Some new managers got brought on around the same time as the SSIA. That's either a warning or coincidence. Probably a coincidence.

Ms Abigail Karousell, also known as the Decommisioner, is somehow both just as unethical as her little sibling and a chilled out version of them. Simply put, if modifications don't fix the problem, then why not start all over? That's her motto, and it seems to be working! She seems to find any minor issue in her sibling's work as an excuse to start over though. Maybe chaos just runs in the family?

Mr Poppet Nettle, or the String Puller, is very uncanny to everyone. Apparently, he used to be an extremely beautiful suit, a designer model even! Now his chassis has been torn open, his hands removed and the silicon casing on his neck is torn. He's very uncomfortable when people bring up fixing him. Despite this, he's very effective in managing his team and greening toons... almost like he's puppeting all of them.

Mx Silver Dolair, or Blue Chip as most know them as, is a rising star in the Cashbot Department, not just for who their husband is. She constantly makes some of the highest profits of the team! The casino he runs takes a certain duck's ideas to 100 - The house always ends up winning in the end! And if you dare cheat her? Well, everyone needs to let out their anger somehow, and ever since the toons first attacked his husband he's been LIVID.

Will you see Karousell?

I had a ticket for yesterday but I have a cold and I’m still coughing and not fully up and running yet. So I couldn’t go. But report from the ones that did go is that they enjoyed it! I am happy for them! And I do plan to go and watch it when I can.

Oh. I loved playing with Barbies. I had some of my sister's dolls, including a 1962 swimsuit version (brunette!). I had her 1960 Ken, my Malibu Ken, my Ken that wore some sort of disco suit (blue with burgundy), and a 10" GI Joe w kung fu grip that dated Skipper.

I pretended that Superstar Ken was Starbuck fr the 1978 Battlestar Galactica. :)

I had my sister's 1960s fashion boutique (made of cardboard, but cool and pretty) and a pool & a camper & karousel kitchen & a corvette & 'camper' and the dream house. Barbies took up 1/3 of my bedroom (Barbieville!). LOVED them. :) Squee! :)

How do you think APOY will be treated by the Swedish critics? I remember DN and Aftonbladet was quite harsh with YR and Karousel but more forgiving with Avgrunden. How do they stand on Sigge and Zara, for example? Are they well-liked celebrities? Will it get more favorable reviews because of them? Or more the opposite?

I don't think there will be favourable reviews only because Zara and Sigge are part of it.

Swedish critics are unusually very picky and critical. A three is honestly quite good. A four is amazing and only Bruce Springsteen gets fives (this is only partly a joke)

I expect pretty mediocre reviews. It's probably not artsy enough for anything else. Sometimes it's hard to know how a show/movie will do.

I think people are excited for Sigge'd debute as a director but I don't think we are going to see reviewers treat it differently because of that.

Sometimes morale in the sellbot department can get pretty low. The stress of sales and potentially having toons smash your face in does not make a good work environment.That's where Golden Hello the therapist comes in! This mellow fellow is an easy cog to talk to and get along with! In fact, he's never met someone he doesn't fully get along with(save for one, but let's not talk about him). He's had a few questions about his last name, to which he always replies "I'm not here to talk about me or my life, I'm here to listen to yours. Is there anything about yours you'd like me to know about?"

Ms. Peri Low, also known as the Operator, has been there, seen that, and is all around a jaded sort. She seems... content with her current position but will begin bitching the second she gets a smoke break. At least she gets to work on trains as well as her coworkers, she fucking LOVES trains. She doesn't like working on cogs who've been hit by trains though, especially if its her boss.

Mr Parris Hale, or the Office Peacock, is equal parts show off and gentleman. They're the nicest of the doctors and pride themself on it. He makes sure all his patientsare comfortablein his presence while working on them, but his toon policy is confusing. While he will deal with any toon who enters his office, he'll also turn a blind eye and play along with their little game while they run errands for him for some reason.

Mx Hex Karousell, or the Manufactory, is the maddest of all the doctors there. They find sameness boring and want to spice things up a little! Why must a micromanager be so small, what if a big cheese was any other food, could a cog still function with removable skin? The CEO has them constantly busy with modification requests for underperforming employees, so there's never a dull moment for them!

Mr Sydney Low, known as the Administrator, is rather anxious for her position, and isn't even located at her department's HQ - she's got her office in the surveillance tower... at least on the surface. He's seems terrified of letting others see that special personal project he's working on at Boardbot HQ. Some believe it's more jacked up than Hex's experiments, others think it's a way to level the playing field between toon's invincibility and cog's easily destroyed nature. Given who Sydney is, it's probably both.

I've been planning Kat's Karousel some more. My end goal- as you can guess- is to build a carousel. Today I came to the thought that instead of building an attraction that could eventually be worthy of housing a carousel, I could just build a carousel and form my future attractions around that.

My mom heard this idea and suggested a retro-inspired arcade with animatronics and fun machines that I'm already into, all surrounding the casousel. She also recommended a larger building so I can house my ride indoors, which would be helpful considering vandals exist.

Hmmm I think this is more profitable and the focus on fun and games is more fun for me (nothing against the museum, I still love it, but arcades rock) and the faster I get my spinny horses the better.

Funding this will be an endeavor, but the city I plan to build it in has been trying to revitalize itself through attractions and activities- WHICH MEANS- They are willing to offer grants to make it happen.

My current pipeline now is:

Work out my timeline/budget/financial plan

Find a suitable location (already have two in mind)

Get in touch with the city and find all the extra moneys I can get my little hands on

Contact several ride manufacturers and get quotes for a custom indoor carousel. This thing won't be cheap, but if I'm gonna blow my money on it, I'm not holding back. The one thing I can't afford to be stingy on.

As the carousel is being constructed and the building is being finished and decorated, I gather the rest of the games and activities. Things like pool and foosball will be good filler to save some money and maintenance, but I'll make sure to get some proper electronic games.

Get some fun decor to add to the whimsical vibe

During all of this, blow up all social medias I can with talk about the new attraction. Make it THE place to be in our town come opening day.

Finally rest. The hard part is that at some point in this I have to quit my full time job or move back to part time in order to have time to work on Karousel. But if I do that, any supplementary income from my job will go away. So Karousel needs to earn REAL GOOD on opening day.
