Opinion on non artists requester asking multiple artists to draw their OC shipping with a canon character for free?

I don't mind drawing someone's original character (OC) paired with a character from some form of media, as long as it's not pedophilia or nsfw or overly cringe (sorry I have standards). I'm okay with doing it for free, but if others are charging for their work or don't have free requests specified, I'd approach the situation kindly and not get upset if they don't want to do it for free.
