Kasol – Live The High Life
Because of its location on the banks of the Parvati River, Kasol is one of the most popular tourist sites in India throughout the whole year. This is due in large part to the fact that Kasol is one of the most well-known tourist attractions in India. Kasol is a wonderful place for tourists to relax, unwind, and take in the sights and sounds of mountain life while being encircled by the breathtaking Himalayas. In this town, they really know how to live the good life.
The neighborhood is well-known for both its cannabis farms and its jaw-dropping panoramas of the adjacent hills, which are clothed in lush Himalayan vegetation. The cannabis plantations are what made the neighborhood famous. Paying a visit to Tosh and gaining a greater knowledge of the significant culture and way of life in Himachal Pradesh is without a doubt one of the most enjoyable things to do in Kasol, and it is also one of the most essential things to do in Himachal Pradesh. Bhuntar is located around 30 kilometers distant, but Manikaran is located only 3 miles away. Kasol is sometimes referred to as the "mini Israel" of India. This is because of the huge number of visitors that travel from different nations, particularly Israel. They consider being at this area to be the same as being in their home.
If you have any more questions about our thrilling and affordable Kasol vacation packages, then don't hesitate to get in contact with one of our professional Trip Counselors.

After spending 2 days in Manali, we were to proceed for our Kheerganga Trek starting from the village of Tosh that never came to be due to poor weather. Gratitude 🙏 to @shahnaz__hassan who chalked out a near semblance of a plan while I was being rueful over the ruined ones considering we had to take a U-Turn hardly 5 km from the trek starting point! This saw an evening in Kasol with food at quaint little Israeli themed cafes. Following a day trip to Manikaran and a fun ride on the state run buses with locals, students, friends and hippie people aboard we landed in Kullu. #manali #kasol #manikaran #manikaransahib #himachal #himachalpradesh #mountains #friends #friendship #trips #impromptuplans #impromptuplansarethebest (at Kasol, Himachal Pradesh, India) https://www.instagram.com/p/CkQDWwftjde96ckpUVvy4PJ9GOM_zCjhevfatM0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Starting from the charming village of Kasol, this trek takes you to an altitude of 13,800 feet, providing an unforgettable adventure for both novice and seasoned trekkers.
If you're planning to embark on this thrilling adventure, here are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your trip.
1. What is the Best Time to Undertake the Sar Pass Trek?
The best time to embark on the Sar Pass trek is from May to October. During these months, the weather is relatively mild, and the trail is more accessible. In spring and early summer, you'll witness the trail covered in a carpet of blooming wildflowers, while the snow starts to melt, revealing stunning vistas of the Himalayas. Late summer and early autumn offer clearer skies and more stable conditions for trekking. The Sar Pass temperature can range from -5°C at night to 22°C during the day, so it’s important to pack accordingly.
2. What Should I Expect Regarding the Trek Distance and Duration?
The Sar Pass trek distance is approximately 50 kilometres, usually covered over a span of 4 to 5 days. This trek is classified as easy to moderate, making it accessible even to beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. The journey begins from Kasol and takes you through Grahan Village, Min Thach, Nagaru, and finally to the Sar Pass. Each day involves trekking for 4 to 7 hours, depending on the terrain and weather conditions. 3. What is the Maximum Height of the Sar Pass Trek, and How Challenging is It?
The Sar Pass trek height reaches a maximum of 13,800 feet above sea level. While the trek is considered easy to moderate, certain sections can be challenging due to steep ascents, especially near the pass. The climb to Sar Pass itself involves traversing snow-covered paths and navigating through narrow ridges, which can be tricky, particularly for first-timers. However, the mesmerizing panoramic views of the Parvati Valley and surrounding peaks make the effort worthwhile. Trekkers are advised to take it slow, stay hydrated, and acclimatize properly to avoid altitude sickness.
