His theme is a banger and he gives you advice and helps Link out in the shrine quest and he plays really cool music. He's also a BBB, big beautiful bird. 🥰🥰

Chocobos

You want to take your Chocobo's wings in your hand and dance with him across the meadows. You are both free and the world is at your feet. Nothing can take away your joy. Some chocobos can use magic, some can climb mountains, and some even have the ability to fly! The birds are mostly used for riding from a to b, but they can also be summoned to help and kick around in minor battles. when people refer to canon story-relevant kingdom hearts games as ‘spinoffs’ it makes me sad not only for the obvious reasons i always say but also bc like man i WISH this series had spinoffs. imagine what they could do if they had permission from nomura to truly go off the rails and ignore the greater canon for a second and just do some fun whimsical plotless thing in an alternate universe. imagine a fishing/boating game on destiny islands. kh fighting game. it is an injustice that we have been deprived of kingdom karts. can anyone hear me

Actually, y'know what? This might explain why Nomura was so determined to finish Versus XIII before getting started on KH3...I mean, besides the obvious.

Something to mull over. What if Verum Rex isn’t because Nomura is salty, but that he planned on using Versus XIII in Kingdom Hearts III onward this whole time? So when Nomura was kicked off his own project and it was changed to FFXV, it donked everything up. Forcing him to create the Versus expy to try and put things back on course.

i was looking through my photos for a pic of sora so i can draw his outfit on someone else and the only in-game pic i have saved of him is this edit of him with a knife

it does work as a reference for his jacket and gauntlets though,,,,
