Honestly, there isn't much to say other than I really wanted more details from his life! We know he was a hero but I wanna know how he got the power from hermit Shinomori, or how he met En (who's his own glaring question mark).

But I can tell yall are catching onto my enjoyment of loud, goofy himbos because Banjo is so fun! He feels a lot more emotionally open and sweet compared to the other vestiges and the way he supports Izuku like a fun but caring ghost uncle is adorable. I feel like blackwhip being tied to your emotional state says a lot about how he values being honest with your own feelings. I believe in you Banjo, protect our boy in this last fight! 🙏

I'm doing a review of my favorite episode from the second half of season 2 of mgadd. I know it's out of order but I'm in a bad mood and this episode brings me joy.

Episode 20 Crushed.

The episode centers around Eduardos crush on Lunella. It starts with them in class getting assigned as partners in a project.

Ed doesn't want to be on a team with Lunella because he likes her, but Lu assumes it because he doesn't like her. Later as moongirl casey sets up a hotline for people to call, and that's when Ed calls and confesses he has a crush on someone in class.

After finding out Eduardo has a crush on her Lu spends the whole day at school trying to avoid him, because he's trying to confess. When he finally talks to her he gives her some candy as a gift. Things go down hill from there because when Ed attempts to confess, Lu interrupts him and lies and says she has a boyfriend.

So then Eduardo tells her he's throwing an 80s themed party and invited her and her "boyfriend".

So.... lunella invents a fake boyfriend for the party to avoid telling Ed she's not interested.

While at the party Eduardo is super chill and nice, and super excited to meet Lunellas boyfriend, but things take a turn when (I'm calling him blorb) blorb glitches out and turns super toxic and weird.

Love Eduardo being like you can't just call someone yours that not how people work. He's so chill. Which leads to blorb trying to fight Ed outside, and poor Ed is just confused.

After Lu shows up and fails to deescalate blorb, we get what I consider to be the funniest just in the show. Why does your boyfriend have parental controls? Crazy. Then Lunella has to come clean of course and explain to Ed that's she's not interested. Then we get the scene that took Ed from being one of my favorite characters, to being my #1.

Eduardo and Lunella come to an understanding and we have a kickbutt dance off.

Ed confesses that he has a crush on moongirl now, and that's the end.

This episode is a 10/10 for me. Loved Ed's character in this episode and I loved the lesson. They could've have easily made Eduardo toxic and in the wrong, but instead they made him mature. I appreciate that Lu was the one who needed to learn a lesson in this episode.

Luring Blockbuster’s troops to her final hideout, the submarine she sinks in Hunt for Oracle (Birds of Prey #21)

Going out to deliberately make herself a target of the Death Dancer during No Man’s Land, as she was his victim profile (Azrael #55)

Just…every second Calculator plot

Her final fight with Katarina Armstrong for control of the Birds of Prey (Birds of Prey #108)

Confronting the Joker in the lobby of her Platinum Flats building while trapping him and the Calculator (Birds of Prey #123-124)

I love her so much. She grew so hard, she’s not afraid to exploit other people, but she made space for herself. She doesn’t allow herself to be defined by what happened to her or by her disabilities. They’re simply parts of herself that she has synthesised into something greater, to reach her goals.

She's a mechanic she's the lunar princess she has two prosthetic limbs she's supposed to be dead. Her best friend is an android who's a fangirl of her boyfriend (Kai, the emperor). Her ball was actually her showing up to keep Kai from getting seduced by her aunt (who's queen of the moon) and then killed. Instead of losing her slipper she just lost her entire foot. (That's all just in the first book.)

look man, if you've read tlc you know why but if not: cinder here goes through a lot, from living in a shitty household to leading a rebellion and witnessing what's practically a massacre (TWICE), getting stabbed in the mc'freaking heart and surviving, being a wanted fugitive, Oh, and also, she loses her goddamn FOOT instead of a glass slipper lol (albeit the foot is a prosthetic, which i might've forgotten to add, her left arm and (i think) leg are metal due to getting BURNED as a toddler by her somewhat power hungry aunt)

She's SO cool she's a mechanic and really clever and also an amputee and her prosthetics are very cool and she has fun space adventures with her little gang of found family and is also the heir to the crown on the moon and is trying to get control of it from her aunt (who's a dictator) so she can help the moon people be less oppressed! tl;dr she's a girlboss

She literally got set on fire. Shes a cyborg. Shes such a girl boss that her love interest kept her severed prosthetic foot as a memento. She is a revolutionary [against her will] and a politician [also against her will]. Shes a skilled mechanic, and called the queen of a super-powerful alien race with the ability to manipulate people’s perceptions of reality ugly TO HER FACE. Queen does not give a shit and just wants to hang out with her robot bestie and her dork ass boyfriend who is also the leader of an entire country. Shes iconic, she is the moment.

cinder is a mixed cyborg mechanic who has acquired beef with both her stepmother (adopted) and her bio aunt (tyrant queen levanna) and manages to escape their attempts to keep her down (including arson when she was like. 3 years old) and ultimately overthrows her aunt in a revolution lead by her and the other fairytale retellings (red riding hood and wolf, rapunzel and her ‘prince’, and her cousin snow white and her prince) and establishes a democracy! i enjoyed the series growing up and i personally think that cinder is very cool :]

The first book in The Lunar Chronicles is a retelling of cinderella, and my gosh it’s amazing. Cinder is a cyborg and faces a lot of prejudice, and it’s interesting to see that even in the future, where the book is set, there’s still so much discrimination, and Cinder faces it so well. She’s smart and snarky, and has such character growth and cares so much and akhjfqwthbj

It's very common for Cinderella retelling that "girlboss" her end up sending the weird message that victims of abuse should simply stand up for themselves <3 I really like Cinder because she's spunky and snaps at her stepmother, but it doesn't. do her any good? It just makes her stepmother worse. Also one of her stepsisters is nice, I love Peony.

I'm curious, how did you get into undertale/ your history with it? I love listening to how people found out abt undertale bc it just warms my heart hearing all the different stories

OOH BOY I GOT A QUESTION- ahem.

My first encounter with Undertale was actually because of my sister. She was really into indie video games at the time like Five Nights at Freddy's, Bendy and the Ink Machine, and Undertale. She watched a lot of Minecraft music videos of various fan songs, and I just so happened to be in the room with her when she was watching the one for Down To The Bone on the TV. I wasn't doing much, all I was doing was reading Looney Tunes stuff (that was my special interest at the time), but something about the Undertale ones caught my eye. I don't exactly remember how it happened, but I started looking into Undertale and got REALLY into it.

I remember it being a slow transition from Looney Tunes to Undertale. And what usually gets me into the media is the characters. And I think it's safe to say that Undertale... has amazing characters. The first character I got attached to, however, was Papyrus. I think it was because I related to him the most. In real life, I actually have a similar personality to Papyrus, with his outgoing, bubbly energy and desire for lots and lots of friends. He really stuck with me. And not to mention, he's definitely autistic-coded. Just look at that man and tell me he's neurotypical, you liar. I also loved how he was a twist on the whole "big ego" characters. Those kinds of characters are usually jerks, but I feel The Great Papyrus really lives up to the name he gave himself. He's kind, he's compassionate, he shARES THE SAME BELIEFS AS I DO. Yeah, he was my sole favourite for a while. He never stopped being my favourite.

As for how I got attached to Sans? Well, I was in my "discovery" phase of my Undertale hyperfixation/special interest and I stumbled onto TV Tropes, as any cartoon/media nerd does. So I was looking at the character sheets, the Funnies, the Tear Jerkers, the Nightmare Fuels... and then I discovered the Woobie page. If anyone reading this doesn't know what a Woobie is, they're a type of character you can't help but feel bad for because of the crap they have to go through, like Asriel or Hunter from The Owl House or almost every Steven Universe character. And Undertale is unsurprisingly full of Woobies. But then I got to Sans' section of the page and... I cried, man. I legitimately cried. I felt so bad for the poor thing. So yeah, that kickstarted my attachment to Sans as well.

And you know, when your favourite characters are the ones the fandom loves/talks about the most... you basically hit the jackpot when it comes to fan content of them. Before long, I was watching comic dub after comic dub, learning about the story and characters and watching play throughs and reading fics and comics and oh my god it was a blast! And it came to a head when I wanted to save up for my own copy of Undertale. I was going to save a lot of money and- I had a bad day at school which culminated in my parents buying me Undertale to cheer me up because they're kickbutt awesome. Thanks, parental units! So anyway, I completed the all-mercy route and got the golden ending three times, then I didn't pick up the game again for AGES because I wanted to give the characters a happy ending. But my obsession didn't go away. In fact, it only grew stronger. So with the game done, what can I do now?
