Job 21:24 (NLT) MY INSPIRATION IS TO: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV) #transformation 👊 Trained for 3 for competitions 3/25/17 NC Mega Muscle (non-sanctioned), 4/8/17 Raleigh NC NPC State Championships and 4/29/17 WBFF Fitness Atlantic. Did 3 Peak Week Show Preps experimenting with different methods to get shredded and ripped. Received input feedback on correction improvements to focus on my posing and conditioning needing more time to develop into a top contender in my classes for either Federation of NPC or WBFF. I've given this transformation 💯 % and I will be taking 6-8 weeks off to have my August 2016 torn collateral ligament finger injury repaired. Then bulking up for 12-16 weeks of training and practice posing for next show.
