My Thoughts on Kacchako

I've never liked the word Kacchako. It's bad and I want to speak with the manager that named it.

I don't like Kaccha because it only makes sense when you write it in Kanji. Or else it just seems like you're misspelling Kacchan. I will fight you on this.

Katsucha rubs me the wrong way. Plus Katsuki's name takes up most of the word. Ochako only gets the last 3 letters? If you care about equality, then you wouldn't say Katsucha. KatsuOcha is a much better alternative.

The art to balancing a shipname is that both characters should be equal. Ideally, they should even share a letter or have some kind of consonance reflected in both halfs of the word.

I will no longer use the tag - Kacchako.

Bakuraka is great. They share a letter. The consonance makes it flow nicely. The name alone proves that it's a great ship that was meant to be. This is the flag I will hang up.

From now on, everything I reblog and everything I write will be Bakuraka because it sounds better.

And if I *ever* catch you mixing last names and first names for a shipname, then I will never talk to you again.

Cupid Patria (Kacchako x Enjonine)

     Éponine (Uraraka) got injured minorly after almost got shot by National Guard soldiers to protect Marius (Midoriya) at a barricades. He threatened them that he'll blow up the barricades (which will take the life of all people there) to make them go away.

     Knowing that she'll never had any chance to be with him anymore as he's in love with Cosette (Tsuyu), she decided to leave Les Amis de l'ABC (an association) because the only reason she joined them was to get close to him .

     Suddenly, Enjolras (Bakugou) stopped her from doing so, acknowledging that her strength could give a little bit of hope for the revolution to succeed. She reluctantly agreed (refer artwork above, click or tap for better quality).

     Eventually, she slowly move on from her unrequited crush. She bravely fight for her homeland France. Her passion fired up each time Enjolras made motivating speeches. He in the other hand started to feel something that very odd deep in his heart...

The context above isn’t canon :’( so uhhh you can say that this is an AU of an AU lol. Sorry for the numerous bracketed phrases hehe.

To be honest, I need strong confidence to draw another Kacchako x Enjonine (Enjolras x Éponine) in Les Miserables AU again aha haa.

This artwork is heavily inspired by @supereveylg 's beautiful visual concept of 'The Pirate Queen' written by the amazing @emeraldwaves . Pirates and June Rebellion AU seems very interesting concept to explore really! 😆👌👍

P/S: There's a lot of Les Miserables adaptation with various clothing so yeah, more design to choose and draw yes!
