caught. Letting out a frustrated huff, the sound of someone jogging to catch up to you echoed off of the buildings.
“Here, let me help.” Before you had a chance to respond, Killian was untangling your jacket pulling it onto your shoulders.
“Thanks.” You muttered, walking around him down the street.
“Wait!” He yelled. “Aren’t you going to ask how you can repay me?”
“No.” You stated over your shoulder.
“That’s a shame love.” He teased from beside you. “I have an idea in mind.”
“I’m sure you do.” You quipped back. “I’m not interested.”
Defeated he allowed you to walk away from him this time. Wracking his brain he attempted to think of ways he could win you.
He was drawn to you for an unknown reason. It drove him crazy, you were different from the other girls in town.
-------------------------------------------------
He ran up the stairs before he knocked on the door with determination coursing through him. Opening the door stood Mary Margaret. Just as she was about to slam the door in his face, he caught it.
“Wait!” He said. “Please, I...I need your help.”
“What could you possibly need my help with?” She sassed.
“I...I want to take Y/N on a date-”
“Let me stop you right there.” She commented. “She’s something else. You can’t just use your normal ruse and expect it to work on her.”
Frowning he nodded understanding.
“Try something romantic……”
-------------------------------------------------
Waking up, you went about your daily routine. Mary Margaret had texted wanting to spend her Saturday together. It had been a while since the both of you had just had a girls day to catch up.
Grabbing your purse, you opened your door. Glancing in front of you there was a small beige teddy bear, with a bouquet of roses that had a small note attached.
‘Clue #1 ……….’
-------------------------------------------------
Following the clues, you were in the forest. It didn’t take long before you saw a familiar raven haired man, patiently waiting with a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
“Hello love.” He greeted you with a smile.
Doing a once over, it was easy to tell he was wearing his ‘best,’ clothes. It was a black leather jacket with a black jeans and a white tee.
“You did this?” You questioned tilting your head sideways. “How...Why?”
“Aye. I had a little help.” He smiled.

Hooked on Adventure (KillianxReader)
Request: First, I just wanted to say that I really enjoy your writing style. Its short and sweet but not simple. Its beautiful and engaging. I was wondering if you could use that beautiful and engaging style to write a Killian Jones x Reader oneshot. More specifically, a present day reader who goes back to the fairy tale world with Hook and what her first adventure with him might be like. Just whatever you do, keep writing!!!!
The wind was high and pushing against the Jolly Roger’s sails as you leaned against the wooden railings. You smiled at Storybrooke’s dock slowly grew smaller and smaller. The adventure began.
Earlier that week, Killian asked if you would live with him in his world. Excitedly, you said yes. You hadn’t been in the Enchanted Forest before due to moving to Storybrooke with Emma. But you met Killian, and, well... Sparks flew.
You felt someone’s arms around your waist, so you glanced to your side. “Killian,” you said, turning around, “I’m nervous.”
Killian chuckled softly, bringing you in closer for a hug. “Don’t worry, Love,” he murmured. “You’ll have the adventure of your life.”
You rested your head against his chest, the sound of his heartbeat assuaged your nerves. “Let’s go then.” You squeezed him once more before you glanced at the sails. “I want to get there as soon as possible.”
“Well then.” He kept an arm around your as he stuffed his hand into his pocket. Killian held a small bean in his hand. “This shall get us there in no time.”
He chucked the bean into the ocean. It was silent still for several moments, but then a whirlpool slowly began to swirl violently in the water like a storm. You abruptly pulled yourself to his side as the Jolly Roger began diving into the whirlpool.
Your eyes squeezed shut as the ship shook violently. Then everything was still. Absolutely still.
The first thing you noticed was the sound of seagulls wailing. You opened your eyes, and the sky was Stitch’s blue. The sun shined brightly and reflected against other ships around the Jolly Roger.
“Oh, my...” you whispered, pulling away from Hook. The view of the dock was beautiful. And, soon enough, you would be walking along the edges searching for work. “It’s amazing.”
“This is my home, and now yours, too.”
You glanced at him, beaming brightly before walking off of the ship. “What are we going to do first? Get a job? Go grab a bite to eat?”
Killian bellowed in mirth, placing his hand on the small of your back and leading you down to the docks. “The first thing we need to is find you a good weapon. Then we need to buy you a new set of clothing.” He gestured to your jeans. “I think leather or something of the kind would suit you.”
You laughed, fingers wrapping into his hand. “Well then, let’s go.” But as the two of you nearly exited the dock, four men--dirty looking with strange aromas of beer and salt--walked into your way. They glared at the two of you--or, more or less, Killian. You glanced at your lover with a confused expression.
“Killian, do you know these guys?” you whispered through the edge of your mouth. He nodded, pushing you gingerly behind him. “Oh, okay.”
“Where’s your captain?” he asked the men. They divided, allowing a man with long, dark curly hair to walk through them. “Ah, Blackbeard. Long ago has it been since I last saw you.”
“Not long enough for me to forget your ugly face.” You honestly wish you could repeat the words back at him, but Killian silently urged you from attacking. “And I see you’ve brought company this time.” “None of which will I allow to speak to you, you scurvy rat,” Killian threatened, “or I’ll cut your hand off.”
“Ironic for you to say that, Captain Hook.” Both of them grew silent. You anxiously waited for them to speak again. Or, maybe, they would just fight.
Then the swords came out. Killian pointed his sword at Blackbeard, and without glancing at you, he said, “(Y/n), stay away from him. I’ll deal with this.”
You swallowed the lump in your throat, nodding solemnly as you backed up near some wooden crates and barrels. You decided to sit down as Killian drew his sword.
“I say, man,” said Blackbeard, “you better have your wit about you. I don’t want to fight a foolish man.”
“I could say the same for you.” Killian smirked. You snickered in your spot before leaning backward. Looking to your side, you noticed something long and shiny. It was sharp at the tip, you realized as you picked it up. Ah, an old sword.
You nearly dropped it when you heard the sound of two other swords clashing against each other. When you looked up you saw Killian and Blackbeard deep into a fight. Both of them were not willing to back down at any point.
This would not end well, you thought. You noticed the other men drawing their swords out of the scabbards, coming around Killian. Your eyes widened. You had a chance against them. It was better than them attacking Killian and cheating in battle.
You leaped off of the crates and charged at the four other men. You body-slammed the first one, and the energy pushed him off of the dock. The stench coming off of the men forced you to gag, but you had to take care of the situation. You thought about what small things Killian taught you, so you decided to use it to the best of your ability.
You swung at the men violently. Their eyes grew larger as you kicked one of them in the gut and butted the back of your sword into the third man’s gut. You panted quietly as you glanced at the fourth. He looked at the two down men and the other swimming for his life. The man dropped his sword and ran off of the dock. You smirked to yourself at a job well-done.
“(Y/n), look out!” You turned around only to find Blackbeard’s arm around your waist and pulled against his body. His sword rested against your throat. Killian’s eyes were wild as he kept the sword far from his own body. “Let her go, Blackbeard.”
Blackbeard’s deep laugh sent chills down your spine. “I suggest you drop your weapon, Captain Hook. I’d hate to see the pretty woman get hurt.”
Killian’s jaw clenched up as he dropped his sword. Blackbeard still had his weapon against you. You needed to do something... fast.
Without a second thought you elbowed him in the stomach and stomped on his foot. You heard a quiet crack and his verbal cry as he back away from you. The sword was gone, and your fist pounded the side of his face. Blackbeard fell into the water with no complaint.
You panted quietly, running a hand through your now-messed-up hair and turned to Killain. His slacked jaw shut promptly before he smirked. Killian swaggered toward you and wrapped his arm around your waist. “I knew I kept you for more than the three reasons I had first thought of,” he murmured, pecking your lips quickly.
“Oh, yeah?” you teased, poking his chest. “And what were those three?”
“Number one: your gorgeous looks.” He brushed your hair out of your face. “Two... your wonderful personality. And three, the best of all, your uniqueness.”
You giggled softly, swatting at his chest. “Oh, you big lug. Shut up.” Your cheeks reddened. He knew he had you hooked.

“I can’t believe you’ve never celebrated Christmas before,” you muttered under your lips. According to your family, you were the Christmas elf all year long. But your best friend only just ventured to your world, and he hadn’t celebratred the Christmas season with anybody.
“What are you going to do about it, Love?” Killian asked. “It sounds interesting to me.”
You grabbed his hand and dragged him into the living room where you giant, real tree stood above the two of you. Presents were wrapped underneath the tree, and Christmas cookies and hot chocolate sat on the coffee table. “I got you some Christmas presents--and it’s okay that you didn’t get me anything. I just want you to learn why Christmas is so important.”
He smiled and laughed, “Okay, (Y/n). Teach me about Santa and all of your wonderous tales of this holiday.” Both of you sat down in front of the coffee table, and you turned the television on to the Polar Express.
“Well, it all started long ago in a little town called Bethlehem...”

He only realized this when he set eyes on you again. After all these years--over twenty--when Killian saw you in Storybrooke, he noticed something shift in him. Butterflies erupted in his stomach, and he couldn’t keep his eyes off of you.
The infamous Captain Hook--Killian Jones--fell in love with you decades ago and never knew. Panic settled in his stomach, for he realized he couldn’t be with you. Rumpelstiltskin was your father, and you would never forgive Killian for what he planned to do to that crocodile.

Starry Night (KillainxInjured!Reader)
Request: Maybe an injured!reader/Killian, like he helps the reader, and maybe it gets fluffy, or somewhat steamy? >\\\ω\\\\<
Warning: Violence, blood, a semi-passionate kiss at the end
x
Starry nights had always been one of your favorite memories to keep close. They reminded you of home, on your father’s ship, when he was still the greatest pirate on the high seas. Day turned into night, and the stars were still the same from all those years ago.
Currently, you were sitting on a barrel. The Jolly Roger’s deck tilted side-to-side since the ship was on the water. You ogled at the bright lights, questions brewing in your head. They were the exact questions you thought of as a child.
You heard heavy footsteps moving closer to you, but you ignored them. Then the person sat on the barrel beside yours. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed it was Killian. He was your closest friend and captain of the Jolly Roger. Killian had allowed you to live on his ship, in return for you helping him with oddbit jobs.
“Beautiful night, isn’t it (Y/n)?” His voice made your heart leap and your stomach flip. You did not know why, but you had been feeling awkward around Killian these past couple months. Every one of his smiles made you grin. If he touched you, it sent electricity coursing through you.
As you thought about this, you hummed quietly in agreement. You ran a hand through your (h/l) (h/c) hair, and said, “It reminds me of when my father would take me out on his ship. He’d tell me stories about how the constellations came around--the legends of the sea.”
Killian’s eyes lingered on your figure, a small smile set on his lips. “That must have been quite enjoyable.” You nodded, turning your gaze toward him. “Are you prepared for tonight? There’s plenty of treasure at the port.”
“Yes.” You smiled, tucking a piece of hair behind your ear. “What exactly are we trading?”
Killian hopped off the barrel and staggered in front of you. “We’re receiving a chest of gold and jewels in return for the prisoners we caught four days ago.”
You thought about it for a moment, then asked, “Could it be a trap? I’m sure someone isn’t going to bring forth treasure in return for some lousy men who were pathetic enough to get themselves captured.”
He chuckled at your logic, his gaze raking over your face. “I’m sure it is,” he said, patting your knee as a gesture of goodwill. It still sent an odd form of glee through you. “But we have gone unscathed through worse moments, haven’t we?”
“We have.” You tilted your head to the right. “Though, there was the one time with that scary woman...”
He cut you off, a glare flashing over his features. “We are not talking about that woman, if that’s even the word to describe her.” You laughed, standing up. “You promised you wouldn’t.”
“I don’t recall any such transaction,” you said. You pushed passed him and climbed onto the deck stairs. “But for your sanity, I won’t push it. Instead”--you gripped onto your sword and stood tall-- “I think we should go complete the task at hand.”
He grinned, a devious look appearing in his eye. Several of the crew members had gathered around him. “Very well, (Y/n),” Hook said, turning his attention toward one of his pirates. “Dimitri, grab the prisoners. We’re headed onshore, like the woman said.”
This moment was one out of many times the crew questioned who really controlled the ship.
_______
The docking pier was silent, aside from the crashing waves underneath the wood and the footsteps of you, Killian, the prisoners you kept close, and the men who wanted their captives back. You and Killian had decided to go in alone. If there had been more than the two of you it would have risen suspicion. Plus, you wanted to give the men a night off to visit the tavern.
Ten feet in front of you were seven men, two of which were holding a large chest. Your eyes narrowed and deducted the scene while Killian began his speech on what was to happen during this swap. Nearly every man was calmed and mute--except for the one man in the corner.
Beads of sweat poured down the man’s pale face. His hands were clammy, shaking as he nodded toward the man on the right of him.
You fought to remain calm, knowing too well this was a trap.
You glanced at Killian, trying to signal about what was happening, but his speech was out of hand and his ego was taking control. Rolling your eyes, you let go of the prisoners’ hands and touched your cutlass. The notion didn’t go unnoticed.
Every man drew out their sword, the two men in the back dropping the chest. The chest spilled out, stone pouring out instead of jewels and gold. “Told you it was a trap, Killian,” you scolded. Two men were charging toward you, swinging their swords violently. You blocked both attacks with one move, then kicked them down.
“I know,” he said, a sense of annoyance in his voice. “My apologies for not listening, but can we focus on these men here about to chop us up?”
You laughed, hitting another man with the butt of your sword. “What? Can’t you multitask?” You glanced at him through the corner of your eye, but yous realized that was a grave decision.
It was too late. The man in front of you sliced at you, cutting you stomach. You cried out in pain, your non-dominant hand covering your wound.
You barely noticed Killian’s call for you as you jumped into the air and kicked the man with both of your feet. He tumbled off the deck and into the water, while you landed on your back with a loud thump, thanks to the wood.
The air was knocked out of your chest, and you wheezed deeply. Surely you were going to have bruises all over you back in the morning.
Killian was immediately by your side, inspecting the damage done to you. “(Y/n), you’re hurt!” “No, really?” Your sarcasm only made Killian’s face deepen in panic and worry. “Don’t worry, I’m fine. It barely hurts.”
His eyes grew wide as he assessed how long and deep the cut was. He scooped you up into his arms and began walking. “That’s not a small cut. We must get you back to the ship. I’ll fix you up myself, since the men are gone for the night.”
You sighed, shocks soaring through you. What had made you so jittery around Killian? “Tis merely a flesh wound. I’ll only need a bandage.”
“Sorry, (Y/n), but from the looks of it, you’re going to need more than that.” You grimaced, but you hadn’t been able to figure out if it was because of the pain or the idea of having stitches.
You had arrived onto the Jolly Roger within minutes. Those minutes had been full of protests from you, but Killian easily ignored them. He kicked the door of his cabin open and wasted no time in setting you on the bed.
“Take your shirt off,” he said, “while I go get some alcohol. Whiskey?”
You nodded, your fingers sliding to the hem of your shirt. “Make it a double.” He opened up a cabinet and pulled out a large bottle. By the time he spun around, you realized the pain made it more difficult to pull off your shirt. “Um, Killian, i-it hurts too much for me.”
He smiled kindly at your sheepish tone, then walked over. After he set the bottle onto the bed, he told you to raise your arms so he could slide the shirt over. You had no idea why, but this was the first time ever you had been uncomfortable with only a bra on around your best friend, and his face seemed to flush as he averted his eyes.
Killian’s face grew in worry as he saw your bleeding wound. Your whole stomach was covered in blood, seeping through your wound. “Lean against the wall.” You did as you were told, and he grabbed a small wooden box. Inside were the needles, but he decided to go with the whiskey first.
He used his hook to pull the cork out, then handed the bottle to you. “Take a sip before I pour some on.” You were more than willing to, snatching the bottle and taking a long gulp of whiskey. It burned your throat, but him pouring it on the wound was worse.
You inhaled sharply and winced, trying not to groan in pain. His features were full of remorse as he cleaned you up with a clean cloth and water. This pattern continued for several more minutes, then came stitching.
The stitching was the worst part. You whimpered softly as the needle was pushed through your skin. “Sorry, (Y/n),” Killian said, repeating it over and over until he finished. He cut the thread with the point of his hook, then washed your skin with a new cloth. “You make quite the mess.”
A tired chuckle escaped your lips. “That’s what happens when someone tries to slice you in half.” You glanced down at him, noticing how white his knuckles had grown. Something was wrong. “Killian, are you okay?”
He glanced up at you, slowly nodding. But when he saw the look on your face, he shook his head. “I... I was scared,” he admitted, gazing into your eyes. “I thought I was going to lose you for several minutes there.”
You smiled, placing a hand on Killian’s face. He seemed to lean into it, which increased the butterflies already lying in there. There was something in his eyes. A sense of... something full of will. “Thank you. I wouldn’t have made it without it. Never would I.”
Then it hit you. All of those feelings. The way he looked at you. The way you never wanted to leave his side. It was love. You were in love with him for all of these months, and you hadn’t even noticed it!
You bit your lip, realizing the only reason you now knew was because of the adornment in his eyes. He held the same look you did, but his face seemed to come closer. Within moments, your lips met his. Sparks hit you like never before. It was as if this was supposed to happen.
He cupped your face into his hand and hook and deepened the kiss once he figured you were kissing back and not pulling away. You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him closer, ignoring the screaming pain for moments. It was passionate, beautiful. Your lips locked together like a puzzle yearning to be solved, but had been missing that final piece for so long.
After you had realized your breath was gone, you pulled away. Your eyes lingered, staring at his as he brushed the side of your face with his knuckles. Unadulterated love was the only thing to be seen in those beautiful blue eyes. “I think I love you, (Y/n),” he said, panting slightly. “I don’t know what would have happened if I had lost you.”
You chuckled, leaning your cheek into his touch. “I think I love you, too.”
That was all he needed to hear before his lips fell onto yours once more.

Island-Dazed (Killian JonesxReader)
Summary: You and your ex-boyfriend wake up on an island due to unknown circumstances. As you go along, you begin to think of why you broke up with the pirate.
Author’s Note: I made it past 600 followers, guys! Thank you so much, and I’ve decided to begin writing OUAT oneshots. I hope you like this one!
x
Waking up with a dagger pointed at your throat is exactly as terrifying as anyone could think it to be. That was something you wished you never experienced, especially when a gorgeous man was the one pointing it at you. You groggy eyes grew wide as you slowly sat up. The blue-eyed man scowled, keeping his dagger close against your clavicle.
You could hear the waves of the ocean crashing onto the shore as the sun beamed down on the two of you... You and Killian Jones. He was angry. Very angry.
“Where’s my ship, love?” he said. His dagger seemed to be digging deeper into your skin, and you were scared to swallow. “You were the last one I saw that was on it.”
“What are you talking about, Hook?” you snarled. “And get that baby sword out of my face; you could hurt yourself!” After a pause, he sheathed his dagger and pulled you onto your feet. You stumbled, pressing a hand onto his chest, and backed up.
Killian glared, eyes filled with anger. “I will only ask nicely once more: Where is my ship?” Arms folded, you turned your head away. “(Y/n)...”
“I... I don’t know.” You turned your away from him, walking in the opposite direction. “I could ask you the same about my ship, though.”
You heard him scoff and step closer to you, but you were already meters away. “Please, what would I know about your ship?”
“Shut up, Hook. And leave me alone; you’ve gotten me into enough trouble, anyway. If you want the guy who took your ship, you should tried figuring out how to get off the island.” He stopped in his tracks as you began to dig through the large jungle ahead of you.
“And where are you going?” His voice was loud and controlling, as if he wanted to control what you were doing. “Don’t go in there--you don’t know what could be in there!” You ignored him, stepping over a fallen log. “(Y/n!)”
“You’re not the boss of me. I’m going to go find out why the heck I’m stuck on this island with you. And I’m going to go find a way off.”
Killian growled, pausing in his tracks before following you. He needed to find out what happened, and why he was on this island with you.
It was night. The town by the deck was loud, full of drunkards and call girls. You, on the other hand, we on your ship, the Golden Dream, cleaning your sword of blood. Yes, you had gotten into a little... argument, but you handled it. That was when your ex-boyfriend Killian had decided to drop in.
You hadn’t seen him in months, and your last path crossing wasn’t splendid. You scowled at him as he smirked down at you. “Hello, love,” he said, leaning against one of the masts. “It’s nice seeing you here.”
“Too bad I can’t say the same for you,” you sighed, rubbing off the last of the blood with the stained cloth that used to be white.
His eyes fell onto the cloth, and he frowned. “That wasn’t hard for you to find trouble, now was it?”
Your jaw locked up as you dropped the cloth onto the deck. “What did you want, Hook? Can’t you go bother some other woman who’s actually ogling at you?”
Killian grimaced at your words. “First, you can call me Killian. Second, I only did that once--”
“When we were dating.” You gestured with your hands for him to leave. “Go away. Shoo. It’s what you’re good at doing.”
“I’m not going away that easily, (Y/n). I find you too appealing.” He smirked, sitting down beside you. “I need a favor, actually.”
You hesitated, sheathing your sword into its scabbard. “What kind of favor would you want from me?”
“I’ve been in need of a new map. Treasure hunts haven’t been heard of for a while, so I thought I’d try to earn some gold. I heard you had a map or two that you’ve been trying to undust, but you don’t want to go on your own?”
Slowly, you nodded, standing up. “Yes. I’ll go get those maps.” He cleared his throat, raising himself onto his feet.
“I shall be on the Jolly Roger. Thank you, (Y/n).” When you turned around, he was gone. You frowned slightly, realizing your stomach had dropped at losing sight of him.
You sighed quietly, shaking your head to yourself. If he had truly loved you, he would not have kissed that bar girl. He would have still been with you, sailing the high seas as the pirate world’s greatest-known lovers. Then again, you never did allow him to explain why he kissed the woman.
Then you realized you didn’t need to. Obviously he didn’t love you as much as you thought he did. You grabbed the maps from your captain’s cabin, then headed off the Golden Dream and toward the Jolly Roger.
You hopped onto the ship and furrowed your eyebrows. There was no sound aside from the soft waves of water. “Hook?” you called out, slipping the maps into your large coat. “Hey, you aren’t tricking me onto your ship to kidnap me, are you?”
Still, there was nothing. You huffed loudly, arms folding. You glanced around the area but couldn’t find a person in sight. That was, until you turned around. Something collided with the side of your head, and darkness appeared.
You trudged through the jungle land, knowing that Killian was behind you. He kept calling your name, but you ignored him. Why was he so desperate to catch up to you?
“(Y/n), please talk to me,” he pleaded, catching up to you. “I cannot bear you like this.” You rolled your eyes, keeping them ahead as you pushed through large banana leaves.
“This is not the time and the place to beg, Hook.” You stopped for moment, breaking a branch that was in your way. “We need to continue moving before dark--” You broke off into a gasp as Killian wrapped an arm around you and pulled you back.
You squirmed in his grasp, but his wouldn’t let go. “Hook!” Then you stopped, realizing there was a large gaping hole you were about to step in. “O-oh...”
“You alright, love?” he asked, his breath tickling your ear. An involuntary shiver ran down your spine as he moved backwards with you. “We haven’t been in a situation like this for a while,” he commented, and you rolled your eyes.
“I’m fine. Can... can you let me go?” He nodded, the warmth of his arm leaving you. You shifted awkwardly, beginning to walk around the whole. “Thanks.”
“Welcome. We should continue walking. Be careful.” Both of you nodded to each other, then continued walking.
“Who do you think dropped us off here?” you asked. “It could’ve been anyone, unless you can narrow it down a little?”
He shook his head. “I have many enemies; it could be any one of them.”
“True.” You watched your step as you walked. “Hopefully we’ll be able to find them. I’m going to hurt someone if we do not find my ship.”
Killian laughed, and your heart became sore. “Come then, love. Let’s find the end of the island.” You grew silent as you waded through the green.
Minutes became hours, and it was soon sunset. You started a fire then sat down beside Killian. Your stomach hurt of hunger as you shivered. Food and heat was what you needed, and Killian easily noticed.
“(Y/n), I believe I still have some bread, if you would like some?” he offered, pulling sustenance out of his black jacket. He split a biscuit in half, handing one piece to you. “We shall look for more food tomorrow, and please, warm up by the fire.”
You nodded, scooting closer as you bit into the bread. Your stomach quieted, but you still was ice after minutes of being beside the fire. Killian frowned, unscrewing his hook. He moved closer, wrapping an arm around you. You flinched away from him, but he was so warm...
You snuggled closer to him, burying your face into his neck. He opened up his jacket, wrapping an end around you. Both of you stayed silent for a couple minutes until Killian finally spoke again. “I’m sorry, (Y/n).”
“For what?” You looked up at him, eyebrows knit together.
He adjusted his seating, wrapping his other arm around your other side. “For... what happened those few months ago. I did not have time to explain, but I wanted to tell you... The woman was drunk, and she believed me to be single, so...”
“Gosh, I feel like an idiot now,” you groaned, shaking your head. “She kissed you, didn’t she?”
He nodded. “I couldn’t pull away from the woman, and I was a little intoxicated myself.” Both of you frowned. “(Y/n), I know there is no way you could forgive me, but may you at least try?” Tears formed in your eyes, and one of them slipped.
Killian rubbed the tear from your eye. “Darling, don’t cry. I can’t bear to see that.” You chuckled softly, shaking your head.
“I should have given you the chance to explain yourself. I... I was angry. I thought you didn’t love me anymore.” He bit his lip, grasping your chin and looking into your eyes.
His eyes flickered down to your lips, and he pressed his lips against them. Fireworks ignited, and you wrapped your arms around his neck. The passion was strong, but then you pulled away, nose grazing his.
“I’ve always been in love with you, (Y/n),” he whispered. “Be with me once more. We’ll find our ships, then sail off into the sunset, gold in our arms as well as each other. We’ll find another island for ourselves, keeping close to each other.”
You bit your lip, smiling at the thought. “I would like that, Killian. I would like that a lot.”
He smiled, pulling you down. Killian rested on his side, finger trailing your side. “For now, let’s rest. I’m tired.”
You agreed, curling against him. He kept his arms around you as the fire danced. By the time it died, both of you were asleep.

You flinched involuntarily as Killian grazed the cut on your hand with his fingers. He frowned, glancing up at you. “That’s a big scar, love.”
“I know, and it would hurt less if you stop poking it,” you growled. Killian smirked, adding his own whiskey onto the cut. “Ouch!”
“Sorry, but it had to be done.” He began to wrap your wound with a shred of cloth, then tied it with his teeth and other hand. Once that was finished, he stared into your eyes. “What else needs to be taken care of?”
