Nunca mejor dicho eso de “biografía definitiva”. 
El autor estuvo 20 años trabajando en este libro y se nota, por lo pesado que es. A veces es difícil de leer pero se hace más llevadero poniendo en youtube las interpretaciones que Glenn Gould hace de Bach.
¿Me gustó?: Más o menos.
De qué se trata: es la biografía de un pianista muy peculiar (hipocondríaco, mañoso, jodido), considerado uno de los mejores de la historia.
¿Por qué lo compré?: porque me generó mucha curiosidad después de leer Instrumental de James Rhodes donde habla de él.
Parte favorita:  me gustó saber que su único profesor fue Alberto Guerrero, un chileno de Tocopilla que vivía en Toronto.
Su viaje a Rusia y su decisión de dejar los escenarios para dedicarse a la grabación y edición (con cintas y tijeras) de sus interpretaciones.
Me gustaron mucho esos programas de radio a contrapunto que hizo sobre temáticas tan canadienses como universales.
Le puede gustar a: seguidores de pianistas.
Le puede disgustar a: personas con pocas ganas de poner de sí para avanzar en la lectura.
