When Poppy Day comes around each year we pop our pound into the collectors’ tin and pin the paper flower to our coats knowing that in some small way we’re helping those that gave of themselves through conflicts in order that we can live in a free land. This year @macandmorris_ and I decided that we would donate to the lovely @kayleighfalcus who creates these gorgeous Poppy’s then donates the proceeds to her branch of the @royalbritishlegion so that local Veterans can have a meal and get together to honour their selfless efforts in the futility of war.
