Who is Luzu?

Luzu was just announced as a QSMP member, and since he's a very important character in Karmaland and a VERY important person to Quackity's character, here's a quick rundown of Luzu and his lore for folks who aren't familiar with him:

Luzu is played by LuzuVlogs, a Spanish Twitch streamer who's good friends with Quackity!

IRL, they're such good friends that Luzu once accidentally called his real life son "Quackity"

Luzu is bilingual and can speak English and Spanish.

Luzu's character used to be a very kind, friendly, and loving man who helped everyone

HOWEVER, during Karmaland 4 (the season before Quackity joined) when he campaigned to be mayor of Karmaland, he was betrayed and mocked by his friends and the person he loved (who then ran off with someone else)

These two animatics sum up his K4 lore pretty well if you want an even shorter TLDR: Lemon Boy, Karma (an animatic approved by Luzu himself)

As a result, Luzu is a very vengeful, distrustful, and all around tragic character

Luzu canonically has an evil side, and he made a deal with "dark gods" in the past to take revenge on the people who've wronged him.

Despite all his past heartbreak and lingering anger, he immediately took a liking to Quackity when they first met.

Luzu and Quackity's Karmaland characters are parallels to each other

Luzu and Quackity were canonically in love with each other, but they were too emotionally constipated to confess their feelings despite their many, many, many romantic and borderline sexual shenanigans.

Luzu warned Quackity not to trust anyone in Karmaland except for him. But despite Luzu's deep mistrust of other people, he trusted Quackity immediately.

Luzu is a very possessive man, and very protective of Quackity.

He calls Quackity "Quacks" (both in and out of character)

He and Rubius have a long-standing rivalry, and they normally don't get along very well.

Luzu and Quackity had 4 (adopted) kids together.

When campaigning for mayor of Karmaland, Quackity asked everyone what they wanted most, and Luzu's response was, "I want you to be happy, Quackity."

HOWEVER, the day of the election, Luzu joined as an opposing candidate at the last second and stole the election from Quackity, fearing that the position in office might leave Quackity with the same trauma he had in a previous life (a life which he can only half-remember).

Luzu says everything he did, he did to protect Quackity.

TLDR: Luzu trauma-projected onto Quackity, who then started a revolution that nearly destroyed Karmaland in retaliation.

For a good TLDR of the revolution arc, “I Can’t Decide” is a good one to watch.

Even though he was furious with Luzu, Quackity told Rubius not to kill him. He’s referred to Luzu as “My 100%”, and “the best person I knew in Karmaland”, and even expressed his gratitude that Luzu was always so kind to him to Luzu himself, despite the war and despite knowing one of them would probably have to kill the other to end it.

Luzu said the song that best fits his character during the revolution arc is Bloody Mary by Lady Gaga.

Edit: This isn’t about the character, but I just saw what Luzu said in response to people asking him if he knew about the invitation:

Luzu: A mi Quackity me invitó desde hace bastante, me dijo si quería participar, así que llevo tiempo calladito, calladito, para no spoilear nada, aunque yo soy invitado no sé nada jaja, lo lleva todo Quackity, así que veremos con qué nos sorprende nuestro querido Quacks.

Translation: My Quackity invited me a long time ago, he asked me if I wanted to participate, so I've been quiet for a while, so as not to spoil anything, although I'm invited I don't know anything haha, Quackity takes everything, so we'll see what our beloved Quacks surprises us with.

Probably because Karmaland traumatized him hahaha it was very common in Karmaland for the members to break in your house and steal everything. The rules forbade breaking blocks thou, so the members had to brick up their doors.

Ok but you guys knew that spanish community had a dejavu with the eggs? months before qsmp starts, karmaland had ended and in there were and npc(with and adm controlling it) called titi

that thing was 3 weeks on the server and then died tragically (lore)

Who is Sapo Peta?

Sapo Peta was recently announced as a QSMP member, and since I know Tumblr mostly has English-speaking fans of Quackity who might not be familiar with him, here's a TLDR!

He's played by a Spanish streamer called Maximus (aka "Maxo"), who is a very good role-player and was nominated for a "Role-player of the year" award!

Sapo Peta was a supporting character in the Karmaland series. He's basically a very powerful demigod / druid who's employed by the gods.

Sapo Peta is a very kind, powerful, and, er... sensual man.

He and Quackity had a fling

He and Rubius also had (multiple) flings

Quackity broke his heart

Sapo Peta was supposed to judge Karmaland's worth and determine whether the world was worth saving (like the angel in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah)

In theory, he was sent by the gods to guide and help Karmaland's heroes, but he wasn't very good at it (though in his defense, all the Karmaland members are chaotic violent drama queens, so he was constantly fighting an uphill battle).

He once opened a portal to hell by accident.

Originally, we thought he was a god of love since he immediately made a move on and/or made out with half the characters as soon as he joined

Sapo Peta is the BIGGEST cubito Luckity (Luzu x Quackity) shipper, and he made it his mission to try and fix their relationship when things went sour

One of his final attempts to ending the war between Luzu and Quackity was to shove them in a small room with shippy fanart of them plastered on all the walls and a bed in the middle.

OK OK OK ill tell u about the election(klV) and also a bit about monica bc shes one of my favs::33

Only quackity, with rubius as his first lady, had ran against cerdus. Luzu and rubius helped q a bit with propaganda which including rubius in different skins saying "yo soy pato"

Quackity had asked players for what they wanted in order to win their vote and some asked for things like casinos (though there was lolito who said that the only way he can win her vote back was through sexual favors) and luzu who said that he only wants quackity to be happy

Before the elections could start luzu got a flashback about kl4 where he was betrayed by auron who didnt vote for him and was lolitos right hand , and he decided that he couldnt let quackity win to protect him . He went on stage during the elections and said he was going to run. He switched his and quackitys votes and won.

Quackity was pissed as he knew what luzu did as willy(?) Had accidentally sent a message to him instead of luzu about catching swapping the votes. Quackity than lead a revolution against luzu with cochi y beni(his cousins), rubius and help from alexby.

Now monica!!!! Monica is from karmaland 4 and is one of the NPCs. Because of her not being an actual player snd whatnot there isnt much about her ( doesn't stop her from being one my favs though)

Monica was from a valentines event where the heros of karmaland would rescue 5(?) Women who would be there lovers.

She was supposed to be the girlfriend/wife of auron but she absolutely HATED him. Whenever he would try to talk to her she would insult him. He would try to tell her jokes and give her gifts but she found every joke offensive and would insult his jokes too. Auron brought alexby over to see if she would like him better but she also hated him.

Auron was confused as she didn't want to leav his house but she also didnt want to stay so there was nothing he could do. He got upset si he started talking and kissing his assistant, adam instead. Auron had accused her of cheating on him with adam despite him being the one cheating with adam and wouldn't let them be in the same room together.

She eventually did become nicer and wouldn't insult auron anymore (probably because he made her a new room) but she still seemed to hate other players. She was the mother of Raulito who was the husband if lolito(who she also ofc hated)

sorry i promise i’m normal about this poll (i’m not) but i do think it’s interesting 👀 that all but one of the last four ships are one hispanic person and one native english speaker. 3/4. on the hispanic mcyt ship poll. even the ships with non hispanic latinos (spiderbit, 4max etc) have been voted out in favour of ships whose members have not interacted on stream since the day the brazilians arrived at most recent

I hate it when people think all Quackity’s are the same. It not only takes the fun out of each series, it also removes the meta of placing the same ‘actor’ into similar yet distinct situations.

It's honestly so funny for me to have Dragon Ball brainrot alongside QSMP brainrot and getting to have Vegetta and Vegeta circling through my thoughts. I can't think of a single other instance where this has happened to me and it's hilarious
