Ryosuke Takahashi
You always admired Ryosuke Takahashi's skills and dedication to street racing, but you never imagined you’d become a part of his world. When you joined Project D as a support crew member, you were thrilled. You were good with numbers and had a knack for strategy, which Ryosuke quickly noticed. However, what you didn’t notice was how his eyes lingered on you a bit longer than necessary, or how he seemed to find excuses to be around you more often than anyone else.
“Here, take a look at this,” Ryosuke handed you his laptop with the latest data from Keisuke’s practice runs.
You took the laptop from him, your focus solely on the numbers and graphs displayed on the screen. “His entry speed is a bit off on the third hairpin. If he doesn’t adjust, he’ll lose too much time,” you murmured, completely engrossed in the data.
Ryosuke watched you with a small smile, noticing how your brow furrowed in concentration. “You’re right. We’ll have to go over that with him before the race,” he replied, though his mind was more on how cute you looked when you were deep in thought than on the data itself.
You nodded, already typing out some notes to bring up during the team meeting. “I’ll make sure to mention it to him,” you said, still oblivious to the way Ryosuke’s gaze softened when you weren’t looking.
The days passed with you completely focused on your work with Project D, your analytical mind a perfect complement to Ryosuke’s strategic genius. The two of you spent countless hours together, often working late into the night to ensure everything was perfect for the next race. Ryosuke appreciated your dedication, but he also found himself growing more and more captivated by you.
One evening, after a particularly long day of preparations, Ryosuke suggested a break. “Let’s grab something to eat. You’ve been working nonstop,” he said, his tone gentle yet firm.
You looked up from your notes, surprised. “Oh, I’m fine. There’s still a lot to do before tomorrow,” you replied, not even realizing how exhausted you were.
Ryosuke shook his head, a slight smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “You’ll work better with a full stomach. Besides, it’s on me,” he added, hoping to make the offer more appealing.
You hesitated, but the rumble of your stomach betrayed you. “Okay, fine. But only because you’re insisting,” you finally agreed, standing up and stretching, completely unaware of the way Ryosuke’s eyes followed your movements.
At the small diner, the two of you sat across from each other, the atmosphere surprisingly relaxed. Ryosuke found himself opening up more than usual, sharing stories from his past races and even a bit about his life outside of Project D. You listened intently, genuinely interested in everything he had to say.
“You’ve accomplished so much, Ryosuke,” you said with admiration, your eyes shining as you looked at him. “It’s no wonder everyone respects you so much.”
Ryosuke felt a warmth spread through him at your words. “I couldn’t have done any of it without the team… and without people like you,” he replied, his voice softer than usual.
You blushed slightly at the compliment, but quickly brushed it off. “I’m just doing my part,” you said with a shrug, completely missing the deeper meaning behind his words.
The next few weeks were a whirlwind of activity as Project D prepared for a series of intense races. Ryosuke and you continued to work closely together, your bond growing stronger with each passing day. However, your obliviousness to Ryosuke’s feelings remained as strong as ever.
One night, after another successful race, the team was celebrating at a local hangout spot. You were chatting with Keisuke about his latest victory when Ryosuke approached, a rare smile on his face.
“You did great tonight,” Ryosuke said, his eyes locking onto yours.
You grinned back at him, completely missing the way Keisuke rolled his eyes at the obvious tension between his brother and you. “Thanks! It was all thanks to your strategy, though,” you replied, giving Ryosuke all the credit.
Keisuke decided to take matters into his own hands. “You know, Ryosuke’s been talking about you a lot lately,” he said with a smirk, earning a sharp look from his older brother.
You blinked in surprise, turning to Ryosuke. “Really? What about?” you asked, genuinely curious.
Ryosuke cleared his throat, a bit flustered for once. “Just… your dedication to the team. It’s impressive,” he said, trying to keep his voice steady.
You smiled, completely oblivious to the deeper meaning behind his words. “Well, I’m glad I can help. Project D is important to me, too,” you said earnestly.
Keisuke sighed in exasperation, but before he could say anything else, Ryosuke shot him a warning look. Keisuke just shook his head, muttering something about how hopeless his brother could be.
As Project D’s journey continued, so did Ryosuke’s feelings for you. He admired your intelligence, your passion, and the way you fit so perfectly into the team. But most of all, he cherished the moments he got to spend with you, even if you remained blissfully unaware of his growing affection.
One day, after another long session of planning, Ryosuke found himself sitting beside you, the two of you alone in the quiet room. He glanced at you, his heart pounding in his chest as he mustered up the courage to speak.
“You know,” he began, his voice steady, “I’ve been thinking… about what comes after Project D.”
You looked up at him, surprised by the sudden change in topic. “Oh? What do you have in mind?” you asked, genuinely curious.
Ryosuke hesitated for a moment, then decided to take the plunge. “I’m not sure yet. But whatever it is… I hope you’ll be a part of it,” he said, his gaze intense as he looked into your eyes.
You blinked, taken aback by the seriousness in his tone. “Of course I will. We make a great team,” you replied, smiling brightly at him, completely missing the deeper implication of his words.
Ryosuke’s heart sank slightly, but he couldn’t help but smile back at you. “Yeah… we do,” he said softly, deciding that for now, just having you by his side was enough.
As the two of you continued working together, Ryosuke remained patient, content with the moments you shared, even if you were still blissfully unaware of his true feelings. After all, he was nothing if not strategic—and he knew that eventually, you’d realize just how much you meant to him. Until then, he would cherish every second he got to spend with you, hoping that one day, you’d see him as more than just a teammate.
Keisuke Takahashi
Keisuke Takahashi had always been known for his hot-headed demeanor and intense focus on racing. The moment he first met you, though, something changed. You weren't like the other members of Project D, who were all about speed and precision. You brought a refreshing lightness to the team—always cheerful, supportive, and completely oblivious to the fact that Keisuke had developed a massive crush on you.
Your role in Project D was crucial, even if it wasn't behind the wheel. You helped with coordination, keeping track of logistics, and making sure the drivers were well-prepared before each race. You had a knack for anticipating what the team needed before they even knew it themselves. Keisuke noticed this, of course. He noticed everything about you, from the way your eyes lit up when you were talking about the latest racing strategy, to how you'd laugh at the smallest things, bringing an unexpected warmth to the otherwise intense atmosphere of Project D.
"Hey, can you hand me that wrench?" Keisuke's voice startled you from your thoughts one afternoon. You were in the garage, helping the mechanics with some last-minute checks on his Mazda FD3S RX-7.
"Oh! Sure, here you go," you said with a smile, handing him the tool. Keisuke took it from your hand, his fingers brushing against yours for the briefest moment. You didn't think much of it, but Keisuke's heart skipped a beat.
"Thanks," he muttered, trying to sound casual. You nodded, oblivious to the way his eyes lingered on you for a moment longer than necessary.
During race days, you were always there, cheering on the drivers with an infectious enthusiasm. Keisuke often found himself glancing in your direction, drawn to the way you seemed to genuinely care about every race, every driver, every result.
One evening after a successful race, the team gathered to celebrate. You were in high spirits, laughing and chatting with the others, completely unaware that Keisuke was watching you from across the room, his expression softer than usual.
"You did great out there tonight, Keisuke!" you said when you finally caught his eye. "I knew you'd win!"
He blinked, momentarily caught off guard by the warmth in your voice. "Yeah, well… thanks," he replied, trying to hide the slight blush creeping up his neck.
"You should smile more, you know," you teased lightly, completely unaware of the effect your words had on him. "You always look so serious."
"I’m focused," Keisuke replied, trying to maintain his usual tough exterior. But there was a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
"Focused, huh?" you grinned, nudging him playfully. "Well, it's good to have that intensity on the track. But it's nice to see you relax every now and then."
Keisuke’s heart thudded in his chest. He wasn’t used to this—feeling vulnerable, wanting to open up. But with you, it felt… different. He wanted to talk more, share more, and maybe even tell you how he really felt. But every time he tried, the words got stuck in his throat.
One day, as the team prepared for a particularly challenging race, you noticed Keisuke looking a little more tense than usual. You walked over to him, offering him a bottle of water.
"Hey, you okay?" you asked, concern in your eyes. "You seem a bit off today."
Keisuke took the water from you, trying to play it cool. "I’m fine. Just… thinking."
You smiled at him, that bright, oblivious smile that always made his heart do somersaults. "You’re going to do great, I know it. Just trust yourself."
He nodded, your words giving him a strange sense of calm. "Thanks… I mean it."
"Anytime," you said, giving him a thumbs-up. "We’re all rooting for you."
As you walked away to help the others, Keisuke watched you go, his chest tight with the feelings he didn’t quite know how to express. He wanted to say something—anything—to let you know how much you meant to him. But every time he tried, the moment seemed to slip away.
It wasn’t until after that race, when the team was winding down, that Keisuke finally mustered up the courage to approach you.
"Hey," he said, a little more awkwardly than he intended.
"Hey!" you replied, turning to face him with that same bright smile. "You were amazing out there! I’m so proud of you!"
Keisuke’s heart pounded. He wanted to tell you everything—how much your support meant to him, how he looked forward to seeing you every day, how you were the reason he pushed himself so hard. But all he could manage was:
"I… appreciate you."
You blinked in surprise, not fully grasping the weight of his words. "I appreciate you too, Keisuke! We make a great team, don’t we?"
He nodded, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "Yeah… we do."
As you turned away, already moving on to the next task, Keisuke sighed, running a hand through his hair. He’d have to try again another day. For now, he was content just being around you, even if you had no idea how much you meant to him.
And who knows? Maybe one day, you’d notice the way his eyes softened whenever he looked at you, or how he was always a little kinder, a little more patient when you were around. Until then, Keisuke would keep racing, keep pushing himself, all with you in his thoughts, waiting for the right moment to finally tell you how he felt.

Sex with them.
╾━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━დ
sup. I got a little bit too brave and decided to go out of my comfort zone, so...here's a couple of headcanons that came straight out of my delusions. ( ͡❛ ₃ ͡❛)
Note: Those are characters that my custom wheel chose, cause I'm indecisive. AND I HATE THE WORD COCK IT'S DISGUSTING OIEFJOSPOSLA
reader is afab!
warnings: idk it's sex expect everything lmfao
genre(s): smut
All characters are 20+. MINORS DNI
Characters: Mikey (Sano Manjiro), Hanma Shuji, Baji Keisuke, Chifuyu Matsuno, Takashi Mitsuya
╾━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━დ
╾━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━დ
Mikey is majority of the time slow. Painfully, teasingly slow. He cannot hold himself for long, because he yearns for your body and the warmth of your walls at every given second of his life, and just inserting his tip inside of you is capable of making him cum instantly. You are the only person who can get him to this state, who can give him the pleasure he always dreamed of. He wants to enjoy all of you as long as he can, even if he doesn't cum himself, even if it means he has to miss an entire work day, he just wants to feel you, or more precisely, your pussy that is sopping wet from him. His slow thrusts are sending waves down his dick and inside of you that pass by your intimate zones slowly, making the feeling more euphoric. His hands are always traversing your body, caressing it, massaging it, but his favorite part of you are your boobs. He whimpers softly. Mikey would always opt for the reverse cowgirl, doggy style or prone bone, because he enjoys watching your ass jiggle when he thrusts.
Baji is rough, unsurprisingly. And I mean it. He knows the difference between fast and rough, and is capable of driving you to tears from how mercilessly he pounds into you, grunting and growling like a wild animal. He has a steady grip on the fat of your hips at all times, moving your hips with the same rough pace he usually keeps up. He loves choking you and biting you, leaving marks all around your body. Baji wants to see you cry from pleasure, he adores the way your face is all red, your eyes are shut close and watery from the way he is manhandling you. Baji opts for positions where he can see your face, he adores how you grimace and scrunch your nose from the overwhelming pleasure he's capable of giving you. He loves holding the back of your head while squeezing your hair and licking your lips, or even nibbling on your lower lip, and of course, landing a hard slap on your ass, boobs, or thighs.
Chifuyu is a sweetheart who will ask you 15 times if you're okay with what he's doing. He's invested more in your own pleasure and is willing to do anything to make you cum. He isn't vocal in terms of moaning or whimpering, but he is vocal in terms of praising you. He wants to be dominated and wants you to take the lead most of the time, choke him, pull his hair, and if you tell him he's a good boy or an obedient pet he will literally cum in his boxers. He's submissive af lmao. Chifuyu is slow and sensual, but increases his pace once he hears you moan for him or instruct him to. He loves, loves, LOVES you riding him and just being on top of him, overpowering him. He loves seeing your entire body move in rhythm with his movements, and he wants you to place your hands on his neck, and even land a gentle slap on his cheeks.
Hanma will fucking bend you. He loves degrading and humiliating you, calling you his own whore, slut, doll or something. He's going to try and bend you into positions that will initially hurt your thighs, but he will massage them with his lean fingers while pounding inside of you, and these positions are the reason he hits your g-spot with every single thrust every.single.time. Mind you he's going to keep his signature grin, chuckling at the sight of your gaping mouth, and he will stick his fingers inside of it. He's a fucking menace and loves orgasm control. The way you grunt and grimace in disappointment when he denies your climax makes him go feral. He just knows when you're about to cum even when you don't tell him, and he stops you from doing so. And he's going fast, squeezing the back of your thighs until there's blue bruises from his fingers. An absolute ass slapper too fr.
Mitsuya makes you custom lingerie and always makes sure you have it on during sex. He always makes them brighter colors, so he can see the wet stain your pussy leaves on your panties the moment he shows you his hard dick and/or massages your crotch through the fabric. He even prepares you panties with a special hole in them, for easy access. Mitsuya adores to fuck you on his work table while youre laying down on your back, making it shake and tremble as he plunges inside of you, and at the same time admiring your body in the lingerie. The bra is always see-through, with a special harness in intricate shapes that enhance your chest area. He's fast, but at the same time sensual and considerate, trying not to inflict any pain to you. Mitsuya changes his pace frequently, he might go like an animal, and out of nowhere he will go slow, just to tease you and make you groan in frustration. He's capable of ripping apart the lingerie to pieces, but he doesn't want to ruin his work, so he just sticks to pulling the straps of the panties or garters. Adores eating you out and making you squirt, then sticking his tongue out to gather as much of your juice as he could.

“What will become of my dear friend?
Where will his actions lead us then?"
For People who are unaware of my spontaneous Vampire AU, here is a small recap (or refer back to this blog posts from previous years):
2022
2023
Vampires are seen as mosquitoes in this world. They visit humans very frequently so they are viewed as a nuisance. Especially if the Vampires enjoy your blood type, they visit the same household over and over. It’s kind a similar to how we view grocery stores. So because of that, a lot of people do have repellants to ward off these pesky vampires. However, some witnesses have stated that the Vampire are very beautiful so a lot of people purposely do not hang any repellants to get the chance to see vampiric beauty.
Much like how we have bug control, they have Vampire Hunters. The biggest Vampire Hunters is the Takahashi Household. They are famous for their skilled work and their various hunts of the strongest vampires. It has been said that they purposely maintain their body to provide delicious blood to the vampires to purposely attract them (almost like moths to a flame). Many Vampires are aware of this so despite the tempting smell, so they usually hold back except for one Vampire named Takumi. In which that he does prove the rumours are very true. Their blood is by far the best even compared to the most wealthiest blood in the market.
If you’re wondering as to how Vampires get their blood, there isn’t much of a law system so a Vampire can steal a human’s blood without punishment. The Vampire can either choose to hunt or simply buy it from the market. Similar to our meat market, there are grades to the blood.
First being Commoner blood, the most standard level of blood. Next is High blood, usually are owners of wealthy humans. Next up is Aristocrat, as the name states, blood from old nobility. Depending on the name, the price can vary. After that is Royal blood, known for its prestige. Then lastly, Hunter’s blood which is the only unattainable blood since every Vampire who tried to acquire it usually ends up being dead. It’s the most sought after blood due to the smell of it being so good that even without tasting it, you just know it would be divine.
(Fun fact, the wealthy vampires actually enjoys the Aristocrat and High blood more than the Royal blood. The Royal blood is known to be a little too sugary and the lack of exercise ruins the taste.)
I always like to imagine this vampire AU as a weird musical and oddly enough, Nightmare before Christmas and The Phantom Opera always get the perfect vibe.
No really, I have this mini musical in my head that if I don’t sketch it out, I will go insane.
The funniest part when I first was writing this, it was started off as a joke. When I heard that Vampires are beautiful to lure humans in, I just thought about closeted dudebros. Like what if some dude fell in love with a Vampire but blamed it on the Vampire’s charm. Rather than realizing his feelings, he is like “THIS VAMPIRE IS CURSING ME WITH HIS HANDSOMENESS. YOU DEMON.” And the Vampire is like, “Dude, I wasn’t even trying to charm you.”
Like wouldn’t it be funny of an over dramatic man being like, “BE GONE YOU FOUL BEAST” and he throws a piece of garlic at the vampire and he is like, “ow…. You asshole…. You could have just told me to leave”
If you would like to know yes, Ryosuke does bring up the ridiculousness of Keisuke being in a relationship with a vampire despite him being a Vampire Hunter. Of course, Keisuke would do the cliche thing of “YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND OUR LOVE” and just storm off.

🌸 Big 🌸 Byakuya 🌸 Energy 🌸
A while back there was a meme with a question about your fave crossover; I'm not a big crossover person, but any time we watch anything there is always running Bleach commentary, whether it's "this is what [Bleach character] would do in this situation" or "oh hey it's Kibune" because the show has some strangely-dressed weirdo with shaggy hair and rectangular glasses. Like I mentioned yesterday, we recently watched Initial D for the first time, which for the uninitiated is an anime about a bunch of guys who drive down hills every night. Sometimes they also drive *up* the hill.
With apologies to Initial D superfans, the human characters really didn't do it for me, though the cars are wonderful 110% of the time. None of the human characters except, that is, Takahashi Ryosuke, because he has the
🌸 BIGGEST BYAKUYA ENERGY I HAVE EVER SEEN 🌸
outside of Byakuya himself. Like, inasmuch as none of the human characters stood out to me, the one thing I do really respect about them as a group is that this show is filled with a bunch of the least cool people you will ever meet in your life, and I love that. But Takahashi Ryosuke is on his own wavelength even in such storied company. The point of this post is not to talk about Initial D so much as it is to celebrate the sheer force of Big Byakuya Energy permeating this other man, because it highlights the intensity of the BBE of it all. Does Takahashi Ryosuke predate Byakuya? Sure, but it's *Big Byakuya Energy* because this is Kuchiki "28th Head of the Noblest of the 5 4 Noble Houses" Byakuya we're talking about.
Here's Takahashi Ryosuke's Top 5 BBE Moments:
1. He once corrected a member of his racing team by stating,
🌸 "I didn't give him advice. I gave him instructions." 🌸
Which reflects an exactitude of diction/intent that Byakuya probably restates on the daily re: his vice captain, Renji.
2. When his teammate/brother [Renji] crashes his car because an opponent illegally/nefariously throws oil over the road, someone asks him if he shouldn't offer [Renji] support, because his car is broken and that's sad. And Takahashi Ryosuke was just like, no, because
🌸 "If I were him [and didn't want to suffer those consequences] then I simply would not have crashed." 🌸
Peak Byakuya logic/critique
3. His primary arc is defined by a hardline adherence to a seemingly arbitrary rule he's set for himself. (He takes even less time to explain his reasoning to the rest of the class than Byakuya does.)
4. HE IS CONSTANTLY MICRONAPPING THROUGH THE TEAM MEETINGS.
5. This is way later in the series, well after we'd decided this guy had Big Byakuya Energy, but I shit you not, he has a doomed past romance with a young dead lover. Also, this romance is wrapped up in THE MOST GOTHIC ROMANCE PLOT you can possibly imagine a Mazda RX-7 to be part of.
And his primary nemesis in this arc's street name is **SHINIGAMI**
LMAOOOOOOO
6. Actually, he also plucked his brother/teammate from the wilds of some bike gang, aka Inuzuri, the chop shop capital of Soul Society. (In the universe where Byakuya is Takahashi Ryosuke, Renji and Rukia have been combined into one person named Keisuke).
Bonus: Here he is throwing his 8 trillion kan heirloom scarf onto Renji:
This is all incredibly endearing to me, because Byakuya is the weirdest weirdo known to man and I adore him, and it charms me greatly to know that if Soul Society were Car Society,
Byakuya's That Guy driving around with a rotary engine because of course he is.
Takahashi Ryosuke is what would happen if Byakuya's reigai found a car dealership. Byakuya would absolutely address him as 'kei' and they would be bewildering and insufferable together and I would die happy.
#bleach#bleach headcanons#i feel like i cannot in good conscience tag this for ID but i can and will tag#takahashi ryosuke#kuchiki byakuya#no brain just bleach#he also appears to be independently wealthy and even in-series other teams look at his like 'you guys are soo extra lol???'#also when he sent his initial challenge to the main character he did so by sending him a bouquet of roses?? no explanation no thematic#follow-through this is just a thing that happens#it's how your flower-affiliated shikai manifests when you live in car society

What I Watched This Week 7/23 – 7/29
Concrete Revolutio - I saw this called out in the sidebar on Reddit, and figured I might as well give it a try despite its sub-7.00 rating on MAL. It's hard to sum up the kind of story this was, but I guess you could say it's an ambitious anime original about a group of superhumans, aliens, time-travelers, and yokai working for the government that asks a number of questions about ethics and justice. I don't think it ever really delivers any good answers to the questions, and one of the main female characters was unbearably naïve and too wrapped up in her crush on the main character for my tastes, but it was well-animated and perfectly entertaining as a simple magic and robots action anime. A mixed bag. 7/10
Initial D Fourth Stage - Now 19 years old and out of high school, Takumi has joined up with the Takahashi brothers to form Project D, where Takumi and Keisuke go around to other prefectures and race their top racers with the support of Ryousuke and a small army of mechanics. I know the Takahashis come from a rich family, but I have no idea where all the money they would need for this endeavor must come from, but that's beside the point I guess. A couple of things bothered me in this season, mainly the girl who raced Keisuke and then developed a crush on him, as this series can't seem to imagine a female character that isn't romantically involved somehow with one of the male characters. However, the big highlight for me was Takumi's father buying his own car, absolutely smoking Takumi on the downhill at Akina, and just being like "stay humble, squirt". 100% chad dad behavior. 8/10
My Neighbors the Yamadas - The reviews for this on MAL gave me a hearty chuckle, as half of them are satisfied viewers who enjoyed the vignettes about this typical Japanese family going through their daily lives, and the other half are furious that something from Ghibli would have such simple art and no plot, the horrors! For my part, I really enjoyed both the art and the disconnected little stories of everything from leaving the youngest child at the store by accident, to grandma talking down a motorcycle gang. The art gave the impression of a greeting card or story book, which matched the wistful, nostalgic vibe of the stories. It's a look at a typical flawed family that laughs at itself affectionately. 8/10

石田お寿司 12/9/21 stream translation Part 4
This is not the full translation of the stream. I only translated the parts I could understand & interpret or parts I found interesting/important. I’m still a beginner in Japanese, so the translations may not be accurate. If you want to repost, please repost at your own risk.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(t/n: ** means translation may not be accurate.)
I: We’re talking about the commemoration of 30,000 subscribers, right? What should we do?
C: Is this a chatting stream?
I: Well, yeah.
C: Let’s play game now.
I: I’m totally okay with it.
C: I feel bad that I pinned this person’s comment. Should I unpin it? This is what’ll happen if you guys aren’t careful with your comments. You’ll be exposed. I’ll forgive this person.
C: Please do streaming of you working on lyrics.
I: I’m totally okay with something like that.
C: Have you ever received hair?
I: I did receive something similar. A deep red colour. Was it a wig or something? This is a true story.
C: Scary!
I: I didn’t think it was scary though. I was like “I see…”. It was unique.
C: Have you received a marriage registration form?
I: No, but I once received a purikura photo from a gal. The letter was cute. She’s seriously a gal, with the round letters and all. She’s super young and the purikara was cute. The content of the letter was hilarious. She’s like “Let’s hang out!”, “It’s fun!” “I read TG! I don’t understand it, but it’s fun!”. She’s totally a gal. It was amazing. How did I get that? That’s a good one, though I didn’t get to hang out with her.
C: Eh, is it okay to send purikura?
I: I’ll just take a look at it if you send one. I won’t do anything about it. Nothing will happen.
C: Impressive move.
I: Right? But I think it’s the culture. I wanna experience this kind of culture as well. I want gals and Exile fans to read my works, not just people who have read TG. I wanna write something that everyone can enjoy.
C: You wanna interact with gals?
I: I wanna try. Normally, you won’t be able to, right? Have I ever talked to a gal before? A real gal. Avu-chan was super gal-like. Avu-chan is a gal. My first encounter with a gal was with Avu-chan from Queen Bee.
*He’s imitating Avu-chan’s way of talking.
I: I see. So there’s a lot of way to enjoy TG.
C: Seems like you’d be a grandpa.
I: Definitely the case if I ever meet a gal.
C: Are you extremely close with her (avu-chan)?
I: I’m the type who approach the other party. Well, I’m sure everyone is like this, but don’t you have different personas? I wasn’t pretending or anything, but I wore a gal persona for the first time when I was with Avu-chan. Avu-chan has a gal-like personality, so I thought I also needed a new persona. By the way, have you played the game Persona? Just like how the main character attained new personas, the gal persona came out aggressively from behind me and possessed me.
I: Akechi is cool, right? (t/n: Akechi is a character from Persona 5.)
C: Please impersonate Avu-chan.
I: Avu-chan’s impersonation? “But then~”. How is it again? “Sui Sensei is~”. But she talks about deep stuffs, even though she’s a gal. Although she’s a gal, she’s someone with a lot of knowledge.
C: can you read gal’s alphabet?
I: I can if I try hard enough.
I: I wanna include a gal character in choujin x.
C: Sensei seems to have high communication skill.
I: I don’t think so. There’s a term called ‘communication monster’. My friend, Takahashi Kunimitsu form Osterreich is a communication monster. He knows how to hype people up, since he doesn’t say offensive things.** He can join in conversations with anyone, anywhere like a clown. Then, he’ll be very tired after that. It’s wearing him out on top of having a high communication skill. That is a communication monster. I can join in a conversation as well, but unless it’s with someone I’m fond with, I won’t. It’s tiring.
C: People who are good at getting along with others do exist.
I: Yes. He’s good at that.
I: Kunimitsu’s seriously amazing. He got along with a granny he just met in a bar. I just listened to their conversation the entire time.
C: Isn’t that considered as a communication disability if you get tired by it?
I: I do think it’s a sign of communication disability**, But again, that’s just another side of it. It’s the same as shy people who can speak well.
C: Was it the one you posted on twitter?
I: Yup. The one at the bar in Nogata. Was it in Nogata? Probably there. But I think band men have great communication skill, since they meet various types of people.
Y****: I don’t like gals.
I: That’s not good. You’re in the theatre club, after all. Someone involves in theatres can’t be bias. It’s okay if you don’t like them, but it’s better to come across them.
C: Is it important to talk and meet with various people?
I: Hm, I wonder. I think it’s important, especially when you’re still shaping your identity. I speak like this because I didn’t manage to meet and get along with people. I was super serious whenever I was invited to a live show, like the time I met Mr. TK. I was super serious every time I met people when I was in my 20s.
C: You did meet Gegegay, right? (t/n: Tokyo Gegegay is a Japanese dance & music group.)
I: I did. I might not be able to converse with him if I didn’t come prepared. They’re super nice though. Mr. Mikey’s punch was strong. I was like “so we’re gonna have this kind of conversation on our first meeting.”. But it was really entertaining. He’s actually being considerate of me. Somehow, I’ve had a conversation with Mr. Mikey and Ms. Reol, just the three of us remotely. Mr. Mikey was really considerate during the conversation to make it very enjoyable. I was amazed by it.
(t/n: Mikey is the leader of Tokyo Gegegay. Reol is a Japanese singer.)
C: Have you ever met Hirose Alice? (t/n: Hirose Alice is an actress. She’s a big fan of TG.)
I: Nope. I think it’s better not to meet her. There’s no chance to meet her.
C: Who’s the person you’re most nervous with when you met them?
I: It’s hard to tell, but I felt nervous every time I met someone for the first time. Then, the feeling gradually disappeared after I got to know them. That’s not good, isn’t it? But, when I met Togashi sensei, it’s more like a dream. It’s an indescribable feeling when I met him. I was like “This kind of feeling exists.” I was nervous when I met Avu-chan as well. But rather than feeling nervous, since she was very nice, I was able to talk a lot. It was fun.
*Someone asked if he had meet Masataka Kubota.
I: I’ve met him.
C: Do you have a mentor?
I: Probably Hara sensei. The word ‘mentor’ is hard to describe. But, he’s somewhat a mentor-like presence to me. I don’t know.
C: Do you like Yonezu Kenshi?
I: That’s needless to say. Everyone likes him.
*Someone asked if he’s met Horikoshi Kohei sensei (BNHA’s author).
I: Nope. We have the same age.
C: He drew the draft while lying down, right? (t/n: OP probably talking about Togashi sensei.)
I: He showed me how he did the draft.
*Someone asked if he’s met Inoue Takehiko sensei (Slam dunk’s author.)
I: Nope. If Hara sensei is considered as my mentor, though I can just call him that, Inoue Takehiko sensei would be my mentor uncle.
C: Was Masataka Kubota good-looking?
I: He’s super good-looking.
*Someone asked if he’s met Kotoyama sensei (Dagashikashi’s author).
I: I’ve never met her.
*Someone asked if he’s met Araki Hirohiko sensei (Jojo’s author).
I: Nope. Wait, I did. It was when I was still an assistant. My senior, Matsubara Toshimitsu sensei, who’s writing a manga called Kurogane no Valhallian in Young jump, was like “Araki Hirohiko is here! Let’s meet him for a bit!”, and I agreed to him. Araki sensei is on another level, as expected. He’s super-duper famous, after all. All the assistants were surrounding him, asking him for pictures. When it was our turn, my smile was so stiff when I took a picture with him. I was too nervous. It was a distorted smile. Then, Mr. Matsubara accidentally stepped on Araki sensei’s foot. He’s like “I’m sorry! I accidentally stepped on your foot!” By the way, I went to the new year’s party in my pajama, which had curry on the sleeve and took a picture with Araki sensei. The clothes were shabby. Since Araki sensei was a nice person, He complimented me saying the it was fashionable. I was so thankful. He complimented my pilled and curry stained clothes. I was happy for that. I went there wearing pajama because I didn’t have any other clothes. The clothes were in a white colour. I went there wearing a parker with dull pants. He was really cool. Very young-looking and a wonderful person.
C: Have you gotten a chance to meet Miura Kentaro sensei (Berserk’s author)?
I: No, I’d never met him. I liked him a lot. I still like him. I can’t continue talking about him. It’s too sad. I can’t express how I feel other than I’m sad. Death. Regarding this, I wish people wouldn’t pray to the dead souls so casually. I don’t like praying to the dead souls nor do I like people doing that as well.
C: Have you met Mengo sensei (Scum’s wish’s author) and Aka sensei (Kaguya sama’s author)?
I: I’ve met Ms. Mengo a long time ago. She’s always present at parties. She’s quite stand out as well. She’s wearing cat ears the first time I met her. It was cute. I think I have met Akasaka sensei. Probably just introduced myself.
C: You’re a mangaka, but have you been surprised by other mangakas’ personalities?
I: Pretty much. Like their images or...Well, aren’t you like that with everyone? Isn’t it normal to be surprised by their images, physiques, and voices? Since you never imagine about those things.
C: I want you to meet Isayama sensei.
I: Isayama sensei’s also the same age as me.
C: I have met Itagaki Keisuke sensei (Baki’s author)!
I: So you’ve met him. I see.
C: Have you met Inagawa Junji (actor & director)?
I: I want to.
*Ishida was about to read a comment but stopped.
I: People will keep asking who I’ve met if I answer this, so I’ll skip it.
*He still answered the question.
I: I’ve never met Ryuuichi (illustrator & character designer). He’s gotten married. He looks happy, so it’s all well. Ever since before, I didn’t think he had to be that self-asserting. He didn’t need to tell who he was. It’s already written in his account. I was like “Don’t worry, everyone knows. Everyone sees it.” Well, he looks happy, above all.
C: I was excited seeing Hara sensei at the Kingdom exhibition.
I: Oh, he was there.

Keisuke Takahashi befriending a Tsuyome Gyaru Reader
a/n: Whenever I make scenarios in my head with Keisuke, I always imagine him with an energetic, girly s/o (even though I know it's canon that he despises air-headed bimbos but idc!) It'd be cute if a girl who's all bubbly and flashy catches his eye.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆
When he first met you, he was initially annoyed by the way you dressed. He found your bold makeup, flashy nails, and daring fashion a bit much.
He never paid that much attention to girls, preferring to prioritize his racing skills and his challenges within the scene than think about flirting.
But for some reason, he couldn't help but glance towards you whenever he saw your cheetah print clothes and rhinestone belts.
Or maybe it was your annoyingly loud voice that would get his attention, always yapping off to your squabble of bimbos about how sleek and shiny his FD was.
He guessed he could appreciate your taste.
Keisuke began to notice you everywhere; whether it was at races, at car meets, or even at random spots around town. Each time, his annoyance mingled with an unspoken appreciation.
He hated to admit it, but your presence started to become something he looked forward to, even if it was just to roll his eyes at your latest over-the-top outfit.
He couldn’t deny there was something intriguing about the way you carried yourself with such confidence, completely unbothered by the stares you received
One night, you approached him, your usual boldness on full display. "Hey, RedSun, your FD looks amazing tonight," you said with a wink, completely unbothered by his cold stare.
He grunted in response, trying to play it cool.
"Good luck on the race tonight, not like ya need it," you giggled, false lashes fluttering.
"Yeah, thanks." He said gruffly, turning away coldly.
You walked away with a hum, unperturbed by his attitude.
He discreetly watched as the patterns of your clothes moved satisfyingly with your body, as if you were a cheetah yourself.
Keisuke found himself unable to shake the image of you from his mind as he prepped for the race.
As he climbed into his FD, he stole another glance in your direction, catching you laughing with your friends.
Throughout the race, Keisuke pushed his FD to its limits, but your words lingered in his mind, driving him even harder.
After crossing the finish line, victorious as usual, he glanced around, looking for his brother.
Subconsciously, he kept an eye out for your bold makeup-covered face, immediately finding you and making eye contact.
He couldn't help but feel a strange warmth at the proud smile and approving nod you gave him from across the crowd, and he quickly looked away.
One night, while waiting for Takumi to show up for the 86's next race against a local challenger, Keisuke was engrossed in a conversation with his teammate about engine specs when he heard a familiar, bubbly voice cutting through the noise.
It was you, surrounded by your usual squad of friends, your bright cheetah print outfit standing out in the crowd.
You were in the middle of animatedly discussing car modifications with your friends. Keisuke's ears perked up as you rattled off details about turbochargers, suspension systems, and engine tuning with a confidence that made him pause. He tried to ignore it, but your knowledge was hard to dismiss.
He moved closer, casually pretending to look at a nearby car while eavesdropping on your conversation. The way you described the intricacies of tuning a car’s performance was impressive. You mentioned specific brands and models, your eyes lighting up with genuine passion.
It was clear you knew what you were talking about, and Keisuke found himself grudgingly impressed.
Later that evening, as you were heading off with your friends, Keisuke approached you. He tried to keep his tone casual, though there was a hint of curiosity in his voice. “Hey, I heard you talking about car mods earlier. You really know your stuff.”
You looked surprised for a moment, then grinned. “Yeah, I’ve been into tuning my ride for a while now. I guess it’s not something everyone expects from someone like me.”
“Definitely not,” he admitted, trying to sound nonchalant. “But it’s impressive. I didn’t think you were into that side of things."
“Most people don’t,” you hum with a shrug. “But I just started getting into this stuff, like, a few years ago. I've been into racing long before I've been dressing like this.”
Keisuke nodded, a newfound respect in his eyes. “Well, you’ve got a lot more knowledge than I gave you credit for. It’s nice to see someone who’s got both style and substance.”
Over the next few weeks, you and Keisuke kept running into each other at races and meets. Each time, he’d find a reason to ask for your opinion on car stuff. You’d always deliver, your enthusiasm never waning. He couldn’t help but appreciate how you made even the most technical topics interesting.
After a particularly exhilarating race where you had cheered him on from the sidelines, Keisuke caught up with you afterward. He wasn’t his usual cool self; instead, he seemed more relaxed, almost content.
“Hey, you really went all out tonight,” he said, glancing at your latest eye-catching outfit. “I think you might be my lucky charm.”
You hoped he couldn't see it underneath the heavy foundation, but your cheeks blossomed with heat from his words.
"Aww, really? You're making me blush, Takahashi!" You teased, trying to hide how genuinely flustered you felt.
Keisuke smirked at your reaction, clearly enjoying the effect his words had on you. His usual aloof demeanor seemed to crack just a little, revealing a hint of a more genuine smile.
“Don’t get any funny ideas,” he said, though his tone was lighter than usual. “I’m just saying that you’ve got a knack for being where I need you to be.”
You laughed, not missing a beat. “Well, I guess that makes us even then. I’ll keep looking gorgeous if it means you keep racing like a pro.”
He raised an eyebrow, looking at you with a mix of amusement and something warmer. “Fine by me. Just don’t go thinking you can keep me on my toes all the time.”
As you both stood there, the noise of the crowd around you seemed to fade into the background. Keisuke’s gaze lingered on you for a moment longer before he looked away, clearly trying to hide how much he enjoyed your company.
“Well,” you said, looking down at the charms of your long fake nails. “I’d better go check on my friends. See you around, RedSun.”
Keisuke nodded, watching as you walked away with your usual confident stride.
Despite his initial annoyance, he found himself looking forward to your next encounter. There was something undeniably intriguing about you—and he couldn't help but feel like it was starting to get addicting.

19- Hiroki Iijima-- Emu Hojo/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid <65 votes>
18- Eiji Akaso-- Ryuuga Banjou/Kamen Rider Cross-Z <69 votes>

Imagine being Banjou and beating the OG Heisei Rider I cannot
17- Fumiya Takahashi-- Aruto Hiden/Kamen Rider Zero-One <70 votes>

The featured comments are about people liking Shou despite him being half-boiled and honestly? About fuckin’ time y’all admit it
Tbh I did not expect him this high up on the list because Renn isn’t really thought of as “popular” the way his partner is but damn am I happy to be proven wrong

Initial D wips, ideas, and so much more
Since I'm currently working on a few Initial D fics which will probably remain in the Works for about 5393455 years, I may as well share the gist of my WIPS, as well as my ideas. And... maybe some dreams I've had about Initial D.
My WIPS as of this moment:
• Stripper au. The main cast of this au is Ryosuke, Kaori, and Rin. In this au, Kaori is a stripper who takes an interest in Ryosuke and slowly but surely she grabs the interest of Ryosuke as well. Rin Hojo is a regular customer at the bar she works at because he's absolutely obsessed with her. Can't spoil the ending, but it's not really a happy one.
• Mafia au. The story I'm working on for this au is actually sort of a vent fanfic because I've come across a hateful aphobe recently. The main cast of this is Ryosuke, Keisuke, and Takumi. In this au, there will be torture, death, and I will probably add in some gory details that may make some people cringe. Ryosuke will be aroace, Keisuke and Takumi are questioning. I don't know about the ending it, I'm just writing it out haha.
• Ryosuke x male reader. I'm going to be working on these kinds of stories with the Takahashi brothers due to the fact that there's no really any stories like this. I will make stories for different types of audiences. And since I do write these sorts of stories, I will gladly take requests of any Initial d x reader fic.
•War prize au. Aha… aha… I'm not going into detail for this one.
Possible future works/ideas
• Kyoko/Kaori bc why the hell not. In this au, Kyoko is a journalist/reporter who interviews Rin and takes interest in this quiet, lonesome woman who sits in the back corner of the room. She's revealed as Rin's lover, and she doesn't seem too happy with her life. Kyoko and Kaori have secret meetups. I'm sorry if this sounds weird, I just want happy girl love,,,,
• Some sort of cute au for Keisuke/Takumi
• Idk what kind of au yet but Ryosuke/Takumi
• Ryosuke/female/non-binary/trans/pregnant readers. Yes, these will be separate one-shorts. And the last one is so I can imagine Ryo as a dad.
• Keisuke/male/female/non-binary/trans/pregnant readers.
• depression au with Keisuke
• Yandere Keisuke au.
I'll share my Initial D dreams in a separate post.
#initial d#ryosuke takahashi#keisuke takahashi#takumi fujiwara#kyoko iwase#im sorry this is lonf#im a writer i cant help it

Initial D Characters : ALL characters Listed
Based on Japan’s real-world touge-heaven, Gunma Prefecture, in the late ’90s, the infamous Japanese anime Initial D’s primary focus is on its most prominent character - Takumi Fujiwara. Takumi, an eighteen year old delivery driver, transports tofu daily to the hotel on the fictional Mount Akina. For the deliveries, he gets the opportunity to use his father’s 1983 Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex AE86, or Eight-Six, (AE86, or Hachi Roku) in the most stylish way imaginable. Providing the ultimate mix of touge drifting, Eurobeat, and an epic storyline, Initial D has become a legendary addition to the JDM and drifting world over the years. We think it’s pretty safe to say that Initial D and The Fast and the Furious have both played prominent roles when it comes to bringing drifting to the mainstream. While The Fast and the Furious attracted viewers across the world, Initial D’s main following resides in Japan, where there’s a massive following for both anime and manga, but it has gone on to capture the hearts of the rest of the world since its introduction in 1995. The original manga series, which was illustrated and written by Shuchi Shigeno for the Weekly Young Magazine, went on to span across 48 tankōbon volumes published by Kodansha Comics, which then went on to become the hugely popular TV show, and later re-created into a real-world movie. After five years of delivering tofu to the local hotel on the empty mountain roads of Mount Akina (based on the real-life Mount Haruna), Takumi’s skills behind the wheel earned him legendary status among the local driving scene. https://www.youtube.com/embed/_--BVXf8loc Despite making the initial tofu runs out of boredom as a job, Takumi grew to love the touge, and as he began meeting with the local street racing crews, he would soon be determined to become the fastest driver in the Gunma Prefecture. As he learns to embrace street racing culture, his abilities continue to improve throughout the series. He competes head-to-head with some of the most highly-regarded mountain road competitors, causing many upsets along the route. Although some of his rivals have far superior cars, it’s Takumi’s pure skill and talent, which allows him to continue pushing the boundaries behind the wheel of his lightweight, Eight-Six. After starting with the Akina Speed Stars, Takumi planned a takeover with the highly-regarded ‘Project D’ crew, who planned to destroy every course record throughout Japan. When you think of AE86’s and the touge, JDM legend Keiichi Tsuchiya will undoubtedly spring to mind. It is not surprising that the grandfather of drifting was a major contributor to the creation of the series. He helped create realistic animations and appeared later in Episode 23 of The First Stage. Unfortunately, he didn’t go head-to-head with Takumi! The series added to the already gargantuan cult-following that Toyota’s legendary AE86 has in Japan, and fans are still creating replicas and re-enacting their favorite Initial D scenes in the present day: But, that’s enough Eight-Six loving for a moment, as let’s not forget the real reason we’re here - to explore the best-known characters that appear alongside Takumi in the epic Initial D series. The Main Characters of Initial D We’ll be taking a look at the most featured characters in the Initial D series and providing their story alongside the car that you’ll most likely recognize them for driving. Takumi Fujiwara It is impossible to not start our list with the most well-known face in the series. Eighteen-year-old Takumi is the son of Bunta and is eager to become the fastest racer in the Kanto region, with plans to prove that he’s the fastest driver in Japan. Takumi started to learn how to drive on empty roads after he reluctantly delivered tofu to his father Bunta in the wee hours of the morning. After a street race that saw Takumi defeating Keisuke Takahashi in his RX-7, he continued to prove his talent as he became one of the most skilled and respected drivers in the Gunma Prefecture. Once he graduated from high school, he joined Ryosuke Takahashi’s ‘Project D’ team as they prepared to prove their worth against competitors beyond Gunma Prefecture. Takumi's ability to see the road ahead is amazing. He can turn corners with pinpoint precision and uses his Eight-Six at its best. Although he’s calm and collected behind the wheel, he soon loses his temper when other drivers bump into his precious car, and you certainly won’t want to disrespect his friends, either! Ryosuke becomes convinced throughout the series that Takumi has been gifted with a “special something” in life, after having numerous near-crashes that he mind-blowingly manages to escape unscathed somehow. In his final race as a driver of Project D, Takumi’s engine blows, locking up the wheels and sending both him and Shinji into a spin after he had no other option but to follow. After his encounter with Akagi's Evo III blowing engine, Takumi learned to press the clutch. This allows Takumi to keep his wheels spinning and allows him to drive backwards, without any power. Shinji’s lack of experience caused him to spin out completely, and although a blown engine is typically a defeat, Shinji accepted that Takumi was the winner of the race, allowing Takumi to keep his beloved Trueno. Bunta Fujiwara Bunta Fujiwara is Takumi’s father and owner of Fujiwara Tofu Shop, who provided Takumi the opportunity to make deliveries, as he went on to master his skills on the touge. Street racing was not something Bunta was unfamiliar with and he was often undefeated. He held the record for the fastest time on Akina’s downhill route in Takumi’s AE86, which still belonged to Bunta at the time. It was Bunta that knew the potential Takumi had to offer, and he handed him a cup of water to go into the AE86’s cup holder and informed him he was not to spill a single drop. Although this was mainly to ensure he did not destroy the tofu in the trunk, it proved invaluable to Takumi, and it was one of many touches that helped refine his skills as he’s encouraged to drive with care and precision. After gifting the “White Ghost of Akina” 86 to Takumi, Bunta moves on to test drive a Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type R Version V and beats his son on the touge, without him being aware it was Bunta behind the wheel. For a while, he kept the purchase secret before revealing that he was the one behind the wheel. Bunta allowed Takumi both the WRX (and the Eight-Six) for deliveries to enhance his skills. It was a perfect opportunity to increase his knowledge as a driver using both the RWD platform and the modern AWD platform. Bunta is well-known for his casual style as well as his love of smoking. One of his most memorable moments in the series was his ‘smoking drift’, where he lit a cigarette as he drifted his car around a corner. Koichiro Iketani Iketani leads the Akina speedstars. He works alongside Itsuki at the local gas station, where they are both close friends of Takumi. Best known for his beloved Nissan Silvia S13, and he teaches Takumi the art of naming cars after their chassis codes, hence the “Eight-Six” of his AE86. Ryosuke Takatahashi Ryosuke created both the Akagi RedSuns, and later Project D. Along with this younger brother, Keisuke, they became known as the ‘Rotary Brothers’ due to their loyalty to Mazda’s RX-7 family. After creating the Akagi RedSuns with long-term plans to dominate Japan’s street racing scene, Takumi soon caused an issue by defeating Ryosuke, who had previously turned down a professional racing career. He retired briefly after his defeat and then created Project D. Takumi would become a driver for the team. Ryosuke would continue to mentor him as well as Keisuke. Ryosuke, in addition to being an exceptional driver, is also intelligent. He has a medical career and still pursues his passion for street racing. He’s the calmer, level-headed of the two brothers and also makes a fantastic mechanic. Keisuke Takahashi At 21 years old, Ryosuke’s younger brother is best known for his hot temper, both in daily life and in the driving seat of his yellow Mazda RX-7 FD. He is the first person to have challenged Takumi in the series and is easily defeated, and he’s continually eager to have a rematch, which he’s convinced he’d have a chance at winning. However, when he was eventually handed a second opportunity to beat Takumi, he was once again defeated, which formed a rivalry between the two drivers, despite his appreciation for Takumi’s driving abilities. Despite initially being part of the Akagi RedSuns, Keisuke becomes Takumi’s teammate when they join Project D later in the series before becoming a professional racer. Kenta Nakamura Kenta was another member of both the Akagi RedSuns before moving on to Ryosuke’s new creation, Project D. He’s known for picking up supplies and tracking times, scouting information on upcoming races, and was regarded as the third-best driver of the Akagi RedSuns. Itsuki Takeuchi Takumi inspires him to try and get an AE86 Levin. But he accidentally buys an AE85 Levin instead, which leaves him ridiculed by his fellow Akina speedStars teammates. Takumi convinces him eventually to keep it. Despite Itsuki struggling to prove himself with the AE85, and he’s convinced it’s the car letting him down, Takumi gets behind the wheel and proves that it’s more Itsuki’s lack of driving talent rather than the car itself. Yuichi Tachibana Best-known as “Boss”, Yuichi is the gas station owner where Takumi and his friends worked. He’s a past friend of Takumi’s father, Benta, and raced alongside him in his younger years, but he never proved to be a particularly impressive driver. Yuichi, who is seen throughout the series as a father figure to the Akina SpeedStars, drives a V40 Toyota Camry. Takumi passes Yuichi on the touge, and Yuichi assumes it's his father Benta. Natsuki Mogi Natsuki Mogi is the first female on our list, and she’s known for being fearless when she’s riding in a car with Takumi behind the wheel. Despite being in a relationship with a wealthy older man named “Papa,” she falls in love with Takumi, and the pair begin dating. As she ended her relationship with Papa, Takumi had been watching from the parking lot and saw the two leave a restaurant together, where he wrongfully assumed that she hadn’t broken off the relationship and opted to cut ties with her. After explaining to Takumi the things he'd seen, they decided to remain close friends. Later on in the series Miki kidnaps Natsuki. Takumi chases Miki up the mountain before Miki crashes the car. Takumi rescues Natsuki then takes her home. Natsuki takes the opportunity to explain to Takumi that she will be heading to university in Tokyo, and they end their relationship with Natsuki telling Takumi that “they’ll meet again someday”. Mika Uehara Mika Uehara (18 years old) is more well-known for her golf skills than her driving. She first appears in the series when she slaps Takumi because she insulted Tomoko, her best friend. After the chaos caused by Takumi imposters, Takumi meets Mika and spends several hours explaining the situation. The couple eventually fall in love and Mika teaches Takumi to golf. Takumi takes Mika to different areas with his Eight-Six. Their relationship seems to be working well but it becomes more mysterious beyond the Final Stage. Mako Sato Mako Sato forms half of the team ‘Impact Blue’ alongside Sayuki. She flings her SilEighty too fast in a race against Takumi. This causes her to spin out, almost colliding with Takumi. In her SilEighty, she’s the quickest driver on Usui Pass and later becomes a professional race driver. Initial D Stages Now that we’ve reminded you of your favorite characters in the Initial D series, we’re willing to bet you’re craving giving the series a re-watch, and we certainly don’t blame you. We’ve had questions about which order you should watch Initial D in since the naming process can become a little confusing at times! So, for those of you that are looking to make sure you appreciate the full Initial D experience from start to finish, here’s the full list in order: 1 – 1998 - Initial D: First Stage Initial D premiered its first episodes in 1998. Takumi Yamawara, a Japanese sensation, becomes a star instantly. This series is based upon Chapters 1-7 (Volumes 1-7.). 2 – 1999/2000 - Initial D: Second Stage In this series, Team “Emperor” surfaces, with the ultimate quest of crushing every team in Gunma. Takumi’s 86 struggles to keep up with their AWD Evo’s. This series is based in Chapters 78 to145 (Volumes 8-13). 3- 2000 - Initial D: Extra Stage A two-part story based on the lives of “Impact Blue” SilEighty team drivers Mako and Sayuki. 4 – 2001 - Initial D: Third Stage (The Movie) This movie featured Takumi as he prepares for high school graduation. He requests a rematch with Kyoichi Sud, team Emperor leader, and goes up against a street racer whose father once rivaled his dad. This series is based in Chapters 146 to156 and 159 to185 (Volumes 15-17.). 5 – 2002 - Initial D: Battle Stage This series recaps all of the previous battles from the first three stages, also featuring a new battle between Keisuke’s FD and Seiji’s Evo IV. Each battle has been reanimated completely and features commentary by Keiichi Takaya, the Drift King. 6 – 2004-2006 - Initial D: Fourth Stage Takumi agrees to join Ryosuke Takahashi in forming Project D. The team has one goal: to defeat all the Kanto's best drivers. This is the start of their soon to be legendary status on the touge. This series is based in Chapters 192-424 (Volumes 17, 32.). 7 – 2007 - Initial D: Battle Stage 2 This is a recap of every race from Fourth Stage and also includes brand-new battles as Keisuke’s FD goes up against Smiley Sakai’s DC2 Integra and Atsuro Kawai’s ER34. 8 – 2008 - Initial D: Extra Stage 2 Similar to Extra Stage, this OVA is an additional OVA that focuses on the relationship of Mako Sato and KoichiroIketani. Mako decides to become a professional racer, and after the credits, it’s made clear that Mako and Iketani will never meet again. 9 – 2012-2013 - Initial D: Fifth Stage Takumi is falsely charged with taking advantage of a young girl. As it turns out, there are Project D imposters living in Saitama. The series ends without a conclusion in the battle of the AE86’s between Takumi and Shinji. This series is based upon Chapters 425-667 (Volumes 33-45.). 10 – 2014 - Initial D: Final Stage It's the end of an era. Takumi and Shinji’s title fight for the ultimate Eight-Six continues. Spread over four episodes, the series ends with both drivers pushing to their limits before the true meaning of “Project D” is finally revealed. This series is based upon Chapters 668-719 (Volumes 46 to 48). Optional Extra: 2005 - Initial D (Hong Kong) The movie was based on the original story but with many noticeable differences. It received mixed reviews from critics and fans. Although it’s not the most mind-blowing movie ever produced, it’s well worth checking out and can be streamed on both Netflix and Apple TV. It may be best for those who are avid fans of the original manga/animes to prepare a bit lower expectations. Is Initial D going to return? The Initial D Collection was published 18 years ago. 2014 saw the end of Initial D: Final Stage. Rumours have circulated since then that rally racing would be back, but these rumors are yet to become reality. Many fans felt that the ending to the series, which spanned almost two decades, was far too abrupt and that it couldn’t be left as it has, but that sadly appears to be the case. The closest that fans can get to a continuation of Initial D at the current time is with the creator Shuichi Shigeno’s more recent series MF Ghost, where Initial D is directly referenced, with the mention of many characters from the series. As for a real return for the Initial D series, as much as we’d love to see it happen, we feel it’s extremely doubtful. Conclusion Initial D has done a remarkable job of introducing manga/anime fans to street racing and drifting, and provided automotive enthusiasts one of the most popular series to hit TV and comic books. From a unique perspective, it gives a fascinating insight into the behind-the-scenes action that goes on in the lives and thoughts of Japan’s street racers. With touches from some of the most infamous names in street racing and drifting, helping out with the series, it’s incredibly realistic and provides an in-depth wealth of knowledge about tuning and racing to its fans. Whether or not you’re a fan of cartoons, anime, or manga – drifting, and tuning fans should take some time to check out the Initial D series and appreciate the unique insight that it provides. We have it! We hope that we’ve covered everything you could want to know about the most popular characters in Initial D in this guide. Read the full article

A Drunken Confession || Keisuke Takahashi || GN!Reader
a/n: heya!! sorry for the wait! I just got done with my second chem exam of the semester lol. I <3 chemistry but it also kicks my ass fr. women in stem problems!
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。
You and Keisuke had been friends for what felt like forever. From the days when he was the loudest, cockiest kid on the block, running around with that reckless streak, to now—still just as bold but somehow calmer, more grounded. There’d always been this… thing between you. Neither of you ever acknowledged it out loud, and maybe you liked it that way, the secret thrill of a friendship with hints of something more. But tonight, all those years of playful flirting and unspoken feelings would surface.
Keisuke leaned against the couch, cheeks flushed from the few drinks you’d shared, a grin plastered across his face as he looked at you. “You know,” he slurred, sounding unusually tender and sloppily dramatic, “if I weren’t so amazing, I’d say you’re the most amazing person I know.”
You chuckled, rolling your eyes. “That’s a new one. Are you actually calling me amazing, or is that just the beer talking?”
“No, no,” he said, waving his hand dramatically and almost tipping over. You reached out to steady him, and he grabbed your hand, squeezing it tight as he looked into your eyes. “You’re, like, really amazing. Best friend I ever had. And maybe… maybe more.”
Your stomach did a small flip, though you tried to brush it off with a laugh. “Is that right? Well, someone’s had too much to drink tonight.”
Keisuke just gave you that cheeky grin of his, half-lidded eyes sparkling with some wild mix of admiration and sincerity. “I mean it,” he said, squeezing your hand a little tighter, and then—out of nowhere—he pressed it to his chest, right where his heart beat fast and hard beneath your fingertips. “Like, you’re all I think about, you know?”
You laughed nervously, not sure where to look, and feeling the heat rise to your own face. “Okay, Casanova. Just how many times have you practiced this speech?”
“Only… like… every day,” he murmured, his voice lowering as he suddenly grew quiet, gazing at you as though you were the only thing keeping him grounded. He brought his hand to your cheek, thumb brushing over your skin with a gentleness that made your heart clench.
But before he could say another word, he slumped forward, the weight of the alcohol taking hold. He muttered your name with a. tenderness that sent shivers down your spine. “You know, I… I…”
He looked like he was fighting his way through a fog. With a little sigh, you realized he was too far gone to be having this kind of heart-to-heart. He needed to get home, and there was only one person you knew who could wrangle him out of this.
You took out your phone and dialed Ryosuke, who answered in his calm, even tone, “Hello, everything alright?”
“Hey, uh… sorry to call, but Keisuke’s kind of, um… well, he’s really drunk, and I think he needs a lift. Would you mind coming to pick him up?”
Ryosuke sighed, sounding slightly amused. “I’ll be there in ten. Don’t let him break anything while you wait.”
When you hung up, you turned back to Keisuke, who was gazing at you with a kind of intensity you rarely saw in him, even when he was sober. “Hey,” he whispered, sounding almost painfully earnest, “do you ever wonder why we never did anything about us?”
Your heart skipped a beat. His words hung in the air, charged, fragile. You wanted to answer, to tell him everything, but before you could say a word, there was a knock at the door.
“Saved by the bell,” you muttered, feeling the warmth drain from the moment as Ryosuke stepped in, his gaze flickering over Keisuke, then back to you.
“Seems like you two had a good night,” Ryosuke observed with a smirk, as he looped Keisuke’s arm over his shoulders. Keisuke let out a sleepy groan, eyes still locked on you with a strange mix of longing and regret.
Keisuke murmured your name as Ryosuke helped him to the door. “Don’t...don't forget what I said, okay?”
You gave him a smile, nodding as your chest threatened to burst with the feelings you've been holding back for so long. “I won’t, Keisuke. Get some rest.”
Ryosuke gave you a nod as he steered his brother out. You closed the door, heart pounding as you leaned against it, replaying every word, every look, every moment.
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚⋆ ˚。
Keisuke blinked awake, his head pounding in time with his heartbeat. Squinting against the early morning light, he groaned, rolling over to bury his face in his pillow. Every muscle in his body felt like it had been twisted, and his throat was dry like he’d swallowed sand.
But as he lay there, pieces of last night started trickling back. Drinks. Jokes. You. And then… his heart dropped.
The memories sharpened as he let out a strangled groan, now wide awake. He remembered slinging his arm around you, saying things he’d only ever thought late at night, telling you just how long he'd felt something between the two of you. Then Ryosuke showing up, looking around at Keisuke passed out on the couch and likely figuring he’d had one too many drinks.
"Damn it," Keisuke muttered to himself, sitting up and rubbing his temples. He didn’t remember everything perfectly, but the look in your eyes when he confessed… that stayed with him. What was he thinking, springing all that on you, especially when he was just barely holding himself together? He wanted to call you and apologize—maybe just laugh it off and hope you’d do the same. But what if it was different this time? What if he’d crossed a line?
A few minutes later, Ryosuke’s voice echoed up from downstairs. “Keisuke, you’re actually up early. Surprising after last night.”
Keisuke winced, muttering under his breath, “Yeah, well, someone had to pick me up.”
“Next time, maybe don’t drink yourself into oblivion.” Ryosuke’s words had that usual sharp edge, though he didn’t seem to know about the confession itself.
As Ryosuke’s footsteps faded down the hall, Keisuke’s hand hovered over his phone, considering what to do. Call you? Text you? Apologize?
“Coward,” he muttered, scolding himself as he finally picked up the phone and started typing a message:
Hey, about last night…
Keisuke hovered over his phone, staring at the words. Deleting, typing, and deleting again, he finally settled on something simple:
Hey, about last night… sorry if I was out of line. Let’s just say I was way too gone.
Hitting send, he tossed the phone onto his bed, running a hand through his hair. Part of him was kicking himself for even saying anything, but the other part—the one that had wanted you to know—was still there. He had no idea how you’d respond, but he could feel his heart beating faster just at the thought of it.
Minutes passed with no response, and he was ready to drive over to your place just to check that you weren’t avoiding him when his phone finally buzzed. He practically lunged for it.
Your message was… short, but maybe that was a good thing?
Haha, yeah, you were pretty gone. No worries, Keisuke.
Keisuke felt a strange mix of relief and disappointment. It was vague, but at least you didn’t seem angry. His fingers flew over the screen before he paused, second-guessing himself. He wanted to say something real, something more than just brushing it off. After a deep breath, he typed out a response and hit send before he could change his mind.
Still meant it, though. Just thought you should know.
This time, waiting for a reply felt like an eternity. He paced around his room, glancing at his phone every few seconds, his heart in his throat. The phone finally buzzed, and he almost dropped it in his rush to open your message.
We should talk about it, Keisuke. How about after the next Project D meeting?
Keisuke felt his heart skip, a strange warmth spreading through his chest. He had no idea where this was going, but he couldn’t stop the small smile that tugged at his lips. It wasn’t the outright rejection he’d feared. If anything, it felt like a step forward.
“Alright,” he whispered to himself, his voice steady with a confidence he hadn’t felt in ages.
