At dawn, we're already at the gate and waiting for Rathal so while waiting for him, me and Naeve discuss where we should go. We agreed going further north so we'll go visit Eldham city, it's a bigger town with more stuff going around so we'll probably stay there for two days or so to do bounties before moving on plus we might do some sightseeing.

Rathal arrive and apologized for being late which make Naeve assure him that he isn't at all then turn to me, I nod and lead the way to Eldham city where we have to enter Baxton forest, it's amaze me how the vegetation in this forest is a lot different than Maglin Woods even though they're close to each other.

It's still beautiful at least and Rathal is pretty awesome with his bow and his better skill at tracking animals makes us waste less time on hunting for food. I asked where are his arrows and he smirk then told me to guess. Gods, that smirk is too much, anyways, I replied that he's using magic for arrows and he nods.

He doesn't always use magic as arrows though since it drains a lot of mana so he sometimes also use daggers to attack and he also said he can make arrows during our travel. Hearing him explaining how to make arrows makes it sound so easy which I bet it's difficult.

The three of us took turns telling stories, getting to know each other more before going to sleep, we still need to get out of this forest to enter a cave, Picheller cave. So we can reach Eldham city but before reaching the cave, we'll rest and restock our supplies at Wyehyde town.

Entry #2

We entered Maglin Woods yesterday and now we're halfway through the forest, it's very beautiful and so peaceful if you don't include the beasts.

They're a pain to be honest, you couldn't even walk peacefully for a minute without Rotfiends and Dusksnakes appearing out of nowhere.

We've make camp near a pond and right now Naeve is fishing while I'm here writing and keeping an eye for any possible attacks, it's nearing night time now and usually Maglin Woods sleeps but knowing our luck, we could have a Vexfreak stopping by our camp.

I think we'll arrive at Hafeld by afternoon and from there, we'll decide where to go next but probably we'll do some bounty quests first to earn some gold so we can buy more supplies

Entry #4

It was somewhat easy to hunt the duskhounds and then we collect it's fangs and claws to use it in the future while we skinned it to sell their pelts to a merchant before going to see the village chief to earn our gold.

We split up our gold then look around the town before we sleep and resume travelling tomorrow, I went to the market and while looking at various wares. I bumped into someone and they look beautiful with his crystal blue eyes and a pretty face, I apologized for not looking where I was going and they smile and assured me that they was also distracted.

I introduced myself and he did the same, his name is Rathal Mirageiros and he lives here. He usually work at his home, making potions to sell to the clinic and merchants that sells it to travellers.

We parted ways and he resumes walking to his destination and I went to meet up with Naeve. I couldn't help but blush when I remember his smile and unfortunately, Naeve saw me and he immediately grab me in a headlock and ask what got me looking lovesick.

No way that I'm telling him so jab him with my elbow on his stomach and leave him on the groaning in pain as I walk away then I bumped into Rathal again but this time I fell and he reflexively grab me to stop me from falling and time just seems to stop, we both stare at each other before Naeve clears his throat and we snapped out of it as Rathal pulls me up so I can stand.

Naeve introduce himself to Rathal and he did the same while looking amused and also embarrassed at the same time then out of nowhere, Naeve asked him if he wants to join us travelling!

Rathal looks stunned before looking at me for approval and I dumbly nod in agreement and oh my gods, he smiled so brightly at me before promising to meet up at the gate, tomorrow morning then leaving to pack up his stuff.

Naeve looks at me smugly and I punch his shoulder then hug him as I told him that I'm gonna die from Rathal's smile. Naeve sighs softly and hug me back as he assured that he got my back if he tries to do anything which is funny because I'm pretty sure I'm more powerful than him but I'm forever grateful to him.

This next adventure will either be a blessing or a curse, I probably die from monsters or from his smiles

Entry #1

Hello there, I don't know why I greet in my own diary. I've decided to travel around the world and bring any knowledge and stuff I learnt back to my village.

Naeve keep pestering me to let him join me on my journey and I agreed because why not? He may be a heavy flirt but he's a good man.

We've decided to travel to Hafeld, the journey to there won't be so easy. I bet that we'll meet some beasts in Maglin Woods, not to worry though, we're decent fighters with Naeve using his sword and me casting spells. We can make our way through the woods

Entry #3

By afternoon, we've finally reached the gate that will lead us to Hafeld town. There are guards at the gate and told us to identify ourselves which we did and they let us in to the village.

Naeve is really excited as he look around the small town, taking in the sights, the stalls, the people and of course, their food. We're pretty much hungry and it's afternoon so I had to drag him to one of the hut that has delicious smells coming out of it.

We sat on one of the empty tables and Naeve ordered chicken roasted with a cup of mulberry juice while I ordered rabbit stew with a cup of green tea. We ate with gusto then enjoyed our drinks while keeping an ear out for amy rumors or possible bounty quest when Naeve poke me as gesture his head towards the left of him and I turn to see a board with various bounty quests pinned on it.

I stood up and went towards it to see if there's anything good and within our skills to be able to complete it and I found one

Duskhounds only appear during night time hence their name and they're usually well hidden in the dark so killing them would be difficult for the townspeople. I grabbed the bounty and walk to the barman to pay for our meals then we're off to hunt them.
