Truthfully, I feel like Kikumi's Bulbasaur, of which she'd nickname 'Bulby', would be a rare variant of the Pokemon. Bubly would be a succulent type of Bulbasuar, specifically the echeveria-laui succlent found here: https://worldofsucculents.com/echeveria-laui/
