I have done Keto for the last 1.5 years and it works for me. It doesn’t work for everyone - but with getting my blood checked every 3 months (mostly to check my thyroid), it has been working for me. I have also done IF (intermittent fasting) where I only ate between 10-6pm. That also worked for me. I have done my research and have talked to a nutritionist about OMAD (one meal a day). Essentially OMAD is eating your calories within an hour time and then not eating again until 24 hours later. Today I gave OMAD a try. I dirtied lots of dishes and it took me some good prep work for a meal that was larger then any meal I usually eat. It was hard to try to cook and eat my day’s worth of food in such a small time frame. However, almost 45 minutes later - I did it. Just over 1200 calories in 45 minutes. I feel insanely full but also accomplished! Here’s what I ate: 3 chicken tenderloins with cheese, 3 turkey bacon, 3 eggs with heavy cream, 4 mushrooms with cheese and bacon, 1 cup of cucumbers, and a handful of nuts. I also downed close to 32 ounces of water! Now before anyone makes a negative comment - I do what’s best for me. If it’s not the best for you - don’t do it. Find what works for you (everyone’s different) and just stick with it! Have a great day!! . . #fighttobeme #weightloss #keto #omad #weightlosssupport #weightlossjourney #motivation #ketojoutnry #ketodiet #weightlosstransformation #fitness #losingweight #fitnessmotivation #ketomeals #healthyeating #macros #calories #fitnesstransformations #motivation #healthylifestyle #healthylunch #ketorecipes #ketofood #ketochicken #weightlossmotivation #health #healthyfood #goals #fatloss #nutrition https://www.instagram.com/p/ByYNCwVnglr/?igshid=1kjebpmczyg13
