Repost @on_westhoff_ranch ・・・ . ❤️Chocolate Mousse Brownie Bowls❤️ . Did anyone see these on the cover of King Arthur Flour? Yes, I still look at that carby catalog. That's where I bought my Brownie bowl pan from😁 Anyway, on the cover was a brownie bowl mousse concoction. So of course I had to ketofy it for Valentines Day! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Here's what I did👇 Prepared 1 pkg. brownie mix from @ketoqueenkreations1 according to package directions. Take half of this batter & add 1/4c. Chopped walnuts to this half. Set aside. Put 1/3 cup of batter (without nuts) into 3 brownie wells. Add brownie/walnut batter on top & smooth out. Bake according to package instructions till done. Let cool completely. Prepare chocolate cream cheese mousse👇 1pkg. @simplydelishnatural instant chocolate pudding mix 4oz. Cream cheese, softened 1/4c butter, softened 1/4-1/3c Monkfruit/erythritol Blend @sonourishedinc 1/2tsp. Vanilla 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 6oz. Homemade whipped cream or sugar-free @coolwhip if you're dirty keto. 1-2TB @choczero choc syrup Cream together cream cheese & butter. Add sweetener & vanilla and beat till fluffy. In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream & instant pudding. Add to cream cheese mixture and beat. Beat in the whipped cream and Choczero syrup. This will be THICK. Fill completely cooled brownie bowls with mousse. You'll have loads of mousse left over to devour in one sitting while watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and DVR'd episodes of 60 Days In, and ignoring ALL housework, including Christmas decorations inside and out😬 On top of brownie bowls there's some @choczero white & milk chocolate chips that I melted, froze, and shaved, then sprinkled on top....Bam! When visiting the coast, fresh seafood is a must have! Dinner was 3 lbs of crab legs and half of a stick of Kerry Gold butter. 😍. So, do YOU eat the crab meat as you go, or do you get all the crab meat in a pile and then eat it? Repost @ketogrubbin ・・・ Keto Flatbread Sticks Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 40 minutes Makes 8 Servings I, for one, am always looking for something to dip so that I can get my fat intake for the day. This here be the stuff. I created this recipe by accident- and it is beautiful. Just like me- an accident, but beautiful.. at least that’s what my mom tells me (yes, both.) . Per serving (6 sticks) kCal 156.8 Fat 13 Carbs 3.4 Protein 13.3 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella 3/4 cup almond flour 1 large egg 2 tbsp cream cheese 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cilantro powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder (I used a full tsp cause I love gahlic) 1: Howdy, I hope you STICK around. Now, let’s get that oven set to 425. 2: Mix the almond flour and cheese in a microwave safe bowl and then slap the cream cheese on top. 3: Puttit in the microwave on high for 1 min. 3: Take er out, mix er up and throw er back in for 30 secs. 4: Take er out again, add the egg, salt, and spices. Mix it hella good. Wicked good. 5: 2 pieces of parchment paper? Check. Slap the dough between them and stretch evenly across a 13x9 baking pan. 6: Remove the top piece of parchment paper (save for later) and then put the pan in and bake for 10-15 minutes until it’s getting browned on top. Watch closely, oven temps vary. 7: When it’s browned, remove from oven and flip over and brown the other side. If it’s too floppy to flip, slide it onto the other piece of parchment paper! 8: Put it back in for another few minutes until browned on the other side. We don’t want this too brown! Not going for fully cooked yet. 9: Take out and drop the oven down to 350. Put them back in for 5 minutes or til desired consistency. 9: Take it out and slice it into 48 sticks (that’s 16 slices long, 3 wide) or really however many you want. Nobody is watching. Per serving (1 square) kCal 165.5 Fat 15.2 Carbs 9.2 Protein 4.7 . 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup organic peanut butter 1/2 dark chocolate bar 1/4 cup erythritol 3 tbsp butter . 1️⃣ Yo, what’s good? These. Fetch yourself a mixing bowl. 2️⃣ Put the almond flour and erythritol into the mixing bowl. 3️⃣ Fetch yourself a microwave safe bowl. Put the butter and peanut butter into the bowl and microwave on 30 seconds or until melted. They're just like your favourite breakfast treat 😍⠀ ⠀ Servings 6 waffles⠀ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ 3 large eggs⠀ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ⠀ 2 tablespoons of Swerve or Erythritol ⠀ 1/2 cup whole milk⠀ 2 cups blanched finely ground almond flour (8 oz)⠀ 1/4 teaspoon pink salt⠀ 1 teaspoon baking soda⠀ 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter for the waffle maker⠀ ⠀ Instructions⠀ Plug your waffle maker in. Set your oven to warm (150°F) and fit a baking sheet with a wire rack. Place the baking sheet in the oven.⠀ ⠀ In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, stevia, and milk.⠀ Gradually add the almond flour, whisking it in until the mixture is smooth.⠀ If the batter seems very thick, add a little water. I often add 2 tablespoons.⠀ Mix in the kosher salt and the baking soda.⠀ Brush the waffle maker with melted butter. ⠀ Pour the batter into the waffle maker, using about 1/2 measuring cup per waffle. Don't forget to spread the batter to the corners before closing the lid.⠀ Cook until puffy and set, about 5 minutes. When the first batch of waffles is ready, place the cooked waffles on the wire rack in the warm oven to keep them warm.⠀ Brush the waffle maker with more melted butter and repeat steps 5 and 6 until all the batter is gone.
