Favorite Color: All shades of blue but I love midnight and ocean blue the most.

Last Book: "Mistborn" by Brandon Sanderson. Currently Reading "The Ever King" by LJ Andrews. I go back and forth between Fantasy - Fantasy Romance with a couple of contemporary Romances and/or Historical Fiction Books thrown in as a palette cleanser. SciFi I like as well but I don't like space-stuff (it freaks me out)

Last Movie: Probably LOTR tbh. I'm not into movies at all, I get overstimulated. Has to do with my hypersensitive personality (it means that your Thalamus, the part of your brain that's supposed to filter stimuli is much more "open" which leads to many many stimuli hitting you at the same time) and autistic tendencies.

Sweet, Savory or Spicy: Can't have spicy, I think I'll choose sweet but not in a sugary way. I like cake, ice-cream, cookies with less sugar but a lot of natural flavour from fruit, chocolate etc.

Current Obsession: Reading, my Kittens, TS4, Science, Playing the Piano. It's been this way for 20+ years if I'm obsessed with sth I won't let it go. Currently I'm very hyper fixated on reading though. Like, I just want to read all day.

Last Thing I googled: Cats Post-Surgery Tips 😸

Looking Forward to: Honestly just getting better health wise, seeing my kittens grow and developing distinct personalities, tackling my TBR, playing through the next storyline I have planned for my AKS-save and hopefully being able to start working again this year. I miss it like crazy though I won't be able to work as I used to before my illness. Doesn't matter, I just want to get back to it <3

So yeah I'm not dead, its been a while since I've posted on here though. I've just been real busy and  I've been trying to get my health up currently. But anyways the last time you guys saw me I had short hair and look at it now, it was nice having it short for a while but I'm gonna be honest I missed my long hair so much. I also really wanna get some more tattoos, but I don't know if I can deal with that pain right now haha. I'm gonna try to post more on here but I really don't know right now. But I missed a bunch of you guys and yeah love yah! <3

how long have you been playing the sims?

I’ve been playing sims since I was 12 years old. I started out with Sim’s 2 Life Stories. I didn’t know that wasn’t the base game at the time and had to go back to get the base game after buying only University. I had to convince my mom about the T-rating so she could buy it for me. After that I just would make/play households on a whim depending what I wanted to do.

how long have you been a simblr and why did you become one?

I’ve been off and on simblr since I was 14/15 years old. But this simblr I’ve had for about 2 years now. When I was younger, I was interested in sims machinima and was sorta making videos at the time and learned tumblr had good CC on here but then I became interested in people’s gameplay and decided to make a simblr. 

Presently, I made a simblr because I was having a creative block/crisis and went to sims to relax after watching Kelsey’s Buzzfeed videos and wanted to play a legacy and I wanted to track my family’s progress. So I came back to simblr to document their adventures.

what type of simblr are you?

I’m a gameplay/challenge/legacy based simblr. I like playing different challenges and I would prefer it to be with families. Also sometimes I play medieval, do townie makeovers or play with concept sims (sims I create to just play with an aspect of the game and then I’m done).  

what generation of sims do you primarily play with

I play with TS3. I have all the expansion + stuff packs and I grew up more with TS3 than any other generation so I’m more familiar with it. I also love TS2 ( I’m currently building an cc arsenal for it) but I’m unfamiliar with it and would need to spend time playing it again. TS4 is pretty but it’s a shame what EA’s done with her.

yes i’ve seen it! well kinda i just really skimmed through it, i have a really petty reason for not liking it though: i really hate how the cyan color in ts4 looks, and mix of the game defaults with cc looks weird to me. but i’ll probably grow on it soon haha

Another sim Noah likes a lot is Kelsey Villareal. Sure, she’s a bit older and definitely too smart for him, but he likes spending time with her and taking her on dates across the ferry in Windenburg.

Hey everyone!

I’m Kelsey and I’m really excited to join the simblr community for the first time! I’ve played the Sims since ts2 but never really had a simblr. I just recently got back into ts4 and thought that some might enjoy seeing the things I’m working on!

I mostly hang out in build mode and cas, and am embarking on a new project to make a witchy, sci-fi save game where I remake all of the townies and worlds. I might put some of my lots and sims up for download if there’s a want for it, otherwise this will be a mostly edits blog!

Believe it or not, I have not had a phase where I just kill random sims. When I play sims, I get attached to my sims and I get really upset when they die :( So I guess old age is my favorite death ?

How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing? 

My sim style has changed DRASTICALLY. I used to not use CC because I didn’t know it existed so I only used the base game and GTW. 

What’s your Origin ID? 

I’m not going to share my Origin ID anytime soon. 

Who’s your favorite CC creator? 

I have way too many but hopefully sometime this summer I can make a list. 

How long have you had a simblr? 

I’m guessing half a year. 

How do you edit your pictures?

I use GIMP and I think my editing is pretty simple and clean. I normally don’t edit gameplay pictures unless it’s too dark. In that case, I increase the brightness and contrast. If it’s a sims edit or something of the sorts, I like to have a gradient as the background with a nice creamish-white colored frame and outline of the sim. 

What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next?

I just want stuff that will make the game a bit more like real life. Something to differentiate teens and adults, more specific interactions, etc... I’m grateful for what EA gives us, though. 

What expansion/game/stuff pack is your favorite so far? 

This is really difficult so I’m going to do one for each type of pack. I only have seven packs atm so yeah. Get Together (maybe), Parenthood, and Backyard Stuff.

Hi there!

So seems like I’ve gained a few new followers while I was quiet, greetings! Course a couple of you ran rapidly the other direction once my posts started today so maybe I should give ya’ll a run down of what to expect here. :P

This is predominantly a Sim 3 blog, mainly I do fairly irreverent high autonomy based gameplay and story posts. If you are a ts4 player and prefer that game I have a special blog for that here.  Occasionally I’ll post other games I play as I don’t really have a general gaming blog since I don’t tend to take lots of pictures of anything but sims. My current projects I plan on updating on this blog are as follows:

Gameplay:

KLRose BC - An isbi/wishacy based bachlorette challenge for my Life in Universe C character Kelsey Rose.

CFBC - The Crazy Fairy Baby Challenge, it’s in it’s fifth and final generation.

Rajani Lepacy* - This one I’ve been playing quietly for a couple months and may or may not be shared, I’m into generation two now in game. I haven’t decided yet. If I do I won’t start it until CFBC is complete.

Stories:

Life In Universe C - A combined legacy story of my Rose family and Yager branch of my Nova legacy lines with best friends Thea Yager and Kelsey Rose. Also features many of my collab couples and favorite sims just as a side bonus.

You Might Be Bruce - A simple story legacy inspired by and tied to @msmidnightblonde​‘s Drummond family.

I also have a few collab couples and single sims I just like to occasionally take pictures with. Lately I’ve really been itching to do more with Nola so you may start seeing more of her soon. That is if I actually open my game, it’s been about month since I did last. I have fairly aggressive arthritis, especially in my back, so I tend to go quiet from time to time if I’m unwell. I’m doing much better that way as of late though so I’m hoping to be around more.

I am currently done she is down to about $1,000 😂

First picture is the first floor starting from the entrance to the left of top we have the library / study next to that is the hallway where we have the stairs going up and then the stairs going down to the empty basement, and the next of that we have the kitchen.

Starting on the left on bottom we have the living room and then we have the bathroom the laundry room and the little hall to them, and lastly we have the formal dining room.

And then we also have the outside which I was able to put all the plans in there so that is the greenhouse I still have some plans outside that I am waiting for them to upgrade to perfect along with the trees outside then I also have the little dining area for the barbecue and the pizza maker I have a nectar station and then I have little art station.

Second picture is upstairs which is just the main bedroom the main bathroom and a hall things will start changing once I add more bedrooms I'm going to extend where the stairs are and make that into a long hallway and then I would like to add a music room and then of course a nursery a kid's bathroom and then it gets bedroom and possibly some other rooms 🤷‍♀️

I will go through and take more up close better pictures of all the rooms after I have play tested and played cuz I haven't played in like 4 days and I missed it playing and then go through the fun thing of sending it to my sibling and saving it to my phone then uploading on the phone, but I used moveobjects a lot, and ALT place so are you going to make sure everything works and that she can move around her own house without getting stuck somewhere.

So I had my sim graduate from high school early, she even has a little trait graduated high school early but she has yet to receive her diploma, and they keep making me send her to school.

This is a broken ass game that they keep releasing new stuff for instead of fixing the old stuff.
