"How are you feeling? The star of the Australian Grand Prix. Points on debut, with P5, what an impressive start!"

Katarina smiles feeling giddy, "I wasn't really expecting anything, we were just told to score points, I started at P16 and when my race engineers told me I was in P10 it was already a lot of places, I overtook a lot, and then my engineer kept saying P9, P7, and I was trying to keep the pace, keep the tyres from degrading. And defending the position, in the end I'm glad we picked up a few more points with P5 and P8."

"Are you hoping for the same results in the following races?"

Katarina smiles thinking to herself, "Hopefully, as long as we score points we'll have a chance. The grid is very competitive this year, so any chance to pick up points in a consistent manner is always valuable to the team."

"Katarina, how do you feel your rookie season is going? Are you ready to beat the records?"

"Thank you, I'm feeling fine, ready to race, it's a lot of fun, definitely." Her optimistic statement causes Sebastian to laugh next to her.

"Only she would find this fun, don't worry in your second year, you'll feel it coming to you." Max added, leaving Katarina shocked.

"Why would you say that Maxpen? It was one season,  now you're acting like we aren't the same age. Is this the F1 effect?"

"Is it different from what you're used to?" Seb whispers from her right side.

"I mean, in comparison to Endurance Racing, it is a bit shorter, the stints. So maybe that's why I'm having fun. It's all new to me, and different from what I'm used to."

The other drivers in the conference nod their heads in understanding. "What do you think is easier? Formula One or Endurance Racing?"

This time Katarina paused and thought for a moment, "Wait... I don't think I'm qualified to compare both, I drove in a different class from the hypercars. I think part of the reason I'm enjoying it is because of the speed, I don't think it's the same as the Pro Class."

"Have you seen Mark? You race for the same team right?" Sebastian asks the younger female driver.

"I remember, it was amazing to witness that, seeing him win. I was so happy for the team." Katarina reminisces of her time in the WEC racing in the same team alongside Mark Webber.

"You're acting like you didn't win in your own class. You had an outstanding debut in WEC, I don't think she needs another outstanding debut in Formula One." Max teases Katarina from the other side of the panel.

"You should've joined me in Endurance Racing then." Katarina shrugs Max off, leaving the press and drivers laughing.

"Katarina, congratulations on your first podium. After six races, you reached P3— how are you feeling?"

"I mean P3... I'm happy. I couldn't stop smiling, I think if we do things properly then things will get better." Katarina looks around smiling next to Lewis and Seb.

"It was close there— the race for the third."

Katarina nods her head in agreement, "Lewis and Seb were so fast, I don't think I could get P2, but I had to defend with Max, he was behind me and I kept checking my mirror to see him."

"I saw in the cooldown room, they were properly racing, Kat and Max— those were some good defenses." Seb adds, nodding his head towards Katarina.

"It feels like Formula 2 again, definitely happy I got the podium."

"How does it feel to be racing in Formula One, here at Monza?" It was Katarina's first time racing back in her hometown since her F2 days.

"Frankly it still feels like home to me, this is my first time racing back and this is the region I grew up in. I'm excited to see how things go and hopefully we can score points and maybe get a podium, we'll see. Thank you." Katarina waves bye to the report before moving on to the next.

"Are you feeling the pressure here in Monza? Despite racing for the Finnish flag, this is your home race, how did that come to be?"

"I'm feeling excited, there's a lot of talk about me saying this is my home race. I still think it's only right for me to call this my home race, I do have a permanent address here, I grew up here— there's a lot of misconception about why I race for the Finnish flag despite my last name being Italian. I'm proud to be racing for the Finnish flag because of my mother who also was a racing driver, especially since I take my father's last name. At the end of the day I'm making my family proud whether I race for Finland or Italy so it doesn't matter too much what they think I should race for."

"We heard that you're a big fan of Kimi Raikkonen, is that true Katarina?"

Katarina looks back and forth with the cameras in disbelief, "Where did you get that?"

One of the staff shows a video of Katarina as a child crying, wearing a Ferrari shirt with Kimi's name. Katarina laughs seeing herself, wondering where the staff found these.

"Who? Did my parents send this video? Oh nooo, I was so young. This is 2007 right?" Katarina smiles as she watches herself jumping down with tears falling down her eyes.

"I always watched Kimi when I was young, he was just like me, my mother knew him so when I was young I was just supporting who they liked. But when he moved to Ferrari I felt seen.  When he won, I cried and yes, that is true— if the mood was right I would cry again, but I won't do that here so I'll just shut up."

The staff laughs behind the camera, as Katarina reveals a snippet of her life. "It's cute though... I think Kimi will love hearing about this story. Does Kimi know about this?"

Katarina squirms in her seat, nose twitching in embarrassment— "I think my parents told Kimi immediately after it happened. I don't remember but they constantly teased me about it."

"Despite not being able to finish the race, you managed P7 in the WDC. How are you feeling?"

The fireworks in Yas Marina Circuit were still ongoing, despite the race ending a few minutes ago. Most drivers are doing interviews or in their team garages celebrating. Katarina however, still stuck on interviews.

"The DNF is sad, but the team told me to stop if I can't keep going on, the conditions are absolutely hard, and for my first time here that was an expected outcome. For the P7... I didn't expect that. We were waiting for the race to finish to know where we stand, and after finding out we're completely happy. It's a good result, there are many competitive cars and finishing P7 and P8 is good."

"There are rumors of you moving teams next year, are you allowed to say anything? Or is the team keeping it up for wraps?"

Katarina smiles mischievously, giggling to herself, "I don't know... Maybe you'll find out during the break what happens then. Where am I driving? We'll find out, I mean I know... you don't know so."

"You're going to tease us then?" The interviewer presses, hoping for more answers but Katarina laughs in reply.

"It'll be out sooner than later, you'll know during the break."

"Okay, keeping a tight lip on the move. We'll look forward to where you'll be driving next year. Enjoy your break!"

Katarina smiles waving at the camera, "Bye, thank you so much! See you next season."

In this au, Odysseus is the GOAT of F1 trying to win his 10th championship (and break the record) so he can finally retire and chill with his wife and son. He drives for Ferrari, and every time he gets close to winning that elusive 10th, the Ferrari strategy department and his own bad luck kicks in and he keeps. On. Just. Missing. Out. (Well this doesn't sound familiar at all wink wink)

Oh yeah and he has a monaco style curse at the ithacan grand prix BC I think it's funny.

Other folks in the au:

Athena: Odysseus' mentor and sponsor since he was young. Part time technical director for Ferrari. Runs F1 academy programs for girls, and is a strong supporter of getting more women involved in Motorsport. They were a champion in rally racing when they were young, and is a firm believer in 'if you want friends at the track, bring them with you'.

Eurylochus: Odysseus' jealous young hotshot teammate. Isn't above crashing into people and driving dirty.

Poseidon: Eurylocus' mentor. Father of Polyphemus. In his rally days he denied Athena her final championship by crashing into her.

Polyphemus: bought a seat by daddy. Mostly crashes into people at the back of the field.

Zeus. President of the FIA. Basically does what the FIA does. Causes pointless drama. Makes up stupid rules and even stupider punishments. Athena's shitty "uncle". (Or maybe he's not...)

Penelope: used to race in w series but retired when Telemachus was 2, because she decided it wouldn't be good for him if both his parents were continually absent. Now owns a fashion company.

Pallas: Athena's secret girlfriend and rival who was severely injured in a rally crash when Athena and herself were teammates. (They were the only non men in rally at the time.)

Metis: Athena's mom with a history of drinking problems. Obsessive about training Athena to be perfect and cold to them otherwise. (you shall see why)

౨ - 6 yrs old - ৎ

Little Kimi stood over you as you cried on the floor of your bedroom after you hurt your hand from drawing.

"Y/n?" Kimi crossed his arms.

You sniffle, trying to stop the tears. "..yes, Kimi?"

"Do you like Kit Kats?" You nod in answer, a little confused as to why he might be asking that.

Kimi takes out something from his pocket. "Have a Kit Kat." He takes off the wrapper, breaking the Kit Kat in half. He offers one Kit Kat piece to you. You hesitate before taking the Kit Kat, giving it a small bite.

Kimi sits in front of you in a criss-cross, placing his Kit Kat on the wrapper that layed on the floor next to him. He takes your hurt hand, giving it a little kiss. You wipe your tears with a smile.

"Better?" Kimi asks, a little softer in tone this time.

"Better." You nod, smiling widely. Kimi gives you a small smile, taking a bite of his Kit Kat.

౨ - 11 yrs old - ৎ

You watched from the sofa as Kimi walked into the pantry after a long day of karting. He came out with an unwrapped Kit Kat in his hand.

"Hi, Kimi-Kat." You say, going back to watching the TV.

Kimi tilts his head at you, visibly confused, his eyebrows furrowed. "'Kimi-Kat,' huh?" He asks curiously, in his usual monotone voice.

"Your favourite chocolate, Kit Kat + Kimi = Kimi-Kat!" You giggle from your seat.

You couldn't see it, but Kimi smiled. "Only you're allowed to call me that, then."

౨ - 22 yrs old - ৎ

Kimi throws off his racing suit as he enters your room, shutting the door behind him. You look up from your book as you sat on your bed.

"Bad race?" You ask softly, patting the seat next to you. Kimi flops down next to you.

"Yeah." He mumbled in response, looking at the ceiling as he layed on the bed.

You take something from your snack stash, taking the wrapper and cracking the chocolate in half. "Have a Kit Kat."

Kimi looks at you, then the chocolate in your hand. He gives you a small smile.

"What?" You look at him curiously, the Kit Kat pieces still held out in your hand. "I'll take both pieces if you don't want it. You always give me Kit Kats when I have a bad day. I should return the favour."

Kimi's small smile turns into a grin. He doesn't say anything, but he takes one Kit Kat piece and bites it. You smile at him, placing a bookmark in your book and putting it on your bedside table.

"Better?" You ask softly.

"Mm." He responds, finishing his Kit Kat.

You raise your eyebrows. "What's that supposed to mean, Kimi-Kat?"

"I'm better. Ish." He shrugs.

"Kimiiii, what can I do to make it better?" You furrow your eyebrows, pushing some of his hair so you can see his face.

"A kiss."

A kiss?

You can't help but blush.

"Does the look on your face mean I can't get a kiss and my day can't get better?" Kimi smirks at you.

"Asshole. C'mere, Kimi-Kat." You wrap your arms around his neck, your lips meeting in a gentle manner.

Kimi grins against your lips, placing his arms around your waist as he let's you tackle him.

His tongue slides in, both of you tasting the sweet chocolate on eachothers lips.

A few moments later, you pull apart, looking into eachothers eyes. "I love you as much as I love Kit Kats." You giggle.

"I love you as much as anything, kultaseni." Kimi responds with a happy sigh. 'sweetheart'

Soo Marcy aus! I don't know who made the expression sheets, but lets get into the aus! (See info below the cut on the aus!) ((also, if you have an au in this and don't want it, tell me and I can scribble/remove it out if you want!!))

A1, F1 and F7 (Orginal, Calamity (She go Blep!) and Adult) are all from the original show.

B1 (marky) is from the Fandom, while E7 (Darcy) is heavily inspired from the fandom.

C1, A7, and F2 aus, (Left behind, God and Cursed respectively) were designed by my friend. Left behind is well, being left in Amphibia. God is being a god and Cursed is based off my other expression sheet draw here.

E2 (fantasy au) was created by the lovely @tinydragontoons! Thank you for letting me draw her and lovely Mars! Def. go check them out. They got lots of art!!

E1 (True calamity) was inspired by a youtube video: THIS By the lovely Rezmei Seno!!

A2 (medieval) was not directly from someone but was heavily inspired by many people. There are so many medieval aus I couldn't just choose one!

C2 and B4 (Good ending and Bad ending) are both from my mini-series "what if"? comics I like to doodle in my sketchbook. Also D4 (beyond Amphibia) is another, (newer) part to my "What If-?" mini series. Its where the trio stay in amphibian and go to the new continent previously undiscovered.

D2 (amphibia as a child) is also very widely popular and I love it.

A3 and B7 (Swap!Sasha and Swap!Anne) are designed by me, but there are bunches out there and its really fun to see what could have happened!

B3 (only Human au) was orginally inspired by one of @themissakat aus. I don't originally recall which one started this particular au, but I do know that if you want to find more aus, go to their page and you will have aus for YEARS! Its beautiful.

C3 is obviously my au. (Lost au) If you want to know more, you can go here. Summary is, its a corruption au but worse. And in context for this, Marcy isn't fully corrupted yet.

D3 (superhero au) and C4 (fairytale au) are also aus of one of my friends. The super hero, they got powers. In fairy tale, I really have no clue where its going, but all I know is that it's pretty gay.

E3 (owl house swap), B5 (Hogwarts) and A6 (UA - MHA/My Hero Academia au) are all fandom swaps and I just adore fandom swaps.

F3 (Ghost au) is also very fandom what if. Probably one of my favorite au ideas, and its certainly fun to mess with. There are lots of people who have added to this au.

A4 (Zombie au) and A5 (Soulmates au, and yes that is Sashannarcy my beloved) are very popular au ideas so I just had to add them. Any people to point to? No, but once again, The Missa Kat does have a zombie au!

E4 (Gender swap) is special. The reason why the gender swap is facing away (not just bc that was in the expression sheet) was kinda just, because they look the same XD. I have no known knowledge of any current aus of that, but maybe there is some that I'm just previously unaware of!

F4 (Power of Three au!!) is one of my LONG TIME FAVORITE aus. I have been a huge fan of this one. Its one of @honneibun 's aus and its so AMAZING! I highly recommend just looking at it. Its beautiful and It will always live rent free in my brain.

C5 (streamer/YT au) is from a fic I read a long time ago which never finished. If anyone can tell me who and where it is, I will be glad and my life will finally be complete. D5 (Author au, NOT COMIC BOOK AUTHOR) is heavily inspired by the time skip and the above (C5) streamer/YT au. As far as I am aware, there are no current aus with this.

E5 (Oversimplified), well. I think you guys can probably guess. On YT there is a Simplified or Oversimplified series (idk maybe its called "So this is basically _____ "or something and I thought, Amphibia should be included!) and so.. yeah!

B6 (opposite au), I.. really do not like that one and will probably or def change it. Idk what was going through my head as I drew/edited it.

C6 (Never went to Amphibia au) is another popular one that I just HAD to include.

D6 is apart of my SCP aus that I also have. If you don't know what SCP is, then.. there's a website. Basically it stands for Sucure, Contain and Protect and it holds all the supernatural and dangerous creatures. (Its not real guys!)

E6 (newt au) is basically swapped Amphibia au. Very popular and I sometimes wished that there were more of them.

F6 (roommates au) however was HEAILY inspired and particially from I think @kyoryu 's au on twitter? I think its the same one. If its wrong than I can change it, but I'm pretty sure I'm right?

C7 (Animal au) I've seen everywhere and soo... I added it. No known (main) aus on it.

Finally, D7 (Alien au) Another one of my various multifandom aus that sit in my BIG BOOK OF AUS in the corner of my work area. Its always fun like that!!

I swear to God, Di Grassi gets stupid and stupid every day. Dude the batteries are made of lithium, all of them, including your phone battery. Lithium extraction is not free, it requieres evaporation of certain chemicals. Where does he think those chemical gases go to? Lithium extraction is incredible environmental friendly after all if we compare it to petroleum cause they use recycled water which helps with he water supplies of the surrounding areas. It’s still mined and extracted tho so it’s not free. Is FE more environmental friendly than F1? Probably yes but yet still, it has it’s perks. LEARN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS DI GRASSI.

It’s called the “Black Kat F1″

F1 means it’s a hybrid, the....baby, for lack of a better term, of two different types of pumpkin, not sure which.

If you saved the seeds from this, and planted them, those pumpkins would be called F2s, and if you saved their seeds, the pumpikns grown from them would be F3, and so on and so forth.

If I grew these, and saved the seeds, and planted them, the new pumpkins wouldn’t come out exactly like this, because this isn’t, well, a breed.

Okay lets use dogs for example.

Lets use MY dogs for example because they’re a hilariously good example.

If you breed a “red”(brown) pitbull/doberman mix with a purebred black chihuahua, the puppies aren’t going to look exactly like either parent, they’re going to have the characteristics of both. Some might be big, some might be really small, some might be brown, or tan, or black, or colored like dobermans/rottweilers. Some will have short coats and some will be really fluffy.

Hybrid seeds are like hybrid puppies. They won’t look like their parents.

If you want to get consistent results, you have to keep breeding, or in this case, seed-saving and growing, the hybrids with other plants (or dogs) that have the traits you want.

If you save seeds from these and plant them, and keep seed saving and planting the darkest pumpkins, eventually you will have a stable “breed” that can be planted and will produce consistently dark pumpkins.

Everyone always says not to save seeds from hybrids, because you won’t get an exact replica of what you’re saving seeds from.

There is nothing wrong with saving seeds from hybrids, and it’s literally the only way to breed plants! You SHOULD save seeds from hybrids! It’s how, eventually, you’ll have your own breed that’s no longer a hybrid, but its own special thing!

I especially want those pumpkins because of how many seeds they have. I seed save from everything, and there’s already at least 40 seeds visible in that picture, which means it’s going to have a ton, which is what I want, because the more seeds I can save, the more plants I can give away for free!

It does say that in storage, they’ll slowly start to turn orange, but most people don’t keep pumpkins that long. AND if that’s the case, you can pick the pumpkin that turns orange last and specifically plant the seeds from that one! So that you’re breeding it to stay dark longer!!!!

Also!

All pumpkins are edible! These are edible! These even taste good enough that the seed company says they’re edible!

Looks like these are small pumpkins, so if I ever get seeds I’ll be breeding them to be bigger!

Save seeds! Grow cool plants! Genetic diversity is a good thing! I want these pumpkins!

8.     Oldest WIP

Hrrmmm I think Do Not Reply is my oldest WIP, but I don’t even want to check how old it is arghh. It’s a sort of chat AU combined with a wrong number AU sort of thing, I dunno. It’s 20k out of about 50kish I think. I want to finish it I SWEAR. I like it, but I tend to stall out at 20k on long wips for some reason and I need a push to get me over the hump lol.

18.  If you could collaborate with anyone, who would it be, and what would you write about?

I’ve answered this for fanfic before so I’m going to go with OG fic. My mom and I started a romance novel together and I really really would like us to finish it! I feel like we need to hide in a cabin for a week with no internet and just write to get through it haha. Otherwise I’m too distracted by fanfic lol.

Hmmm. I think today it’s Darcy! I have a crush on Kat Dennings already, and I like a character like Darcy, haha. She’s fun and funny and I love her running around in her boots with her taser and shit. Love me a Darcy.

38.  Weirdest story idea you’ve ever had

Shoot, now I shouldn’t have used ButterBee for the last one. This prompted me to go through my hutch which yielded such amazing things as:

48.  What’s the most self-insert character/scene you’ve ever written?

I have no idea, but the one I most wish I was inserted into was the time I wrote an orgy between five different characters played by Chris Evans (Cap, Jake Jensen, Johnny Storm, Colin Shea, and Lucas Lee) as a present for Ashy. Johnny was wearing lingerie.

I asked Ashy and she said that one counts because they represent the 5 parts of my personality.

Customization of my GPD XD so far~

 I installed LegacyRom and TWRP recovery following the guide right here. Instantly got rid of all the chinese bloatware, got root, and now have all stock goodness.

Installed TVLauncher and made some customized tiles/icons/banners for it (Even paid for the ad-free version because it’s just so nice~).

I installed the XPosed framework, to fine tune some stuff. The installation was quick and easy~ I installed the following modules:

APM+ to add a reboot option to the power menu (Because Android kit kat only has shutdown/airplane/silent options by default, and no reboot option)

Youtube AdAway, self explanatory adblocker.

Youtube Background Playback, which allows you to close the lid/minimize youtube and the audio will still be playing in the background (It’s a youtube RED functionality, but without it lol)

Forced Screen Rotation mod, because TVLauncher turns upside down if you flip the thing over, even when automatic rotation is disabled ^^;. This module though, allows you to LOCK the rotation by faking the accelerometer sensor data. You can whitelist some apps if you want to still use the accelerometer.

The emulators i’m using are johns lite emulators (GBC, GBA, NES, SNES) cuz I like the selector and it’s consistent, MD.emu, DraStic, ePSXe, MAME4droid (Uses MAME 2010 romset), mupen64+, yabause (Yaba Sanshiro), PPSSPP (A lot of games run at full speed), reicast (Dreamcast emulation has come a long way and most games run at full speed!), Ataroid, Turbo Dosbox, and VirtualJaguar (Not full speed but I like the jaguar as the weird little thing it is). They all have gamepad support!

Some of them are paid apps but trust me it’s worth paying most of the cases heh. I bought Turbo Dosbox, DraStic, and ePSXe long ago and it’s been worth it.

Yeah I still hate retroarch. Tried it once again, and although the menu seems slightly more maneuverable, sorry ^^; ...still added it for completeness sake, and just in case, but could get rid of it at any moment. I don’t really care that it’s free, It’s just my opinion but I prefer to have my stuff separated and I like to have many icons on the screen. But first and most importantly I like it the way things are now and I’m not willing to change just “because retroarch”.

I can live without picodrive’s 32x emulation anyways...

Alright, now onto Android games. The Sonic android ports are lovely and have native gamepad support, same as Minecraft, Virtua Tennis (?), and an android port of GZDoom (Which isn’t on the play store as far as I know).

Re-Volt, Rayman and F1 2016 (Found a modded version to make it work on android Kit Kat) don’t have gamepad support BUT the GPD-XD Mapper allows you to map physical buttons to touchscreen controls so you can virtually play any game that has on-screen joystick controls.

Also there’s my own games Tunnel Runner Redux (which has full gamepad support in-game, even strafing with the shoulder buttons heheh) and OuO (which doesn’t use the gamepad at all but it’s cute)

TVLauncher supports adding web bookmarks as well, so I’ve added some bookmarks to sites, alongside all the other apps I’ve installed (twitter, tumblr, chrome, it’s not really better than on the phone, but I like to have em it looks neat and this thing has 32 gigabytes of internal storage memory, that’s enough room for everything hhaha)

I heavily recommend getting most of Simple Mobile Apps, they’re ad-free and they do just what you need. Clock, File Browser, Image Gallery, Music Player, and other stuff.

Anyway, so far I’m still in love with this thing. Zero disappointments, and everything works just as I expected and even better. <33

If you guys know of any cool gamepad-ready android games I should try (or action-oriented, you know, arcade style or that are played with on-screen controls heh) let me know!

Here’s a bunch of things to note if you’re considering getting one (Putting them under the ReadMore because this post is already too long!):

Ok so:

The GPD XD model I have is the one with 32GB of internal memory.

It doesn’t have bluetooth (The newest GPD XD+ “plus” revision does have bluetooth though, along with more RAM; that makes it a bit more expensive than the “old” 2017 model)

It doesn’t have a GPS.

It doesn’t have a light/proximity sensor, so automatic brightness doesn’t work.

It doesn’t have a Camera.

It does have an accelerometer but it doesn’t have a gyroscope, or a magnetic field sensor. So essentially any game that requires turning the device “around” (cardinal directions) won’t work.

It doesn’t have a SIM card slot.

Basically it doesn’t have any pointless hardware so that you don’t have to pay for what you don’t need. It is an emulation-oriented-handheld after all.

It does have a microphone though. And stereo speakers, in front of the device.

The accelerometer is located at the bottom half of the device, and not at the top half. Keep that in mind when playing tilt-controlled games!

The thumbsticks are really analogue joysticks and they feel quite nice, even if the sensitivity is quite high, but frankly that’s expected from these kind of joysticks. You can still kind of press it softly on one side to do small movements.

The shoulder buttons are clicky and the d-pad and the ABXY buttons are not. The start and select buttons are both placed on the left-hand side of the console, but if you don’t like that you can easily remap the select/start buttons to the L3/R3 buttons. I personally don’t mind it heh.

It DOES have a mini-hdmi port (to connect to a TV), an SD card slot, a microUSB port (obviously), and a headphone jack.

YES, it supports USB-on-the-go, so you can plug in a keyboard, or a mouse, or even a usb joystick I think.

It has Android 4.4.4 but it’s not like you’ll need anything higher than that If your goal is to play emulators (And some games like F1 2016 can be modded to work on that version of android as well).

HOLD DOWN the app drawer button (the one right between the power button and the gamepad-mapper button) to access the SETTINGS menu of applications! (Works like a settings button!). If you just press it, it will open the recent apps menu instead.

Gamepad-mapper configurations are saved separately for each game/program so you don’t have to re-config every time you play!

In any case, I love this thing and It’s been worth all my money so far!

I’m thinking of making a new boot animation because the LegacyRom one looks a bit out of place tbh and because WHOO CUSTOMIZATION hhaha
