🔞📕 The Highly Unconventional au/story by @alexandraisyes and @turbotasthick (I think?? I'm pretty sure chat-) was kind of my first introduction to tsams shipping aus, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. I couldn't stand it while I read it (it was just so dark it made me sick, its fucking phenomenal writing), but I kept reading it cause it sucked me in. Now I physically can't reread most of the first book lmao, but I love to reread small parts, as well as rereading whats out of the second. I love dad Kc and mom Solar Flare!! And just Sun's relationship with everyone. (I also have a new appreciation for angst, though its still hard for me to read)

I love @sunny-inajar's ATWR au! I'm not usually a fan of Solruin, but God Sommet is so cute I can't even- and I love Eclipse, and Sun is so pretty!!! God i could gush about that au so hard dude- RV is so pretty too idc-

I'm going to read the new chapter of Ameliorate as soon as I'm done making this list- Nexus is adorable, Solar and Eclipse are great, I'm really interested to see whats going on with Dark Sun, and nwuensiabshdjd FUCKING NUMBUS DUDE??? Also I can't wait to see more of Jack- god I love all of them im insane

🔞📕 Oh, and of course the @emhm au because oh my god. This au made me realize I relate to Eclipse a lot and I dont like that realization but its okay chat. I love Sun, I want to fight Lunar, and beussusbshs I'm sorry I love Old Moon dude, he's now little guy??? I fucking adore that. And I love the little Sun group chat, nsisnsjs all the different Sun's are so great. And God i just want to cradle Nisshoku and hold him so close the poor little guy. And like I said I related to Eclipse so I love and hate him, but I dont relate to him just enough to think he doesn't deserve anything bad happening to him. I love him dude shwnwusnd I do cringe whenever he's telling people to have sex or talking about when he's had sex with Sun, but that doesn't make me love him any less (well maybe it does but its just a littllee less lmao)

I do really like @ayyy-imma-ninja's fairy au. I need to take the time to learn more about it though- like read all the comics and stuff! Its a really good au

I also do really enjoy the @villainoustrioau. Its a lot of fun to see and I really like seeing all the Eclipse's being evil together!!

And of course, last but not least, the Confessionverse!!!! Because of course, I'm obsessed. I have so much fun getting to talk to J about Sol and Pan, and I love the roommates in general! It's a lot of fun, and the au is just great. Its a very fun and creative way to do an au! (Creativity i don't really partake in since I'm more focused on being a confession blog than an rp blog!)

The fairies that exist in my Fairy YGO AU Yugi is a normal fairy whose best friends with the fairy king Atem; he's very curious and wants to know about humans and human world. One day he meets a human girl named Anzu who he accidentally shrinks down to fairy size and then shrinks her even smaller when trying to change her back. He seems to be okay with her being that size but Anzu doesn't so now he's on a quest to help put her back to her normal height.

Mana is an apprentice sorceress studying under Mahad the high fairy Magician. When Yugi brings Anzu to her she's very excited to meet a real human even at such a small size, she hopes to study her but tells Yugi she can't undo his spell since it may shrink her even more! They must wait for the Mahad to return form his trip with the King. In the meantime Anzu needs to get used to her new size.

King Atem the current ruler of the forest and closest friend to Yugi, he tries his best to be a wise ruler and hopes to keep peace in the forest. Despite the need to keep away form humans Atem is more willing to establish trust with them and hopes with Anzu's help they can. But he still faces opposition from his court who don't want any form of change, so he needs to do his best to prove to them humans can be trusted.

Mahad is Atem's right hand and the highest sorcerer in his court, blessed with powerful magic Mahad made it his sworn duty to protect Atem and their home in the forest. While out scouting a lead about humans at the edge of the forest, he and Atem were attacked by Bakura. Luckily Mahad managed to stop him form harming Atem but this put him on high alert, and now with a shrunken human to worry about things have gotten more stressful for him.

Bakura is from a hidden fae village that no longer exists, he is the soul survivor of a forest fire that wiped them all out. He knows the reason his village was destroyed was to distract humans form finding the main fairy kingdom, so he blames the current king for this. With his familiar Diabound by his side he launches an attack on the fairy kingdom, planing to kill the current king and find the heart of the forest so he can gain the power needed to wipe out all humans.

He discovers Anzu and decides to use her to manipulate Yugi into giving up the location of the heart of the forest. He can change sizes as well but with the power of the artifact he'll get even bigger and more powerful.

Anzu a new intern at Kaiba Corp sent out to find a rare flower that can act as a cure for many illnesses (or so they tell her), she finds herself shrunken down to the size of a fairy after meeting Yugi. At first she's upset about her new size and the fact she's gonna miss out and a big promotion but once she starts to emerge herself in the world of the forest she starts to have second thoughts about her role in KC. Yugi shares the location of the Heart of the Forest and even shows it to her, but now she has to decide to either keep this secret or tell her superiors who will no doubt descend upon the forest and destroy it in order to obtain the artifact.

I saw someone else talk about their Pokémon gym, leader AU and I kind of wanna talk about mine now. I initially only shared this on a mutuals discord server

talk on a Pokemon au i came up with a while ago.

main 3 trainers in the story: jack, dazzle, eclipse

if it were a game, jack & dazzle would be the boy & girl choices for the player (The one not selected is rival 1)

Eclipse would be a rival.

within the cannon of the au, jack chooses the grass starter, Dazzle chooses the water starter, & eclipse chooses the fire starter.

Eclipse also has an eevee named star (was given to him by his father when he was 8)

ruin: Steel gym leader (has steelix, Skarmory & Kingambit)

nexus: fighting

lunar: electric (has sylveon that evolved before he became a gymleader)

We also managed to come up with a role for sun (doubles as the mom npc in game & the daycare worker.)

Little extra snippet of plot, 2 members of the Pokémon league are actually a part of the evil team (one being an admin, the other being the leader), eclipse actually starts his journey in order to search the region for his younger twin brothers who were kidnapped when he was 12, star becomes a dragon type after facing down one of the admins, ruin is the most battle savvy and is considered one of the most difficult gym leaders within the region to beat (he had to set up a Barry trees in the arena and train his Pokémon to not attack them to give challengers a chance. The twins end up taking over one of the gyms after the final battle for the safety of the league/region.

Hello there! You've been visited by the random question fairy! ~ ☆

What is your character's living situation like? Do they enjoy where they live? Would they change anything about their living situation?

oh! I've been blessed with the presence of the question fairy!

Not sure which characters this refers to, so I'm gonna go with both my ocs and my witch au cuz I wanna ramble more about those!

Alright, so Loup Doop and Bloo share an empty broom closet close to Loup Doop's station. It's...not terrible. They're not really held as highly as any of the Glamrocks or even the Daycare Attendant, so they try to just be happy they aren't bunched with the staffbots or the endos. They tried decorating it with some stuff: Bloo has a collection of Daycare souvenirs he stores behind some of the boxes, plus some old plushies and fun looking toys he managed to scrounge up at the Lost and Found. Loop Doup doesn't really own much, and most of her stuff is just extra parts or small scraps of paper and drawings the DA made for her. She has a small shelf she set up for her borrowed books and little projects. Were it up to them, they would have definitely changed their living space, moved out of the Pizzaplex and never looked back, but they know they're stuck here, so they try to make the best of it. They've tried staying the night in the Daycare, but even if they could override Sun's protocols, the security guard always manages to drag them out. Pulsar doesn't really live anywhere; it just hangs around its designated stations for the night.

For the Witch Au:

Sun and Moon live off the edge of town, a good twenty miles out. Moon set up a defense system to keep people from noticing a random cottage in the middle of nowhere. Though Sun isn't always home, it's all they've had for years, and neither of them would trade it for anything else.

Earth lives across the woods, so fairly far from the boys' cottage and extremely far from town. She estimates having been there for perhaps 6 or 7 years. The cottage seems older than her, though, and she quickly gets to work on personalizing it and making it her own. It's her pride and joy, along with the garden. After the mishap with the woods, she doesn't really leave much, so she's never known any other home. Anything she wants to change, she can, so she doesn't see a reason to leave or go out to see the world. She has everything she wants, and though she does sometimes find herself wanting more, she's never really taken that step. (A merchant stops by one day and sets out to change that...so does another, far more dangerous entity...)

Eclipse lives in the original cottage. Unlike Moon, he never left home when KC disappeared, a decision he almost regrets. He absolutely loathes the place; it reeks of old memories and rancid emotions and broken promises, all the things he would rather forget piled neatly in one place. The first thought on his mind after acquiring the amulet was finding a new place to live, somewhere far away from the past and truly fit for him. In spite of all his hatred towards it, however, he's never actually made any attempts to change anything; everything is in it's place, just as KC left it. Though all of his belongings are scattered and discarded half-hazardly throughout the place, everything else is left untouched, save for some dutiful vacuuming and dusting. The door to the old room upstairs remains closed and locked. Lunar asks him why thick layers of dust only seem to coat certain objects. Eclipse refuses to explain himself. He hates trying to explain the meaning behind it, and he refuses to acknowledge how sentimental he is.

The Blood Twins live in the woods between the boys' and Earth's cottage, the woods that Earth accidentally grew that one time. They hate it with a passion, not because of the place itself, but because they remain trapped there. Due to the nature of the field surrounding the woods that Sun set up for Earth, they are bound to that plane and cannot leave unless summoned, and while they hate summonings, anything is better than the rotting wood and dying green. Fortunately and unfortunately, this latest summoning has given them many new liberties that they are quick to indulge in...

I have. Although if a third chapter has come out I haven't read it.

Although unfortunately, fey Blue Moon is aggressive. He might go out and hunt the three for food. Goblin KC will definitely be his biggest target. They can feed him up for a week. The twins can either run away or watch. Once he's done eating up goblin KC's body They could be the next target.

17. Past or present tense? Why? - Past, usually. Present is for evoking a very specific mood or image. For something with plot, past is better.

Describe a fic that almost happened, but then it didn’t. - I started doing a piece where Misawa from YGO GX was given an internship style of thing with Siegfried von Schroider (you know, the pink-haired guy from the KC Grand Prix filler arc). It never went anywhere, but some of the ideas got recycled into "Chariot's Progress."

Can you fall in love with someone you've met online?

As she made her way nervously down the street, she couldn’t believe she was actually doing this and couldn’t believe it was actually happening. Butterflies consumed her whole body, giving her a buzzed feeling and honestly she felt like she was visibly shaking.

For the first time ever, Juvia Lockser was going to meet Gray Fullbuster and god did her heart cartwheel at the very thought.

But how did she even end up here in the first place?

Let’s take a look back…

Juvia is an online gamer and streamer, playing under the username AmeOnna. When she first crossed paths with the Fairy Tail league, it was in a friendly online competition where her league Phantom Lord was put against Fairy Tail. But it hardly felt like a competition to her, she really felt like she was playing with friends. Unfortunately, her league lost and everything went back to the way it was.

Until Lucy reached out to her. A few members had swapped contact details for future collabs and now Lucy was seeing if she was free to join theirs Among Us lobby. They were looking for a few more friends to join and Lucy had thought of her. Honestly, Juvia had felt guilty and she didn’t feel like she made the best impression on Lucy, but here she was asking her to join in.

She joined the lobby and she honestly forgot how friendly everyone was. She was initially met with ruckus from the usual antics of Natsu and Gray but everyone said hey and made her feel welcome.

And when Gray said hey, she felt her whole body shiver. Why was his goddamn voice so silky? When they had first spoken online in the competition, his voice stood out to her compared to the rest, and when she did her research to find out who was who, her heart stopped when she found Gray’s profile. The attraction she felt when nothing she was prepared for. She had just come out of a shitty relationship but when she saw how Gray looked and how he made her feel, even over online chatting, she knew she would never be the same.

And never the same she was.

The invites kept coming and coming and she interacted more and more with the Fairy Tail lot. Mostly in the Among Us lobby, sometimes doing smaller fun games with just the girls, sometimes teaming up with Natsu, Gray, and Elfman in shooter games, and just generally texting everyone here and there.

It was strange being the only anonymous player as Fairy Tail were full on cam gamers and were very well known but that didn’t seem to bother them at all.

Then along came the perfect opportunity, they were a person short on the Among Us lobby and Juvia knew just who to invite. Gajeel! It was risky but she was honestly surprised how well he melded in with the guys and how he would pick on the girls during the interrogation breaks in the games, calling them bunny girl and shrimp but they never took anything too seriously. It suddenly started to become a thing, that as they called themselves team Natsu, would usually team up with Juvia and Gajeel.

She didn’t mean to be so adoring of Gray over the game, but she just couldn’t help it and it wasn’t long until the group and their chats clicked on and then the memes started coming. Some were funny, some were mean but throughout it all, Gray didn’t really seem to be taking too much notice. He’d bite back at his friends and chat and always say the same thing ‘we’re just friends'.

And Juvia was ok with that. A little let down, but there seemed no harm in her pining for him with it going nowhere. And it made for good banter during games.

But as time went on, Gray and Juvia got closer and closer, finding themselves messaging each other often, usually starting with planning games together and then carrying on to general chit chat. They realised they had mutual friends, Lyon and Meredy, and would do small group games with the 4 of them which pushed the ‘dating’ comments and memes even more.

One time while generally texting, Juvia asked Gray how he found all the comments and hoped they didn’t bother him too much. He came back with his usual blunt reply that he didn’t really care either way. But then he asked how she found them. Juvia took a good while to think of a reply and in the end, was just completely honest and said she didn’t mind them at all and actually kind of liked them. Unfortunately, Juvia didn't get a response after either. Maybe she had scared him off, maybe she made him realise that all her pining and love comments weren’t as much of a joke as he thought. But she never got to find out, as the day after he just texted her again about the usual schedule.

It had been about a year of them all playing together, with the Among Us game being at its peak and honestly doing wonders for all their gaming careers. During this time, Juvia and Gajeel decided to move leagues and join Fairy Tail. Phantom Lord had all started to go separate ways and they really needed to join a league to secure their gaming futures. This was big news and Juvia got to watch Gajeel sporting the new Fairy Tail hoodies and featured on their website. He even did an interview about joining them and it got Juvia wondering. Was it time for her to stop being anonymous?

She had been thinking about it for a while, how more connected the chat and audience seem to be with an on-cam gamer. How they could collaborate online and in person. How they could meet out and about. Maybe it was time Juvia thought.

She and Gajeel lived a little further out the city than the Fairy Tail lot, which meant meeting up whether she wanted to or not, wasn’t really an opinion. However, it seemed Gajeel and Levy seemed to be willing to make the journey to see each other, as every other weekend Gajeel would be gone or Levy would appear. Juvia found it really sweet how well Gajeel and Levy got on and how it was obviously progressing into something much more.

Levy was actually the first person to see Juvia in person. It was inevitable that they didn’t meet soon, due to her interaction with Gajeel, who was not only Juvia’s friend but roommate.

However it seemed Levy had mentioned to the Fairy Tail lot how much Juvia would love to meet them all, but just didn’t know when best to as it was the next topic of conversation when Juvia next went on discord with them all.

It was Lucy that actually brought it up and said they should plan to all meet and when she was next free. Juvia just said she would be happy to see them whenever and was free anytime round their usual gaming schedule.

What she didn’t expect was Gray to also join in and say it would be good to meet her and she most definitely didn’t expect him to then message her later  to see if she was free tomorrow. 

No group message or mention on discord, which meant he was asking to see her very much alone and oh boy if she didn’t freak out.

It also meant that she didn’t have time to panic as she had to prepare to see the boy of her dreams (that was clueless to this) in less than 24 hours. Oh Jesus!

And now a very jelly-legged Juvia was walking across the Broadway to a small café spot Gray had suggested. She was following her maps on her phone and it took her to the end of the walkway and just round the corner to a slightly secluded spot. As she put her phone down and followed the path around, it was there she spotted a handsome dark haired guy, dressed casually in a white tee and dark jeans, waiting outside. 

Juvia felt her brain stop at the sight for a second and suddenly the butterflies decided to up the tempo as she approached him.

Gray was looking down at his phone as she made her way over. She stopped a small distance away from him and said a shy ‘hi’. Gray just about heard and glanced up to spot where Juvia stood. They looked at each other for a second until it clicked with Juvia that he had no idea who to expect. ‘I’m Juvia.. Anemone”  she said with a laugh, realising her mistake.

His eyes widened at the realisation and a smirk came along with it. ‘Hey, I’m Gray’.

‘Nice to meet you’ she replied.

Gray motioned to the door and said ‘Wanna go inside’?

They sat just the two of them, tucked in a corner with a dim lamp accompanying them. The place was small but cosy, and freshly furnished with wooden and metal aesthetics.

They put in their drink orders and they arrived quickly after.

Juvia was stirring her drink, mixing the rose syrup into her fizzy drink. Now they had got initial introductions out the way and were more comfortable she was starting to relax. ‘Sooooo then… what made you text to meet up so soon?’

‘Ah yes,’ he blushed slightly, making Juvia’s heart pound harder. ‘I'm actually going on a business trip next week, so today was the only day I was able to do and knowing the other lot, I’d be the last one to meet you by the time I get back’. He smiled but just looked down at his black coffee.

Juvia laughed softly at his reason. ‘Would they be that bad?’

Gray laughed back ‘Oh yeah. I wouldn’t hear the end of it when I arrived back, especially with the way you are with me. Natsu would never leave me alone about it’.

‘What do you mean, they way I am with you?’

Gray looked over, with a stern but humorous look .

Juvia laughed again, and held her hands up in defence. ‘Ok, ok, I get you.’ She took a pause to take a sip of her drink and looked up at Gray. ‘I am very sorry if I have caused you any trouble from this. That was never my intention’.

Gray waved her off, ‘’You don’t need to apologise. Everyone finds it pretty amusing, even if it’s at my expense.’ He smirked over her way to show he was joking again.

That made Juvia smile and feel some pressure off her chest. She was glad she wasn’t too much of a bother to Gray. Maybe he even likes it, a little.

‘Sooo then’ he started mimicking Juvia from before, ‘why the anon life?’

‘Me? Ah well,’ she started biting her lip to think what to say. 

Gray gazed at her while she paused to think. She was kinda everything he expected and nothing at the same time. She was definitely a lot more timid in real life than compared to online. She’d be shouting and saying absolute nonsense during the games, and yet here, in person, it seems she was a lot calmer offline, which he found cute cute, especially how easily she seemed to blush over the simplest talk.

In appearance, she was extremely pretty. He hadn't really imagined what she would look like, or more so, he tried to avoid it to stop making assumptions, but he had hoped she would be a little cute. But here she was, bright blue eyes and blue locks trailing down her back. With her decision to remain visually anonymous, he wasn’t expecting her to be this attractive and yet here he was, sitting opposite her and quite taken with her looks. What was he kidding? He was extremely taken with her looks. Her cat shaped eyes, long eyelashes and how easily she expressed her emotions on her face. If someone had described her to him, she wouldn’t be the usual type he was interested in, but now, taking her appearance in for himself, he couldn’t deny the attraction or how it was making him slightly nervous.

‘I don’t know honestly. I started quite early when there weren't many girls online, so it seemed the safest to stay anonymous. Our whole Phantom Lord league was at first, but eventually they all swapped over to the cam but at that time I couldn’t afford a cam, so I stayed faceless and my channel just kinda grew that way. I’ve also never been a big fan of my appearance so I didn’t think anyone would be interested in even seeing the way I look.’ She smiled once she had finished, waiting for his opinion.

He blinked at her. Did this girl just say she didn’t think anyone would be interested in how she looks?

‘Yeah when we first started out, having Erza play with us was a real difference compared to other channels but I guess Fairy Tail has always been a bit different.’ He chuckled, trying to figure out how he could approach the part about her appearance without being too weird about it. ‘I don’t think, erm, y’know, you should have felt the need to hide. I think people would have found you interesting…’

A blush glazed her cheeks at his half-attempt of a compliment. ‘You think? You think I should show my face soon? It would definitely mean I could meet up with you guys more and be seen with you!’

Gray was a little taken back that his awkwardly worded sentence would boost her this much, but if it works, it works.

He smiled, ‘Yeah definitely. I'd watch your channel if you showed your face, but it’s up to you really..’ he trailed off realising what he just said.

Juvia looked wide eyed at him, straw in mouth from her sip and a grin slowly grew. ‘Oooo now you know what I look like, you’ll finally watch my channel?’ She leant over to poke him in fun. ‘Wait, have you never watched it?’.

Gray was like a deer caught in headlights. In two very dangerous headlights that were currently staring across the table from him. It seems like she was finally warming up to him in person as her bubbly personality that she shows so profusely on her gaming chat, was finally coming out.

‘No no I have, you know what I mean’. Gray grumbled to himself, looking back down at his coffee and away from those dangerous blue eyes.

 Juvia laughed at his very tsundere personality. He was usually so smooth and quick over chat, and yet, meeting in real life made her realise that maybe she wasn’t the only one with insecurities that you can leave behind when you go online to game with your friends.

 They carried on chatting away which felt like hours, just getting to know each other more, how they got into the gaming world and finding out they had a lot more in common than they both realised.

As they parted ways at the cafe, after Gray had posed the offer to walk her to the station, but she kindly declined, ignoring her nagging heart, Juvia couldn’t wipe the grin off her face. This meeting had gone even better than she imagined, and she wondered what more could come of her and Gray in the coming future. 

She knew she was probably thinking miles ahead of anything possibly happening, but she would be eagerly awaiting the next time they could meet.

And Gray’s smile on his face was surely saying the same things too.

A Real-Life Cinderella Story?

As many know by now, Prince Niklaus Mikaelson, second in line for the throne of Norway is off the market. His longtime girlfriend and Southern Belle, Caroline Forbes, was spotted wearing an engagement ring that was rumored to be given to the Prince from Queen Esther herself from the family jewels. While Prince Niklaus is most likely not going to be the next king, marrying an American woman definitely feels a fairy-tale.

But who is Caroline Forbes? How did a small-town girl meet a Prince that would capture her heart; a story that would rival any Hallmark Christmas Movie?

Caroline comes from an old Southern family from Virginia, United States. She was born and raised in the town of Mystic Falls were her ancestors were one of the founding families. Over the generations, the Forbes became prominent in their small community and they excelled through the years. As for Caroline, she well lived up to her family linage. In fact, her wedding day, that is set to occur within the next six months, will not be the first time she wore a crown.

In fact, Caroline was crowned Miss Mystic Falls and sported a tiara alongside a beautiful green gown that would not have been out of place in a movie such a “Gone with the Wind”, a movie that is rumored to be her favorite. She graduated high school at the top of her class, claiming the spot of valedictorian; showing the world that beauty can also be accompanied by brains.

As for college, Caroline was not one who wanted to stay in the small town of Mystic Falls. Having gotten award letters from various Ivy League colleges, Caroline decided to attend college at Oxford University in England. That was where her life changed; being roommates with one Katherine Peirce.

Katherine, as many of you know, comes from old British Nobility. Her father was a duke and Katherine spent the majority of her childhood playing in the back yards of palaces across the globe; including the one of Queen Esther of Norway. When the engagement and then marriage occurred between Katherine Peirce and Prince Elijah, who was next in line for the Norwegian Throne, no one really was taken aback. Their engagement was rumored to be occurring for years since the two had been in a relationship since Katherine’s second year at university.

Re-watching the royal wedding between the heir to the throne and his bride, one may notice that Katherine’s maid of honor was none other than her college roommate and best friend, Caroline Forbes. Some speculate that Prince Niklaus had been soft on Caroline, who was working as an interior designer in London for some time; even going so far to spend the majority of his time in London  just to be close to her. However, Caroline did not succumb to his advances right away. She made the prince work for it, and he did.

It wasn’t until the wedding between Katherine and Prince Elijah three years ago that the two seemed to be, for the first time, that Prince Niklaus seemed to have worn Caroline down to accept a dance with him. Since then, the relationship was whirlwind; causing the entire world to hinge on bated breath about whether or not Prince Niklaus has found the one.

And it seems he had.

Now, it was not smooth sailing for the couple. While Katherine and Prince Elijah had all but grown up together and their relationship was a natural progression that everyone anticipated, the relationship between Prince Niklaus and Caroline was not as accepted.  In fact, the youngest royal child, Princess Rebekah had been reported saying that she could not stand the American debutante her brother was infatuated with. However, the two have since been spotted together quite often after Caroline’s move to Norway, therefore the rumors might be false.

As for the Queen? Seeing the ring that is an old royal family heirloom resting on Caroline’s finger, tells us everything about the Queen’s opinion on the state of her second son’s impending marriage.

Thanks for responding.  So, right now I’m playing around with a KC role reversal, and in that AU Bonnie/Enzo are Caroline’s version of Klaus’ siblings (only their relationship is, obviously, significantly better).  This would be the perfect title for the shoot off of that story that is from Enzo’s POV.

They’re not siblings, or even related, but Enzo and Caroline have been friends since they were children.  Bonnie is the third point of their little triad, the witch who created vampires in her quest to protect them from the wolves

Once upon a time, Enzo was in love with Caroline.  Or at least he thought he was.  With the capital L and everything.  But over the years, she grew harder, and he realized that when it came to romance, she only used people.  Far better to forever just be her best friend, but to actually matter, than to be just another pawn she manipulated

When Caroline first meets Klaus, Enzo thinks he’s just another pawn.  But... Caroline seems to actually be learning about this one.  Speaking to him.  She’s never cared about her lovers outside of the bedroom and what they might do for her, not since she dreamed of a fairy tale life as a girl.  And for the first time in a millennia... Enzo thinks he might see hints of that girl again.

He pushes them together as much as he can after that, with Bonnie’s help.  Because Bonnie isn’t quite as sold on this being some grand love story as he is... but she loves Enzo, and she loves Caroline, so she’ll tag along.

There is some angst, because Enzo has moved on from that love... but he would be lying, if he claimed there wasn’t some jealousy.  That Klaus is so clearly doing what he failed to do (Bonnie and Kol help him get over that, though).
