(I've followed a lot of Disney blogs lately, and now I'm sorely tempted to either bring back my Thomas blog(again), or to make one for Gaston...) (I don't want to abandon Dorian again, though...) (And I have trouble keeping up with multiple muses when I have to keep flipping back and forth between accounts, but I also have trouble getting people to interact with my sideblogs when I make those...meh. I dunno. *insert shrug emoji here*) (In any case, I need to go to bed because it's after midnight here. :p I don't have class until 2:00 pm, but still...)

Belle disembarked from the ship with wide eyes. She had never been to the Continent before, and this was quite a new experience. She still longed for adventure despite being a Princess, so when Prince Adam needed someone to go to Jamestown to establish a trade route with France, she had readily volunteered.

Seeing a young man approach her, Belle drew herself up to try and look important as her rather stuffy escort introduced her.

“Princess Belle, of France, to see the Mayor of Jamestown,” he said, a little too pompously for Belle’s taste. She smiled at the young man to try and soften the harshness of her introduction.
